Absolutely excellent stay. Great room, food and location.

Majority of staff were absolutely wonderful. One waiter was a bit unusual and quite rude. We are Americans but speak fluent French. A single waiter was not welcoming at all but all other staff were amazing.

Luxekamer geboekt. Dag voordien mail gekregen voor in een bijgebouw.kon niet meer annuleren. Heel oude en vuile kamer. Geen airco. Kon niet tegen personeel praten.twas zo zeiden ze.

Central location

Parking far away and told to park outside hotel to drop off bags but nowhere to do so and very busy small touristy streets. Difficult to do when on your own. Also didn’t tell me how to get in at night - luckily other people staying there came and said you had to use the fob but this had not been explained.

Petitesse de la chambre. Porte de la chambre très difficile à ouvrir. Télévision avec très peu de chaine actives. Wiffi non performant. Pas de buffet pour le petit déjeuner. Chambre donnant sur la rue bruyante quand les fenêtres sont ouvertes.

The hotel is ideally placed for a visit to Honfleur very close to the centre of the old town. A large number of bars and restaurants nearby Breakfast was very good served by a very nice lady. Overall a nice small hotel in Honfleur.

We found parking to be very challenging the nearest car park only allows you to park for 24 hours after which you have to move not ideal on a busy weekend. Our room was in the annex which had lots of very steep circular stairs leading to a small room at the top of the building, no lift is available, this was ok for two nights but any longer would have been a problem.

Stunning location, 3rd floor room with lively view towards the harbour. Medieval town is a gem, great restaurants, great market on Saturday, just the perfect place for a 2 night stay.

Parking on booking.com stated at 12 eu a night, actually 40eu a night. Minor issue that didn't affect stay.

De locatie

Alles was heel erg krap. Waaronder de lift, trappenhuis, gang en kamer zelf. Ingeval van brand heb je daar echt een uitdaging. Het was gedateerd en redelijk schoon. Geen airco, raam stond open en werden in de ochtend heel erg vroeg gewerkt door de straat schoonmakers wagens met erg veel lawaai.

Dåligt städat och ofräscht, kudde med damm och hår på... Väldigt litet rum men det visste vi iofs innan. Enligt information på booking finns gratis parkering, det fanns inte. Enligt mail från hotellet skulle parkering kosta €12/dygn, det kostade €26/dygn.

The room was large enough for the three of us with a little nook for our daughter. We slept great, the beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the historical stay in a historical district of Honfleuer. Easy walking distance to all the great restaurants and shops.

Instructions how to handle checking into the hotel could be better. We weren't aware of how narrow the streets were and how crowded it would be to pull up to the hotel and drop our luggage beforehand. I recommend giving specific instructions where to leave the car idling before parking, as it was quite stressful.

Dans les chambres d'hôtes les escaliers sont très exigus et un peu dangereux avec les valises. Il manque un réfrigérateur.

Locatie f buna, mic dejun ok, dar recomand mai multa atentie la prospetimea produselor( salata de fructe nu era proaspata). (Am solicitat alta , dar nu ni s-a adus.)

Totul era f vechi. Ar trebui schimbat mobilierul. Desi eeau doua bai, una nu avea nici sapun. nici hartie igienica. Pentru pretul platit ar fi trebuit sa existe cel putin produse de igiena ( sampon, dus gel).

I did not have any Wi-Fi in the room. I did mention it to the staff and they disregarded my comment. No explanation or compensation offered.

De ligging in het stadje is leuk , mooi oud pand en heel aardig personeel .

Het oude pand is overal vrij krap, ‘s morgens wordt je vroeg wakker van de vrachtwagens die laden en lossen onder het raam . Het was erg warm ondanks een airco en ventilator, die laatste maakte veel lawaai.

All’accoglienza personale gentile ma poi quando sono emerse delle problematiche, ad esempio ventilatore pieno di polvere (c’erano proprio i grumi di polvere) e camera sporca, non abbiamo avuto molto supporto, direi nullo se non per essersi ripresi il ventilatore (senza neanche scusarsi o darcene uno in sostituzione)

Struttura estremamente sporca. La stanza era piena di polvere (ho anche foto). Come se non venisse pulita da mesi Stanza estremamente piccola, più piccola di come viene descritta

Location near the harbor. The bed was comfortable and the employees were very nice and accommodating.

