Café da manhã com pouca opção principalmente de doce, esperava mais variedade de frios, por ser alemanha, mas foi ok, apesar de nem ter ovos mexidos, localizaçâo apesar de próxima ao centro, o entorno nao me causou nenhum problema, mas bem mal frequentado, cheio de casa de apostas, casa de dançarinas, cabaret, mas mesmo sendo feio de caminhar achei seguro, só tirou um pouco o glamour da cidade para mim, mas vale o custo benefício para quem nao se importa de estar em lugar meio feio.

Ich reise viel, war aber wohl noch nie in einem Hotel, in dem jeder Mitarbeiter extrem freundlich war! Es war wirklich außergewöhnlich. Die Lage in der Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof ist für eine Städtereise sehr zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück war liebevoll angerichtet und bestach durch seine große Auswahl. Wasser gab es kostenlos, man konnte es sich jederzeit mit auf das Zimmer nehmen.

The people at the front desk were incredibly kind and helpful. It was really nice to have a common area to hang out in and have meals in after I put my son to bed. The overall inside was very clean and nice.

The location was "central" but was very sketchy. The streets were dirty, and a lot of strip clubs everywhere. I wish I would've known that before I booked. They also said they would validate my parking and then they didn't know how so I paid 90E to get my car out. They made it right and gave my parents (who stayed back) money in return but it was a stressful situation early in the morning while trying to make a flight.

La zona donde está ubicado. Si bien está bastante cerca del centro y de los sitios de interés. Y del tren, la zona no parece muy segura, especialmente al oscurecer.

Ottima posizione a cinque minui a piedi dalla stazione e dieci dal centro città. Colazione buona e abbondante. Camera quadrupla spaziosa e pulita. Personale gentile. Ci hanno tenuto le valigie sia prima del ceck in che al ceck out fino alla partenza del treno. Affaccia su una strada ricca di ristoranti e attività commerciali di ogni tipo ma la camera era comunque silenziosa. Consigliato.

La atención al cliente es excelente, todo el personal tanto en mensajes como el día que llegamos siempre fueron muy amables. Nos dieron buenas recomendaciones y guardaron nuestro equipaje para poder disfrutar sin cargarlo.

Das Bad im Zimmer, es hate keinen Rand oder Tür, also war der ganze Boden nass, mit mehreren Handtüchern hat man es trocken bekommen.

Wir waren zu dritt Das Zimmer war groß genug wir hatten viel Platz Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und konnten unser Zimmer eher beziehen als geplant. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt

Die Lage zum Zentrum ist perfekt, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Jedoch ist es eine sehr belebte Straße und nachts sehr laut. Bei offenem Fenster schlafen war kaum möglich.

It is within walking distance of Marienplatz and the main train station. The staff were very friendly.

There was no AC, and this was a problem in August. This was an oversight on our part during the booking process and we would not have booked here if we had noticed this. The breakfast was overpriced for the quality. The room was small for four people.

El tamaño de la habitación era suficiente para 3.

Lo del plato de ducha a nivel de suelo y con cortina para ducharte es un problema, acaba todo el baño inundado. A pesar de estar cerca del centro, la zona es algo "incómoda" de noche, si no estás acostumbrado a según que situaciones puede llegar a ser intimidante. De día hay que reconocer que la sensación es diferente.

Hotel a short walk from statiom and walking distance to city. Near good restaurants and U bahn. Water in reception with carafe to take to your room. Good breakfast with dietary needs. Courtyard room was very quiet. 24 hour reception.

Room is bland, you could be anywhere, but exactly as shown so more a reminder to people than a criticism.

Desde que salimos de Buenos Aires éste fue nuestro séptimo hotel y fue en el que más cordialmente nos atendieron, con mucha hospitalidad.

Estuvo todo muy bien. Lo único que criticaría es que el colchón estaba un poco vencido.

Lack of Air Cond meant window had to be opened. Cigarette smoke came in from the courtyard. No fridge or basic tea/coffee making items ( only hotel in our 4 week trip that didn’t have this). No extra pillows or blankets. Very basic hotel at a premium price.

Das Hotel hatte ein sehr günstige Lage, man konnte zu Fuß sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet und das Personal war super nett.

