Schulklassen bzw Kindergarten Gruppen am Strand, die ziemlich groß und dadurch laut waren, man konnte morgens im Hotel Restaurant keinen einzelnen Kaffee trinken, sondern nur mit Buchung des kompletten Buffets

L’hôtel est mal insonorisé et on entend les occupants des chambres voisines et au-dessus.

It was very clean, our room had a view to the beach, and we had a huge balcony. The staff were very nice, the food was good and plenty. It was so convenient that we could go up to our room in a minute from the beach if we needed anything. There were multiple options to have lunch or dinner nearby. I would definitely recommend it to those who are looking for a relaxing time, convenience also for families. There are even more possibilities to enjoy your stay if you visit the Apartamentos, where they have a pool, washing machines to use and some other leisure options.

The location of Hotel Cala Santanyi was exceptional. Right on the beautiful water and nearby other famous calas. In addition, only a 40 minute drive from Palma. Just perfect.

Great location

The location was great, the room was very spacious and clean, a very good deal for the price we paid. Staff very polite. You can get the cleaning service every day, if you want you can rent towels for the beach from the reception so no need to bring your own. The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful, nearby there is a parking lot and there are plenty of spaces, we never had issues to find parking. The WiFi is accessible even when you are at the beach.

The tap water is salty so you practically will shower with salty water, but this did not ruin our experience in the hotel.

The Only real Complaint was the beds are really firm, so if you sleep on your side they are not the best.

No coffee in room

Absolutely beautiful location overlooking the beach in Cala Santanyi. The apartments had lots of facilities, guest laundry, gym and indoor and outdoor pools. The apartment that we had was very spacious with a kitchen and lounge area.

No ironing board or iron. This should be standard in accommodations. And a bit noisy in the evenings with kids around the pool area but it didn’t go too late into the night which was good.

The location was great! The apartment room was adequate. The pool facilities and bar are great. The beach itself is just stunning and all the surrounding cafes and restaurants are perfect for a small beach town.

Very close proximity to the beach! Staff was super nice and accommodating. They also allowed us to store our luggage after checkout and they also had a shower.

Pillows were a bit uncomfortable but overall everything else was amazing.

Das Zimmer hatte keinen Balkon. Auf Nachfrage war ein Zimmertausch nicht möglich. Die Bilder bei booking hatten nicht viel mit der Unterkunft zu tun: das abgebildete Hotel war in erster Reihe… hatte 4 Sterne (nicht drei wie bei uns), den abgebildeten Balkon gab es nicht…

Wowwww! I wasn’t expecting to stay at such a beautiful hotel with such a warm and friendly team. Everything was amazing—the comfort, the breathtaking view, and the apartment itself. I absolutely loved my stay! I’d especially like to thank the entire team. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and always available whenever we needed help. They truly made us feel at home. I will definitely come back. This is by far my favorite hotel in all of Mallorca! A special thank you to dear Raul for your outstanding service. See you again soon! ❤️

There is not a lot of supermarket near by, only one but close very soon.

Der Lift ist zu langsam und überbenutzt.

Interior needs to be renovated. Price is too hitch vs value of property . Gym without condition. Condition in the room too noisy to sleep.

Location near the Cala is excellent if u want to spend a lot of time there as the Cala is one of the best. We also liked the space we had in our room it was decent. Not too small.

Some of the staff at front desk were kind of rude esp about beach towels which were not explained well to me - we were told in rough English we need to sign a deposit slip of €2 for each beach towel they loan u but you have to bring them back each day. So we did - it wasn’t until the last day that one woman at the front desk very irritatedly told me when I asked for towels that she’s gonna charge me for them bc you can’t just keep getting new towels. I explained to her it was a misunderstanding we thought we were following their policy as explained but their actual policy is ur supposed to return at the end of ur stay. Even tho she understood the miscommunication she still charged us for the towels. Lame. They made a big deal out of it when it was just a simple miscommunication. Also the bed and pillows were quite hard and uncomfortable, and the tap water including showers is VERY salty - which I looked up and is apparently a common issue on the island - but u never felt clean after a shower. gross. Honestly we wouldn’t stay there again for that reason alone. After the beach/sea u don’t want to shower in salty water. Also we found out on our last day they don’t clean rooms on mondays (or so they said), so we just had to get extra towels. The apartment rooms are very no frills. But all in all it wasn’t bad.

Fiquei em apartamento na Calla Santanyi e foi uma surpresa agradável. Apesar da distância entre Palma e Santanyi há ônibus confortáveis 501 e 516 entre as cidades. A escolha foi perfeita. Tudo funciona super bem. Conforto, qualidade, vista linda. Uma preciosidade.

Foi tudo Perfeito! Não tenho queixa. Só estranhei a água salgada nas torneiras, mas não é uma queixa.

