Die Lobby zu klein, die gewünschte Bar zum Verweilen sehr schlecht im Internet zu erkennen. Zimmer sehr einfach für unsere Extrabuchung Superior, abgebildet mit großzügiger Sitzecke etc. im Internet Keine ausreichende Beleuchtung im Zimmer ; keine Wäschefächer im Schrank bzw Schublade für Kleinigkeiten. Die Zimmer haben Stufen, doch wegen der Beleuchtung nachts zur Toilette nicht so sicher.

Seemed recently renovated, good standard materials, good bed, lovely flute player practicing Tchaikovsky somewhere in the courtyard.

Terribly slow elevator - too slow if you live on 7th floor. No proper overhead lamp in the room, just a million small mood lamps everywhere, so you can't turn them off from the bed at once. And when you go to turn them off and return to bed you bruise your toe as always. It is also not in the pretty, cosy central area of town, but rather out of the way. Hot water takes ages to reach 7th floor. And the minibar prices make you believe Pringles are Michelin star meal.

Die Lage ist gut, alles fussläufig . Zimmer war sauber, das Bad modern. Hotel verfügt über ein eigenes, kleine Parkhaus. Die Einfahrt ist allerdings sehr eng und die Fahrt nach unten war sehr sportlich. Mit einem flachen Sportwagen hätte man bestimmt aufgesetzt. Für sehr große SUVs vielleicht nicht so geeignet. Das Frühstück haben wir ( für 20€ pro Person) im Hotel zu uns genommen. Das Personal war sehr nett und höflich.

Goede locatie nabij het centrum en je bent zo weer op de snelweg. Parkeren kan in eigen garage. aardige receptie medewerkers. wel een gezellig kamertje maar erg laag.

wij hadden kamer 001. we wisten dat hij het klein zou zijn maar de kamer was erg laag met uitzicht in de parkeergarage. de badkamer had een balk waar een man niet onder past. eigenlijk niet geschikt als hotelkamer. maar ze hadden het wel cosi ingericht

Frühstück war gut, Lage sehr gut, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut erreichbar. Man konnte zu Fuß zum Centrum laufen.

Fahrstuhl war zu klein.

First of all the staff of this hotel! Team is just amazing, everyone is super polite and friendly and helpful! Breakfast was really good, with variety of local Alsace products! Room was clean and comfortable! I liked art in our room ❤️

Parking for my car was too tight, but I was told of this in advance and also personal helped me with parking.

Der Frühstücksraum ist viel zu klein. Am Büfett war alles vorhanden was man so braucht aber alles viel zu eng. Z.B. die Müslibehälter auf einem Regalbrett stehend waren nur mit Mühe zur erreichen.

Sauber, schönes Zimmer

Beim Frühstück sehr enge Platzverhältnisse und anstehen. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer in den Innenhof ist nicht sehr charmant. Lage etwas abseits.

Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en erg lekker. We vonden het ook fijn dat je pas tegen 12u moest uitchecken. De kamer zelf was netjes en aangenaam.

De ontbijtruimte was wel erg rumoerig waardoor een rustig ontbijt er niet echt in zat. Ook in onze kamer hoorden we nog redelijk wat straatlawaai. We hadden ook niet door dat er parking (tegen betaling) bij het hotel was, waardoor we deze niet hadden gereserveerd en we bij aankomst te horen kregen dat deze volzet was. We hebben toen lang moeten zoeken naar een vrije parking in de buurt.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt im Hôtel Diana Dauphine. Die Lage war okay und das Zimmer sauber und komfortabel. Besonders praktisch war der Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden und würden wiederkommen.

Prima ontbijt. De locatie is lekker dichtbij het centrum.

Onze kamer lag aan de straatkant. Dat was jammer omdat onze nachtrust oa door de heen en weer rijdende trams niet geweldig was.

Personnel très gentil. Parking en sous-sol bien pratique !

