Geen airco, veel lawaai vanaf 5.00 uur in de morgen. Oude, veel te kleine badkamer en vies tapijt op de vloer.

La colazione non è inclusa. NON RILASCIANO RICEVUTA!!! Continuo a chiamare e NON RISPONDONO, segno che hanno in qualche modo bloccato il mio numero. DA DENUNCIA! PS: la ricevuta mi serve per richiedere il rimborso al lavoro...

The hotel was clean and we had nice views over the canals of Venice. The hotel owner Massimo was really nice and gave us good instructions of how to get to the hotel. For this price i didn't expect a nice shower, working ac and multiple towels. They even emptied the trash bin everyday. The location is perfect, located just between Rialto and San Marco but still in a quiet backroad. They even had a vending machine inside the hotel to get some coffee in the morning and cheap water and snacks. Don't think you can get a one star hotel as good as this anywhere else.

Some other guests had some problem with the Check-In. Otherwise everything was beyond our wildest imagination.

Maravillosa ubicación, y más encima me tocó una habitacion con balcon al canal! Aunque era de baño compartido, pero de todos modos se compensó con creces gracias al detalle del balcon. Excelente opcion para turistas de bajo presupuesto que deseen quedarse en Venecia historica

No tengo nada de que quejarme. Fue una grata experiencia, y la calidad de las instalaciones cumplieron con lo que yo necesitaba, por lo que no hay dramas por ese lado.

Well located between the Rialto and St Marco. Good clean bathrooms

No facilities for heating water or basic food. My wife was unwell and a friendly staff member helped me make her a cup of tea in the staff room but then we both got into trouble for breaking the rules. When I asked reception for help navigating the task of booking a water taxi to help get her to the station they bluntly refused. You don’t expect much in the way of facilities in a one star hotel but basic human kindness should be one of them. Very disappointing.

Had a good location

There was no air conditioning so it was really hot in there, because we went during a heat wave.

Die zentrale Lage optimal zw.Rialto und San Marco. Das Einzelzimmer war geräumig. Die Dusche und WC im Gang war für Behinderte gerecht. Schöner Blick auf kleinen Kanal mit Brücke zum den Campo della Fava, ein ruhiger Platz.

Die Möblierung ist einfach, in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktional. Morgens hört man die Verladung des Mülls auf Boote. Kommunikation über WhatsApp klappte, war aber etwas anonym.

La ubicación excelente, la cama muy cómoda, la ducha también. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto.

Nos faltó como mínimo una pequeña nevera para guardar algo frío para el intenso calor del verano italiano y al menos una pava para calentar agua y hacernos un café. La comunicación con la recepción no fue muy fluida, mejoraría ese aspecto también.

La struttura è situata al centro di Venezia, non distante da Piazza San Marco.

Hotel in posizione eccezionale. La camera essenziale ma pulita, con bagno in camera e con vista sul canale. Qualità prezzo ottima.

Czysto, bardzo dobra lokalizacja i klimat. Wygodnie i schludnie jak na taką cenę.

Brak klimatyzacji w pokoju, nie sprawdziłem bo miałem wrażenie że to jest standard ale w ofercie nie było napisane że klimatyzacja jest.

The bed was comfortable

The bathrooms weren’t the cleanest, the room was unbearably hot even at night and the fan didn’t really work.

Me gustó la ubicación y la habitación, la amplitud, la limpieza, que tenía aire acondicionado, jabón para el baño y secador. Que se veía el canal y las gondolas circular. Que había una máquina de monedas que servía agua y cafés.

Permitían dejar el equipaje en custodia en caso de dejar la habitación antes de la hora de tu transporte. Pero era una zona común y no se sentía segura!

Hotel Caneva have clean rooms,near by restaurants, bars,shops and nearby palazzo San Marco, Doge Palace, Basilica,Gardini Royal garden, gondels and vaporetto's. The hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood Castello. The oner of the hotel is friendly. I recommend this hotel.

Brak internetu. Dostałyśmy pokój który nie łączył się z internetem mimo zapewnień gospodarza. Rozumiem, że na wakacjach internet to najmniejszy problem ale jednak czasami miło go poużywać w szczególności jeśli w opisie hotelu jest on dostępny. Brak pomocy ze strony gospodarza w tej kwestii jedynie niemiłe komentarze o tym że innym gościom jak i jemu działa. Więc zostałyśmy z tym problemem same bo później mi już nie odpisał

Aproape de centru, de locuri de vizitare și de tot ce ar putea avea nevoie cineva. Locația excelenta in raportul de calitate preț, e foarte curat și bine îngrijit. Personalul e foarte prietenos și gata să te ajute cu tot ce ai nevoie.

