Hotellet har en rigtig god beliggenhed i forhold til vores ærinde, som var at besøge vinproducenter, spise god mad og opleve Bourgogneområdet for 1. gang.

Lidt mere smilende personale og betaling for parkering ved hotellet.

Es ist ein sehr schönes und liebevoll gepflegtes Hotel. Das Design passt sehr authentisch zu Beaune, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und man kann hier sehr gemütlich für einen Städtetrip wohnen, wir würden bei unserem nächsten Besuch der Stadt wieder hierher kommen.

Eigentlich hat mir alles gefallen, die Ausstattung (zB. Föhn und Klimaanlage) ist sehr alt, aber funktioniert noch.

Stairs up to the third floor were steep and made it a little challenging lugging suitcases up- but not a big deal. A trade off for an elegant old hotel

Zum Frühstück gab es frisch gepressten Orangensaft und auf Wunsch ein frisches gekochtes Rührei. Uns hat es gut geschmeckt. Die Betten waren sehr gut und das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag sehr gründlich gereinigt.

Der Weg zum gebuchten Zimmer ging über eine Wendeltreppe die für den Koffertransport mühsam ist. Wegen der knappen Anzahl von Parkplatz in der Stadt wurde der Hof ziemlich zugeparkt. Bei späterer Ankunft war Autolärm deutlich wahrnehmbar.

Freundlicher Empfang, unsere Fahrräder konnten sicher untergebracht werden, großzügiges Zimmer (Suite) unter dem Dach mit Klimaanlage (ohne Aufzug, hat uns nicht gestört), hübscher Innenhof zum Frühstücken (wir hatten kein Frühstück), viele Parkplätze, ruhige Lage, perfekt zur Innenstadt

A truly wonderful stay at Hotel Le Belle Époque! Beautifully charming, full of character and perfectly located in the heart of Beaune. Warm, welcoming and simply lovely, we wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

Absolutely nothing !

Sehr hübsches Hotel, welches fußläufig zur historischen Altstadt liegt. Dank der Holzmöbel und der Tapeten haben die ordentlichen Zimmer einen nostalgischen Charme. Zudem hat das Hotel einen entzückenden Innenhof mit Parkplätzen und die Rezeption ist in einem Gebäude untergebracht, welches außen mit Glasfenstern und Fließen nach Art des Jugendstils verziert ist - eine echter Hingucker. Die Speisen im Frühstücksraum werden direkt an den Tisch serviert, das Personal ist zudem höflich und professionell. Wir durften unser Auto freundlicherweise nach dem Check-out noch etwas auf dem Hotelparkplatz stehen lassen um Beaunes schöne Innenstadt vor der Abreise noch etwas mehr zu erkunden.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

A traditional French hotel. Great location just outside the old city with ample parking. Table and chairs outside each room was a nice touch and breakfast can be served there.

The bathroom could do with modernizing as the shower over the bath could not be adjusted for height and the cold water from the sink mixer tap was tepid.

Hôtel très bien placé près du centre de Beaune, équipement simple mais suffisant pour une nuit, petit déjeuner bon et copieux, cadre de l'hôtel charmant, très belle verrière et décoration rétro qui nous plonge dans une autre époque. Bon accueil.

Location was close to town. We liked the buildings features and the courtyard. Secure free parking for motorbike.

Dusty beams causing air con air quality to be poor. Woke up feeling congested my wife has asthma so felt the effects worse. We were asked if we wanted breakfast when we arrived as this needed to be preordered the night before fair enough we said no thank you. When we checked out an Additional charge for breakfast was added on when we didn’t have it. The reception staff did rectify this and remove the charge.

Personeel uiterst vriendelijk en de locatie kan niet beter. Daarnaast parkeren bij het hotel is top.

Das Personal ist superfreundlich. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, sieht sehr gut aus und hat auch viele Parkplätze im Hof. Ein tolles Frühstück. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Le personnel est très sympathique et l'hôtel a du charme. Bien situé, on est rapidement dans le centre ville de Beaune à pied. Très bonne literie et chambre bien insonorisée. Le parking facile. Bon petit déjeuner servi à table.