The property is in need of remodeling, and having a room safe would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, the carpet was not clean, and there were long hairs on the bathroom walls. The stairs leading to the room felt very tight and somewhat unsafe. The bathroom has a bathtub shower with a large, slippery step to get out, which was concerning. Additionally, the showerhead would not stay securely in its holder while in use, causing water to spray all over the bathroom—quite an unpleasant and unexpected surprise. The beautiful windows offered a lovely view, but the room was quite noisy throughout the night. Garbage collection and street cleaning also began very early both mornings of our stay, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

L’accueil à notre arrivée était parfait, le petit déjeuner très complet et la personne qui nous servait était vraiment très sympathique et agréable

Nous étions agréablement surpris à notre arrivée d’avoir notre chambre côté « chambre d’hôtes » mais un peu déçu lorsque nous l’avons découvert. 🥺 décors général ok mais hormis les draps, gros soucis de propreté : tapis rempli de taches, coussins déco du lit remplis d’auréoles, cage d’escalier menant à la chambre très sale . Salle de bain exiguë, il y a même un rail de spot juste à qq centimètres du pommeau de douche ! Gros soucis au niveau de l’insonorisation de la chambre également. Pas très bien dormi malheureusement pour ces deux nuitées.

Posizione centralissima

Eigenlijk niets, zelf de accommodatie bewust gekozen op basis van de foto’s. Bleek totaal niet te kloppen. Gedateerd is niet erg, smerig wel! Slechts 1 pluspunt: Honfleur zelf is mooi.

Zeer smerige ventilatie en vloerbedekking, uitermate onvriendelijk personeel. We wisten dat er geen airco was, maar de ventilator zat vol vuil en stof. Aanzetten is bacteriën verspreiden!! Föhn defect. Drinkwater op de kamer werd bij plus 30 graden niet bijgevuld, fles water rekende men 7 euro voor. Kamer zeer klein. Parkeren was een drama en advies hoe en waar van het personeel bleek niet te kloppen. Keuken restaurant vislucht te ruiken in kamer. Ramen openen onmogelijk, want tot 0200 uur herrie en vanaf 0630 vuilniswagens en leveranciers. Drankje op terras: we werden vrij snel verzocht te vertrekken omdat er eters zouden komen! We reizen veel, dit was het slechtste wat we ooit hebben meegemaakt. Prijs/kwaliteit was buiten proporties.

In pieno centro, abbiamo soggiornato una notte in una quadrupla. Di fatto due camere comunicanti con una porta aperta in un sottotetto. Stanza piccola ma comoda. Nel complesso buono.

L' aria condizionata era solo in una stanza. Città molto cara, solo il parcheggio 26€ al giorno. La colazione a €.16 a testa troppo cara. Molto meglio la boulangerie appena fuori paese.

Hôtel bien placé et chambre confortable Très bon petit-déjeuner, qui plus est, très copieux ! Nous avons été bien accueillis, et, le temps de garer la voiture (parking extérieur à l'hôtel, notre valise nous attendait dans la chambre.

Avec ce très bon petit-déjeuner, nous aurions aimé un peu plus de place sur la table ! Plus c'est copieux plus cela prend de la place. Le parking payant à 750 m de l'hôtel mais cela nous a permis de visiter un peu !

Es war laut. Es wurde ein kostenloser Parkplatz angepriesen, der jedoch nicht existiert und die Parkgebühr lag dann nochmal bei 26€/Nacht. Das fand ich nicht in Ordnung, denn wir haben dies bei Booking so ausgesucht.

