posizione centrale per il convegno in stazione marittima, facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi e colazione spettacolare. Personale gentile. Le asciugamani venivano cambiate ogni giorno.

Ho fatto difficoltà ad individuarlo all'inizio, essendo al primo piano di un palazzo. Magari una targa illuminata o più visibile sarebbe stata utile. Per il resto tutto perfetto

- am primit o cameră neigienizată, cu praf pe mobilă și pereți murdari, la prețul de 147 de euro/ noapte . Ceea ce a fost foarte deranjant a fost faptul ca era foarte aproape de recepție, practic orice zgomot al ușii sau al soneriei se auzea în camera, cum se auzea orice voce sau orice strănut. Când am cerut să ne-o schimbe ( aveau camere libere la 97 euro/ noapte așa cum am văzut pe booking), nu s-au cerut 20 de euro în plus pe noapte!!! De necrezut, pentru un hotel ce avea încă camere libere la aproape jumătate de preț! Cel mai rău este lipsa frigiderului în cameră la 33 de grade Celsius!

L'heure de début du déjeuner est un peu tardif par rapport aux activités de la journée et des départs prévus vers 7h00. Nous avons été obligés de quitter l'hôtel plusieurs fois sans prendre le petit déjeuner.

タクシーに乗ってホテルの住所を見せてもほとんどの運転手が分からないので不安になった。ホテルの建物に着くと入り口がホテルらしくなくどうにか入り口を見つけて入った。ホテルは2階にある様なのでエレベーターに乗ると古臭いエレベーターで驚いた。

Fiyat olanak dengesi çok iyiydi, dolardan önce anlamadık ama odalar çok büyük ve konforluydu, konumu da çok iyi, denize yakın. Bed and breakfast olarak idealdi. Kahvaltı da çok iyi.

Központi, mégis csendes elhelyezkedés. Közel a kikötő, a történelmi központ, a metró... Egy bérház első emeletén pár szoba, családias, kicsi hotel. Nagyon kedves, segítőkész a személyzet.

Nem jelezték megfelelően, hogy a francia ágyas szoba modern, felújított, viszont a két külön ágyas szoba ódivatú, alul felszerelt, kényelme jóval elmaradt. Igaz valamivel olcsóbb volt, de ár-érték arányban nem érte meg!!! A reggeli igen szűkös választékú volt, de 3-4 napra még elment.

I rumori della reception praticamente il telefono il citofono mi suonavano nel letto la reception è dentro quasi le camere ...la sala colazione anche....

De locatie van het hotel is erg fijn! Dichtbij de haven en ook dichtbij een metrohalte waardoor je makkelijk jezelf kunt vervoeren door de stad. Het voelde erg veilig. Het ontbijt aanbod was klein maar je komt niks te kort!

Personnel disponible et accueillant. L'emplacement est idéal car proche du port, des transports en commun et des restaurants. Le café le matin même si nous n'avions pas pris l'option petit déjeuner moyennant un faible coût (1.5 euro par café).

Absence de bouilloire à disposition. Isolement faible entre les chambres. Façade de l'hôtel non attractive et une porte qui si elle est fermée permet difficilement de rentrer une valise. Je vous conseille de prévenir la réception avant votre arrivée afin qu'ils ouvrent la totalité de la porte d'entrée.

TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION & UNFAIR TREATMENT – OUR TRIP WAS RUINED We booked a “double room” at Schilizzi Hotel for 4 nights (14–18 July) through Booking.com, travelling with my spouse and our 13‑year‑old child. We did not stay a single night – because what we encountered on arrival was completely different from what was advertised, and the hotel refused to offer any acceptable solution. 1. The room size is a blatant lie (violates EU consumer law) The listing clearly states 18㎡. The actual room we were shown was so ridiculously small that it could not possibly fit two adults, let alone a teenager. This is not a minor error – it is deliberate misleading of customers. 2. Forced extra charge – no flexibility, only extortion When we explained we had a child, the front desk flatly refused any reasonable alternative – no extra bed, no upgrade, nothing. They simply demanded an additional €400 on the spot to book a separate single room, or we would not be allowed to check in. The staff even told us directly: “Either you pay €400 for another room, or you all stand at the reception overnight.” This is coercive and absolutely unacceptable. 3. The “quiet room” promise was empty We had explicitly requested a quiet room at the time of booking. Yet every room available faced a noisy main road with constant traffic noise. The front desk admitted they had no quiet alternative – so they clearly never intended to honour that commitment. 4. The 3‑star rating is highly questionable The hotel is labelled as “3‑star” on Booking, but the actual facilities, space and service are barely above a basic hostel. It simply does not meet official 3‑star standards.

