Hotel Garbi Ibiza & Spa

Very clean facilities, good sized rooms, good breakfast, spacious areas, nice swimming pool, great location next to the beach , the entertainment areas and only 5-10mins drive from airport and the city center, very friendly and very pleasant staff.

For a 4 star hotel, I would have expected to have a bottle of water in the room fridge every day. Also a coffee machine in the room was missing ,as well as slippers.

Sehr freundliches Personal, von der Rezeption über Barkeeper bis zum Frühstück waren alle ausnahmslos freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sogar bei einer kurzfristigen Geburtstagsüberraschung hat uns das Personal unterstützt. Hotelanlage ist sehr modern, gepflegt und sauber. Die Räume sind gut schallisoliert.

Die Lage ist zwar super zentral am Playa d‘en bossa, allerdings ist natürlich auch der Flugverkehr sowie an manchen Abenden die Musik und Partymenge von nahegelegenen Clubs draußen zu hören.

Hotel was spotless. The staff were always happy to help very polite. Spa was amazing. The breakfast was 10/10

¡Nos encantó este hotel! Fuimos cuatro amigas y nos alojamos en dos habitaciones. Las habitaciones eran amplias, muy limpias y con unas vistas preciosas al mar. La zona de la piscina nos gustó muchísimo, y también aprovechamos el spa, que estuvo genial. El desayuno estaba súper bien, con bastante variedad, y la ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar de Ibiza y moverse fácilmente por la zona. ¡Tuvimos una estancia genial y sin duda volveríamos!

Hotel muito bom. Limpo, ótimas instalações, funcionários educados e solícitos. Acesso à praia, restaurante de frente para o mar. Estacionamento já incluído na diária. Gostei de tudo.

Il manque une bouteille d'eau dans les chambres, la majorité des hôtels vous en mettent à disposition. Emplacement de l'hôtel pour faire la fête, nombreux avion qui passent à côté et qui enlève le côté chill de l'hôtel même si c'est normal à playa d'en bossa

Hotel was spotless and very well maintained. Beds were super comfy. Aircon was powerful.

Beach restaurant staff were pretty rude. Picture of the room on booking.com showed a full sea view but we only had a side view. Main restaurant was very clinical with no outdoor views.

Overall, a solid and enjoyable stay! The location is excellent—it is in a great area and very convenient for getting to all the main clubs and nightlife. The hotel staff, including the bar team, were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They even allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help after traveling. The wristband room key is a fantastic feature because you never have to worry about losing a key card. The room itself was also very spacious.

We requested a double bed but were given two single beds joined together, which kept separating during the night and made sleeping uncomfortable. The pool area was extremely crowded, making it almost impossible to find an open seat or sunbed. Lastly, while the overall experience was good, the price is a bit high for what is offered.

el personal del bar de fuera (frente al mar) muy irrespetuoso todo el personal debería de hablar en español poca flexibilidad con cambio de habitación a planta superior (aún ofreciendo pagar más)

Grande piscine, musique, hôtel moderne, personnel sympathique, vue mer et piscine. Chambre propre, bien décorée, bien équipée. Le matelas était confortable. L'hôtel est proche des boîtes et dans le centre, pratique ! Petit déjeuner gargantuesque !

