This hotel is in an ideal location, between the canals and the cathedral. The bed is very comfortable, the room is quiet, and the shower is excellent. The front desk staff is friendly, and Sara is outstanding. She took time when welcoming us to be sure that we had all of the Strasbourg information we might need, and she gave us an excellent lunch recommendation.

このホテルのジュニアスイートに2泊1人で宿泊。 1. 地上からのアクセスしか出来ないのだがエントランスの周辺入り口付近がとても汚い、ゴミだらけ。 部屋の内窓は手垢でいっぱいです、交換して欲しい汚れたタオルをまとめおいておいたら、汚れたタオルを又、かけられていた。ガラスのひとつのコップには歯磨き粉が付いたまま、二日目の清掃はかなり手を抜いている印象。 2. 連日30℃の暑さなのに、エアコンがほぼ、きかない。 問い合わせたら、扇風機を使ってとのこと、えっ？？クラシカルなホテルなら分かる！けど、新しいホテルなのに何故？？夏はオススメしません。 3. 冷蔵庫が壊れていて何度も問い合わせたが、明日、交換か修理するとか、次の日は、これから確認するとか、フロント間でも全く共有されてなく、夕方、部屋に戻って、冷蔵庫は壊れたままで、この後確認しますから、全くのアクションなく。詐欺です。 私は一度も冷たい飲み物が飲めず、買っておいたハムも食べる気にもならない。 もう二度と泊まりたくないホテルです。リヨンでの旅が台無しです。アジア人だから、差別された？かもです。

À quelques pas de la place de la Cathédrale, cet hôtel est propre et calme, idéal pour découvrir Strasbourg en toute tranquillité. Je recommande vivement !

Location was amazing, clean and proper rooms. Airconditioning was a perfect solution for the heat.

Todo en general, a escasos 80 metros de la catedral de Notre Dame, atención de las recepcionistas buenísima, muy amables e intentando entendernos en español, habitación súper cómoda y limpia, repetiré si vuelvo a Strasburgo.

The property was relatively close to some of the major plazas, the staff were helpful. The rooms are clean.

The rooms were a little small, even an upgraded room, the breakfast was average, but relatively expensive compared to other European four star hotel breakfasts there were no face towels, and the bathroom amenities were limited

Situation de l’hôtel près de la Cathédrale de Strasbourg, grande chambre confortable et calme.

Peut être les rideaux qui ne sont pas à 100 pour cent hermétiques et qui laissent passer la lumière. Mais pour le reste c’était parfait.

La camera al quinto piano é troppo piccola, il bagno raggiungibile con scaletta interna, é troppo scomodo e caldissimo. Il prezzo offerto leggermente più basso rispetto all’ultima volta non giustifica la scomodità della situazione

From check in to departure, everything was lovely. The hotel was clean and our room was very spacious with an extremely comfortable bed and good shower! Sarah on reception was very welcoming, really nice and very helpful. I am sure all the staff were equally good but she was the only person we had contact with. We did not go for breakfast but wished we had. It looked very good and is served in a cosy looking room. The hotel is in a great location and it was very easy to walk to and from the train station (20ish mins) and Petit France (5 or so mins).

Lampe de chevet HS (chambre 303 pour le cas où ce commentaire serait lu, j’ai oublié de le signaler à l’accueil) Le gardien de nuit m’avait annoncé une belle vue, sur la cathédrale. En fait, vue sur la façade de l’autre côté de la rue et si on se contorsionne par la fenêtre on voit un bout de cathédrale. Pour moi la chambre n’a pas de vue du tout. Mais j’ai bien dormi.

Hotel très bien placé près de la cathédrale,calme malgré l emplacement en plein centre,personnel très sympa,agréable et réactif,parking public souterrain à côté,magasins et restaurants tout autour.

Camera piccola ma molto suggestiva al quarto piano, la vista è sui tetti di Strasburgo e sulla cattedrale.Doccia super. Suggeriamo di parcheggiare al parcheggio Gutenberg in piazza . Costa ma è comodissimo.

Splendida ristrutturazione di una casa antica del centro storico, l'albergo offre un ambiente di charme, comfort e camere originali con vista sui tetti di Strasburgo. La posizione eccellente nei pressi della cattedrale è un altro aspetto positivo. Simpatico e gentile lo staff .

La colazione non mi è sembrata eccezionale.

Het personeel was super vriendelijk, het ontbijt was top en de kamers waren schoon.

Het was erg warm op de kamer, ondanks de airco. Het raam open zetten was daardoor noodzakelijk echter was er de hele nacht door lawaai en geschreeuw op straat waardoor het slapen moeizaam ging.

Abbiamo soggiornato all’Hotel Gutenberg e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo avuto un piccolo disagio, ma il personale è stato davvero disponibile e ha saputo risolverlo con grande gentilezza e professionalità. La pulizia della struttura e della camera era ottima e abbiamo apprezzato molto la cura dei dettagli. Un ringraziamento speciale a tutto il personale, sempre gentilissimo, disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze. Un’esperienza sicuramente positiva e un hotel che consigliamo volentieri!

Il n'y avait pas de bouilloire.

De locatie van het hotel is perfect. Het is midden in het centrum, alle restaurants en faciliteiten zijn op loopafstand. Onze kamers waren wel erg school. We hadden twee zolder kamers geboekt, die waren wel erg klein. Op zich niks mis mee als je op doorreis bent. De andere kamers zouden waarschijnlijk wat ruimer zijn. Personeel is erg vriendelijke en behulpzaam.