Staff was nice but the whole place smelled like cigarettes, we have a cigarette allergy , its one thing to have occasional cigarette smoke go by but to be constantly around it while in our room, we couldn't take it so we were forced to check out after 2 nights of a 4 night stay

La habitación no tenía ningún tipo de nevera y viajando con niños es un poco incómodo ya que cualquier cosa de comida q compres como leche se puede estropear. El baño también era muy básico y todas las camas eran pequeñas y no se podían unir.

Las camas muy cómodas, habitación limpia. La ubicación está bien, bastante cerca del centro. Zona para dormir, no para pasear o comer/cenar. Hotel con muchas familias. Habitación triple muy amplia y con tres camas..

La ducha con cortina, se sale más fácil el agua. Le falta luz a la habitación, no me refiero a natural, tenía una ventana y aunque daba a interior tenía luz, el problema era de noche, con solo una lámpara y no en el centro.

The street where it is located is noisy and has some lapdance clubs which makes the atmosphere unwelcoming and shady during nightitme. The room has the basics, though cleaning could be improved as well as the shower/bath. Common spaces are new, but rooms could use an update

The five of us fit well. It isn’t common to have three queens in one room. Very comfy. The place was clean. There is a breakfast bakery cafe on the corner of the street.

It was in the quieter end of a busy social street. More adult topics and social scene than I would have liked for my kids but they laughed at it.

Das Hotel liegt grundsätzlich super zentral, jedoch fühlt man sich in dem Viertel sehr "fremd", wir (2 Frauen) haben uns schon nachmittags eher unwohl gefühlt beim Durchgehen, abends/nachts nur mit dem Taxi bis zum Hotel fahren, wurde uns auch so empfohlen, aber dann stellt das überhaupt kein Problem dar. Die Zimmer waren sauber und modern, außerdem hatten wir 2 Ventilatoren von Anfang an am Zimmer , der Parkplatz im Innenhof etwas eng, aber super, dass es ihn gibt, das Frühstück haben wir noch spontan dazu gebucht, was überhaupt kein Problem war und es gab eine große Auswahl. Bis auf die Lage bzw. das Viertel in dem das Hotel liegt, war es für einen Städtetrip super passend und kann auf jeden Fall, wenn man Taxifahrten in Kauf nimmt, weiterempfohlen werden.

Das Viertel rund herum, jedoch kann die Unterkunft per se hierfür ja nichts. Ich bevorzuge Duschkabinen bzw. Duschen ohne Duschvorhang, das wirkt etwas altmodisch und nicht sehr hygienisch, das könnte man ändern. Check-In mit 16 Uhr ist schon etwas spät, wenn man danach noch was vor hat und sich frisch machen möchte, eher knapp.

Ottima la posizione. Ottimo staff e ottima la colazione. Hotel pulito e confortevole. Erogatore acqua naturale e frizzante a disposizione dei clienti.

Vicino alla stazione centrale e per questo motivo, la sera tardi, con bambini era poco piacevole raggiungere l hotel. Assenza di aria condizionata ma con tanti ventilatore a disposizione in camera in caso di forte caldo.

Breakfast staff was very nice and attentive, though the breakfast itself is just ok.

We hated the area. It was a dirty area, you couldn´t walk half a block without running into some drunk or people smoking pot in the sidewalk, there were strip clubs less than a block away, and even a sex shop with items on display outside in the way to the bus stop.... This is not an area for families. As we came to the hotel we immediately requested to leave, but they wouldn't let us leave without charging the entirety of our booking, and this would hurt our budget too much so we had no choice but to suck it up. The hotel staff blamed it on Booking.com, and booking.com said it was ENTIRELY UP TO THE HOTEL and not to them. So they very much forced to stay there even as we clearly did not wanted to and said it to them since our very arrival.

Posizione purtroppo non bellissima: quartiere adiacente a stazione di grande città, per cui soprattutto la sera occorre stare molto attenti. Parcheggio interno con pochissimi posti auto: il parcheggio convenzionato è interrato e poco accogliente, a 5-10 minuti di strada a piedi e con lo stesso problema del quartiere, soprattutto se si torna di notte.

