Tout était absolument parfait ! L'accueil et la prise en charge par le personnel, l'hôtel et les équipements, les chambres, les lits, la piscine absolument magnifique. On a regretté de n'avoir réservé qu'ûe seule nuit.

Das Personal war überdurchschnittlich freundlich, das Hotel insgesamt wirklich ordentlich. Zur Altstadt braucht man zu Fuß rund 20 Minuten, ein Taxi kostet 6€ pro Fahrt. Mit zwei Pools, einem Gym, einer Sauna (leider im Preis nicht inkludiert) und einer Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist die Ausstattung sehr gut. Das Personal war mehrsprachig wodurch die Kommunikation gut funktioniert. Insgesamt eine starke Empfehlung.

Δεν είμαστε ευχαριστημένοι από τις παροχές του all inclusive! Δεν είχε ποικιλία στο φαγητό εξαιρούνταν ποτά βασικά από το all inclusive, επίσης αυτοί που έπαιρναν ποτά με πληρωμή είχαν και συνοδευτικά ενώ σε εμάς σκέτο ποτό ! Απλά μας έδινε κάποια έκπτωση ! Αυτό δεν είναι all inclusive . Επίσης απαράδεκτο να πρέπει να πληρώνω πάρκινγκ 8 ευρώ την ημέρα ενώ διαφημίζεται ότι έχει πάρκινγκ χωρίς να γράφει επι πληρωμη ! Επειδή φτάσαμε αργά το βράδυ δεν είχε πουθενά πάρκινγκ και το βάλαμε στο δρόμο έξω από το ξενοδοχείο χωρίς να κλείνουμε κάποια είσοδο ! Μας έβαλαν χαρτάκι να το πάρουμε γιατί ενοχλούμε ! Μας ζήτησαν επίσης 4 ευρώ την ημέρα για χρήση του χρηματοκιβωτίου στο δωμάτιο (απαράδεκτο ) ! Η πισίνα έκλεινε στις 6 που είναι πολύ νωρίς για Αύγουστο ! Ο χώρος της πισίνας ήταν βρώμικος και γεμάτος τρίχες . Τα ενδιάμεσα σνακ ήταν κάτι ελάχιστο κάτι σαντουιτσακια που περίσσευαν από το πρωινό και κάτι λίγο σε γλυκό ! Τέλος απογοητευτήκαμε την Κυριακή το απόγευμα όταν γυρίσαμε στο δωμάτιο και ενώ το περιμέναμε σκουπισμένο γιατί είχε άμμο από τη θάλασσα μας άφησαν ένα σημείωμα το οποίο έλεγε ότι οι καθαρίστριες έχουν ρεπό λόγω Κυριακής ! Πραγματικά είναι αστείο ! Να δίνεις ρεπό είμαστε υπέρ του εργαζόμενου αλλά πρέπει να βρεις εναλλακτικές ! Πληρώσαμε 350 ευρώ τη βραδιά για να έχουμε καθημερινή καθαριότητα συν τοις αλλοις και τη μια μέρα γιατί ήταν Κυριακή δεν είχαμε ! Άρα γιατί πληρώνω το ίδιο τις Κυριακές ; Εύλογα ερωτήματα που καθένας θα τα έθετε !

L'hôtel a une tres bonne equipes et nous l'avons constaté car c'était notre deuxième année avec de tres bonne activité pour les enfants.

Cette année nous avons ressenties une baisse de la qualités du ménage. La carte menús de l'hôtel devrait etre revenue et proposer plus fe plat et la qualité parfois. Exemple la salade grecque avec deux morceau de fêta seulement sans huile d'olive ni autres. C'est bien triste

Le style de l'hôtel. La gentillesse du personnel. La nourriture variée. L'emplacement est idéal 200 mètres de la plage et à 5 minutes du centre ville. L'insonorisation est parfaite même si notre chambre était côté route.

Les amplitudes horaires de la salle de sport et de la piscine sont un peu courte. Salle de sport 10h /18h dommage quand on aime faire du sport tôt le matin ou le soir. La piscine ferme à 18h Ceci étant dit, les vacances étaient parfaites

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr sauber und gut im Schuss, sehr nah am Strand. 20 Minuten zu Fuss entlang dem Strand bis zum Zentrum.