Eigenlijk niks. Als ik toch iets moet benomen, dan is het de grootte van de zolder kamers op de 5e verdieping.

Helt forferdelig luft, våknet på natten og følte jeg ikke fikk puste, fikk helt panikk. Måtte vekke samboeren min og han følte det sanne. Må ha vært luften som kom ut av AC. Vi er unge og spreke så ikke vår helse som var problemet

Schönes Zimmer, sehr ruhig gelegen und sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen.

Die Tür zur Duschkabine ist leider zu groß, nur sehr schlanke Personen können sie von innen schließen. Eine Falttür wäre sehr hilfreich.

Beaucoup de bruit la nuit, un homme complètement saoul a frappé à ma porte a 1h10 du matin sûrement même pas un client de l'hôtel. J'ai eu très peur car il y avait ma fille dans la chambre et il aurait pu être violent.

Fantastic little hotel right in the middle of old town Strasbourg. The perfect place to wander all the old streets from. A very modern room, bigger than I expected & very light with lots of windows. The staff were very friendly.

Breakfast was very expensive but there are plenty of cafes close by to use instead

Rooms are beyond tiny. A chambre de bonne (maid’s room transformed into a hotel room. The shower is 80 cm by 80 cm. The closet is half a closet. You really bump yourself everywhere. The bathroom can barely stand one person. Staff is correct and helpful. But, the roads to reach were closed. Noone bothered telling us when we booked (same day). We walked woth luggage half a kilometer. The parking option we chose was rendered useless. We called the hotel many times to ask how to reach. Phones do not work. When we asked at reception, they said nonchalantly that lines are not working. Not sure how they got a 4 stars. Overall terrible experience.

Hotelul foarte bine poziționat, la 5 min de mer pe jos de Catedrala, situat pe o străduță laterala liniștită. Am avut camera dubla privilege. Curatenie impecabila, efectuata zilnic. Am apreciat existenta halatelor de baie si papucilor de camera. Aer condiționat silențios. Patul nu foarte mare, dar confortabil. Micul dejun contra cost, dar diversificat si foarte bun. Personalul foarte amabil. As alege cu drag acest hotel si pentru o alta vizita la Strasbourg

As sugera totuși că accesoriile de pat ( in special ma refer la perne) ar necesita îmbunătățiri.

Zentrale Lage, direkt am Gutenberg -Platz. Also fast direkt am Münster. Check Out bis 12 Uhr.

Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf das Münster: Der Balkon ist groß und bietet einen schönen Blick auf das Münster. Leider ist der Balkon sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Bequemere Sitzmöbel für einen schönen Sommerabend, mit Blick auf das beleuchtete Münster, würde ich bei dem Preis schon erwarten. Unangenehmer Geruch bei Ankunft im Zimmer. Vermutlich weil auf dem Balkon geraucht wurde, ohne die Tür zu schließen. WC ist separat vom Bad. Hat aber kein Waschbecken, so dass man erst durchs Zimmer ins Bad laufen muss, um Hände zu waschen (unhygienisch).

Freundlicher Empfang, große Zimmer, großes Badezimmer, gute Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Tesis inanılmaz iyi bir konumdaydı. Tarihi yapılara çok yakındı. Otelin personeli gayet güler yüzlüydü. Odamız her gün temizlendi ve odaya girdiğimizde de her yer tertemizdi. Klimaları gayet performanslı bi şekilde çalışıyordu. Yani her şeyden çok memnun kaldık.

Sadece otelde konaklayan kişilere suyun ücretsiz olmaması negatif nokta oldu bizim için.

Location is fabulous just a half block to Gutenberg Square and then on to the cathedral. You can walk to everything! The hotel staff are wonderful and speak good English. We were there during the European heatwave and the A/C was great, no problem at all. Bed was super comfy and lots of hot water & good water pressure in the shower. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

The standout at breakfast was the apple juice, the special citron and vanilla yogurt and artisan bread. The friendly staff at reception were outstanding. Location of the hotel was great. Lastly, the hairdryer that doesn’t require you to press constantly is always appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning next year.

A bottle of water in your room each day would really be appreciated. When providing coat hangers in the room please have those that can be removed when using them.

La colazione, poca scelta e dolci del giorno prima. Ho dovuto sollecitare l'invio della ricevuta. Camera deluxe abbastanza confortevole, ma al piano strada, con accesso diretto all'ingresso e alla sala colazione.

Het ligt midden in het centrum. Personeel was aardig.

Wij hadden eerst een andere kamer dan we hadden geboekt, op deze kamer was de bij aankomst de airco stuk. Na enig aandringen kregen we de kamer die we hadden geboekt maar ook daar was de airco stuk (42 graden buiten en zolderkamer). Daar werd een portable airco gezet (met raam open) die veel geluid maakte (zittend naast elkaar kon je elkaar slecht verstaan). We waren er voor 1 nachtje wat het niet heel erg maakte maar ideaal was het niet.

Booked a night last minute during the heatwave so we had air conditioning! This worked perfectly, also the staff were lovely and welcoming, the check out time was a generous 12 noon and the location is very central. Considering we checked in at 3 on the same day we booked, the rate was very reasonable.

Would have been good to have a TV guide/instructions as we only got some channels working.