Very friendly and welcoming! The lady on reception was exceptional and did her up most to get us in our room early and get us settled after a horrendous journey!

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gute Lage und sehr freundlicher Service Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Besonders positiv überrascht waren wir von der Größe des Zimmers – für eine Großfamilie mit drei Jugendlichen war wirklich mehr als genug Platz vorhanden. Auch das gesamte Servicepersonal war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super: Die S-Bahn ist schnell zu erreichen und auch das Oktoberfest liegt ganz in der Nähe. Man ist mitten im lebendigen Münchner Viertel rund um die Schillerstraße. Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt gibt es allerdings: Unser Zimmer roch leider deutlich nach Zigarettenrauch und dadurch etwas unangenehm. Außerdem fehlte eine Klimaanlage, was gerade bei wärmeren Temperaturen etwas schade ist. Insgesamt aber ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, vor allem aufgrund der tollen Lage, des großzügigen Zimmers und des wirklich netten Personals. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt gibt es allerdings: Unser Zimmer roch leider deutlich nach Zigarettenrauch und dadurch etwas unangenehm. Außerdem fehlte eine Klimaanlage, was gerade bei wärmeren Temperaturen etwas schade ist.

Staff lovely and helpful and very friendly. They gave us recommendations for dinner and lunch that were both great. Comfortable hotel- I would stay there again! Within walking distance of most main attractions and railway station.

A little warm at night but we were experiencing extreme temperatures at the time.

Vriendelijke ontvangst, heel verzorgd ontbijt en comfortabele driepersoonskamer met goede douche. Op enkele minuutjes stappen van het treinstation.

Het was heel warm buiten (34 graden) en de kamer was moeilijk koel te krijgen 's nachts (wel een ventilator maar geen airco) en soms geluid van het naastliggend restaurant waardoor we de venster niet steeds open konden laten.

The breakfast was good and there were sufficient choices. The location is close to central train station and also walking distance to Marienplatz but the neighborhood was not that good.

There was a problem with the lift. The door kept open despite we pressed the level button where our room was located. It also happened to other people so we have to go up by using the stairs.

Das freundliche Personal

Keine Klimaanlage, Zimmer mit Null-Herz eingerichtet. Das Bad sieht aus wie im Krankenhaus. Die Schillerstraße ist fast so schlimm, wie am Hamburger Hauptbahnhof, mit Kindern abends unzumutbar.

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben mittags unser Gepäck abgegeben, was weggeschlossen wurde. Am späten Abend konnten wir einchecken. Das Zimmer war ruhig in einem Hinterhof. Ventilatoren ließen uns trotz einer warmen Sommernacht gut schlafen.

Zimmer nachts heiß (ein zusätzlich zur Verfügung stehender Ventilator funktionierte nicht, die beiden anderen schon). Zustellbett unbequem und hart. Lift defekt.

Our room was very clean and the beds were comfy. Walking distance to everything that we wanted to see and plenty of restaurants right on the doorstep.

Las camas son muy blandas, las almohadas incómodas y muchísimo calor a pesar de los ventiladores...

The motel itself was fine. Room was good size and clean. Staff were friendly. They serve breakfast but we didn't eat. Elevator and parking is small.

We did not feel safe in the location. Had to leave windows open because of the heat but there was a lot of people below on the street creating noise late into the night. Early morning clean up crew, emptying trash, sweeping the road woke everyone very early.

Ens ha agradat el preu de l'habitació, l'amabilitat del personal i que l'hotel i l'habitació estan nets i ben mantinguts. La ubicació no és fantàstica però ès molt aprop de l'estació central i força aprop de les principals atraccions turístiques.

Posizione e gentilezza dello staff

Sporcizia (dopo 3 giorni sono finito in farmacia a comprare una crema per dermatite da contatto), odori molto forti probabilmente legati alla moquette, federe non pulite e assenza di condizionamento (quest'ultimo punto era a me noto ma con il caldo di questi giorni diventa rilevante nel giudizio).

La pulizia, la camera, e la precisione nelle informazioni. Il distributore dell’acqua è una bella attenzione all’esigenza del cliente.
