Locatia este buna, mai ales ca noi am avut nevoie de ceva in apropierea portului pentru plecarea spre Ischia. Ulterior am vrut sa o inchiriem si la intoarcere, dar din pacate era totul fully booked. Personal super de treaba. Locatia, desi nu pare, este foarte sigura. Odata intrat pe usa de la strada, mai ai de parcurs alte 3-4 intrari pana sa ajungi efectiv in camera :)) deci nu se pune problema de hoti sau cine stie ce. Camera arata bine, aerul conditionat si-a facut treaba, baia era curata.

It has a perfect location. Nearby the port where you can head easy to capri, sorrento, positano and amalfi. It is a perfect location. The staff was amazing.

Accoglienza eccezionale, con disponibilità di lasciare i bagagli in struttura prima del check in pagando una piccola somma. Camera pulita. Ottima posizione davanti il porto, vicina alle metro e alle vie principali della città.

The bed was comfortable, although I had requested twin beds this was not delivered do at midnight we had to accept a double bed.

Unhelpful, aggressive, threatening staff member. Dirty, unsafe location. Not delivered on contractural contract.

Not a hotel as advertised but rather serviced rooms within a larger building complex. We were given a second floor room facing a big road, super loud the whole night made it extremely hard to sleep even with earplugs. We really value quality of sleep when staying out and unfortunately this fell very much short of expectations

Die Lage ist absolut Genial, direkt am Hafen kann man direkt mit den Fähren wegfahren, aber auch der Bahnhof ist mit der U-Bahn schnell zu erreichen und die Innenstadt ist ebenso Fußläufig erreichbar! Das Personal ist wirklich freundlich und bemüht!

Es gibt mehrere Mia Suites, man muss wirklich aufpassen ob man im richtigen Gebäude ist. Mein ganzes Zimmer ist mit Fließen ausgekleidet, das macht die Angelegenheit ziemlich rutschig nach dem Duschen

Great location if you are needing to be close to the port. Rooms are small but beds are very comfortable. Host was very helpful.

Bon accueil les consignes étaient claires pour retrouver l'immeuble. Chambre propre et idéalement situé si l'on prend le bateau pour les îles le lendemain. Ainsi que visiter le quartier espagnol. Je recommande.

Sebbene fosse una struttura nuova alcune cose andrebbero cambiate o rifatte. Camera poco insonorizzata, si sentono tutti i rumori della strada

In the end, it turned out that this small hotel was built on the sixth floor of a larger former apartment building, or rather, from a larger apartment, or rather from several apartments combined. Inside, there was a reception and several rooms. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is first-rate, directly opposite the port. The view is fantastic, directly overlooking Vesuvius. Moreover, the price is relatively affordable.

Minor issues: of course you have to use the elevator, there are two. They are quite old, small and noisy. One of them broke down the last two days, you couldn't get in on the ground floor, you had to go up to the first floor and call for it. Moreover, at certain times of the day during the week it only works after you put in a 5 cent coin. These are not the hotel's faults, they are a given. The other thing is that we arrived early and the hotel promised that we could leave our luggage there until check-in for a small fee. There were two phone numbers on the front door for this purpose. On one they said to call the other number. Nobody picked up the second number. Since it was our first time in Naples, we didn't know that it was a waste to deal with this, since all the cafes and small shops down the street keep our luggage for a few hours.

Good Location

We didnt have water in the room. You are supposed to enter passcode 3 times before you get to the room.Elevator donest work properly.. it s very small. Otel reception charges extra money to keep luggage at hotel.

We arrived very late at night and they left us detailed in instructions how to access the hotel and our room. The room was clean and had everything we needed for the night. We left very early in the morning to catch a ferry and the location was very convenient.

La ubicación es perfecta, justo al lado del puerto donde salen los barcos a las islas. La cama me resulto muy comoda, el baño estaba muy bien y el aire acondicionado funcionó bien, imprescindible en verano. El personal muy amable, incluyendo también a las personas que trabajan en seguridad del edificio

Faltó algo más de espacio para el equipaje.

I ragazzi della reception sono stati molto gentili sia all’arrivo che alla partenza, sempre presenti e disponibili per organi problema. La struttura si trova in una zona fornitissima e super collegata grazie alla fermata della metro a due passi. Inoltre un grazie alle due signore delle pulizie che con enorme gentilezza ci hanno fornito al bisogno più di una volta supporto con i cambi degli asciugamani e con la pulizia della stanza

Çok beğendik ilgiliydiler ve göründüğü gibi güzeldi. Temiz ve muhteşem manzarası olan bir odada kaldık

Beğenmediğimiz bir şey olmadı.sadece asansör için belli saat ve zamanlarda 0.05 Cent ödemek gerekiyor yanımızda olmasaydı zor olabilirdi.

Excelente cama, ótimo ar condicionado, boa vista do porto, bom chuveiro e um ótimo atendimento.

Uma coisa que me incomodou foi ter que pagar € 0,05 a cada viagem no elevador. É um valor insignificante, porém, se você colocar uma moeda de € 2,00 não tem devolução de troco.

Zimmer war sauber. Die Ausstattung im Bad war sehr gut und modern.

Wenn man vor 15 Uhr anreist, muss man 5 Euro Gebühr für die Gepäckaufbewahrung zahlen. Wir waren 14 Uhr da und unser Zimmer war fertig, trotzdem durften wir nicht einziehen und mussten Gebühr bezahlen. Der Fahrstuhl kostet je Nutzung 5 Cent. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt.