L’hôtel est superbe , ainsi que le design et les matériaux utilisés . C est un très bel établissement qui se vaut haut de gamme . L’emplacement proche de la plage et du centre est un atout. La chambre était très confortable vue piscine. J’ai beaucoup apprécié

Par contre nous avons été très surpris de voir dès notre arrivée les serviettes de plages étendues sur les balcons ce qui m’a fait douté du standing avant même d avoir franchi l’entrée. Et en ce qui concerne la piscine après 9h impossible de poser sa serviette tout est complet et les bouées sont autorisées , c est plus une pataugeoire qu’ un bassin de nage C est bien dommage que ce soit autorisé car comme le nom l’indique nous sommes dans un palace.

שאין מגבות בבריכה צריך לעבור לבניין אחר.שחדר הכושר נפתח בשעה 10 בבוקר . יש לי הצעת ייעול. פשוט תשימו עגלת שירות בבריכה כמו בכל מלון רגיל! או תשימו מגבות בריכה בחדרים.

Відсутність звукоізоляції, як зовнішньої (з вулиці), так і з коридору, найнезручніша шафа яку я тільки зустрічала в житті, нав'язливий сервіс офіціантів (не встиг доїсти останній шматочок з тарілки, її вже забирають). Платні напої (чай, кава) при пакеті напівпансіон - нонсенс для мене! Я загубила в готелі рубашку, важливу для мене як подарунок але від персонала не отримала бажання допомогти.

Boissons de mauvaise qualité servies au petit déjeuner : jus industriel et café infect. Le distributeur de jus sert aussi... de l'eau du robinet même pas filtrée. Équipements sous-dimensionnés par rapport au nombre de clients en haute saison : piscines, partie extérieure de la salle où est servi le petit-déjeuner, nombre d'ascenseurs dans le bâtiment principal. L'usage du coffre-fort dans la chambre est payant.

We where upgraded to a room with the best terrass, gigantic! A bit old room instead but okey. Clearing good, pool guy good. The staff excellent, at the reception, bars and in the restaurant. We had all inclusive and the drinks where the best ever at an all inclusive facility. The food also very good! Near to the beach and a 20 minutes walk in to the old town enjoying the sunset on the way.

Myself and my partner had a massage at the hotels spa facilities, we had a back neck and shoulder massage and it was excellent, Giannis was very attentive to my needs and was thorough in the treatment, would highly recommend.

שהכספת עולה 4 דולר ליום. אסור להביא אוכל מחוץ למלון לרחבת הבריכה. אפשר לאכול אוכל מבחוץ רק בחדרים. הדלת של המרפסת לא נסגרת מצד המרפסת אלא רק מתוך החדר.

Lovely hotel, lots of sunbeds but also plenty of tables and chairs too. Breakfast was plentiful, lots of varied choices and fresh. Staff were very helpful, cheerful and service was excellent. Our rooms overlooked the pool in an adjacent block which also had a smaller pool and the spa. Comfortable beds and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. The hotel was well positioned just back from the beach and the promenade had lots of restaurants, shops and bars around the bay. It was only 15 minutes to the old town and Venetian harbour.

Все було чудово. У нас був найкращий номер, з власним басейном. Їжа чудова, персонал пречудовий. Розташування ідеальне, до моря 3хв, в центр 15хв. Відпочинком задоволені. Дякуємо за такий привітний прийом, подарунки, сніданки в номер, і приємний масаж. Дякуємо покоївці, нашій землячці, за створену чистоту і порядок. Рекомендуємо від щирого серця.