1) La déco. La chambre (301) est peinte et décorée en vert-de-gris foncé et noir. C'est design et récent, mais c'est sinistre ! Et ca donne l'impression que la chambre est petite. Dans un hôtel, il faut de la clarté et de la gaité. 2) L'insonorisation insuffisante. On entend le bruit de la rue, les tramways (très bruyants), les passants. Et de l'autre côté du mur les voisins. Donc tout ça ne vaut pas 170 € la nuit, ne mérite pas quatre étoiles.

The location was amazing - so close to the centre but also close to the motorway. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. The reception staff were polite and helpful. The garage was a squeeze to get it but we managed to park ok. A convenient and comfortable stop over and an easy way to see the city.

The parking was a little stressful but we knew that from reading the other reviews. Other than that all great!

No hay enchufes junto a las camas y el desayuno es caro para lo que ofrece. El parking es demasiado estrecho, decidí aparcar fuera.

Situación cerca del centro. Amplitud habitación y comodidad cama.

Un día no nos hicieron la habitación. Al reclamarlo en recepción, el personal nos indicó que, supuestamente, habíamos dicho a la persona encargada de la limpieza que no era necesario hacerla. Esto no es cierto. Además, la mujer encargada de hacer las habitaciones llamó a una de nosotras a las 8:55 h. Intentó preguntarnos algo, pero no lográbamos entenderla. No hablaba inglés y le indicamos que no la entendíamos. Aunque hubiera podido tratarse de una confusión debida al idioma, consideramos que el personal del hotel debería haber sabido gestionar la situación y ofrecer una solución adecuada. Sin embargo, no supieron resolver el problema ni aclarar lo sucedido.

O Hotel necessita de reforma no quarto, ficamos no 303 que tinha cheiro de mofo devido ao carpete do quarto. O pequeno almoço também pode ser melhorado.

La ubicación y la habitación, bonita y confortable. El personal de recepción muy amables.

Todo muy correcto.

La habitación muy comoda y el baño amplio con buen espacio, todo limpio y se ve nuevo. El personal super amable y con buena disposición. Se puede dormir muy bien sin ruidos del exterior.

El elevador es pequeño, con carreola es muy justo pero funcionó. La entrada del estacionamiento es muy angosta y tiene una rampa muy incomoda por lo que escogimos otro estacionamiento cerca a pocos metros lo cual también fue muy práctico.

Tutto... molto stylish come piace a me... -stanza esattamente come da foto, con WC separato da zona doccia/lavabo (TOP) -tutto molto pulito -alla reception bravissime ragazze che sanno dare spiegazioni e consigli -a 1km dal centro con bella passeggiata tra negozi "locals" -buona insonorizzazione nonostante la camera desse sulla via principale - buona climatizzazione - colazione: varia -sia dolce che salata- con anche prodotti tipici, cosa molto gradita

solo alcune piccole note che mi hanno fatto mettere 9 anziché 10 - la zona colazione: al momento del check-in ci è stato chiesto orario colazione, poi abbiamo capito il perchè...la sala è molto piccola, per cui si deve fare "a rotazione" - ascensori molto striminziti, sconsigliati ai claustrofobici - mancanza di una presa vicino al letto (lato sinistro)

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Straßbourg. Das Personal war nett und freundlich. Wir hatten ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten, damit unsere Tochter das Zimmer nehmen uns bekommen konnte. Geparkt haben wir nicht im Hotel sondern im Saint-Nicolas Parkhaus. Dort kann man für mehrer Tage einen Parkplatz zu einem günstigen Tarif buhen.

Die kurzen Wege zur Innenstadt waren super. Das Frühstück war lecker. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.

Das Parkhaus ist sehr sehr eng. Es wäre nützlich gewesen, wenn wir dies im Vorfeld gewusst hätten.

Viesnīcas numurs bija plašs un ērts. Numurā bija liela gulta un liels televizors. Dušas telpā bija pietiekami daudz vietas. Ērtībai bija pieejams minibārs un kafijas automāts. Numurā bija arī paliels galds un ērts krēsls. Īpaši patika spogulis ar apgaismojumu, kas bija ļoti praktisks. Kopumā numurs bija labi aprīkots un atstāja ļoti labu iespaidu.