La limpieza deficiente, y el olor a humedad y mal olor del lavabo. Las escaleras, aunque estuvimos en la zona con ascensor, hay que subir dos o tres escalones (y volver a bajar) en un pasillo súper estrecho donde no entran las maletas.

uniquement l'emplacement qui est tres centrale mais comme c'est une rue quasiment piétonne en période de vacances il faut se trimballer les valise du parking public jusqu'à l'hôtel

la chambre ne correspondait absolument pas aux photos de Booking : moquette beige décrépite, mobilier très ancien, propreté limite et salle de bains minuscule et vétuste. Quant à la climatisation, il fallait faire monter quelqu’un de la réception avec l’unique télécommande pour la régler ou l’éteindre, même à 22 heures ! À 230 € la nuit sans petit déjeuner, pour un prétendu trois-étoiles, c’est totalement injustifiable. Une chambre à peine digne d’un hôtel économique à 80 €. Très grosse déception.

Ambienti fatiscenti e piccolissimi. Non c’è posto per i bagagli. Corridoi strettissimi e camere non ristrutturate e molto datate. Asciugacapelli vetusto e rotto, porta carta igienica rotto, doccia nella vasca che non sta su, moquette sporca.

La colazione buonissima, la posizione molto comoda perché in centro, il personale molto gentile.

Camera caldissima senza aria condizionata. Camera al terzo piano con una scala a chiocciola strettissima. Essendo in centro, la mattina alle 6 passano a pulire le strade e a vuotare il vetro e si sente tutto.

Leuke kamer, mooi hotel, hele lieve mensen en goed ontbijt. Nog een pluspunt is de ligging van het hotel: middenin het centrum, maar niet te druk.

One room was nicely decorated. The other was old. It was clean so no complaints there. Beds and pillows not that comfy. I don’t like giving negative reviews but I just honestly wouldn’t rush back. Ok.

Die Lage war perfekt, etwas laut, aber wenn man mitten in der Stadt ist, ist es auch normal. Das Hotel war preislich in Ordnung und für ein 3 Stern Hotel und 1 nacht ok. Die Treppe bis in den 3. stock ist schon extrem schmal und steil! Das frühstück war lecker .

L’annonce disait que le parking était gratuit alors qu’on a reçu un message après la réservation que ça ne l’était pas. La chambre était bien, assez propre. Par contre il y avait des traces sur les oreillers et le fait d’avoir de la moquette dans la salle de bain ce n’est pas très hygiénique.

Great location, very attentive staff especially Pascal. Excellent restaurant, delicious dinner and a very good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Great fan! It was 30 degrees but it kept the room cool.

Very poor WiFi, essential for travellers these days. It was not working for most of our second day and night. Very loud busker outside the restaurant on our second night(Sunday night). We couldn’t hear each other speak so sadly went to another restaurant. No smart tv.

Aan de overkant van de straat bevind zich een verzamelpunt van afvalcontainers. Deze worden elke morgen geledigd van 05hr30, en duurt ongeveer uurtje, dan komt de glascontainer, duurt nog eens 30min en dan komt de straatveger. puup-puup-puup-puup.... Hotel zal weinig aan kunnen veranderen: de rest van de panden in de straat zijn horeca, die hebben hier geen last van.

Absolute Disgrace – Avoid This Place at All Costs! We booked a room through Booking.com, but what we actually got was a complete nightmare. Upon arrival, we were shoved into an annex building that only housed a few rooms. The welcome—if you can even call it that—was abysmal. The staff was far too busy running the restaurant and couldn’t be bothered to properly check in a guest arriving late. We were treated like an inconvenience rather than paying customers. To make matters worse, accessing the room required navigating a ridiculously narrow spiral staircase, making it practically impossible to haul large suitcases up. Once we finally made it, the room itself was tiny and downright filthy. The bathroom was a total insult to any traveler looking to unwind after a long day on the road. The sheer lack of comfort was staggering. None of this matched what was advertised on the booking.com website: No Parking: Despite claims online, there was zero parking available, not even anywhere nearby. No Air Conditioning: The lack of AC was "compensated" with a noisy standing fan that made far too much noise to actually leave on at night. There is a blatant lack of respect for customers here. We will never set foot in this hotel again.

