Habitación amplia y cómoda, salvo que no tenía ascensor y tuvimos que subir con las valijas por escaleras en el sector que nos tocó alojarnos

Al inodoro de la habitación le faltaba buena limpieza, me dijeron que eso era porque es la parte vieja del hotel, pero sinceramente no era agradable ver eso, le faltaba limpieza!

Wir hatten ein schönes, großes Zimmer hinten raus (im Zweitgebäude), weg von der Straße und spürten somit nichts vom Verkehrslärm. Der Garten ist ein richtiger Hingucker und wie eine kleine Oase.

Vor dem Zimmer lagen verschiedene Bausachen und zu entsorgende Gegenstände herum; würden die aufgeräumt, wäre auch da der Blick aus dem Fenster schöner.

Il costo del parcheggio 19 € troppo alto considerando che la sosta nei dintorni costa molto meno. La vasca da bagno è troppo ingombrante, avrei preferito una doccia più ampia e una vasca più piccola.

Air conditioning could not be adjusted on 90 plus degree day and was preset to 19 degrees. When asked to reduce, was told it could not be done due to energy conservation. Even after paying premium money.

O que mais gostei no alojamento foi, sem dúvida, a simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários. A localização também é fantástica, mesmo em frente à praia, e poder jantar todos os dias com uma vista incrível tornou a experiência ainda mais especial. 🌊✨

O único ponto menos positivo foi a fraca rede no alojamento, que por vezes dificultava o acesso à internet.

Spotless hotel we went half board which I recommend the food was beyond expectations with an excellent restaurant and the staff are very friendly and cheerful our room had a sea view which was beautiful. The room had all amenities a bit small but very comfortable and modern the bathroom was very clean and large with excellent shower. Hotel provided umbrella, loungers and beach towels which was great. I've been to higher star hotels but this place is up there with them.

Номери як на мій смак затісні, доволі специфічне меню на вечері і доволі одноманітні сніданки. Шум дороги чути в номері постійно. Було в цілому що поїсти і було все смачно але сину смакує дещо простіша кухня відносно меню що було на вечерю а на сніданок не вистачало класичної яєшні і сирів вибір був доволі скромний як для такого рівня готелю. Якість кави з машини також бажає бути суттєво покращеною

1. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, before and during our stay. They went out of their way to find us the best combination of rooms and beds, and wrote wonderful personalised welcome messages to the kids on the bathroom mirrors 2. The location, close enough to Nice and the airport, but right on the coast. Wonderful views over the sea from the rooms and the restaurant

It was all great!

It was OK for one night. It was close to the sea. But no sea view. There was a standard French Breakfast. Not hot in the room. We could sleep. Quiet room.

There was no parking for us. We had to stay on the street. There was no lift in the building. The hotel's facilities correspond to a maximum of three stars, I think.

The property was lovely, in a great spot and the staff were amazing! Really made the stay worthwhile! The view from our balcony room was incredible! We booked an additional day!

Our initial room was to the side and not the view we had seen in the photos That being said, the staff were absolutely fantastic and arranged to change rooms the next day when it was available and they did everything possible to make us feel welcome!

The reception staff were extremely helpful and welcoming as was the chambermaid. The restaurant/bar staff were polite and did their jobs well. The decor was tasteful and the outside seating area was very pleasant. The hotel was right on the promenade so was next to the beach and it was easy to get to the town centre and the harbour.

The restaurant was very understaffed on the night we chose to eat there so we had to wait a long time to get served.. Also there was only one dish that my vegetarian friend was able to choose. The room we were allocated was very small and had no balcony. There was nowhere to put the cases. We tried to slide them under the bed but the beds were too low. The beside "shelves' were hardly big enough to house a phone, glasses and meds. The wardrobe was extremely small! If a man wanted to hang a suit and trousers and, if they were staying for more than a couple nights, it would be far too small.

