Prima locatie, goede bedden, aardig personeel. We hadden de valetservice voor parkeren gereserveerd, à € 35 per dag, maar kregen gelukkig te horen dat een op korte afstand een parkeerterrein was waar je gratis kon parkeren.

De aankleding, bijvoorbeeld in het rommelige trappenhuis is nogal gedateerd, niet echt wat je verwacht bij n boutique hotel.

Very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable staff

The hotel is very central and the staff are very helpful with suggestions of what to do and see in Beaune, as well as where to have dinner, including making a reservation. There is a small patio where you can buy excellent wine by the glass in the evening and enjoy an aperitif. We did not have breakfast at the hotel as we thought it would have to be exceptional to be worth €30 a head.

Rooms were quite small and did not have much character. At least there was air con, and the rooms were very clean, just not very big and a little soul-less.

This hotel has a great location. It is quite near the main square in Beaune and the shopping streets as well as close to the Hôtel-Dieu. The best way to walk here from the train station with luggage is around the outside on the ramparts. Much easier than cutting through on cobblestones! We liked the ambience of the hotel with its bright colour schemes, simple lines with some artistic touches. The bathroom was spacious with a shower over a bath and a separate toilet. There was good luggage storage and a desk we could use for our computer. There were convenient charging spots near the bed. The air conditioning operated well as did the wifi. Everything was very clean. There was cold water, still or sparkling, available at the entrance. The sitting rooms to relax in looked quite inviting. As a hotel in a historic building there was no elevator but we were offered assistance with our bags. The staff were very friendly and provided us with information and brochures to make the most of our overnight stay in Beaune.

Très bon accueil. Hotel plein de charme et hyper bien situé. Idéal aussi pour les enfants qui apprécient la salle de jeux. On reviendra !

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville. Accueil très agréable, personnel attentif et verre de vin à l’arrivée. Petite offre de snack correcte. Espaces communs agréables.

Chambre à rafraîchir : décoration vieillotte, moquette ancienne et tachée, salle de bains basique (baignoire avec une paroi de douche 1/4) et plus au goût du jour.

Det går nog inte att hitta ett bättre läge i Beaune. Väldig trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Rummet är kanske inte top notch ifråga om storlek eller standard.

perfecte ligging in de stad; heel vriendelijk onthaal en service. Beaune heeft een klein centrum en je vertoeft er middenin. De uitchecktijden zijn ook positief, je kan nog even het stadje in, voor je vertrekt om 11h.

Kamers en gangen zijn aan vernieuwing toe, als je de naam boutique hotel wil dragen.

De douchekraan van kamer 1 werkte niet lekker. Dus te warm of te koud. Muren van de kamer konden wel een nieuw verfje hebben.

We had reserved a room with good handicap access. On the morning of our arrival I received an email to announce that it was no longer available. The replacement was a small room up stairs.

l hôte est très bien placé, très belle décoration et équipe sympathique.

Charmant petit hôtel confortable à la localisation parfaite. Mise à disposition d'espaces communs agréables. Personnel très sympathique.

La chambre que nous avons occupée était un peu sombre et un peu étriquée. Déception pour le petit déjeuner proposé dans la petite salle à l'entrée (les photos de la cour intérieure laissait penser que le petit déjeuner se prendrait là).

Die Warmwasswasserzufuhr. Es hat sehr lange gedauert bis warmes Wasser zum Duschen vorhanden war. Das ist dem Hotel bekannt und liegt wohl an dem Alter des Gebäudes.

In het centrum van Beaune was erg fijn. Kamer was netjes en ruim genoeg voor 1 persoon. Ontbijt was erg goed.

Ze boden een parkeerservice aan voor een flink bedrag.(€35) Ik was echter te laat met reserveren, dus kon er geen gebruik van maken. Gelukkig maar….want voor €10 heb ik uiteindelijk mijn auto in een ondergrondse parkeergarage geparkeerd voor 24u !