La struttura Theartemis Palace è situata in una posizione strategica e si articola in 2 plessi adiacenti facilmente raggiungibili. Lo staff alla reception è attento, gentilissimo e disponibile a venirvi incontro in tutto e per tutto (abbiamo richiesto una camera con letti singoli all'arrivo e hanno fatto di tutto per accontentarci in breve tempo). Anche il personale di sala è molto presente e veloce: io e mio marito siamo dei burloni e tra una colazione e una battuta, abbiamo finito per stringere delle amicizie deliziose! L'Hotel organizza serate con intrattenimento e nei dintorni esistono molti parcheggi gratis se avete necessità di posteggiare una macchina presa a noleggio (a giugno nessun problema di congestionamento). Nel nostro caso, sportivi accaniti, hanno giovato anche la palestra con accesso libero (che è piccola ma ben attrezzata di pesi e macchine cardio) e alcune piscine ad uso dedicato per nuotare (più volte lo staff ha tenuto aperta la palestra per noi ben oltre l'orario di chiusura). Il cibo è di ottima qualità, un buffet non esagerato e, personalmente, ho apprezzato molto le proposte di alimenti genuini e pietanze poco "pasticciate". Sono celiaca e il cuoco insieme alla maître di sala mi hanno subito garantito che anche ogni intingolo era preparato con maizena (stufati, brasati, pesce in guazzetto...etc). Un'esperienza perfetta!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und die Lage ist super. In 15min zu Fuss ist man in der Innenstadt und in 2min schon am Meer! Das Frühstück und Abendessen war lecker, man hatte immer Platz gefunden und das Personal war nett. Die Zimmer waren gross und gut ausgestattet.

Beim Frühstück war es sehr laut und voll. Der Raum sollte viel grösser sein für die Anzahl Gäste und das was das Hotel repräsentiert. Die Öffnungszeiten von Pool, Tücher abgeben sowie Fitness um 18.00 Uhr ist zu früh. Viele Mitarbeitende die nur rumstehen und die Tücher im Zimmer wurden nicht immer gewechselt erst auf Nachfrage. Essen war abwechslungsreich im gesamten, aber in der Variation zu eintönig (nur die gleichen Früchte).

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with anything we needed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of delicious options every morning. The location is excellent—close to everything and perfect for exploring the area. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and would happily stay here again!

We had a great stay and would happily recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, with the Old Town within walking distance, the beach less than five minutes away, and a large supermarket nearby. The hotel shop was also very convenient. The service was outstanding, and the staff kindly fulfilled my room request made in advance. The food was generally very good, and the all-inclusive package worked well. It would be nice if the buffet menu was available in advance. There were always enough sunbeds by the pool, and the poolside service was excellent. The main pool could be a bit crowded with children and inflatable toys, but this was only a minor issue. A big plus was showing the football matches at the hotel, and the evening entertainment was varied and enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Very satisfied with our stay. Nice rooms, we were 5 people in our family and got 2 connecting rooms after we asked for that. Very polite staff. The breakfast has lots of fresh fruit, vegetables ++. Clean rooms and pool. Free large bathtowels for use when at the pool. Would recommend the hotel.

Чудовий готель,чистий, сучасний ,до пляжу йти приблизно 200 метрів,(але на пляжі майже кожного дня були великі хвилі та червоний прапорець,кажуть що там часто великі хвилі) кожного вечора в готелі були якісь розважальні заходи для гостей , все поряд магазини, ресторани, бари, кафе. Ретимно дуже красиве місто, куди хочеться повернутися ще раз.

Суттєвих недоліків не помітили. Відпочинок повністю виправдав наші очікування.

Szuper szálloda, tiszta, jól felszerelt, a személyzet extra kedves, a medence kiváló, az étterem nem drága. Jó helyen van, közel a part, közel vannak az éttermek, boltok.

Talán annyi, hogy csak 6 óráig lehet használni a medencét. Nyilván a vacsoráztatás miatt érthető. De igazából nincs ilyen🙂

We came home from a lovely stay in Theartemis Palace. The staff was wonderful and very helpful, especially Leonidas ( the one with the famous ancestors!) . The food was very good, a nice variety! We booked all in, and it said in the brochure that local alcoholic drinks were included, not! We do like a Metaxa in the evening, a very Greek drink, but it was not included, so we had to pay extra. The hygiene was excellent in the common areas, in our room it depended on the cleaning lady. We are not the people who leave a mess in their room, we tidy up. The one lady was a real jewel and we tipped her every day. The other one just made the bed and emptied the bins and that was it. Overall it was lovely and we would recommend it to all travellers!

