Super close to the beach and bus stop, but impossible to get anywere if you are there when Santanyí has market day. Two of the people from check- out was very kind!

The lady at check in was not so welcoming and placed us in a room that was in another building facing the pool, and it was party there so got no sleep. The quality of the room was very bad, very old and did not align with booking.com pictures and feedback. It felt like a hostel to be honest. Also we could not use water in shower/sink as it was salty, so had to buy water.

The view was exceptional

Other than the view, the rest of the room and the hotel feel quite old-fashioned and do not seem to justify the price. Moreover, compared with other hotels in a similar price range, the breakfast is very limited and lacks both variety and quality. Given the price of the stay and the breakfast, I expected a much higher standard overall.

Su ubicacion es espectacular. Tiene acceso directo a la cala y por zona de rocas. El personal muy amable y atento (mallorquin normalmente). El buffet algo escaso pero estaba bueno.

Great views and friendly helpful staff

La proximité avec la plage, la vue sur la crique, la facilité de stationnement et la gentillesse du personnel. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, la présence d’un mini bar dans la chambre nous a permis de mettre nos boissons au frais avant de partir en balade la journée. Le balcon qui nous a offert une vue incroyable sur les eaux turquoises de la crique. Gros plus de cet établissement: l’accès direct par un ascenseur à la crique située juste en bas.

L’eau de la douche qui était salée et qui a pu nous surprendre mais ce n’est pas un gros problème. Peu de possibilité de restauration mais centre ville assez proche en voiture.

Wir waren im Nebengebäude untergebracht und hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf die Bucht und das traumhafte Wasser - war sehr sehr schön. Vom Hotel aus kann man gleich direkt über ein paar Stufen ans Wasser runter. Davon waren wir sehr beeindruckt. Optimal für ein paar Unternehmungen tagsüber und dann nachmittags unkompliziert ins Wasser springen (ohne großes Gedöhns mit Liege und Schirm, BliBlaBlub) Frühstück gab's im Haupthaus - hat gepasst. (Hotel Abendessen hatten wir nicht - kann man aber dazubuchen) Im Hotel kann man noch verschiedene Ausflüge buchen. Zudem gibt es je nach Verfügbarkeit kostenlose Sonnenschirme für den Strand. Prima!

Ja, da gab's was: Im Frühstücks-"Saal" gab's schon ordentlich Leute, was zu einem hohen Lautstärkepegel führt - mir war es einfach zu laut. Und wenn die Stühle dann mit lautem Geräusch übern Boden gerückt werden, dass es einem unter die Haut fährt, das mag ich gar nicht. Schade, dass man nicht raus kann zum frühstücken. Im Bad gab's recht viele Haare - neben denen von meiner Frau. Das hätte besser gereinigt werden können.

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding the accommodation provided during our recent stay. We booked a double room for two people, but upon arrival we were placed in an old apartment that was significantly below the standard we reasonably expected from the Booking.com listing. The overall condition of the accommodation was extremely disappointing and, in some areas, raised genuine safety concerns. The problems included: * The apartment was dark, dated and poorly maintained. * The beds were extremely uncomfortable and not of the standard we expected from the room we had booked. * The bathroom sink and fixtures had substantial calcium/mineral buildup, indicating inadequate cleaning and maintenance. * Most seriously, a kitchen wall cabinet was hanging sideways and pulling away from the wall. This presented an obvious safety hazard. Had the cabinet fallen, it could potentially have caused serious injury. * The general condition of the apartment was not what we believed we had booked or paid for. We raised our concerns during the stay, but despite this, we were required to spend three nights in this unacceptable accommodation. We were only moved to a more appropriate room for our final night. Moving us for the last night did not compensate for the three nights already spent in accommodation that was uncomfortable, poorly maintained and, in our opinion, unsafe. We have photographic evidence documenting these conditions, including the unsafe kitchen cabinet and the condition of the bathroom. We are therefore requesting that Booking.com formally investigate this property and provide appropriate financial compensation/refund for the three nights during which we did not receive accommodation of the standard we booked and paid for. This experience has left us extremely disappointed, particularly because we relied upon Booking.com when selecting and booking this property.

The location was amazing if you want to swim and relax but the hotel was old fashioned and not clean at all there was no air conditioning

We had an amazing view from our room, the hotel is in such an amazing location, the staff were really helpful and accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected. I would highly recommend!

