Jídlo bylo dobré. Velmi dobré matrace.

Pokoj byl hodně malý vzhledem ostatním pokojům na patře za stejnou cenu. Původně asi jednolůžkový předělaný na dvou. Manželská postel měla max 150 cm. To je na 4* hotel opravdu nevhodné. Nebo aspoň upozornění při objednávání. Úložných prostor tudíž také málo. Balkon poloviční jako zbývající pokoje na patře. Takto byly všechny pokoje končící číslem 8. Hodně to ovlivnilo jinak velmi příjemný pobyt.

La zona de la ubicación de nuestra habitación que era la parte antigua del hotel, con moqueta vieja, pasillo estrecho en la hab y suelos de tarima antiguos y rodapiés ajados. El colchón pidiendo ya cambio... Punto positivo para el baño que se nota reformado recientemente,. El edificio alto adosado al nuestro erai mucho más moderno y nuevo.

Gostei muito do buffet do jantar. Muito variado e com muitas opções de escolha. Comida muito saborosa.

Acho que o hotel está a precisar de algumas remodelações no seu interior.recomendo

Отличный отель, за свою цену. Номер чистый, нет посторонних запахов. Расположение действительно очень удобное. Рядом автобусная остановка, в 10 минутах пешком трамвайная остановка, можно доехать до комплекса Терамитика или уехать в другой город. Питание отличное, разнообразное. Были и морепродукты, и гриль в разные дни. Об отеле только положительные впечатления.

нужно быть бдительным на пляже и следить за вещами т.к очень много людей и у нас в первый день украли кроксы на пляже. В остальном все было супер!

La amabilidad y la eterna sonrisa de Marisi en recepción.. La ubicación y la tranquilidad que se respira en la zona de la piscina y terraza.. Los ascensores funcionan muy bien para tener el hotel 16 plantas.. La red wifi va genial.. La variedad de productos en el buffet de desayuno..

Los "robots" moviéndose x la recepción. Mal futuro nos espera a los que nos dedicamos a la restauración.. Lo mal aprovechado q está el solarium de la planta 8.. La luz de las terrazas se apaga muy tarde, contribuyendo más a la contaminación lumínica ..

Quizás la situación, a medias entre las dos playas principales.

La limpieza de la habitación puede mejorarse. El aire acondicionado incide directamente en las camas, siendo molesto especialmente por la noche. El desayuno bufet es correcto, pero puede mejorarse la calidad de ciertos productos, en concreto del café y los cacaos.

De modo geral tudo muito bonito, a praia é mesmo a 5 minutos. Tudo é ao lado do hotel. Pequeno almoço muito bom, o almoço era fraco. Mas pelo custo benefício vale a pena. O elevador era super rápido, não ficávamos muito tempo à espera

La ubicación es fabulosa, al lado de la playa y del centro de Benidorm. Se puede aparcar en zona azul por 1€ la hora y no mover el coche en toda la estancia.

El parking estaba completo y por lo tanto se queda pequeño para los huéspedes. Tuve un error en mi reserva y al cobrarme el recargo no sé en qué se basaron, me pareció excesivo pero no tuve otra opción.

Lo malo del parking que no hay plaza para todos es emparejar, pero por lo demas estupendo todo.

La ubicación, es bastante céntrico. El personal muy atento. Mi esposa estaba de cumpleaños, y sin decir nada, tuvieron un detalle con ella. Fue muy agradable la sorpresa.

El internet pésimo, en la habitación no se puede usar y cuando vas con niños que quieren ver algo es un problema. Yo terminé compartiendo la internet de mi móvil. El parking es otro problema, no tiene plazas suficientes y yo no alcancé, por lo que tuve que aparcar en otro parking de pago. El hotel dice que incluye parking pero si no hay para todos los huéspedes deben decirlo, o dejar reservar el parking también. Una de las razones de reservar fué que tenía parking y ya ves, no lo pude usar.

Really enjoyed my stay, was there for three weeks from the 4th ofJuly, staff are friendly and very courteous, will do as much as possible to help you. Food was excellent, plenty of variation. Rooms were nice, cleaning staff on the ball, Value for money, with a great atmosphere, Myself personally found the reception staff exceptional especially Hamza and Marisi, wouldnt hesitate to return there.

Location excellent couldn’t ask for better. Bar staff attentive. Restaurant staff and reception will ignore you if you’re not Spanish. This hotel is only for Spanish people, everything is geared up for the Spanish food, Spanish entertainment and if you have children be aware the entertainer will only speak Spanish I would advise to choose a different hotel. Please also be advised there are leaks everywhere, the lifts the rooms every the reception. The pool was above average for the area. Jet 2 have downgraded this for a reason but the price is still 4 star

A szálloda elhelyezkedése jó, a személyzet alapvetően kedves és segítőkész volt, de volt olyan recepciós, aki nem is köszönt.

A szálloda állapota nincs igazán összhangban a képekkel. A szoba hangszigetelése borzalmas. Az utcáról és a környező szobákból minden zaj behallatszik a zárt ajtók és ablakok ellenére is, és ez lehetetlenné teszi a pihenést. Az utcán ordibáló, bulizó tömeg hangja még a 12. emeleten is pontosan hallható. Ha valaki a felső szinten lehúzza a wc-t, azt több emelettel lentebb is lehet hallani, vagy ha szomszéd szobában valaki nézi a tv-t. A reggeli eléggé egysíkú volt, és a választék is limitált. Egyik nap a reggelitől gyomorrontást kaptam, ami meglehetősen rányomta a bélyegét a nyaralásra. Továbbá kissé meglepő volt, hogy a reggelinél a kávét nem engedték a teraszra kivinni. A medence nem rossz, de lehetne kicsit nagyobb.