There was no food except pizza etc heated in a microwave at the poolside. This was disappointing but maybe it was early in the season. The bar was closed early in the evening also

Le studio réservé était annoncé avec vue sur une forêt de pins.A défaut de ne pas avoir pris vue sur mer, la chambre attribuée donne sur la rue et un terrain de tennis, ce qui ne correspond pas au descriptif de réservation.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der wunderschönen Bucht Cala Santanyi. Das Personal ist super nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Parkpätze sind direkt ab der Unterkunft vorhanden.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Die Lage an der Bucht war sehr schön und das Frühstück insgesamt gut. Die Säfte hätten etwas hochwertiger sein können, aber Obst, Müsli, Brot und Eier waren qualitativ absolut in Ordnung. Der angebotene Zeitrahmen (um 10:30 Uhr wird auch am Sonntag abgeräumt - ja auch die Tassen für den Kaffee) ist deutlich zu kurz - insbesondere im südlichen Europe und wird den internationalen Standards nicht gerecht, zumal der Preis von 25 € pro Person durchaus dem entspricht, was man auch in 5-Sterne Hotels zahlt.

Es gibt einen massiven qualitativen Unterschied zwischen dem Gebäude direkt am Wasser und dem hinteren Gebäude mit dem Pool, dessen Zimmer mehr den Charakter eines Apartments haben (Daher auch der Name). Unser Studio hatte einen durchschnittlichen Laminat-Boden, der wenig ansprechend war. Dazu kamen billige, leider sehr hässliche Plastikstühle und Plastikgeschirr. Das mag für die Pflege und den Betrieb von Vorteil sein, eine ansprechende Atmosphäre entsteht nicht. Auch das Bett war unterer Durchschnitt und das Fenster war bei der Ankunft offen (nicht ersichtlich, es schließt nicht richtig!) und der Mechanismus klar beschädigt. Die Optionen es auf Kipp zu stellen oder es luftdurchlässig zu schließen haben uns nicht überzeugt. Wir waren in den knapp zwei Tagen wenig auf dem Zimmer, da die Reise im Rahmen eines durchgeplanten Geburtstags stattfand und haben diese Situation daher nicht beanstandet. Einen weiteren Aufenthalt könnten wir uns nur in einem anderen Zimmer oder direkt im vorderen Haus vorstellen, auch weil der Blick dort zwei Klassen schöner ausfällt. Auch die Tatsache, dass es nur im hinteren Haus eine besetzte Rezeption gibt, macht die Dinge umständlicher als es sein müsste. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundich.

The Hotel is situated at a really wonderful beach, which makes the hotel So special . Beach with amazing clear water, fine white sand, the hotel has a nice pool, we did not have breakfast but there was a little bar directly on the beach owned by the hotel. We had an apartment,2 bathrooms, clean and fully equipped, very nice balcony and quiet.

Water is salty but I think this is every where on thr island the same.

Das Zimmer war neu renoviert und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber und das Personal außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We loved the location, the beach and our room was nice and well equipped.

We felt all of the food and drinks at the hotel were over priced. The store up the steps on the main road has a great bakery and sells everything including cappuccinos and booze.

整洁干净，就在Cala Santanyi海滩旁边，9月底下海海水还是有点凉，不过习惯一阵就好。沿着斜坡往下就是停车场。山上我找到两家餐厅，酒店大堂街道对面的餐厅好像是自助餐（没有试过）。算是比较方便吧。

设备有点老旧，早餐挺贵的，选择不算特别多。

Das Botel liegt zentral im Ort und direkt am Meer. Man blickt vom Bett durch die gläserne Balkonbrüstung direkt auf die Bucht, in der zahlreiche Segeljachten ankern. Etwas weiter rechts sieht man die Inseln „Es Pantaleu“ und „La Dragonera“. Links und rechts des Hotels gibt es jeweils einen Sandstrand mit strohgedeckten Sonnenschirmen und Liegestühlen. Das wasser ist glasklar, hellblau und man kann Fische darin schwimmen sehen. Beim Frühstück gibt es 2 Kaffeeautomaten, die wirklich gute Kaffeegetränke von sich geben. Auch im Speisesaal und aud der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Auf jedem Stockwerk gibt es kostenlose Wasserspender. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist für das Preisniveau ok. Man kann sich auch verschiedene Eierspeisen zubereiten lassen. Für das Abendessen u.a. ein Buffet mit Salat und Dessert- Auswahl. Die Kellner:innen sind mehrsprachig und freundlich. Auf der Terrasse gibt es abends Live-Musik, was auf den Zimmern nicht hörbar ist.

Die Qualität der Speisen, die man Abends aus einer Menükarte wählen kann (2 pro Abend) schwankt zwischen kaum zumutbar (z.B. Hühnchentaler mit einer Konsistenz wie gepresstes Sägemehl) und sehr gut (z.B. die Guacamole). Im Schnitt lässt die Qualität der Speisen gemessen am Preisniveau aber Raum nach oben.