Tā kā no viesnīcas devāmies prom vēlu naktī, bijām iepriekš vienojušies par brokastu sagatavošanu līdzi, taču viesnīcas personāls par to bija piemirsis un brokastis mums netika iedotas. Būtu bijis patīkami, ja iepriekšējā vienošanās tiktu ņemta vērā.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel ! L’emplacement est vraiment idéal, très proche du centre-ville et de nombreux sites touristiques, ce qui rend les déplacements très pratiques. L’hôtel est assez récent, propre et bien entretenu. La chambre était confortable et agréable. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour et nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem Zubehör was man so braucht. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Verschiedene Services können problemlos dazu gebucht werden und sind teilweise umsonst.

Super Lage, sehr nettes Personal! Wir kommen wieder!

We had a warm and personable welcome at the reception. Rooms were well set up, quiet and the furnishings were of good quality. My room, which was on a stair landing, had an extra sound barrier, which I appreciated from a design-functionality and comfort standpoint. The cleaning service had great attention to detail. They had excellent decaf at the breakfast as opposed to a pathetic sachet, which made every day a great day immediately.

What's not to like?

Buen hotel, habitaciones modernas y cómodas. A unos 10 minutos andando de la catedral.

Staff were lovely and helpful, room was very clean and comfortable, area was great. They were also very welcoming to our dog!

The car park is extremely tight -- this is not the hotel's fault, and they were very helpful letting us know -- but just something to keep in mind!

Die Lage war perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Frühstück war gut. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer, eines zum Innenhof, was sehr ruhig war und eines zur Straße, welches lauter war, durch die vorbeifahrende Straßenbahn. Wunderbare Zimmer,super ausgestattet und sehr sauber und komfortabel.

I had a reservation for 3 nights and got an upgrade (a superior room) without even having to ask for it. They are super friendly and the hotel is located really close to the flix bus station. The tram also stops really close by. They have a policy for the environment that when you don't use the cleaning service, you get a free drink. Nice idea, right? Very comfortable room with everything you can need. I didn't try the breakfast.

Die Garage ist an sich gut, aber ohne Übung ist es nicht einfach, bis ins erste Untergeschoss (−1) hinunterzufahren. Die Zufahrt zwischen den Ebenen ist sehr eng.

La chambre était tres grande, le personnel accueillant et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner copieux et varié.

Tout était très bien.

Very friendly and competent staff. The parking is secured, just a little bit tight but we managed to park with no problems. The location is also perfect to explore the city, with a small supermarket almost in front of it. We got a room facing the street and we had an amazing night of sleep. If we are ever in the city again, we will be staying at the hotel again. I recommend it ☺️

Pusryčiai labai geri (didelis patiekalų pasirinkimas). Personalas labai malonus, 2 rytus netgi suorganizavo pusryčius ankstesniu laiku nei įprasta. Puiki vieta - ramus rajonas, netoli senamiestis, tramvajaus stotelės.

Prastokas kambario apšvietimas - nėra lubose šviestuvo. Yra sieninės lemputės prie lovos, tačiau jos menkai apšviečia likusią kambario dalį. Dušo kabina be pilnai užsidarančių durelių ar užtraukiamos užuolaidėlės, todėl praustis reikia labai atsargiai, kad labai neprisitaškytų vandens ant grindų. Bet tokie dušai dažnai būna Vakarų Europos viešbučiuose. Mažas ir lėtas liftas.

Sieht auf den Fotos etwas neuer und gepflegter aus als es ist - Frühstück und Frühstücksraum sind eine Katastrophe. Um 7:00 vieles leer - überall Fliegen und ungemütliches Ambiente.

It is not located in the heart of Strasbourg, which can be challenging during very hot days, given the need to walk or get the tram. Apart from that, Diana Dauphine is a nicely decorated hotel with a great reception and facilities to sleep and relax. Air conditioning and bed comfort were remarkable.