Stayed for 3 nights for my bday. On my bday arrived back at the room in the late afternoon to find a bottle of bubbles and glasses with a card. Lovely hotel, very quick to check in. We had a side sea view room in 13th floor. Room actually smelt clean and was prooved to be clean when walking round barefoot or in white socks, even on the balcony feet still clean. Only stayed B&B but breakfast was decent each morning, typically buffet style. Staff were quick to clear plates and clean tables. Very good location, quiet but 5 min walk to be in the thick of it on the main strip but also few min walk I to the old town. Didn't use the pool but had plenty of people in it daily so must be a good temperature. Overall I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Que no pongan hielo cuando pides en la comida jarra de agua. Incoherente, ponen jarras de agua fría en el desayuno y para comer, pides jarra de agua del caño con hielo y no te dan hielo. Vale. 2,70 la botella de 1/2litro. Después de lo que se paga, si quieres agua fresca, tienes que gastarte 2.70 por persona en almuerzo y cena. Un hotel de 4 estrellas, y no dar ese servicio, no lo he visto nunca. !!No corresponde, no es ético,!! Muy descontentos por ese tema.

Hotel muy limpio, céntrico, la comida del bufé muy variada. Habitaciones cómodas y baños limpios. Los camareros todos muy simpáticos, los del bar también eran muy simpáticos.

A veces, la piscina cuando había mucha gente estaba muy sucia. Había una camarera, que nos trató con indiferencia y fue un poco borde. Por lo demás todo bien.

The food in the restaurant was very average, breakfast was good.You have to pay for a small bottle of water at dinner 2 euros 20 cents. The pool bar which also serves as a bar in the evening has only one draught beer (amstel...3euros 80cents) others in bottles, have to say the barstaff were very good. entertainment poor..all spanish!.The pool was great but every rule was broken( even though rules were on display) people diving,jumping,...soaking people on sunbeds,throwing balls...hitting people with balls ....some people smoking( there was a no smoking policy), ...drunks swearing ..the problem was there was no supervision at all!.There was no water stations or free water available. Room was fine to be honest and clean bed change every day. Probably wont go back here again

La limpieza de la habitación era bastante mala ,no cambiaban las tazas de te usadas horrible entrar a la habitación y ver los te usados junto a las tasas sucias. Otro comentario no solo para este hotel es que cobran la caja de seguridad en una habitación de 200 euros,no es necesario cobrar 2 euros mas

My friend and I have just returned home after the most fabulous stay at Benidorm Plaza Hotel, what a great friendly and immaculate hotel brilliant friendly staff, ive holidayed in Benidorm for past 40 yrs but never stayed in old town, but now I wouldn't stay any where else, the food in the hotel was fabulous every single meal we enjoyed we also enjoyed,all the fabulous Spanish people who were staying there, loved the entertainment and also the gentleman who done activities he was excellent, can't wait to go back love love loved it. Ubicacion y comida excelente.

Las plazas de parking son muy pequeñas, tuve que salir varias veces del coche por el lado del copiloto, un desastre el parking. El baño tiene bañera con piques, no tiene ducha, hay azulejos rotos, si cierras fuerte la puerta del aseo, salen escombros del techo, la puerta del baño esta para tirar. En resumen el baño necesita reforma, no es un baño de 4 estrellas. En el ascensor del parking subiendo las maletas el dia que llegamos al hotel nos quedamos atrapados en el ascensor, menos mas que un empleado diligente de recepcion del hotel nos saco en unos minutos.

Missing tiles in the pool as you walk in . My child cut there foot twice and a member of staff was very helpful in cleaning it up and reporting but not fixed and hotel hold dont seem to care this hasnt been fixed . Stayed here the year before in the july and was served raw meat actually thought would be ok this time as stayed at clima 2 sleep apartments and can use the hotels pool and entertainment as wpuldnt trust the foof there then this so canceled our 2 week stay for this july . Manager is very rude and doesnt care at all . No doubt tiles will still be missing in steps you walk into the pool . White parts on photos are where tiles are missing

Excellent all around. Breakfast was superb; staff friendly; hotel immaculate. The location was perfect; three minutes walk to the beach and five minutes walk to the start of the old town. Lots of supermarkets within one minutes walk. The beds were very comfortable and supportive and the room and bathroom were spotless.

Nothing to dislike.

Lovely stay from start to finish. Upon arrival at 2am we were quickly booked in and told to go get some sleep and we can sort the safe in the morning. Breakfast had a great selection. Only ate once for evening meal and found mostly catered for the Spanish guests (not bland UK food) so not going to complain as we were in Spain after all. Room was clean and a good size, we were in room 108. I had requested to be on a lower floor a few days before so did t think it would be possible but they delivered. No noise from pool, all guests were respectful. Staff were great, from the reception, cleaners, bar and restaurant. There was no guests reserving beds all day which was great. If we decided to go down there were always bed available. Pool was lovely and clean. The location is amazing too. So close to beach, old town and bars. No rowdy guests. Overall great stay and hope to come back soon.
