We reserved a space at the hotel's parking, which is located at their sister property nearby. The parking is located on a narrow busy one way road behind the hotel, which is pedestrianised during certain hours, with traffic cut off by a metal gate at the entrance of the road. We weren't informed of this at check in, so ended up driving in circles before we returned to the hotel only to be told that we had to lift up the metal gate from the ground, drive into the road, and then place the metal gate back into position. This was fine after we knew what to do, but could be an issue if you are unable to physically lift the gate. Would be helpful to inform guests of this in advance.

L'emplacement idéal, c'est pour cela que je l'avais choisi.

Quelques petits bémols , escalier pour personnes handicapées compliqué. Le canapé lit a bien vécu,pas très confortable. La chambre donne sur les toits de cuisine, impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre sans avoir dès 7h du matin les odeurs de cuisine et les bruits de soufflerie ect... Odeur d'urine de chat dans la sde bain.

Parking location. Very hard to drive through pedestrian street to get to the hotel parking which is quite a walk from the hotel. Better off paying more for parking on the public parking across the road but then in the summer it’s hard to find a space. But just be aware it is not a short walk with cases from the hotel parking back to the hotel. Also very hard to pull up out side the hotel to off load bags.

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza / appartamento presso l’hotel. Dopo varie ore, e dopo aver pagato, è arrivata una comunicazione che l’appartamento era in un’altra struttura adiacente, con parcheggio lontano alcune centinaia di metri, al secondo piano senza ascensore e senza aria condizionata. Scandaloso, era molto mal isolato acusticamente, pavimento antico molto rumoroso

When you book a junior suite you expect there to be a proper shower. Not enough loo paper. Very squeaky sofa bed so I was woken up when anyone moved.

Le camping est très agréable et particulièrement bien arboré. Il dispose également d’un café-restaurant proposant des prix tout à fait raisonnables. Notre bungalow était très propre, confortable et parfaitement adapté pour deux personnes. La vue était certes un peu masquée par les arbres, mais cela contribuait aussi au charme du cadre, très naturel et paisible.

Les principaux points négatifs ont été, tout d’abord, la connexion Internet dans notre bungalow, qui était pratiquement inexistante. Par ailleurs, j’ai trouvé particulièrement gênant de voir des adultes fumer du cannabis dans l’espace du bar et à proximité de l’aire de jeux pour enfants. Je ne sais pas si cela est légal ou non, mais je trouve que consommer ce type de substance dans un environnement familial, entouré d’enfants, témoigne d’un manque de civisme. Je ne tiens pas pour autant à mettre le camping en cause, car il ne peut évidemment pas être tenu responsable du comportement de ses clients. Je pense toutefois qu’il pourrait être un peu plus strict sur ce point, car certaines personnes semblent malheureusement manquer de savoir-vivre et de considération pour les autres.

Le personnel très agréable et serviable (j'ai demandé un fer à repasser et on nous l'a livré très rapidement) l'emplacement très central avec une belle vue sur le port.

la superficie de la chambre ;pour une chambre supérieure ,l'espace est coincé; (porte salle de bain ,chambre.) Pas de pommeau de douche accroché au mur , et la ventilation ne fonctionnait pas. L'hôtel est en travaux ,on a supposé que ce n'était pas fini .

L’annexe au 3eme étage sans ascenseur (cela était indiqué dans le descriptif) il faisait très chaud dans la chambre donc fenêtres ouvertes beaucoup de bruit de la rue.

Location is of a high priority for us and this hotel was perfect in that respect. Room was large, clean and tidy with a nice view over the harbour.

The layout of the ground floor was confusing, was not sure which was hotel and which was the adjoining Bistro. There did not appear to be any public seating other than the lobby.

Tolle Unterkunft, wird gerade renvoviert. Bequemes Bett, hübsches Zimmer und ein gutes Frühstück.

Bisschen verwirrend, dass man in das Nebengebäude zum Frühstück muss, aber nicht weiter schlimm.

La vue sur le port

La salle de bain était beaucoup trop petite. L'avant du WC a environ 30 cm du meuble évier. Du jamais vu. Nous avons subi deux introductions sans notre accord du personnel dans notre chambre alors que nous étions présents. Le parking "fermé" se trouve à 600 m de l'hôtel Ok Mais il ne ferme pas et se trouve dans un quartier isolé accessible facilement par des personnes mal intentionnées. De plus, les places ne sont pas délimitées ni attribuées d'où un parcage sauvage. Il est accessible par une rue semi piétonne engorgée de touristes se baladant étonnés d'ailleurs de passage de voitures. C'est dangereux. Donc nous ne sommes pas partis en voiture pendant les 5 jours et nous avions prévu des excursions. Le petit déjeuner à peine correct n'est pas renouvelé. Il fallait mieux arriver tôt sous peine de ne plus trouver beaucoup de choix. Il faut sortir de l'hôtel sur le trottoir en ville pour entrer dans la salle pour déjeuner. Une seule personne pour gérer les nombreux déjeuners. Tout cela avec un certain dédain de certains membres du personnel et pas un mot pour nous expliquer le pourquoi de ces désagréments. Franchement, cela pour un total de 230€ par nuit, je suis pourtant satisfait de Booking mais là nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié.

Centrale ligging in het centrum van Honfleur. Vriendelijk personeel en fijne familiekamer voor 5 personen (bijgezette vijfde bed was iets minder van kwaliteit van de 4 vaste bedden).