Location is perfect. Our room is just by the riverside, so the view is wonderful. Highly recommended.

El recepcionista que nos atendió al llegar, un maleducado de categoría, además de que no entendía bien el inglés, te perdonaba la vida por existir.

Camas desconfortáveis, colchão péssimo. As janelas não davam para fechar. Cheirava mal. Não tinha Ar condicionado e o quarto era super quente. Quarto sem isolamento/condições. Foi um hotel feito à pressa e adaptado com acabamentos horríveis.

Sahibi harika biri halden anlayan, paragöz olmayan, misafirleri için her şeyi düşünmüş biri. Konum muazzam. Giriş rahat. İçecek makinası var. Bavulları bırakacağınız yer var. Eski bina ama temiz.

We loved the hotel very much. Room was very clean and tidy. We had the one with private bathroom, but the ones without also looked clean. Definetly recommend this hotel

ベネツィアの中心地にあるのに安くて、素晴らしかったです。トイレとシャワーが共用の部屋を選びましたが、トイレもシャワーも綺麗で清潔でした。

値段を考えると、不満な点はありません。冷房があれば、より良かったとは思います。

L'hotel è situato nel pieno centro di Venezia, a due minuti dal Ponte di Rialto. La struttura è molto pulita così come la stanza in dotazione; la particolarità della stanza è che il balcone affacciava su un canale. Hotel consigliato a chi vuole girare Venezia restando in centro.

Logement très basique, sans clim, l’été c’est compliqué heureusement qu’il y avait un ventilo.

l'hôtel est très bien situé. la chambre était conforme à l'attendu et était calme. L'accès est simple : le propriétaire prend contact par What'app et communique les éléments pour une arrivée en autonomie.

Tout était conforme à la description.

The room was spacious, shower and toilet were good, there was a really cheap wending machine in the hall, but most importantly my Double Room (and I traveled during a heatwave) had an AC not mentioned in the description. It was old and very slow but froze my room properly when I left it for several hours. One of the best locations possible as well.

The location is ideal, and having a balcony with a canal view adds a wonderful romantic vibe to the stay. While the room is simple, it was exceptionally clean with a comfortable bed and bathroom. The staff was incredibly friendly, and housekeeping came daily to clean and change the linens. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

The room lacked storage space, as there was no wardrobe or chest of drawers. It would also be nice to have at least a couple of glasses. Additionally, as a heads-up for future guests rather than a fault of the host, rooms facing the canal can be quite noisy at night due to passing boats with music and loud engines, so you will need to sleep with the windows closed.

Très bien placé. J’avais peur au vu des autres commentaires mais le monsieur a été très réactif sûr wathsapp pour ma part. J’ai été prélevé bien avant le voyage. Notre chambre était très bien avec télé ventilateur trois lit et une grande salle de bain. Parfait pour un court séjour.

Légèrement bruyant avec le canal ce qui n’a pas été dérangeant pour nous mais peut l’être si vous avez le sommeil très léger.

Salle de bain petites et étroite. À éviter pendant les périodes de chaleurs, un seul ventilateur était à disposition et la chaleur était insupportable. L’absence de contact physique avec l’hôtel ne nous a pas semblé être une expérience hôtelière.

Staff was friendly

Ac did not work at night for 4/5 days in June. Staff did not believe us. On the last day the AC was finally fixed, said they had it on winter settings so our AC was shutting off at night. Bathroom also had a water leak, which was no big deal on its own, however this resulted in the room smelling like mildew after some time due the water leak and heat mix.

Nice hotel room with a private bathroom and an absolutely stunning view from the window! The location is excellent – close to everything, yet away from the crowds. Communication with the staff was great, and the self check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow.

The only downside was the lack of a refrigerator, especially during such hot weather.

Hotellet havde en rigtig god beliggenhed med kort gåafstand til både Markuspladsen og Rialto Bridge. Værelset havde udsigt til en lille hyggelig kanal. Værelset var småt og ikke prangende men fint til prisen og havde de mest nødvendige faciliteter.

La habitación estaba situada justo encima de un canal, por lo que las vistas eran muy bonitas.

La habitación muy vieja, la cama poco cómoda y un fuerte olor a humedad. Tiene aire acondicionado, pero no termina de ambientar bien la habitación.