Нам всё очень понравилось! Особенно хочется отметить персонал — все очень приветливые, доброжелательные и всегда готовы помочь. Расположение отеля — просто 100 из 100! Очень удобное, всё необходимое находится рядом. Также большой плюс — уютный ресторанчик прямо внизу, где можно приятно провести время. В целом, остались только положительные впечатления. Всё было отлично, с удовольствием вернулись бы снова! Однозначно рекомендуем!

Top Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück!

L'emplacement de l'hôtel,et l'accueil de tout le personnel des 3 établissements.Bon rapport qualité prix du restaurant gastronomique.

Nous avons réservé par erreur le gîte plutôt que l'hôtel,la chambre est spacieuse mais a besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement et d'un bon nettoyage.(poussières et toiles d'araignées).

Struttura d'epoca molto caratteristica, posizione ottima in pieno centro, personale cordiale e colazione fornita a vassoio molto buona e abbondante.

Camera e parti comuni veramente ristretti ed essenziali, purtroppo i rumori mattutini sulla strada (pulizia, raccolta rifiuti, ecc.) incidono sul riposo.

De ligging ligt in het drukke gedeelte en dat wil zeggen dat je voor 2u ‘s nachts geen oog hoeft dicht te doen …. Nadien rond 3u ‘s morgens beginnen de ledegingen van de glas containers wat een hels lawaai is en om dan aan te sluiten met de vuilophaling tot rond 5u…. Dus als je rustig de nacht wil doorbrengen ben je eraan voor de moeite! Het ontbijt was maar belabberd fruit die er niet erg vers uitzag en 2 diepvriesbakken koekjes en wat zuivel geen 16€ waard. Dit is 2x in Honfleur en omdat het vorige keer zo goed was viel het deze keer tegen dus het volgende bezoek zal op de vorige locatie doorgaan dat even buiten het centrum lag.

Das kleinste Zimmer während unserer „ tour de france“ mit unseren Gravelbikes. Ziemlich schwierig unsere Satteltaschen im Zimmer unterzubringen. Die Bikes konnten wir im Hotel auch nicht unterbringen. Es gab ein best western hotel ganz in der Nähe wo ich unsere bikes unterstellen konnte( selbst organisiert) . Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet!

Advised that parking was €8 for 24 hours actually was €14 for 24 hours we arrived around lunch time and had to keep driving around until we eventually found a space Also the small alleyways that led you very quickly thro the town we did find these by ourselves and it really would have been much easier if we had been advised about these especially as the heat was around 32 degrees - very warm when we could have taken short cuts and kept in the shade for a short time

Top location, beautiful old hotel, clean, cosy, great bathroom. Tasty breakfast. Friendly staff. Parking near by, not expensive.

J'adore ce genre d'hôtel indépendant où on se sent vraiment la bienvenue. L'accueil était au top. En plus, on a été upgradé vers une chambre au troisième où il avait de l'air conditionné. Aussi, il y avait une grande salle salle de bain avec WC séparé et ascenseur.

Pas de climatisation dans les chambre ,pas de mimi frigo non plus.par contre un petit ventilateur.

La personne de la réception était vraiment très agréable et chaleureux. Il nous a donné des conseils pour notre séjour et a rempli nos gourdes d'eau fraîche lors de notre départ. Nous étions heureux d'avoir l'air conditionné dans notre suite trois personnes car c'était un weekend très très chaud.

Really lovely period, character full rooms in a great location, I was worried about the parking but the nearby carpark was quite safe . The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant was lovely, it could have been a set out of Allo Allo 🙂

Nous avons apprécié le calme de la chambre, malgré le bruit de la rue. Nous avons aimé le charme de l'hôtel.

Nous n'avons pas aimé le fait de devoir payer le petit déjeuner en espèces, parce que le tpe ne fonctionne pas dans ce cas pourquoi ne pas avoir accepté un chèque ? Ce petit déjeuner est cher et on nous impose un choix sur un plateau qui n'en vaut pas le prix. Nous aurions préféré un parking gratuit plus proche.