We spent 6 wonderful days at The Artemis Palace and were very pleased with our entire stay. The hotel is elegant, very clean, and has friendly staff who are attentive to guests’ needs. The rooms are comfortable, the food is varied and delicious, and the location is excellent—close to the beach and a pleasant walking distance from the old town center of Rethymno. We’d like to extend special thanks to Ms. Eleni Kouklinou, Guest Relations Manager, for her professionalism, kindness, and exceptional care for guests. She helped us arrange the transfer from the airport to the hotel, and our communication with her was impeccable even before our arrival. Hotel is brilliant! Really smart, clean and comfortable. The buffet options for breakfast were fresh and varied with lots of indoor and outdoor tables. The bar round the pool was great, quick service with lovely food. Our room was clean and very quiet. The location is just off the beach front and around a 20-25 minute walk to the old town which I would highly recommend doing as it’s a lovely walk and the old town is fantastic! The staff at the hotel are also really welcoming and helpful. As soon as you step foot into the hotel, you are welcomed with big smiles and great service!

The only thing that could be made easier would be the system for the pool towels. You have to go to the hotel opposite the road to get towels if you need them and the system is quite confusing and lengthy. Other than that, the hotel was great!

The location of the hotel was very good. The hotel was really close to everything. First, we got a room from the second floor, but we got to upgrade the room for free. (To the third floor, the room was a superior room and it was renovated.) The upgrade was given to us so we would get a more quiet room. The atmosphere was very welcoming. The breakfast buffet was fine, the churros were good. The room was cleaned every day (towels were changed, bed was made). The overall cleanliness was extremely great. The hotel’s service was good and the workers were nice and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel, it was worth the money!

From room 421, great view, soundless room and excellent cleaning services, friendly personal, good quality swimming pool. Ioanna helped with F1, Nancy helped with travel places and Frouless bar, and Costas the groom and Elpida are nice and kind.

Negative Conference attendees in the hotel have high priority as the pool was closed at 3pm in order to prepare gala dinner. No advance info about this. There was fire alarm on one day and no action or info from personnel. No information sign about last service in elevators. Internet connection was really awfull and slow. Positive Food was good and several choices especially fresh fruits and fish. Especially soups were very tasty. Rooms were nice and clean. Hotel is near to the beach, but no noisy traffic nearby.

Very friendly service. Food was very good and it was easy to eat healthy. It was quite disappointing to understand that if you don't have all inclusive, you can't have even a bottle of water for free with your dinner. The older lady didn't even ask whether we want to pay for it, she simply decided for us. If the 1,5 l bottle is 0,30€ in the shop, why it is 3,50€ for quests? This is a matter of principal. Small glass of wine was 10€, that made us laugh, so over priced! The hairdryer in the room was poor, and there was no mirror near any plugs, so it was very difficult to do the hair with the straighting iron. The timetables do not mean anything, the gym and pools supposed to be open 10-18 but often there were people much before that.

The reception service was excellent throughout our visit – genuinely friendly, professional and exceptionally efficient. The hotel itself is elegant and well-maintained, with particularly impressive lobby areas. We stayed in a suite with a private pool, which was both beautiful and very spacious. The room featured a harmonious design, calming colours and thoughtful details such as excellent lighting. Some noise from the corridor and the street could occasionally be heard, but it was never a significant issue. The private pool was a very good size (approximately 4 x 2.5 metres and around 110 cm deep) and was ideal for our primary school-aged child. Upon arrival, we were also welcomed with some pleasant surprises and complimentary treats. The location is very convenient. The beach is right next to the hotel, while the Old Town can be reached with a pleasant 20–25 minute walk or a short taxi ride of just a few minutes (around €8). There are also several excellent restaurants nearby that are suitable for families, including Nostos. The pool areas are clean and very well maintained. The smaller pool area in the annex building was less crowded and offered a more relaxed atmosphere. The main pool, however, was often quite busy during our stay in mid-June. Music was played around the pools on several days and, at least for our family’s taste, the volume was fairly high. Guests looking for a particularly peaceful pool experience may wish to keep this in mind. On the other hand, the hotel’s evening entertainment added nicely to the holiday atmosphere. Breakfast offered a good basic selection. The juices tasted somewhat artificial, but otherwise the overall experience was positive. Special praise goes to the breakfast staff for their friendly and efficient service. Housekeeping was generally really good and the room remained clean throughout our stay. There was, however, some inconsistency in the service. Items such as coffee, milk, bottled water and other basic amenities were not always replenished in a predictable manner. The timing of housekeeping also varied more than expected. We were asked upon arrival when we would prefer the evening service to take place, but this preference was not always followed. Based on our experience, it is worth making active use of the “Do Not Disturb” function if you have a specific daily routine. These were relatively minor issues, however, and did not significantly affect what was otherwise an excellent stay. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money and is easy to recommend. We left with very warm memories of our week-long stay.

