The friendly atmosphere, welcoming & comforting the minute you walk into the reception. Communication with the staff was exceptional. The room was perfect, with everything you required. Even the food was really good.

Cannot think of anything other than its location. However it was convienent & close to inner city.2

Balkondeur ging niet open. Wc rol houder was 1 schroef uit. Hing scheef. Waren op de kamer aan het slapen. De kamer was al schoongemaakt. Komt er ineens een personeelslid binnen. Wat kom je doen ? Parkeergarage krap en smal 20 euro per dag

We were only there one night, but location was great for exploring Murcia, and for proximity to Del Carmen train station. Very attentive staff and room was ready for us to check in 3 hours early.

Rooftop bar at the pool was too hot because mostly in the sun.

Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean, good size rooms, great choice for breakfast,.we didn't use the rooftop swimming pool but looked lovely. The staff go above and beyond to help in any way they can. I would strongly recommend this hotel

Excelente ubicación desde la cual se puede acceder caminando a las principales atracciones turísticas del casco histórico. Habitación amplia, cómoda y espaciosa, con TV, aire acondicionado, frigobar, escritorio y guardarropa. Wifi de muy buena señal. Desayuno extraordinario con productos frescos, variados y de calidad. A diario limpian la habitación y cambian las toallas. Personal amable y servicial.

There was a cigarette smell in out room every time our aircon was on , it was not great. Reception said they asked the rooms either side to refrain from smoking . We did not find it helped the situation . The bed was comfy but squeaked every time my husband moved ,or turned in the bed. As it was a short stay we said nothing ,moving rooms was going to be a hassle we had no time for .

Had a wonderful stay. Lovely Hotel. Staff fabulous. Great lobby bar and roof top plunge pool and bar...perfect to relax in after a day in Murcia. Breakfast excellent with well thought out and varied choices. Really good location. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

Un error al cobrarnos la reserva que después rectificación porque se lo dijimos, una equivocación en la limpieza de la habitación y se llevaron objetos personales, no hay sitio para aparcar por estar en el centro de la ciudad y tienes que pagar parking.

La ubicación es perfecta entre la estación de tren y el centro, a 10 minutos de cada cosa! El hotel está muy bien, las habitaciones son amplias, la cama es cómoda y el baño es grande. Hay espacio para guardar y dejar todo. El personal es muy amable y te ayudan en todo. La zona de la piscina va fenomenal y tiene bar para tomar algo.

Que solo hubiera enchufe en una de las mesillas. Ppr decir algo, porque todo está genial.

Hotel naprawdę wysokiej klasy! Elegancki, wygodny i przestronny. Życzliwy i profesjonalny personel sprawił, że czuliśmy się znakomicie. Podczas pobytu obchodziłam urodziny, hotel obdarował mnie z tej okazji miłym upominkiem. Basen na dachu, przy występujących w Murcji wysokich temperaturach, to cudowne rozwiązanie i możliwość relaksu. Znakomita lokalizacja - 10 minut spacerem od katedry, to dodatkowy atut. Murcja skradła nasze serca, wierzę zatem, że wrócimy niebawem do hotelu Catalonia Conde de Floridablanca.

La ubicación, limpieza y personal

Buenas instalaciones, habitaciones grandes, bien equipadas, cuarto de baño grande y limpio, conexión a Internet buena, desayunos buenos con zumo de naranja recién exprimido, buen café, pero por encima de todo, el personal, desde los recepcionistas hasta los encargados del desayuno, pasando por los que limpian las habitaciones, todos muy bien.

Por poner un pero, la piscina era un poco pequeña, pero es normal debido al espacio que se dispone en este hotel para tener una piscina. Aún así gracias que la tienen, ya que ayuda a pasar la calor que hace en Múrcia en agosto.

El personal es muy amable, la ubicación un 10 el hotel es bonito y cómodo.

Very nice hotel in good location close to the city centre. Beds were comfortable, nice gym, the breakfast buffet was awesome, and the small rooftop pool was a very pleasant refreshment after a hot day.

The hotel was modern yet classic. After a morning of sightseeing in heat, the rooftop splash pool was an excellent treat for a city centre hotel. It was also my wife's 50th birthday & they really noted the occasion for her. Lovely.

The sightseeing was great during the day but, we had to hunt for anything to do at night! Not the hotel's fault but, nearly everywhere was closed for vacations in August.

Die Platzverhältnisse im Parkhaus sind sehr eng, wenn man nicht einen Kleinwagen hat.

La ubicación, relativamente cerca de la Estacion de trenes en el Carmen, y a la vez no estaba muy lejos del Río Seguro y por tanto del casco histórico. El precio estuvo muy bien, no se si por las fechas (si bien era pleno inicio de agosto en Murcia capital) pero no es habitual en cadenas así. Las habitaciones sencillas pero amplias y cómodas, bien de aire acondicionado o ventilador. El area de piscina no está mal y el hecho de que tengan bar tanto en la piscina para tomarte algo como en planta baja para desayunar, esta muy bien. Personal muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar siempre.

Por decir algo, el agua de la piscina no era la mejor, quizas porque es pequeñita para la cantidad de huéspedes que había usándola.

Location was very good, the staff were very polite and helpful. Lovely gesture of small bottle of cava with 2 glasses left in my room by the hotel as it was my birthday which they must have gotten from my passport.