Here is the real reason, which every traveller should know: This property is part of Booking’s “Preferred Partner Program” – a scheme where Booking earns significantly higher commissions per booking than from ordinary hotels. That means Booking has a direct financial interest in keeping this hotel happy, not the customer. After we complained, Booking delayed, dodged, and ultimately protected the hotel – our consumer rights were sacrificed for platform profits. This explains everything. Final advice to all travellers: Do not book this hotel – and do not assume Booking.com will protect you. When money talks, your complaint will be ignored. WE NEVER CHECKED IN – NOT ONE NIGHT, – because this hotel is a total misrepresentation of everything they advertise, and Booking.com deliberately protects them, (Schilizzi Hotel, Naples, Italy charged us all 4 nights fee without one cent of refund) . 1. DELIBERATE FALSE ROOM SIZE – BLATANT EU CONSUMER LAW VIOLATION The listing claims 18㎡. The actual room we were shown was so ridiculously tiny that it couldn't even fit two adults, let alone a teenager. This is not a mistake – it is intentional deceptive marketing to trap guests. 2. OUTRAGEOUS FORCED EXTORTION – COERCIVE AND HUMILIATING When we informed the front desk about our child, they flatly refused any reasonable solution – no extra bed, no upgrade, no flexibility. Instead, they demanded an additional €400 on the spot for a separate single room, with zero alternative. I asked The staff, "if we decline pay €400 for another room, do we all need to stand at the reception desk overnight?" He said: "YES!" This is not service – it is bullying and extortion, plain and simple. 3. QUIET ROOM PROMISE – A COMPLETE LIE We explicitly requested a quiet room at booking. Every single available room faced a noisy main road with unbearable traffic noise. The front desk admitted they had no quiet alternative – meaning they never intended to honour their promise. 4. FAKE 3‑STAR RATING – A JOKE This property is labelled "3‑star" on Booking, but its actual facilities, space and service are barely equivalent to a shabby hostel – nowhere near any official 3‑star standard. This is false certification that misleads every customer. We demanded a full refund from the management on site – rejected without hesitation. Then we escalated to Booking.com customer service. They pretended to help and promised to resolve it, but in the end, they took the hotel's side and refused our rightful refund. The walls were extremely thin. On the first night, the guests in the next room were arguing loudly, and I could barely sleep until morning. The bathroom was incredibly small. I'm a size 36, and even I found it difficult to use. Anyone slightly larger would probably struggle to fit comfortably. There was no hot water from morning until around noon. The water temperature kept changing between hot and cold, and the water pressure constantly fluctuated, making it almost impossible to take a proper shower during the day. The only reliable time to shower was at night. The breakfast was very basic and not enjoyable at all. On my last day, the hotel even charged me an extra €5 just to keep my luggage next to the room for a few hours after check-out, which I found unreasonable. Overall, I was disappointed with my stay and would not choose this hotel again.

Situación perfecta cerca del metro a dos paradas de la estación central. Personal super atento, sobre todo la chica y el chico que nos servía el desayuno, educados, agradables y serviciales. Relación calidad precio muy buena.

A la habitación le faltaba un poco más de espacio y un armario o simplemente más perchas para colgar la ropa.

Ubytovanie bolo v super lokalite, bolo relativne čisté. Raňajky boli skromné ale vždy čerstvé.

V ubytovaní sú tenké steny, a preto je počuť ludí vo vedlajších izbách alebo na chodbe. Je to vyrušujúce počas noci, hlavne ak na vedlajšej izbe sú ubytované osoby ktoré v noci veľmi hlasno rozpravajú. Izba mala menšie nedostatky ale tie mi osobne neprekážali.

El chico de la recepcion que trabaja durante el dia es un genio! nos ayudo en todo y estaba muy bien predispuesto. Nos permitio ocupar la habitacion antes de las 14hs. Y tambien nos ayudo contratando una excursion. Hablaba perfecto en español. La ubicacion es perfecta, viaje con mi hija de 6 años y una amiga y nunca sentimos inseguridad. El desayuno es completo, y si tenes que irte a una excursion te lo preparan para llevar

Posizione centralissima, a 2 min da una delle principali fermate metro e a due dalla stazione. Lo staff era incredibilmente gentile, la colazione ottima e abbastanza varia. La camera era provvista di tutto il necessario, con climatizzatore, e gli asciugamani vengono cambiati tutti i giorni

L’isolamento acustico fra le stanze non è eccezionale, purtroppo si sentiva il chiasso di un gruppo di ragazzini a fianco. Le lenzuola e copriletto, seppure abbastanza puliti, erano un po’ rovinati.