De eigenaar loog op Booking dat er airco was. Uiteindelijk had ik een pover kamertje zonder airco. Geen excuses, geen compensatie, geen alternatief,… personeel heeft totaal geen horeca/gasten feeling.

The location was amazing. The female staff member sorted changing to an accessible room at short notice. Very much appreciated.

Extremely friendly, kind and helpful staff. Safe, off street parking. Assistance with heavy baggage up to room (no lift as it is an old building). Very well located close to a charming Square nice boutiques and many good restaurants and bars.

Lack of air conditioning but the window did open onto a quiet internal courtyard so was able to sleep with a breeze

The location. Beaune seems to be a very small village (or town)anyway but it was nice to be close to all those restaurants and wine shops.

There was no elevator, and the stairs were a bit steep; carrying several heavy suitcases up them was a real struggle. The breakfast might have been typically French, but compared to the other hotels I stayed at before and after this one (in Paris, Strasbourg, and Lyon), the selection felt quite limited.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, super um die Stadt zu erkunden. Gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen und Parkplätze hat es in der Nähe. Wir waren froh um die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Freundliches Personal.

Das Frühstück war absolut basic und das Personal etwas überfordert. Die Zimmer sind klein und die Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Ideale ligging, naast Les Hospices de Beaune, mooie Basiliek Notre Dame, leuke uitgebreide markt op zaterdag, gezellige straatjes, Het hotelletje dateert van einde 19de eeuw, maar is zonder grote luxe beslist geschikt voor een kort verblijf voor wie de stad wil verkennen.

Parkeren in de stad is duur, maar er zijn gratis parkings net buiten de stadsring.

It is located very centrally and just crossing the street to access the main square with all the nice terraces and restaurants.

It looked better on the photos. The room was outdated and not as boutique style as I’d expected based on the photos.

Stayed 3 nights late June. All staff were welcoming, friendly, informative and spoke excellent English and were welcoming of me, an American tourist with little French. Despite the hotel being budget friendly the service was of a high level- regularly gave me large cold bottles of sparking water; carried my 60 pound suitcase upstairs at the outset and down when I checked out; provided, when asked, restaurant recommendations that fit what I wanted; and were kind and engaging. The location is central , right at the town square, with abundant shops, cafes, bars footsteps away.The room, while basic, was clean and quiet with good drapery so It was dark at night when I closed the shades. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean; shower had very good water pressure. The AC was a bit noisy, but very strong. My stay in the hotel was during the heat wave so I needed the AC. I found if I cooled the room I could turn the AC off at night and the temp was fine. 3 night about $500. it does have its own bar/cafe but I did not use. I did have the breakfast for 11 euro per day. There were some cheeses, pastries, jam , yogurt, fruit, and a hard boiled egg maker. I would definitely stay there again if I were in the area.

Superbement situé au centre ville, idéal pour visiter celle-ci. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse exemplaire et très prévenant. Ils nous ont donné de bons conseils pour trouver un restaurant. Très bonne literie et chambre spacieuse. On retrouve le charme des hôtels français d'antan tout en ayant le confort actuel.

Accueil, amabilité et serviabilité. Merci beaucoup pour les glaçons pour soulager la douleur de mon pied car à mon arrivée je venais de faire une chute dans la petite chapelle non loin de l'hôtel. Nous avons pu jouer sur le piano. Merci encore pour tout.

The room was perfect, very comfortable bed, all the toilet and room necessities were there and the view was also great. We really appreciated how smooth and quick we did our check in and check out and we were very impressed with Marguerite and Stella! They were amazing , very polite, warm, friendly and they helped with so much information (how parking works , where the best Bakeries and Restaurants are and how to navigate the surroundings). Everything was great and we will definitely be recommending this hotel to everyone !

We had a suite with a full kitchen, no pots and pans, nor dishes or silverware included. We did not ask, so I am not sure if they would have been included if we asked. But really over all an excellent stay. Can't wait to return.