Sehr freundliches und stets zuvorkommendes Personal..Sehr gutes Frühstück. Und alles barrierefrei und behindertengerecht Mein Mann kann nicht gehen und sitzt im Rollstuhl und es hat sofort jemand geholfen, wenn es nötig war.

Das Bett war mit 80 cm pro Matratze zu klein für uns.

Exceptional stay! From the moment we arrived and throughout the stay we could see the hotel is very well kept and it was spotless in all areas, every member of staff we encountered wether that be cleaner, waitress, receptionist to concierge was friendly and super helpful, representing the hotel perfectly. We went all inclusive and the food and drink options were spot on, always plenty options for everyone and nothing was repetitive, anything that was extra to all inclusive we found to be reasonably priced for the quality of food or drink we were getting. The main pool was very clean, and had plenty of sunbeds so getting a bed was never an issue and a lovely place to spend your day. We celebrated a birthday during our stay and the staff sorted a birthday cake to the room on the day plus a gift as well which was a nice surprise from them, really appreciated. We stayed in a suite with a lovely sea view, very spacious. The room was perfect and the amenities/ room keeping was a great standard, our only recommendation from the full stay would be that a handheld hairdryer in the room would be better than the wall mounted one as it just was not strong enough, it does work but having our own would be better. Would be more than happy to visit again in future!

Theartemis Hotel is has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with very attentive and helpful staff. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a pool room which was amazing and made our stay even more special. The pool area is spacious with plenty of sun loungers and the Freddo cappuccino from the pool bar is really good. Overall the facilities, the cleanliness and hospitality were outstanding and we would definitely come here again. Thank you.

Have just finished our stay at the theartemis and couldn’t recommend more! The hotel staff couldn’t do enough for you. Once we arrived we were greeted with a drink and was taken directly to our rooms. The staff go above and beyond for your needs and nothing is too much of an ask! There was no issues with sunbeds being reserved and could easily find a space everyday. Lots to do around the hotel and just a short walk from the harbour / old town. Rooms were modern and cleaned daily and the food selection was varied and enjoyable. Would 100% return again!

Excellent spot. Stayed for a friend wedding in Rethymno and it was the perfect spot. Walkable into the old town which was brilliant.

Best hotel ever. I don’t have one complaint. Room is very good and good size. Food is the best. Have varieties of choice and you can eat as mush as you like. We had breakfast and dinner. Pool is probably the biggest in town so in the morning we used pool and afternoon went to the beach. Hotel provides free towels every day for the beach. You just return later at night and in the morning you go and pick new towels. They have parking for car. I wish i stayed in this hotel longer.

Spent five days at the end of May for attending a conference. Spotless clean hotel, very professional and caring staff, a minute walk from Rethymno beach. Breakfast is rich and good quality. Highly recommended!!

This is a beautiful hotel. We came as a family of 4- 2 adults, 14 year old and 11 year old. The family room was perfect- really well thought through, with separate areas for kids and adults to sleep. Hair dryer, shaver socket and a fridge in the room. Great double shower, bedroom was clean and airy, and beds were made everyday which was lovely. Beach towels provided too- what a bonus! Location is great- a short walk into the picturesque town, where we had a lovely mooch through the cobbled streets and ate some delicious food. The pool at the hotel was lovely- always managed to get a lounger and no one reserving them at stupid hours in the morning. There is also a second and third pool in the sister building- one indoor and one outdoor, plus a gym for those who like it. They also have a spa- I did have a massage and it was very good and the spa staff were all lovely. We were bed and breakfast- the food was a 10/10- delicious and with a good variety. Would heartily recommended this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Rethymno!!!