Manque d'équipements dans la chambre. Pas de possibilité de se faire un café ou un thé. Pas de minibar. La propreté de la chambre mérite plus d'attention. Beaucoup de poussières sous le lit et les meubles ce qui n'empêche pas de facturer un forfait chaque jour pour les animaux de compagnie. Rapport qualité/prix à améliorer.

Je sait que c'est un peu partout comme sa en France mais avoir un petit frigo dans la chambre serait un plus . Quand on va au marche acheter du fromage etc c'est pratique et vous pourriez mettre une bouteille de vins a facturer si elle est bue par exemple sa pourrez etre un plus pour vous aussi

Passez le porche, une sonnerie annonce votre arrivée et vous entrez dans une Capsule temporelle "année 30" . On vous sert le petit déjeuner à table. Le personnel est aux petits soins. La décoration des chambres est en accord avec l'ambiance de l'hôtel mais il y a tout le confort du 21ème siècle. Calme et quiétude, à 2 minutes à pied du centre historique. Expérience exceptionnelle. À tester et à savourer.

A really good and convenient stopover in Beaune on our way to the South of France. Relais Belle Epoque is not about luxury or frills — it’s simply a lovely, clean and comfortable place to stay, particularly when travelling as a family. Everything was very clean, we slept extremely well, and it was wonderfully quiet. A big plus for us was the private, secure parking, which gives you peace of mind when you’re travelling with a car full of luggage. The location is also excellent, very close to the centre of Beaune. If you arrive with enough time, you can easily wander into town, enjoy beautiful Beaune and have a lovely dinner before settling in for the night. A very easy, comfortable and practical stopover, and one we would definitely recommend. The best endorsement is probably this: next time we drive to the South of France, we would happily stay here again.

Très joli hôtel au style retro, nous avons fait un saut dans le passé de nos grand-parents. Le personnel est très sympatique et avenant. La chambre était très propre et le lit confortable Le petit déjeuner ( en supplément pour 16€ par personne) était très bon, servie à table dans de la jolie vaisselle. Très appréciable L'hôtel est à 5min à pied du centre de Beaune, avec un parking privé (8€ /j ) Je recommande cet hôtel

The hotel had lots of character and the staff were so attentive and so helpful. Breakfast on the terrace was really nice too. We had a family room which had a separate floor for the children which was really good. Right in the centre so perfect for exploring. Beaune is beautiful, a great stop when travelling south. Parking at the hotel and we were able to use the EV charger which was great for our onward journey. Would recommend and would love to return for longer.

Leider war die Matratze für uns sehr unbequem.

Lovely hotel, clean and spacious room and bathroom. Nice breakfast in lovely surroundings. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The room was large enough. We were adequately treated by the staff at check-in.

Avoid at all costs. We booked this place specifically because reviews described it as quiet. It is anything but. If you want a good night's sleep, stay away. The main problem is the absurd parking layout: the parking lot is literally in the middle of the rooms. This feels less like a hotel with a parking lot and more like a parking lot surrounded by hotel rooms. We were woken up at 7:20 AM and again at 8 AM by extremely loud motorbikes that were, for some reason, allowed into the hotel's parking lot. Why would a hotel allow such loud vehicles, especially given this layout? Cars were also an issue. While less loud than the motorbikes, they still disturbed my wife's sleep. You can hear not only the engines but also doors opening and closing, with the noise resonating through the inner courtyard because of the ridiculous parking arrangement. There were also two other issues: the room was untidy, with spider webs and even dead spiders, and there were multiple mosquitoes inside. Things got even worse at checkout. No one was at reception, and when the receptionist finally arrived, she didn't ask us anything about our stay. We had to bring up all the problems ourselves. She didn't apologize or show any concern, simply telling us that nothing could be done about any of them. Well, dear Madam, at home I have something called a vacuum cleaner, which works quite well for spider webs. And for mosquitoes, mosquito repellent does exist, just FYI. As for the noise, the parking layout is indeed ridiculous and cannot realistically be changed. But at the very least, motorbikes could be kept out of the parking lot. And if the hotel wants to provide a good experience, staff should be trained to ask guests about their stay and respond to criticism professionally.