We have stayed in many places, but this was by far the worst experience of recent years, largely due to the incompetence of the reception staff. In short, I do not recommend this hotel, there are much better options in the area for the same price. Unfortunately, we didn't take the negative reviews seriously, and I hope others don't make the same mistake. They caused a lot of hassle even before the trip, communicating via Booking.com was nearly impossible, as they would either not answer the question or ignore it completely. They charged a deposit without warning, and despite multiple requests, we received no notification about it. We only got the €1,100 deposit back three weeks after the holiday ended, even though they had promised to refund it the day after check-out. We cancelled the dinner service before the trip, but it took several attempts for them to send the corrected invoice properly, this caused significant inconvenience at check-in as well. When I asked the receptionist why they weren't replying on Booking.com, her response—instead of an apology—was simply that messages don't always go through... Extremely unprofessional. The rooms in the main building are fine, but the rooms in the other building barely merit three stars. The terrace of one room overlooked an inner courtyard filled with construction debris. The key cards for the rear building often didn't work. Breakfast was decent, but the menu didn't change at all over five days, making it quite monotonous. Overall, we experienced a great deal of unpleasantness, it is not at all worthy of a 4-star hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Posizione ottima avvalorata dalla presenza del parcheggio (da prenotare). Ottima la pulizia degli spazi comuni, piacevoli anche se un po’ angusti. Buona colazione, cene ottime anche se uscita dei piatti piuttosto lenta. Materie prime di qualità e ricette ricercate. Nota d’onore ad Anais per la sua gentilezza, precisione e sorriso!

Nonostante la segnalazione fatta il minibar non ha funzionato per tutto il soggiorno (ci è stato detto di inserire la chiave, cosa che abbiamo fatto ma senza risultato). Riferito al check out ma non è stato detto niente per sopperire alla mancanza. Peccato, mi aspettavo un gesto o una parola, ha fatto molto caldo e non avere mai acqua fresca è stato un problema.

Excellent emplacement en front de mer avec une option de réservation de parking privé à 19€ par nuit très pratique dans ce secteur où on ne peut pas se garer facilement. Très bon petit déjeuner (buffet continental) avec des produits frais et fait maison (ne pas hésiter à demander du pain sans gluten). Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bon avec un menu de 42€ entrée plat dessert. Chambre correcte et salle de bain bien équipée. Personnel très professionnel et très sympathique. Climatisation fonctionne parfaitement (essentiel en période de canicule).

1 des chambres réservée était en rez de chaussée et donnait directement sur une table de la terrasse, ce qui en terme d’intimité n’est pas idéal (même si l’insonorisation est plutot bonne). Il peut manquer, pour un 4 *, des accessoires dans la salle de bains (coton tige, chaussons, après shampooing, lait pour le corps…) Comme indiqué par l’hôtel j’avais déposé dans la douche le tapis de bain et des serviettes à’ changer mais cela n’a pas été changé (les serviettes déjà utilisées ont juste été repliées). C’est dommage et ce qui fait que nous ne mettons pas une note globale de 9/10

Établissement très bien situé. Personnels très accueillant et très à l’écoute. Recommande également le restaurant Bistronomique de l hôtel un vrai régal !!!

The restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent - amazing rooftop location with incredible views, fantastic service and the food was delicious.

Very little parking at the hotel. It is essential to prebook a parking spot and there is an additional charge. No parking was available during our stay. Staff unhelpfully directed us to the busy, crowded residential streets around the hotel where no spots were ever available. We eventually found 24hr paid parking 10 minutes away. The hotel claims to be 4 stars. It is a solid 3 star - great location, nice architecture, simple rooms, no facilities/luxuries. Reception staff seemed to delight in being unhelpful.

A szoba és a mini bar mérete: kettő kis méretű bőrönddel érkeztünk, mind kettőt a fürdőszobában kellett elhelyezni, a mini bárba nem fér be egy palack 0,5 literes víz állítva. Félpanziót kértünk, mindennap ugyanaz volt a választék.

A szállás remek helyen van, közvetlen a tengerparton, kellemesen kialakított kertrésszel. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt. A reggeli nem volt túl választékos, ha egy hétig kellett volna enni azért már gondban lettünk volna. Mi félpanziót kértünk, így volt vacsoránk, ami viszont fantasztikus volt. Mind az ételek, mind a tálalás, remek volt. A személyzet kedves, mosolygós, alapvetően segítőkész, de néha amatőrnek tűntek, egy négy csillagos szállodában nem engedhetnének meg bizonyos dolgokat, kellene egy állandó manager aki irányítja őket, időnkét szétesnek, ezt a negatív részben majd kifejtem, de már nem tudok oda többet írni :) Mindentől (a lenti negatív véleményt is beleértve) függetlenül senkit nem beszélnék le arról, hogy a szállodát válassza, ha ezekre a dolgokra figyelnek tökéletes nyaraló helyszín.

