Reviewed Sep 17, 2026The staff were really lovely, especially Carmen on Reception who went above and beyond to help and even organised our airport transfer for 5am.....Jose the bar staff was also very accommodating, pleasant and his personal touches to the bar area made it very welcoming......
The first hotel room (triple room) was very small, however, when we mentioned it to Reception they moved us to a room that was big enough. The breakfast was often not hot enough but there are plenty cold options available

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Close to beach and old town. The room had everything you needed for a few days stay but would not want to stay for a week or more, as very little wardrobe space.
Cleanliness in the bathroom was not as I would expect. There was only 1 glass for 2 guests in the room, it was wrapped in plastic and when unwrapped it was dirty with a hair on the glass. The other issue was the safe was not working, we asked reception to help and they said a 'technician' would be coming up to sort out but it was never resolved and so had to store valuables in a less secure place.