Alles was netjes in orde. We misten wel een minibar in de kamer (stond wel in de beschrijving), maar we mochten onze koeltas gelukkig in een koelkast bij de ontbijtzaal leggen. Het ontbijt was oké. Redelijk uitgebreid.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Son emplacement est idéal, avec une très belle vue sur le port, ce qui rend le cadre particulièrement agréable. L'accueil du personnel a également été un véritable point fort : toute l'équipe a été chaleureuse, attentionnée et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Je tiens également à souligner le professionnalisme de la direction. Lors de l'organisation de mon séjour, j'ai dû modifier à plusieurs reprises les dates ainsi que la durée de ma réservation. La direction a fait preuve d'une grande compréhension et m'a accompagné avec beaucoup de bienveillance, sans me facturer de frais d'annulation ou de modification. J'y ai été très sensible et je les remercie sincèrement pour ce geste commercial et leur flexibilité.

Le seul point négatif de notre séjour concerne le service de la chambre. Bien que j'aie accroché le panneau demandant que la chambre soit faite, cela n'a pas été fait. Ce n'était pas catastrophique puisque nous ne sommes restés que deux nuits, mais j'aurais tout de même apprécié retrouver le lit fait à notre retour. Par ailleurs, je n'ai jamais réussi à diffuser le contenu de mon téléphone sur la télévision. Le personnel m'a expliqué que celle-ci n'était pas connectée au Wi-Fi ou n'était pas configurée, ce qui ne permettait pas d'utiliser cette fonctionnalité.

It was let down by hallway paper peeling off and white cloths on the floors lol oks scruffy and in need of decoration. Was extreme heatwave but no one told us we had air con in the room by look we spotted it on our 2 nd visit but suffered on our 1 st visit we used it as a night stopover going to benodet and on the way back. My daughter her husband and son his wife and two toddlers were in a seperate building which was basic and bit scruffy. Son was told could park in the hotel car park but it’s a long walk away underground very steep and small had to do a 20 point turn to get in then in the morning they had no power so he could not get doors up to get car out. My husband had to go and try to override system to get his car out

That made the 1 ST morning very stressful as they told us could take a while u til an engineer would arrive and my son needed nappies and medication for our grandson.

Location was fabulous, being centrally located and with a view of the port. The hotel had parking available in the area without which it would been very difficult to have stayed here.

The room was very small and the bathroom was tiny, with a sliding door, which offered no privacy. At the time we were there, the temperatures were around 30 degrees C, but the room aircon didn't work. We advised this to reception, who seemed surprised but no repair was made whilst we were there. Breakfast was of poor quality.

The location near the quay was amazing, a fantastic view from the balcony. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really tasty

It was not the fault of the company but the extreme heat had built up in the apartment making it unbearable to sit in. There was only 1 fan and we put that in the bedroom as my husband was not well.

Gebäude und Einrichtung sind sehr gepflegt/renoviert. Lage mitten im Ort, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die schwierige Lage mit Parkplätzen ist organisatorisch gut gelöst - wenn man reserviert hat. Klimaanlage funktioniert und lässt sich gut einstellen.

Durch die Lage ist es morgens relativ laut von der Straße .

No air conditioning ( and not told that until after booking confirmation), tiny apartment with very tired furniture and decoration that needs updating. Definitely not up to normal Best Western standards and not worth the money charged.

The hotel was in the centre of Honfleur but th published Carparking is 200 meters from the hotel. We found it more convenient and cheaper to use a public Carparking we found scissors the road.

We booked a superior room but this one was without a shower facility. Don’t know what a standard room was like but reached to hold the shower head for each other while we showered.

Our room smelt of fresh paint, overwhelmingly so. The bathroom had a shower over the bath, with no way to hang up the shoer head. There was no bath mat, wich made the bath very slippy - and there was no shower gel - just an empty container. We've stayed in Best Western many thime over the years and this was certainly the Worst Western. One of the male receptionists was quite dismissive and unfriendly

The location is great. Right on the harbor with every room looking to have a view. True game changer though is every room has an AC unit which helps tremendously in the summer.

Locatie erg goed (midden in het centrum). Badkamer goed. Ontbijt uitstekend.

De airco in onze kamer bleek bij aankomst niet te werken en er druppelde constant water uit. Dit bleef zo tijdens ons gehele verblijf (2 nachten). Het probleem bleek niet op korte termijn verholpen te kunnen worden. Dus tweede dagen handdoeken op het bureautje om de druppels op te vangen. De parkeergarage van het hotel (een stukje verderop) is te nauw. Alleen een Fiat 500 kan daar goed parkeren. Deze service moet eigenlijk niet aangeboden worden zonder waarschuwing.

Quand on regarde le site il est indiqué « parking « sauf que le premier parking ne comporte que 6places et l’autre se situe à 500m donc pour nous il n’y a pas de parking à l’hôtel même vous devriez le préciser

Die Lage des Hotels war prima. Wir konnten alles was wir angucken wollten zu Fuß erreichen.

Die Parkplatzsituation ist äußerst knifflig - aber machbar. Das Frühstück wäre verbesserungswürdig. Wir hätten gerne mehr frische Lebensmittel gehabt, statt der abgepackten und vom Personal zubereiteter Orangensaft wäre bei der zur Verfügung stehenden Maschine auch besser.