Ez hosszú lesz bár nem célom a szállást lehúzni, nem is pontoztam le, ez inkább építő kritika. Nos, a foglalás kiválasztása során bemutatott delux szoba csak "de-" volt a "lux" valahol elmaradt. A kapott 208-as szoba, mint ahogy azt itt már más is sérelmezte nem nyújtotta a hirdetésben megadottakat. A fele már felújított, de a fürdőszoba kritikán aluli volt és nem csak esztétikailag volt borzasztó ,de a funkcionalitásában is. Gyakorlatilag minden rosszul működött, felsorolni is hosszú lenne. A tengerre nézés részleges volt, szintén nem a foglaláskor bemutatottaknak megfelelő. Az érkezéskor olyan hideg volt a szobában, hogy a padlón állt a víz, a tükrök és a tv párás volt, a szobatelefon nem működött, így amikor tűzriadó volt és szerettünk volna távozni a szobából, az elromlott folyosó kilincs miatt nem tudtunk kijutni és segítséget sem kérni. Végül megoldódott ez is, sőt felajánlották másnap, hogy adnak új szobát, de végül maradtunk, már csak néhány napunk volt hátra. A korábbi válaszban azt írták más reklamálóknak, hogy egy éve nyitottak újra és folyik még a felújítás. Nincs ezzel baj, de akkor ezt a szobát nem delux-nak, csak standardnak kell hirdetni, olyan áron. A másik kellemetlenség, bár írásban foglaltam parkolót, amit visszaigazoltak mégsem volt helyünk első nap/éjjel. A kérdésre, hogy akkor hol álljunk meg a válasz az volt, hogy megmutatták az ingyenes utcákat, ahol lehet parkolni. Több száz levezetett km után nem voltam ettől boldog és ugye ingyenes parkoló a riviérán szerinted?.... Mindegy megoldottuk és másnap lett parkolónk is. A legnegatívabb élmény az utolsó vacsorán volt, amikor már a desszert volt hátra, amire a végén egy órát vártunk. Már elment mindenki aki előttünk jött, aki utánunk jött, csak mi voltunk ketten és egy nagyon befolyásosnak látszó olasz "maffiózó" család, akiket olyan szinten ugrált körbe a teljes személyzet, hogy az már vérlázító volt.

D’être logé dans le deuxième bâtiment( sur quel critère ?), et au troisième étage sans ascenseur !! la chambre était trop petite pour deux , heureusement que nous n’avions qu’une valise pour deux, pas de quoi étendre les serviettes de plages et la nuit la climatisation s’oriente sur le lit, c’est très désagréable et pour autant avec la chaleur celle-ci était indispensable .Dans la salle de bain aucune possibilité d’avoir un endroit où se maquiller puisque nous ne pouvions rien poser et dans la douche même chose, aucune étagère, nous devions mettre les produits de toilette au sol.

La deuxième partie de l'hôtel n'est pas rénové. On paye le prix d'un 4* mais on est loin d'y être. Ma chambre sentait le tabac froid, l'aération était pleine de poussière au dessus de la douche, un tapis plein de tâche et du mobilier de récup. On appelle ça une suite, j'appelle ça un taudis... très déçue !

La camera all'apparenza era pulita, ma c'era polvere e il mini frigo non funzionava. Ci hanno messo nella parte distaccata dell'hotel dove non c'era l'ascensore per accedere alla stanza ma le scale e molto strette, ho provato a richiedere il parcheggio ma ovviamente era pieno e siamo impazziti per trovare parcheggio nelle vie intorno. Il menu del ristorante era estremamente limitato e più o meno sempre lo stesso, sicuramente lo chef ci ha messo impegno i piatti avevano un bellissimo aspetto ma io se dovessi tornare non farei più la mezza pensione.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Royalmar, the view from our room was spectacular, overlooking the corniche and sea and the staff was super nice! As our flight was early, the receptionist was kind to help us with towels for the beach and their beautiful shower area was available for refreshment too, that really made the spare time enjoyable! The room was perfectly cleaned each day and the location was amazing too. We had a very happy experience

Super nice hotel! Beautifully decorated, perfect location, adorable staff. We had a deluxe room with sea view, it was lovely. The personnel charmed us with a cute surprise for my birthday falling during our stay.