Lovely simple comfortable room with a view of the sea (side view room) where you can hear the waves /sea against the rocks which was very relaxing. Staff very friendly. There is a bar by the pool which we did not over look in this room but that holds music etc in the evenings. Location was excellent Cala santanyi is spectacular. We drove to a nearby town for most meals.

Breakfast was very tailored to certain countries and I wouldn’t have it again. No decaffeinated coffee either. However our stay was wonderful otherwise. There’s a lovey cafe opposite for breakfast.

The location was really good and had access to one of the best beaches that we have seen in Palma.

Die Lage ist traumhaft. Der kleine Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr tolle Lage. Die Stadt Santanyi ist ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. In der Umgebung gibt es einige Restaurants und Bars.

Das Hotel besteht aus einem Haupthaus und einem zweiten Haus. Das Zimmer hatte trotz der Lage keinen Blick zum Meer. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer und der Badezimmer sind sehr bescheiden.

Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon. De ligging van het hotel. Goed ontbijt voor redelijke prijs. De koffie was niet mijn smaak.

Ik betaalde ruim 200 euro per nacht en kreeg: Superzout water uit de kraan. Drinkwater moest ik kopen. Een strand/badhanddoek kostte 4 euro per dag en werd alleen verstrekt na betaling van borg. Ik kon de kluis op de kamer alleen gebruiken tegen betaling. Op het balkon stonden twee gammele plastic stoelen. De communicatie was slecht. Het ene personeelslid zei andere dingen dan de andere. Ook de shuttle naar het vliegveld was tegen betaling (ruim 20 euro pp) en reed langs meerdere hotels.

Die Lage ist toll! Über eine recht steile Treppe gelangt man direkt zur Bucht von Santanyi. Die etwas ältere Dame an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich!

Wie bei den anderen Rezensenten muss ich die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer als negativen Punkt zuerst aufzählen. Es ist wirklich eine Unverschämtheit, zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit jegliche Kommunikation und anderes aus den umliegenden Zimmern mitzubekommen. Die Poolanlage hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen, sie wirkte nicht sonderlich gepflegt. Der Gipfel war aber, als ein Zimmermädchen ungebeten das Zimmer betrat und ich vollkommen unbekleidet vor ihr stand. Anstatt dass sie sich entschuldigt und geht, versuchte sie mir auf Spanisch zu erklären, dass ich das „Stopp“ Schild raushängen müsse. Dieses Schild hing auch dort, sie hatte es nur leider übersehen. Dieses Verhalten ist absolut nicht hinzunehmen. Auch war es spannend, dass eine junge Rezeptionistin im gegenüberliegenden Restaurant mit anderen Menschen über ihre Kollegen herzog. Das war schon sehr grenzwertig. Alles in allem kommen wir auf keinen Fall wieder, da ist uns das Geld wirklich zu schade für.

Las vistas, la comodidad, la amabilidad

schöne Bucht, nettes Hotel, Zimmer o.k. mein Zimmer lag im 1. Stock des Nebengebäudes also auf einer Höhe mit dem Pool und der Poolbar, das hat natürlich Vor- und Nachteile, es gab Abendveranstaltungen von Disco, Tina Turner cover oder travestie, aber keine Sorge spätestens ab 23:00 uhr war Ruhe, also ich habe jede Nacht gut geschlafen.

Also, der Weg vom Hotel zum Strand ist Tatsächlich nur etwa 150 m lang, das sagt aber nichts über die Höhenmeter aus. Es gibt eine gebaute regulere Treppe, die aber sehr lang und sehr steil ist und es gibt einen Weg an der Bucht entlang, der ist aber eher naturbelassen, also auch mehrere kurze Treppen aber meist in den Fels gehauen mal mit Gelände mal ohne. Was ich damit sagen möchte ist, daß das Hotel für Personen die in irgendeiner Form beweglich eingeschränkt sind oder eine Gehhilfe benötigen aber jeden Tag an den Strand möchten eher nicht zu empfehlen sind. Die Liegen am Strand waren immer ausgebucht.

Hotel liegt direkt in der Bucht von Santanyi wenige Meter vom Strand. Super schöne Bucht!!!