Vicinanza a molo e a centro città. Camera pulita e completamente rinnovata al 2 piano. Letto comodo e buon condizionamento.

A localização foi muito conveniente, próxima ao porto e com fácil acesso aos principais pontos da cidade. O quarto era espaçoso e confortável para a estadia. O café da manhã era simples, mas suficiente para começar o dia. A equipe foi prestativa e o processo de hospedagem ocorreu sem dificuldades.

O prédio e o elevador são antigos, e na chegada fiquei um pouco em dúvida se estava no local correto, já que a recepção fica em um dos andares do edifício. Depois do check-in, porém, tudo ocorreu normalmente.

La stanza non era particolarmente pulita. Tende e bagno avevano parecchia polvere. Inoltre, la stanza, era davvero stretta. Anche la colazione è servita in spazi in cui i tavoli sono tutti vicini tra loro e quindi c'è pochissima privacy. Nel complesso, a mio avviso, prezzp troppo alto per la qualità complessiva.

La habitación era muy amplia con camas muy cómodas. El desayuno bastante bueno. El hotel está bastante céntrico en una zona tranquila que permite visitar muchas zonas de Nápoles sin necesidad de andar mucho para llegar a ellas. El personal muy amable y nos ayudó mucho, especialmente Jonathan quien nos recomendó alguna actividad y sitios para comer.

Lo único que no me gustó es que las ventanas no cuentan con persianas o contraventanas para evitar que entre luz. Tienen dos cortinas, unas finas y otras opacas pero aun así se cuela bastante luz por la mañana, así que es recomendable llevar un antifaz o algo similar.

Achei que a rua do hotel é muito deserta, o hotel não é bem sinalizado, não gostei que o hotel não tem recepção aberta 24 horas e achei o café da manhã fraco, com poucas opções de comida

The proximity to key sights was good, but the rooms were located on an alley that seemed sketchy.

It was dirty. The hot water lasted only a few minutes, so it was impossible to get clean. It’s like an airbnb in a sketchy building — not a hotel with a lobby and such. And when I first arrived, it was hard to get inside the building.

Świetna lokalizacja, zaledwie kilka minut spacerem od portu i głównych atrakcji Neapolu. Czyste pokoje, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa oraz dobre śniadania. Idealny hotel na krótki pobyt lub przed podróżą na Capri, Ischię czy Procidę. Chętnie zatrzymamy się tu ponownie.

Vi bad om et værelse i den nyrenoverede afdeling, da det værelse de havde givet os lugtede af skimmel. Men vi fik det ombyttet uden vrøvl - og måtte betale 25 euro ekstra. Der var overraskende god morgenmad.

Det er meget små værelser. Hotellet ligger i en opgang - kan være lidt svært at finde.

Petit hôtel atypique, probablement familial, avec une ambiance chaleureuse. Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique, souriant et accueillant. L’établissement se trouve dans un ancien palais partagé avec d’autres structures touristiques : la réception est au premier étage et les chambres sont réparties sur les étages supérieurs. Notre chambre était simple mais parfaitement suffisante pour un séjour à Naples. L’emplacement est exceptionnel : tout est accessible facilement, que ce soit la gare pour rejoindre Herculanum, Pompéi ou le Vésuve, ou le port pour Capri, Procida et les autres îles. Et les vieux quartiers ne sont qu’à une dizaine de minutes à pied.

L’accès aux chambres se fait par les étages supérieurs, via une porte d’accès (dans notre cas au 2ᵉ étage) très lourde et blindée. Chaque ouverture ou fermeture générait un bruit considérable… Ce qui faisait que nous étions réveillés chaque matin au rythme de cette porte. On note également un réel manque d’isolation phonique entre les chambres, ce qui peut être gênant si vous recherchez un peu de calme.

Great location a short walk from the port. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially as we had requested additional pillows, help with the mosquitoes in our room, and pizzeria recommendations. Breakfast is basic but good.

The room was full of mosquitoes on arrival, not in a good state of general maintenance/repair, and smelled bad. It was also very noisy located right next to the Reception.

Badkamer was wel heel klein, zeer veel kalk ook aan de kranen Ontbijt was wel heel beperkt, maar één soort brood (dat niet lekker was zonder het te roosteren), fruit was vaak bruin of bijna vervallen. Dit kan naar onze mening wel veel beter