The bed mattress was too soft for us but I appreciate it’s a matter of personal preference

In hotel zelf is er nihil te doen

We loved our balcony partially facing the mediterranean sea. The AC was excellent, kept the room cool while being quiet. Great service from the staff, they could answer or fulfill any reasonable request. Being able to borrow sunchairs, towels and a parasol were great since it's just by the beach. If you want to splurge there are other establishments on the beach were you can eat and drink and rent a bigger sun bed. Big parking spaces, some with electrical chargers.

Just like many other guest have stated our room was not in the main building, but behind in the annex. Clear information about that in the booking-stage would have been appreciated. The rooms felt a bit old and well used and in need of a renovation. Discoloration and mold in the shower and a weird sewage smell from the shower drain made the room not feel as comfortable as we hoped. The hotel restaurant was sub par with very small portions for the price and mediocre service.

La posizione vicino al mare è molto buona. Purtroppo a livello di servizi nelle vicinanze non c'era gran che. Buono la doppia soluzione vasca/doccia con sapone a muro per ogni posizione.

Quando si dichiara fra i servizi che l'Hotel è dotato di Parcheggio, bisogna che ABBIA il parcheggio. Mi è stato detto che andava prenotato. In realtà la disponibilità di parcheggio era minima. Quindi per evitare che uno ci "caschi", non va messo. Pulizie molto rivedibili, specialmente in bagno .

El frigobar es demasiado pequeño no puedes refrigerar una botella de vino, pero en el restaruant del hotel nos dieron un balde de hielo cada vez que les pedimos. Le faltarían unas copas en la habitación.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Royalmar. La chambre était très propre, confortable et offrait une très belle vue. L’accueil a été chaleureux : toute l’équipe est à l’écoute, très sympathique et toujours disponible. Le service de chambre est impeccable et la propreté de l’établissement est irréprochable. Un gros coup de cœur pour le petit-déjeuner : varié, de qualité et vraiment délicieux ! L’emplacement est également parfait, juste en face de la plage. Un vrai plus : l’hôtel prête des serviettes et des parasols, ce qui est très appréciable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Zimmer war nicht einem 4 Stern-Hotel angemessen. Licht im Bad defekt. Bei der Dusche die Armatur lose und das Wasser bei der Duschwand auf den Boden ausgetreten. Zu grosser Stuhl im Zimmer, der viel unnützen Platz eingenommen hat. Parkplatz für Motorrad mit € 19 pro Nacht sehr teuer

La qualité de la chambre. Pour un 4 étoiles, je m’attendais à de meilleurs équipements et une chambre en meilleur état. Le pire est quand je suis resté enfermé dans la salle de bain car la poignée ne marchait plus, et la porte est resté coincée.

El personal fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo momento. Las instalaciones están muy bien y la ubicación es excelente para ir a la playa. El desayuno estaba buenísimo.

Las almohadas son un poco incómodas y la comida del restaurante un poco escasa.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel RoyalMar. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is great, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. We really appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

The hotel’s location was excellent.

We were very disappointed with our stay at Hotel Royalmar. We stayed for six nights. The breakfast was not good at all. There were very few options, and it did not meet international standards. On top of that, we felt discriminated against by some of the hotel staff. After they found out we were Turkish, we started experiencing problems—from being questioned about why we were staying for so many days to being criticized for taking bottled water at breakfast. In particular, an older male staff member with gray hair, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, treated us very poorly. We have never experienced anything like this before. It was especially upsetting for my mother. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and we hope the hotel will take this matter seriously.

Available parking, even if the cost was too high, considering the location, way outside Nice.

The room was very small. The single bed in the triple room was uncomfortable. The cooler (not really a fridge) was a joke. This is no way a 4 star hotel!

Great location and very nice, helpful stuff.

There is a second building behind the main one which Royalmar doesn't show on booking. No elevator, smelly rooms, air conditioning not properly working, not clean enough bathroom. Was bad enough.

solid choice with an exceptional restaurant if you are on holiday and want a better room, pay the extra and book in the main front building, where I believe the rooms are more freshly refurbished and hopefully have better showers.