"Il punto di forza assoluto di tutto l'hotel è stato il personale, in primis le signore delle pulizie: due donne splendide di Napoli (credo si chiamassero Titti e Titta). Volevo fare loro i miei complimenti più sinceri: tra tutto il personale e l'intera struttura, sono state proprio loro la parte migliore in assoluto! Un servizio impeccabile e un calore unico.

Per quanto riguarda il resto della struttura, è stato un disastro. L'ascensore era in condizioni pessime e in certi giorni e orari bisognava persino pagare 0,50 € per usarlo. Lo sconsiglio vivamente: sembra che non facciano manutenzione da un secolo. L'intero edificio, e in particolare i balconi, è in uno stato spaventoso: si vedevano persino i tondini di ferro arrugginiti sporgere dal cemento, completamente corrosi dall'aria di mare.

Nous avions été renseigné qu'il y avait des possibilités de petit déjeuner et cela n'était pas le cas. L'ascenseur était payant avec de la monnai. Et nous n'avions pas été prévenu que pour laisser nos valises à l'accueil, c'était un service payant. Certaines personnes du personnel ne semble pas très compétentes de ce fait...

Odalar küçük, sıcak su yoktu. Görevlilerden Aleks bize çok destek olmaya çalıştı ona ayrıca teşekkür ederim fakat su problemimiz çözülemedi. Bina oldukça eski ve asansör korkutucu.

El edificio no es muy limpio ni ordenado, pero no tiene que ver con el hotel.

Non è stato potuto aggiungerei il servizio di colazione in struttura. C'era un po' di muffa in uno degli angoli della doccia. Pareti sottili, puoi sentire chiaramente le persone parlare in corridoio (e anche altre camere a volte).

Praticamente tutto. Accoglienza top. Stanze bellissime e arredamenti moderni molto fini. Pulizia impeccabile. Stanze comode e spaziose e posizione imbattibile. Molto gentile la reception.

Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου ήταν σε ιδανικό σημείο για μας, καθώς ήταν δίπλα στο λιμάνι, κοντά στο ιστορικό κέντρο και τα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς.

Το ξενοδοχείο δε διέθεται reception κατά τις πρωινές ώρες και το συνειδητοποιήσαμε τη μέρα που φεύγαμε, όταν πήγαμε να κάνουμε check out. Ενώ μείναμε έξι βραδιές, τα σεντόνια δεν αλλάχτηκαν καθόλου. Άλλαξαν μόνο τις πετσέτες δύο φορές. Επίσης, το δωμάτιο, στο οποίο μείναμε, ήταν πολύ μικρό και ήμασταν στην κυριολεξία στριμωγμένοι. Αντιθέτως, το μπάνιο ήταν ευρύχωρο. Τέλος, ενώ οι εσωτερικοί χώροι είχαν ανακαινιστεί σχετικά πρόσφατα, η εξωτερική εικόνα ήταν άσχημη. Συγκεκριμένα, στο ταβάνι του μπαλκονιού μας φαίνονταν τα σίδερα του σκελετού του κτηρίου, καθώς είχε πέσει ο σοβάς.

Que haya que pagar el ascensor pues habia momentos que por no tener la moneda se hacia incomodo subor las escaleras.

La ubicación excelente cerca del puerto para tomar los barcos a las costa amalfitana, habitación remodelada recientemente, baño impecable en general la habitación limpia, y el piso donde se encuentran las habitaciones igualmente remodelado y limpio. El personal muy atento y disponible para ayudar en todo. Pudimos dejar nuestro equipaje sin inconvenientes por €3 mientras paseamos por la ciudad

Todos los edificios cerca del puerto están deteriorados, y pues la impresión es un poco desagradable cuando llegas; sin embargo cuando subes a las habitaciones está todo perfecto, limpio y organizado. Es importante explicar lo del horario del ascensor, ya que a horas muy específicas hay que pagar 5 céntimos de euro para usarlo y si no estás acostumbrado es confuso. El portero del edificio te cambia las monedas sin problema, ya que la máquina no da cambio

La stanza pulita e accogliente e ben servita , frigo, TV e aria condizionata, un po' rumorosa per via dell'affaccio sul porto.

Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a trovare l'ingresso della struttura perché all'interno di un condominio.

Posizione centrale e comoda.

Camera essenziale, pulita, abbastanza piccola ma con terrazzino vista mare. Luci troppo forti e non regolabili in nessun modo, nessuna abat jour quindi o illuminata a giorno o buio completo. Fastidioso dover pagare 3€ per il deposito di ogni bagaglio prima del check-in, solitamente è una cortesia per i clienti.

Très pratique pour une nuit parce que à 5mn de Molo Beverello, donc près de l'arrivée et départ des ferries et du bus de l'aéroport. La chambre est propre et confortable, ainsi que la salle de bains.

Le quartier n'est pas très joli, ce sont de vieilles ruelles à côté du port et c'est un immeuble type années 60/70 L'ascenseur est payant! Pas cher certes 5 centimes, mais si vous n'avez pas de monnaie vous ne montez pas. Le bureau est séparé de l'endroit où sont certaines chambres c'est un peu surprenant.

Everything was simply perfect! I don't even need to list all the details because every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. We truly received much more than we expected, and the value we got was definitely far greater than the price we paid. We felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout our stay.