Wir haben nicht bedacht, dass man vor Ort mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr viel Geduld und Zeit benötigt, da diese nicht wie angegeben regelmäßig fahren. In der Nähe einige wenige Restaurants die für Studentenbudget leider nicht täglich erschwinglich sind.

Sin duda la ubicacion justo en una cala. Aunque hay que aclarar, que está lejos de sitios de vida nocturnos y de tiendas. Para mi que me gusta estar lejos de esos centros, me parecio genial, pero a mis hijas les hacia falta.

Son las habitaciones mas pequeñas en la que he estado. Muy ajustada. Eramos 4 personas, por lo que me dieron una de 3 personas y otra individual. La habitacion con 3 camas individuales y apenas daba paso para caminar alrededor. La habitacion individual no estuvo a la par, o cerca. De hecho, quedó en otro edificio.

Hotelul este amplasat foarte aproape de plaja, maxim 2 minute pe jos. Personalul foarte amabil, camera curata. Piscina este in regula, insa nu am stat nicio zi la piscina.

Internetul de la hotel mergea greu, iar la cazare au fost cerute datele cardului, scrise, pe hartie, ceea ce nu mi se pare in regula, fiind date criptate.

Ottima la posizione sulla cala. Comoda la piscina come backup al mare, quando affollatissimo

Colazione varia a buffet, ma tutti i prodotti industriali. L’acqua salata dai rubinetti è una grossa pecca, a più di 300 € a notte

Bra beliggenhet, bestilte hotellrom med delvis sjøutsikt og ble veldig positivt overasket! Kort vei til strand/bad og supermarked. Alt i alt ganske greit om man er litt forberedt på hva som venter deg.

Leste anmeldelsene på forhånd så var litt forberedt, men veggene er som papp. Man hører ALT så ble til tider ganske bråkete. Vannet i dusjen og i springen smaker salt og de små håndukene luktet litt vondt.

From the reception team to the restaurant staff and the housekeeping team, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome and ensured we had a wonderful experience. We would especially like to thank Patricia at reception. She guided us throughout our stay with exceptional kindness, always smiling and ready to help with any questions or recommendations. Her warm attitude made a real difference and made us feel at home. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. Veldig dårlig lydisolering, hørte bokstavelig talt når gjester på andre siden av veggen pusset tenner. Hadde et kjipt rom i første etg ved bassenget og det var mye bråk. Svært dårlig renhold på bad, og vannet smakte og luktet salt. Må betale for å låne håndklær og må betale for å bruke safe på rommet. Merkelig attitude på de ansatte, opplevdes som lite service-minded (særlig hvis man ikke snakket tysk eller spansk). UMULIG å få taxi til og fra steder i Santanyi generelt.

Super nettes Putzpersonal, klasse Lage, tolle Bucht. Sehr zuvorkommend.

The location eas perfect, less than 10 mins from a beautiful beach and the pool was decent although it was small. Towels were changed daily.

The service was a bit disappointing as we had to wait till 3pm to check in eventhough the checkin was supposed to be from 1pm so we had to wait around. The walls were paper thin so we could hear everything going on in the rooms beside us... and I mean everything.

A presque 200€ la nuit, de l’eau salée au robinet, hotel vetuste. mal insonorisé, aucune vue et chambre située en contrebas de la piscine si bien que nous avons toutes les nuisances sonores du bords de piscine. Il y a des chambres avec vue mer dans l’autre partie du bâtiment, de l’autre coté de la rue…nous n’avons pas eu de chance , ou pas les moyens !

A localização é o melhor. Fica mesmo junto da cala Santanyi, é extremamente calmo, mesmo para relaxar nas férias. Tem vários estacionamentos gratuitos perto com sombra. A simpatia dos funcionários também é de destacar.

Pequeno almoço com pouca variedade na minha opinião, nao tem muitas frutas da época como melancia, melão. As únicas frutas descacadas é de calda (Pêssego, Ananás). Hotel precisa de algumas obras/manutenções, instalações já são antigas. O secador funciona apenas por alguns segundos e depois pára, nao dá mais, temos de esperar algum tempo para utilizar novamente e volta a acontecer o mesmo. O comando da televisão nao funcionava.

