Excelente localização, na beira da praia. Quarto com bom tamanho. Banheiro bom. Não tomamos café da manhã. perto de vária opções para café da manha na praia.

A varanda do quarto era impossível de se ficar ...muito suja e quente devido ao ar condicionado que ficava nela.

Es handelt sich um ein kleines Hotel direkt am Strand von Cagnes-sur-Mer. Für uns die perfekt Wahl, weil es wesentlich ruhiger was als direkt in Nizza. Das Hotel ist gepflegt und riecht unheimlich gut. Die negativen Kommentare zu dem Personal können wir überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Die Mitarbeiter waren jederzeit bemüht und sehr freundlich. Zum Strand geht’s einmal über die Straße. Badeschuhe nicht vergessen. 😉 Das Frühstück war für 12€ pro Kopf in Ordnung. Es gibt aber auch diverse Alternativen in den umliegenden Cafés. Die Fenster verfügen über elektrische Rollladen, die das Zimmer komplett verdunkeln.

Wer es sehr ruhig mag ist hier eher falsch. Durch die Nähe zur Straße ist es trotz doppelter Scheiben zum Balkon recht „laut“. Auch war die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer ungewohnt laut. Mit Ohrstöpseln haben wir aber dennoch sehr gut geschlafen.

The bed sheet was so duty and smell. We didnt sleep due to the smell. Tbe sink at Bathroom is so bad smell. Towels are duty and smell.

Camera spaziosa e confortevole. Pulita. Nonostante gli imprevisti del nostro soggiorno, il personale è stato molto cortese e ci ha omaggiato della colazione.

La nostra camera, al primo piano, affacciava sul parcheggio dove si trovava anche la cucina di un ristorante da cui proveniva un'odore molto forte e sgradevole e purtroppo la camera ne era completamente impregnata. Purtroppo l'hotel era al completo e non è stato possibile cambiare camera.

Il bagno ha bisogno di una riforma. La doccia aveva macchie di umidità. La vista dava sul parcheggio del retro.

Ligging zeer goed, vlak aan zee en hippodroom. Comfortabele bedden, goedwerkende airco en electrische rolluiken. Private, afgesloten parking (mits betaling) Op wandelafstand verschillende leuke en goede restaurants.

Hygëne is ondermaats! Toilet was bij aankomst niet grondig gepoetst, er zaten ook vuile randen in bad en vuil in de hoekjes onder lavabo. Gedurende ons driedaags verblijf werd de vloer geen enkele keer gestofzuigd. Zand en kleine steentjes van tussen ons schoeisel (keistrand) bleven dus overal liggen. Ook het bad en toilet werden tussenin niet gepoetst. Wel werd ons bed dagelijks opgemaakt. Ontbijt is zelfbediening in kleine, ongezellige hoekruimte in de inkom van het hotel. Heel beperkt aanbod. Wij namen ons ontbijt verderop in de straat in een bar met bediening, daar heel lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt en zelfs goedkoper dan in het hotel.

Posizione perfetta, attraversando una strada si è sul meraviglioso lungo mare di Cagnes sur mer. La struttura è piuttosto vecchiotta ma confortevole. Parcheggio a pagamento dietro e tutti i servizi a pochi minuti a piedi, compresa la stazione.

We paid for breakfast 12 euro each which consisted of a small amount of bread some hard boiled eggs and some small pastries, the coffee machine was ok all was self service with no one in attendance other than the receptionist who did not look happy, the breakfast area was a small section of reception with just a few tiny tables, our room (15) had a blind missing and the tiny toilet had a bad drain smell

Great location

Location-wise, it was right across the street from the promenade and beach. Super convenient for going to the beach and for accessing the promenade all the way to Nice. The property was clean, well maintained and convenient for accessing restaurants, grocery stores and the highway.

The only thing that was not up to par was the shower/tub. The shower nozzle was hung off the side of the shower wall and you had to literally move around to get wet.

Hotel carino ed essenziale, ben posizionato proprio sulla spiaggia (sassi) e con diversi ristoranti attorno. Camera ottima, letto leggermente scomodo ma direi ok. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione, invece abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio interno (10 euro al giorno).

Direi nulla, forse solo che ci vuole l'auto. I mezzi pubblici sono tutti abbastanza distanti.

Super Lage in Nizza. Motorrad Parkplatz kostet 15 € für zwei Motorräder, aber hinter Schranken gesichert. Frühstück war etwas dürftig.

Modern hotel room with A/C. Good clean facilities and a comfy bed. Easy access across the road to the beach,neearby cafes and restaurants and a 20-minute easy walk to the Cagnes-sur-Mer marina. Great location for access to Nice airport (before/after a flight), about a 15-minute drive.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was good sized, and as a family of three the extra space with the third bed was very nice.