Amazing experience! The reception staff greet you with the warmest welcome on arrival from Ioanna and her team. The rooms are clean and made up whenever you want. The chef George makes the most delicious meals and the restaurant staff are incredible. Special thanks to Angeliki, Thanos, Vasiliki, Eleni, Maria Ivanidou, Vaso Klonatidou, Giorgos Shandalahis, Ioanna Giakeiui, Kirollos, Stratos, Konstantinos and ALL the restaurant team. We miss you so much! I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The owners have found an incredible team of people to look after us. Coming back, hopefully October.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The food was absolutely excellent, with every meal fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. What really stood out, though, was the kindness and warmth of the staff — not just toward the guests, but also toward the cats around the property. It was lovely to see how well they were cared for and treated with such compassion. That small detail said a lot about the people here. We felt genuinely welcomed throughout our stay can’t wait to go back. Marie and Anna appeared to be the hotel cats, staff told us they have been there some years. They both love a little fuss and to share your sunbed with some fresh water . Please look out for them 😺The hotel is spotless and so well maintained. The staff really do work so hard and nothing is to much trouble.

A huge thank you to Eleni in Guest Relations who was simply amazing throughout our stay — professional, friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed. The breakfast staff worked incredibly hard every single morning and always did so with a smile, creating such a welcoming atmosphere to start the day. Special thanks also to Jessica in the bar who was fantastic throughout our stay and helped make the evenings so enjoyable with her friendly service and warm personality. A big thank you as well to Leonidas and Nancy on reception who were both exceptional — always welcoming, professional and incredibly helpful whenever we needed assistance or advice. And of course, special mention to Lefteris the concierge whose local knowledge, friendliness and attention to detail really added something special to the whole experience. The entire team genuinely made us feel valued as guests and all played a huge part in making this such a wonderful holiday. Our room was excellent with both pool and sea views, immaculately clean and very comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect — literally two minutes from the beach and within easy walking distance of the beautiful old town and harbour area of Rethymnon. The facilities throughout the hotel were outstanding. The grounds were immaculate at all times, the main pools were excellent and the additional pool area in the other block was a fantastic extra space to relax. The indoor pool and fitness room were also a great addition and showed the quality of the hotel overall. Honestly, this hotel should be rated as a five-star property based on the service, facilities and overall guest experience. Thank you once again to everyone at Theartemis Palace Hotel for such an unforgettable stay in Crete. Hopefully we’ll be back again very soon!

our arrival experience was very disapointing. the check-in was quite ackward as we asked for access to the parking they first said there is no space left and we should park the car somewhere at the street. we insisted that we need parking and somehow they had space for us. as arrived at the parking lot there was plenty of space. no welcome drink was offered to us, but to other guests. the cleanliness was not impeccable, we found hair in the bath room which can be overlooked by housekeeping staff, but not by the housekeeper supervisor. for a hotel of such standard a bit disapointing.

We were staying here while getting married at the nearby Agreco Farm, and the staff couldnt do enough for us and our wedding party/guests. Nothing was too much trouble.

Theartemis Palace is an exceptional hotel from the amenities to the staff! We stayed here before our wedding in May 2026, I had been emailing one of the guest managers prior to our visit and she met us at reception when we arrived and made us feel so at ease and welcome. They assisted me with getting my wedding dress pressed before my big day and even gave us champagne on our wedding night. They really went above and beyond to make our stay special! Not only were the staff exceptional but the breakfast, cleanliness and hotel amenities were 5 star as well!

We had a lovely Easter week at Theartemis Palace. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms kept nice and clean. We also enjoyed the food and calm atmosphere. I enjoyed the refreshing dips in the pool. Rythmonon has a lot to offer. I would stay here again.

The stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. The food was excellent, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The location is very convenient – the beach is just a short walk away, and there is also a supermarket nearby, which is a big plus. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