Nice looking, clean hotel, the parking is a bit tidy and it's outside the hotel on another street, but it's ok. Staff is friendly and nice, the room was ready before the check-in time.

Beds - mattresses and pillows - just very bad. The pool - super small and is just for 6 people and 1m deep. Also it was really warm. Breakfast - The last day of our stay the breakfast kitchen chef was late by 1 hour and we could not eat hot stuff (sausages and etc) - no compensation or anything like that was offered - just excuses. The breakfast itself is ok for 16 euros per person, but for a 4* hotel it should be much better. Now it's mostly a variety of "mercadona" stuff. - Air Conditioners - while it does it's job - it's super noisy when it's turned on and while it works. Also, it is constantly turning on and off when it cools the room. So you will constantly hear the very loud clicking sounds. - the sofa-bed is quite short for a grown-up; it's ok for the kid, but it is "angled" and our kid fell from it at night.

Las habitaciones del hotel son grandes y espaciosas, la limpieza bien, tampoco nada fuera de lo normal. Los baños están bien equipados y son espaciosos. La piscina muy bien, hay hamacas de sobra y un ambiente muy relajado pero sólo se pueden bañar 6 personas a la vez, nosotros eramos 3, por lo que teniamos que hacer turnos a veces. El desayuno muy variado y el personal que lo atiende es amable y servicial.

El precio del restaurante, hicimos un almuerzo y los platos son más bien pequeños a un precio bastante elevado, por lo que creo que no merece la pena comer allí, ya que los sabores tampoco es que sean espectaculares... no merece la pena. Por poner un ejemplo, por un simple plato de macarrones (de escasa cantidad), me cobraron 16€, y eran macarrones con tomate frito, sin más. Las bebidas también carísimas, con todos los restaurantes y bares que hay por la zona, no merece la pena quedarse allí.

Personal super amable en todos y cada uno de los servicios. Mención expresa a Alejandro que se volcó con nosotros para hacernos la estancia inolvidable en nuestro aniversario de boda. No quiero olvidarme de la señora que atiende el desayuno que estuvo siempre atenta para darnos un servicio de 10. El muchacho que atiende la piscina también se portó de manera excepcional. El personal de limpieza nos proporcionó una almohada extra siempre atendiendo con una sonrisa. Es difícil encontrar tanta amabilidad y buen servicio desde la sencillez y la cercanía. Gracias por ser tan profesionales y proporcionarnos una estancia tan agradable.

Onverwachts moesten we s'nachts 2 kamers boeken. Dit was geen probleem en we werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen. Heel goed ontbijt en mooie grote kamers met op de kamer de mogelijkheid om koffie/thee te drinken en een fles water.

La habitación muy bien y el cuarto de baño muy grande y cómodo. Y todo muy limpio. Ademas tiene una pequeña piscina que en el centro de Murcia se agradece mucho. Y el personal muy profesional y atento.

Central air conditioning takes time to cool down. During extreme heat, which is typical in this region, this should be taken into account in advance.

Reception was one of the best I have experienced. Professional and informative, while being genuinely friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice fridge with complementary water ( members). A/c works well but door between room and room lobby should be kept closed for efficiency. Bar staff were engaging and polite. Drinks are expensive for Spain. Remember members get 10% off food/ drinks. Rooftop pool is small but nice area especially on a hot summer day. Location is excellent, near the train station Carmel snd walking distance of attractions.

We stayed due to its location as we were going to a concert at Plaza del Tores. The room was excellent, great size, beds comfortable and great shower in the bathroom.

The pool area is small - not a problem it is for cooling off really but several of the children in the pool were allowed by parents to splash and play causing a few people to feel uncomfortable in the pool. Also people leaving the area and leaving towels on the sunbeds - we did speak to the man up there about this.

Very central to walk from the hotel to all of Murcia old town and very good restaurants. Very clean, delicious breakfast, very comfy beds and very helpful and friendly staff. The roof top pool was also great in the 38 degree heat!

Every member of staff we interacted with was fantastic. Reception were always smiling. The lady at breakfast could not do enough for you. Location was brilliant. Short walk to everywhere.

Pool area was a bit on the small side. Went up on our first afternoon and you couldn’t get a space. It did not detract from our break.

En general todo bien. Lo mejor la amabilidad del recepcionista. Íbamos a ver un concierto y él lo iba a ver al día siguiente. Fue profesional, amable, nos proporcionó una plaza de parking muy fácil de aparcar y ancha cuando le dijimos que el coche era ancho.

No puedo decir nada negativo. Solo estuvimos una noche y no recuerdo nada negativo.

Todo en general, cercanía,limpieza,instalaciones y el personal,sobre todo el buffet de diez,todo lo que se le pide a un hotel de 4 estrellas.Recomiendo al 100%.

Ver qué tenían un cartel con la puntuación de Booking y sólo tiene un 8,8.Me parece muy poca para todo lo que ofrece.

A comfortable hotel for an overnight stay. Bed and pillows very comfortable . We were there for a concert at the bull ring and it was a 15 minute walk so great location for that.

There was a problem with the room service app and it took over an hour for a basic pizza. The pool area is pleasant but small with limited beds and not much shade when it is very sunny. Rooms quite corporate, no frills and a bit dated.

Lovely small, local hotel with a lovely rooftop pool (albeit very small) and bar. Rooms very comfortable and staff we so friendly and helpful. A short walk to old town. Highly recommend