The bathroom is tiny, so be prepared. Additionally the air conditioner dripped condensation making noise and a mess, so if it’s humid be prepared as well.

3日間の小旅行を終えて、またこちらにお世話になりました。 前半のお部屋がとても良かったので、後半戻って来た時のお部屋には少しガッカリしました。 部屋の配置でか、かなり小さく感じましたし、クロゼットも半分以下、窓はお隣のビルのバルコニーと向かい合わせで、一切バルコニーは使いませんでした。 部屋の電気をつけたら、部屋の中が丸見えになるので、ほとんどの場合、電気をつけないか、シャッターを閉めるしかありません。 前半のお部屋が単なるラッキーだったのか？ 同じ金額で、かなりの差があるのは残念です。 とは言え、清潔ですし、スタッフの方もフレンドリー、ロケーションも私にとっては好都合でお値段もリーズナブル。 また使わせていただきます。 ありがとうございました。

I had a great stay with my family, hotel had great friendly staff who were very welcoming and happy to help. Beds were most importantly super comfortable, hotel was reasinbake priced. The beach was just over the road where you could watch the water flow for hours. There is so many cafes and restaurants nearly. The cafes next door is super cute and does great pasties and coffees. The station is just over 10 minutes walk. The airport is about 10 mins away and the shopping centre was a 7 mins cab ride.

L'hôtel est bien situé.

Le bruit. Le personnel de l'hôtel est bruyant. La chambre était située à proximité de l'escalier menant au hall d'accueil, escalier qui fait caisse de résonnance. Le matin réveil en fanfare avec (selon la réceptionniste) une cliente qui parlait très fort. Nous ne renouvellerons pas l'expérience en raison du bruit. Le coût du petit déjeuner de 12 euros par personne est excessif -il est équivalent à ce que propose un ibis budget ! sauf qu'eux le facture à 8 euros !

Isolation phonique très insuffisante à l'intérieur de l'hotel. les bruits de clés et de portes, ainsi que les commentaires des clients peu polis étant trop présents pendant les nuits

La ubicación, la vista y el tamaño de l habitación

Reserve dos habitaciones. La numero 6 en el no tenía wifi y no se pudo solucionar durante nuestra estadía. La segunda habitación , si tenía WiFi. Solo que esa habitación, la ducha no tiene ni mampara ni cortina. O sea que el agua de la ducha moja todo el piso del cuarto de baño . Parece una habitación para silla de rueda, pero no nos avisaron por adelantado para que pudiéramos decidir si la queríamos o no. Fue incómodo a pesar del lampazo que dejan para que el huésped escurra el agua. No se pudo cambiar a otra habitación.

The location was excellent and the rooms were clean.

You have to hand over your key at the front desk when you leave the building and upon your return you just tell them your room number and they hand it over. For security reasons I would prefer they adapt their protocol to check IDs before handing over room keys. Luckily there was a safe in the room so we kept our valuables in there for peace of mind.

Our room was ocean front, just acoss the street from the beach. The mattress was very comfortable. The owner himself helped us get our luggage to our room. The value received for the money paid couldn't be beat. Parking was available for only 10 Euros per night. The hotel is very close to the Nice Airport and a great place to crash after a long-haul fliight from the United States.

We liked absolutely everything about this property. Of course we could have booked a nicer property for two to three times more money. But we are budget travelers, and the hotel was very satisfactory for our style of travel.

Nous avons eu une chambre dont le lavabo de la salle de bain était bouché. Nous avons signalé plusieurs fois à la réception mais rien n’a été fait. Dommage.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, è vicinissimo al mare. Le dimensioni della camera sono accettabili. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione quindi non posso dare un giudizio. E' possibile parcheggiare l'auto nel loro cortile interno a 10 € al giorno. Lo staff è molto gentile.

Le camere non sono ben insonorizzate e questo è un po' un peccato. In camera mancava l'asciugamano per le mani, ma lo staff ce lo ha prontamente fornito.

Letto comodo, piccolo balconcino, hotel proprio davanti alla passeggiata. Pulizia ok. Parcheggio disponibile al costo di10 euro.

The space was great. It felt like a small apartment. The beach was across the street and down the road were restaurants, a grocery store, and a laundromat, which was exactly what I needed.

Petit hotel très pratique, proche de la mer. Parking privé a disposition ou dans la rue. Restaurants et bar aux alentours. Petit déjeuner très correct. Personnel agréable.

Chambre 16, store électrique du balcon qui ne descend pas, lumière la nuit et tôt le matin. Douche, porte qui ne ferme pas bien et support vertical de douche a moitié fixé.