Abbiamo soggiornato con mia moglie in questo hotel per una settimana e possiamo dire che è stato uno dei migliori in cui abbiamo mai alloggiato, sia per il comfort che per la qualità dei servizi offerti. La struttura è moderna, curata nei minimi dettagli e caratterizzata da ampi spazi che la rendono piacevole da vivere in ogni momento della giornata. La posizione è davvero eccellente: si trova a pochi passi dalle famose discoteche Ushuaïa e Hï Ibiza, rendendolo la scelta ideale per chi desidera vivere la movida di Ibiza senza rinunciare alla comodità. Inoltre, l'hotel è ottimamente collegato con il resto dell'isola grazie alle fermate degli autobus situate a pochi metri dall'ingresso, che permettono di raggiungere facilmente Ibiza città e le altre principali località. Tutta la zona è inoltre ricca di ristoranti, bar e supermercati, offrendo ogni servizio necessario a breve distanza. Abbiamo scelto una camera Superior con vista mare, davvero bella, luminosa e sufficientemente spaziosa per il nostro soggiorno. Un dettaglio che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato è stato il minibar gratuito, rifornito ogni giorno, una piccola attenzione che fa davvero la differenza. La pulizia della camera è stata impeccabile durante tutta la vacanza. Anche il personale merita una menzione speciale: sia alla reception che al ristorante abbiamo trovato sempre persone gentili, sorridenti e disponibili, pronte ad aiutarci con professionalità. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato il fatto che diversi membri dello staff parlino anche italiano, un valore aggiunto che rende il soggiorno ancora più semplice e piacevole. Ottimo anche il ristorante sulla spiaggia, che offre un'ampia varietà di piatti e rappresenta un'ottima soluzione per pranzare senza allontanarsi dall'hotel, con la possibilità di ripararsi dal sole durante le ore più calde.

Non abbiamo apprezzato il bagno separato dalla camera da una parete in vetro trasparente, una soluzione di design moderna ma che, a nostro avviso, non garantisce la privacy che ci si aspetta. Avremmo inoltre preferito la presenza di comodini ai lati del letto, la cui assenza è risultata un po' scomoda durante il soggiorno. Per quanto riguarda la mezza pensione, abbiamo trovato il buffet della cena piuttosto ripetitivo nel corso della settimana e con una scelta non particolarmente ampia. Anche la qualità complessiva delle proposte ci è sembrata inferiore rispetto ad altre strutture della stessa categoria in cui abbiamo soggiornato in passato. Si tratta comunque di aspetti che non hanno minimamente compromesso la qualità della nostra vacanza.

The service at the front desk was horrid. Especially the check-in staff in the afternoon. The women refused to call a taxi for my 18 year old with 6 suitcases and told her to go to the street to get one. with 6 suitcases???? The morning staff had called us one.l earlier, so they can. They treated her like they couldn't be bothered to help her. We stayed there for 5 days and spent over $3,000 there and this is how they treated us when we check out of the hotel. We left with a very sour taste in lur mouths from this treatment by the front desk. Also, it was 100 degrees outside and they left the pool doors open so the AC couldnt cool. So hot in the lobby due to this. Rooms are small and walls are paper thin. If you plan on sleeping in the evenings, don't stay here. They have a nightclub in the hotel, and you can hear it all night long. And NO COFFEE MAKER IN THE ROOMS! our refrigerator was broken so our food spoiled.

Sonnenliegen am Pool werden früh morgens reserviert, wer nach 10 Uhr an den Pool geht hat keine Chance. Teils nicht genügend Sonnenschirme.

Man fühlt sich wohl, das personal geht auf Bedürfnisse ein..

Die Klimatisierung ist zu stark alles ist unterkühlt..

Posizione ottima! Spesso è possibile spostarsi a piedi per raggiungere alcune destinazioni (Ushuaia e alcune spiagge). Struttura molto pulita. Piscina super comoda. Ottima colazione. In generale bellissima situazione.

Really good stay. Group of 5 lads staying in 2 rooms. Decent size rooms everything was very clean which was a massive positive. Food at breakfast and seaside restaurant was very good. Nice vibe a bout the hotel with a mix of ages.

You cannot eat food by the pool which is annoying when you want to relax there all day. There are alot of sunbeds but everything gets taken very quickly and people reserve beds for hours without returning. There needs to be a policy in place for this. No tea or coffee machine in the room either.

Staff need to understand not everyone speaks spanish

Great rooms, the spa is a nice addition. Food is nice and it’s very clean. It’s fairly soundproof to a point wa well.

They don’t provide drinks with dinner, not even water, which seems a bit silly. Also a bit of a fight for sunbeds.