Localização excelente , todos os dias tomamos café olhando o mar . O café da manhã e o jantar tem muitas variedades e a comida é muito gostosa . Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos . Quarto super limpo e confortável! A praia em frente ao hotel é perfeita

The doors are thin and need to be replaced. The doors lock with antique round doorknobs. A woman staying alone in a hotel room needs to feel safe. There must be an extra lock on the door. Anyone can insert a pick into the knob from the outside and easily open the door. Security is very important for female travelers. When I expressed my surprise about the doorknob, I was told at the front desk by the male manager that the hotel is safe and there is nothing to worry about: "Nothing ever happens here". He completely invalidated my concern; he gaslighted me. A very unprofessional response to a woman's request for higher safety. Also, the elevator did not work 50 % of the time in the building across the street.

Lo mejor del hotel, sin lugar a dudas fue la situación, unas vistas impresionantes, la comodidad de salir de la habitación ya en bañador, bajar unas escaleras y ya estabas en una cala preciosa. Nosotros fuimos con media pensión y aunque no tenían mucha variedad todo estaba muy rico y los camareros muy atentos en todo momento. El hotel no es nuevo y las paredes son muy finas pero es cierto que a pesar de eso no había ruido, se podía descansar bien, la gente era bastante respetuosa y la habitación cómoda. Buen lugar para descansar unos días.

Pues la verdad, es que yo no soy muy exigente, pero lo que menos nos gustó fue la limpieza y que en 9 noches con la calor que hacía (ya que sudabas un montón) ni un día nos cambiaron las sábanas.

Barulhento, se ouvia muito os vizinhos falando, a televisão dos outros quartos! Infelizmente pegamos também os quartos do primeiro piso, que fica literalmente debaixo do restaurante, entao as 08:00 da manha se escutavam os passos das pessoas e as cadeiras arrastando no chao! Era realmente um barulho MUITO chato que chegou mesmo a incomodar! Os blackouts não eram bons, o quarto as 06:00 ja estava bem claro! A Limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar também!

Locatia este ideala, hotelul fiind situat chiar la superba plaja Santanyi. Curatenia este excelenta, de asemenea si personalul foarte amabil.

Camerele nu sunt antifonate si se propaga destul de tare zgomotul dintr-o camera in alta. Apa la baie este sarata.

Csodálatos hely, kilátás egy gyönyörű öbölre, finom reggeli, kényelmes ágy, közeli homokos tengerpart,strand, bár,programok,medence. Már másodszor jártunk itt,mert korábban is nagyon tetszett. Köszönjük.

-Old hotel -not very clean -can hear everything from the other rooms around you - the room safe can only be used for a daily charge of 3€ which is crazy. If you decide to pay for it you get the key to the old safe which doesnt look safe at all. The reason they dont put new safes with a digital code in the rooms is obvious - they then couldnt charge for it anymore

I would’ve liked the partial sea view on the website to be more clearer, we could hardly see any sea view from our room and was mainly looking at a trees. We also were not aware of the fact that there were two separate buildings, I did not think that was well portrayed on the website, one building is directly on the water the other is across the street. The place is also pretty outdated but it was still okay.

La situation géographique ,la chambre donnant au dessus d'une des plus belles calas de Majorque . La facilité de garer la voiture a proximité. La réceptionniste qui parle le Français ,la seule qui nous a aider lors du problème de clim dans la chambre.

L'hôtel est vieillissant .Comme dit souvent lors de précédents commentaires, les cloisons entre les chambres sont en" carton "et laissent passer tous les moindres bruits, l'hôtel étant peuplé a 95 % d'une population peut respectueuse de la vie en proximité, vous avez un cocktail qui peut vite devenir compliqué.

One evening, the hotel hosted a drag show on the terrace. While everyone has different tastes, I found it somewhat unexpected for a hotel that welcomes many families with children.

Staff was incredibly lovely. Came here for the second time and will be back anytime I come to the island. Great location and stunning views. Even the shows they had at the pool were incredible.

Traumhafte Lage

Die Lage ist super. Man ist sehr schnell in der sehr schönen Bucht und das Personal war sehr nett und hilfreich. Sie helfen einem Mietfahrzeuge oder Shuttle zum Flughafen zu organisieren.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr hellhörig. Wir waren im Nebengebäude und konnten die Gespräche der Zimmernachbarn Wort für Wort verstehen.