Das Hotel liegt vor den Toren der Altstadt von Beaune. Die Lage ist ideal, da die historische Altstadt bequem zu Fuß erreichbar ist und man gleichzeitig angenehm ruhig wohnt. Ein hauseigener Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das außerordentlich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Unsere Wünsche wurden jederzeit unkompliziert erfüllt, und wir haben uns von Anfang an herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, geräumig und ausgesprochen angenehm. Die gute Schallisolierung sorgt für eine ruhige und erholsame Nacht. Gerade an den heißen Tagen war außerdem die sehr gute Klimaanlage ein großer Pluspunkt – sie hat zuverlässig für angenehme Temperaturen gesorgt. Insgesamt ein Hotel mit viel Charme, tollem Service und einer sehr angenehmen Atmosphäre

Lorsque la lumiere est eteinte les prises de courant sont coupées ce qui ne permet pas de charger un telephone; WIFI non sécurisé la chambre au second étage est dotée de deux demi fenetres basses ce qui n'est pas precisé dans la categorie de la chambre ni dnas les photos donc pas beaucoup de luminosite ni visibilité sur exterieur acces uniquement par escalier avec au deuxieme etage une porte d'accés au couloir avec une demi marche sans palier ( pas signalée)ce qui peut etre dangereux car on peut tomber directement dans l'escalier lorqu'on vient du couloir si on rate cette marche pas de boite mouchoir en sdb parking payant à l'intérieur (mais parking gratuit à l'extérieur si place disponible)

This hotel is in a really good position, a short walk from the hospice and the absolute centre of Beaune. It's an old wine merchant's house with loads of character and a really pretty courtyard. Our room was large, really clean and had everything you could possibly want. Comfortable bed and we slept really well. We were met by a member of staff when we arrived who showed us where to park, booked us in and offered to carry our suitcases for us. The pictures of the spiral staircase are very misleading. They are not steep and are not narrow. Very easy to walk up them. We found all the staff lovely, including the owner who let us eat a picnic in the garden (as we arrived quite late) with a bottle of the hotel's champagne. Lovely way to start our holiday. Very good value hotel in the centre of Beaune but quiet and I would definitely recommend it.

Lidt synd at gæsterne hele tiden kører ind forbi værelser og udendørsområde. Morgenmaden var ikke god, dårlig brød og kaffe. Der manglede overdækning på spiseområdet så det var muligt at sidder der selvom der var meget varmt. Vores værelse (nr.30) var kæmpe stort men uden mulighed for at kigge ud da den var halv kælder og der var tunge gardiner for vinduerne, hvilket også resulterede i lidt kælderlugt. Underligt at der ikke er noget køleskab, så man lige kan have lidt koldt vand på værelset.

Functional hotel very close to the town centre. We had an enormous room across two floors which was very nice. Parking was free and close to the room.

It was definitely a boutique hotel and very charming. The location was really good for town and it was quiet.

The AC was controlled centrally from reception which we found odd - especially as it looked like a stand alone unit where you’d usually have a remote.

Très bonne situation qui permet de découvrir Beaune à pied. Personnel très pro et disponible. Literie très confortable et équipements parfaits séjourner plusieurs jours. La déco rustique de la chambre apporte un charme désuet très sympa.

Les tarifs des petits déjeuners et du parking privatif un peu élevés.

The location

The air conditioning was inadequate and noisy. We were in room 3. It was so old, not old like traditional French just old and tired. It was the worst room we had in our 3 week trip. My husband had to stick tissue in the hairdryer to hold it together. The room was dirty. Don’t have the breakfast. They just don’t care. The gym is a complete joke. There are 3 pieces of equipment. No weights, mats, balls. There was dead flies all over the floor. This cannot be classed as a gym.
