Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Le personnel était vraiment gentil, et agréable ! Vraiment aux petits soins avec nous ! La chambre était superbe, grande et spacieuse ! Et en plus, ils ont gardé nos bagages le jour de notre départ pour que l’on puisse profiter de notre dernière journée à Vienne avant notre vol qui était prévu pour la fin d’après-midi.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Die Lage des Hotels ist super - sehr zentral, alles fußläufig erreichbar, Bahnstationen in kurzer Entfernung. Das Personal war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Frühstück war klein aber fein - zwar nicht viel Abwechselung, aber für ein paar Übernachtungen völlig ausreichend und lecker. Das Hotel ist zwar nicht das modernste, aber es hat seinen eigene Wienerischen Charakter mitten im Herzen von Wien.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Excelente calidad-precio. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, al lado de la Catedral de San Esteban, de otros monumentos y museos, y de la calle principal de tiendas y restaurantes que lleva hasta Opera. Muy cerca de todo.
Habitación un poco estrecha. Sobre todo, se podrían poner agarraderas en la ducha, para no escurrirse y caerse.

Decir functional. I didn't have breakfast in, so can't comment on that. Air con gurgles at night intermittently - thought there must be a water station outside my door that I had missed. But Air con works and was welcome.

On our final day, we needed to leave before the buffet started. The staff were very nice to accommodate us coming in a bit early to eat before our flight. Also, the location was great, being so close to Stephanplatz and within the inner city circle.

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. This is a quaint hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

Estación del metro súper cercana, solamente la utilizamos cuando visitamos Schonbrunn, y es muy accesible y fácil de usar. El personal incríble, muy amables y cálidos, llegamos muy temprano muy temprano y como había disponibilidad nos dieron la oportunidad de hacer check in un poco más temprano, lo cual apreciamos mucho. Muy serviciales. El desayuno delicioso, muy completo y balanceado. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme en el hotel.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Amazing location, close to many restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets as well as walking distance to many beautiful places, museums and monuments. The staff did an excellent job starting with lovely ladies at the reception who even printed documents for us, lovely staff who were serving breakfast by the way breakfast was excellent, also cleaning staff always made sure everything was cleaned properly. They truly deserve to be praised.

In particolare la signora alla reception, sempre sorridente (cosa non scontata a Vienna!). Colazione molto buona, non esagerare quantitativamente, ma di qualità e servita con efficienza.

Единичната стая е чиста, компактна, оборудвана с мини бар и електрическа кана. Леглото е удобно. Климатичната инсталация работи относително добре, но при големите жеги навън си личи, че се затруднява леко. Закуската е нормална. Като цяло - за цената, която платих, това е премлива оферта за кратък престой.
Банята е малка, дори и за стандартна единична стая - мивката е миниатюрна, душ кабината е тясна. Вентилаторът в банята е шумен. В коридора на третия етаж имаше неприятна миризма.

Un grand merci pour le personnel qui a été si prévenant et accueillant avec nous. Le petit déjeuner est également très varié. Bref, un séjour que nous ne sommes pas prêts d’oublier !

Slutten av juli og det ble litt for varmt (37/38 grader celsius), men det hadde ikke noe med hotellet å gjøre.

Petit déjeuner peu varié pour des séjours longs ( aucune nouveauté chaque matin ) et nous sommes restés la semaine, chambre un peu désuètes mais confortables.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026A localização do hotel é excelente, próxima a pontos turísticos importantes. A equipe toda é fantástica, mas gostaria de deixar uma menção especial á recepção, que foi com quem mais interagimos, e que sempre nos atendeu com muita simpatia e atenção.

Reviewed Jul 19, 202624 Hours Staff was excellent. LOCATION was great. About two blocks from St. Stephans and the Subway system and trams. SO easy to get to anywhere from the hotel. Room was large. Room was made up every day. Internet was great. Breakfast was the exact same items every day but was ok. Fresh bread and pastries plus lunch meats. I would recommend based on location and friendliness of staff. Clean hotel. Lift as well.
I can't complain about anything. It was a quiet building. The breakfast could have more variety over a five day period. All in all very good!

もう少しリーズナブルでしたら、いうことなしです！

Le prix est dur a évaluer car hypercentre très touristique par contre un doute sur les 4 étoiles... Parquet au sol premier prix pour chambre d'enfant,qui casse l'ambiance prestige 🤭 ,mobilier vintage lorsqu'il ne tombe pas en ruine (armoire bonne a jeter), le "coin salon" est une chaise et une table à 2 mètres du lit. (Ridicule).Vieille Tv locale chaines allemandes, pas de Netflix, ni smart Tv. Nous avons dû changer de chambre après la première nuit, ne correspondait pas aux photos (lit cercueil contre le mur) et nous étions gelés, impossible de stopper la climatisation (souci technique) avec deux maigres couvertures pour nous réchauffer.

КЛОПЫ, они повсюду, персонал настойчиво просил нигде не рассказывать и не выкладывать видео доказательства.Но я понимаю что люди могут оказаться в таком же положении как мы, у меня ДИКАЯ аллергия на укусы, я уже почти неделю мучаюсь и хожу к врачу на своей родине!Мы хотели остаться там на 2 ночи, но в первую же ночь я хотела уже сбежать от туда, нам предложили номер другой что бы переспать хотя бы ночь так как обнаружили проблему уже в час ночи, утром нам вернули деньги и мы от туда уехали, не только из отеля-я в принципе не хотела продолжать там отдых- ведь для меня он был окончен, из за сильной аллергии.Если бы не было у меня языкового барьера, я не раздумывая бы вызвала скорую и полицию!Ведь это не только причинение физической боли,но и моральной!Все вещи которые были в том отеле-уехали в хим чистку так как боязнь привезти было клопов домой!