The hotel is perfectly located right at the beach Cala Santanyi- hotel staff is super friendly and everyone speaks English, German and of course Spanish. The rooms are nice and clean with air conditioning - which is a huge plus especially after hanging out at the beach all day. The hotel pool area offers a bar and TV so you don’t miss the FIFA games. They also have entertainment in the pool area on select days. The way to the beach is via a lot of stairs from the hotel you can take a short cut via the elevator in the main hotel building. Real fast buffet is great they offer dinner buffet and have different menus everyday. We did not eat there in the evenings we visited restaurants near by - recommend making reservations for the restaurant as they are always busy. Pambolieria Es Pontàs is right across from the hotel very tasty food, S’onas beach bar is a great place to eat right at the beach or get some gelato, DRAC at the beach is a great place to eat as well. You can rent lounge chairs under sun umbrellas which makes it comfortable to stay at the beach all day! Huge shout out to Ms. Patricia at the hotel front desk she is absolutely amazing she cares about the well being of the guests and helped us with a situation we had at the beach while everyone else was telling us not their problem! She always has a smile on her face and up for a chat! Stop by at the reception area and say hi to her when you are here. The beach is beautiful and not too crowded there is also a little SPAR supermarket you can get everything you need right there no need to drive somewhere. Will definitely be back here !!

This hotel is THE one if you are looking for a room with a view over Cala Santanyi! I stayed top floor with views overlooking the beach and it was magical. The staff were so friendly and even surprised me with a complimentary bottle of Cava for my birthday. The room was spacious, comfortable beds and a nice spacious bathroom. I would stay again!

Noisy guests can be heard through the thin walls sadly and smoking being allowed on room balconies was not pleasant. The bathroom shower screen did not fully extend to cover the bathtub so water got all over the floor on my first use. There is no air conditioning, but a fan meant the room kept nice and cool.

Das Hotel hat einfach eine perfekte Lage und das ist das wofür ich immer wieder dieses Hotel aussuchen würde. Nebenan befindet sich direkt ein Restaurant und zum Strand muss man nur die Treppen runtergehen und das ist eine wundervolle Bucht, in der man sich kurzer Zeit befindet.

El desayuno muy básico. El agua de la ducha y del lavabo eran saladas. Y el ascensor se estropeaba todo el rato. Por lo demás genial

The staff could be slightly off

Love this Cala! This small hotel is in an excellent location, quiet, clean! Right in front of the sea! The environment is very harmonious, people enjoying the beach, friendly fruit vendor everyday at the beach, and people just enjoying themselves.

Incredible location and the views were amazing, location was great next to shops and restaurants

Reception was sometimes slow or very busy with other check ins but other than that stay was great

Une chambre donnant sur des immeubles...le matelas qui fait un trou, j'ai eu une fuite d'eau du voisin du dessus, je leur ai dit à 17h, la personne pour réparer venue le lendemain à 13h… Est resté une heure… Je sais pas, il me semble que pour plus de 100 € la chambre… Par nuit avec un lit de 90 et j'ai même pas pu ouvrir ma valise tellement que c'était petit… Ils auraient pu au moins s'excuser du désagrément, mais bon je pense que je n'étais pas allemande donc ils s en foutaient

Fotografie, ktoré hotel prezentuje sú primárne z hlavnej budovy, my sme si za výhľad nepriplatili a tak sme boli v druhej budove cez cestu, čo by vôbec neprekážalo ale tento hotel vyzeral dosť staro, skriňa zatuchnutá ani sme si veci nevyberali, na zemi prach/piesok, steny boli tak tenké,že sme pre televízor a hluk z vedľajšej izby nemohli spať . Ráno sme sa rozhodli vyskúšať hotelové raňajky. Výber bol veľmi slabý. Zo zeleniny boli len pradajky, a pre nadšencov sladkých ,ja by som povedala aj slaných raňajok tam bol naozaj slabý. Jendoduco sme odchadzali z raňajok nenasýtení. Vyskúšali sme počas nášho pobytu na Malorke viacero ubytovaní v podobnej cenovej hladine a toto ubytovanie naše očakávania žiaľ nesplnilo. Za to samozrejme blízkosť ku nádhernej a osviežujúcej vode bol naozaj super .

Počas sprchovania nám vždy išla chladná voda.
