Hotel ben posizionato anche per avvalersi del servizio di autobus, confortevole e arredato con gusto. Lo staff è simpatico e accogliente. La colazione ben organizzata, è molto varia sia sul dolce che sul salato .... è davvero ottima!

Personale professionale, gentile e molto disponibile. Colazione ottima, qualità del cibo e servizio in sala eccellente. Posizione abbastanza vicina al centro raggiungibile in 10 min. a piedi e parcheggio comodo.

Piccolissimo problema con una persiana che non si chiudeva bene. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

La maniera con la quale tutto lo staff coccola gli ospiti

Posizione ottima per poter visitare le valli vicine a Courmayeur, parcheggio da prenotare con posti limitati ma utilissimo per la mancanza di posti esterni. Accoglienza eccellente da parte dello staff, con particolare riguardo alla cameriera Roberta. E' sempre stata molto gentile e premurosa nei confronti di mia moglie incinta. Abbiamo soggiornato con formula a mezza pensione per 5 notti. Camera spaziosa e abbastanza silenziosa. Spa non grandissima ma funzionale con Hamman, vasca idromassaggio e sauna. Hotel veramente valido dal punto di vista sia della posizione che del personale. Torneremo sicuramente stavolta in tre.

Siamo rimasti un pò sorpresi che l'acqua naturale che ci è stata "offerta" al nostro arrivo sia stata poi messa in conto. Così come gli extra al di fuori del frigo bar che solitamente negli hotel sono gratuiti. Per il resto null'altro da segnalare.

Overall a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was convenient, and breakfast had a good variety of options.

The room and amenities were acceptable and functional, but felt a bit outdated/basic. The lack of air conditioning was also an issue for us.

Un soggiorno davvero fantastico! L'hotel è bellissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli e con una vista dalla finestra semplicemente mozzafiato. Tutto era pulitissimo e il personale davvero gentile e accogliente. ✨🏨😊 Un ringraziamento speciale per l'attenzione nel giorno del compleanno di mio figlio Denis: durante la colazione gli hanno portato un delizioso dolcetto con una candelina. È stato un gesto davvero affettuoso e molto apprezzato! Torneremo sicuramente con tanto piacere. 🎂🎈🌟

La posizione e la colazione

Durante il primo giorno di soggiorno siamo rientrati in stanza dopo pranzo per riposare, cosa che non è stata possibile. La stanza alle 14.30 non era ancora stata rifatta. È stata rifatta al volo per farci entrare. Impossibile riposare fino alle 16 perché vengono fatte le pulizie da un personale molto rumoroso (urla, suonerie del cellulare altissime) e l'insonorizzazione è inesistente. Quando l'abbiamo segnalato alla reception ci hanno detto che per loro era normale così, cosa mai vista in altri alberghi. I posti auto sono pochi, forse sei o sette,e il responsabile della reception ne occupava uno costringendo gli ospiti a tornare in struttura e chiedere di spostare avanti e indietro l'auto.

We had a great stay! The staff provided amazing service, and we highly recommend eating at the restaurant at least one night. If it had worked with our schedule, we would have gone twice! The breakfast was also delicious and offered a great variety of options. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

La posizione strategica, la colazione con molte varianti possibili ( affettati, formaggi, uova, briosc, torte, yogurt, ecc. ) e la disponibilità dello staff. Provato anche il loro ristorante ...ottima cucina, ma avrei preferito porzioni un po più "generose".

Purtroppo hanno pochi spazi per il parcheggio auto, anche il garage è piccolo ( e un po caro )!! Inoltre non mi aspettavo nel conto finale, anche il costo del coperto per il ristorante!

A five minute walk from the town centre, the staff were enormously helpful and welcoming, and the hotel was comfortable and spotlessly clean. A small hotel (c. 50 guests maximum),everything had a personal touch. Breakfast had an enormous range of choice, and dinner was a fine dining experience. Highly recommended.

La camera era pulitissima, calda e con una vista panoramica spettacolare. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile nel consigliarci le migliori escursioni della zona. Colazione ottima e abbondante, perfetta prima di una giornata di trekking. Torneremo sicuramente, consigliatissimo!" Ogni cena è stata un'esperienza superlativa. Consigliatissimo a chi ama la buona tavola e il relax!"

Il servizio è stato sempre attento e premuroso, il personale spontaneo e accogliente senza mai essere invadente. Abbiamo optato per la mezza pensione e le cene hanno superato le aspettative con un mix di piatti della tradizione e le proposte originali dello Chef. Camere pulite e sempre ordinate con vista spettacolare sui monti di Courmayeur. Ottima posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Novecento dal 3 all’8 agosto e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente perfetta, con il massimo livello di soddisfazione sotto ogni punto di vista. Fin dal primo momento a fare la differenza è stato il personale: impeccabile per cortesia e professionalità, ma soprattutto straordinario per disponibilità e flessibilità. Sono sempre pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta con il sorriso e capaci di trovare tempestivamente la soluzione ideale per ogni possibile esigenza o imprevisto. Un livello di attenzione all’ospite davvero raro. Abbiamo scelto la formula mezza pensione e la cena si è rivelata una sorpresa straordinaria: una cucina di altissimo livello, curata e raffinata, degna di un ristorante top (quasi da stella Michelin). Non ci è mai capitato di trovare una qualità gastronomica così elevata inclusa in una mezza pensione. La posizione, infine, è fantastica: comodissima e praticamente attaccata al centro storico di Courmayeur, perfetta per muoversi a piedi in tutta tranquillità. In sintesi, una delle più belle esperienze di ospitalità mai avute. Torneremo sicuramente e la consigliamo a occhi chiusi!

1. The photos of the Superior Double Room were misleading, as they showed a balcony and a front-facing view. However, the room we received had no balcony and faced the back of the hotel, directly overlooking a busy road. Based on the photos shown on Booking.com, we reasonably expected a front-facing room with a balcony. 2. Hotel offers only seven free parking spaces. Finding free parking nearby is difficult, and the available options are usually located farther from the hotel. Otherwise, expect to pay more than €20 per night for parking about a five-minute walk away. Overall, the limited and expensive parking makes the hotel’s location less attractive. Raising our concerns about the room and parking with the hotel staff did not lead to a helpful response. As a result, we would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Il soggiorno è stato stupendo e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della struttura, dell'accoglienza e dei servizi offerti. STRUTTURA L'hotel è una villa di inizio Novecento, sapientemente adattata alle esigenze della clientela attuale. Pulizia impeccabile e sempre attenta. Posizione ottima: poco fuori dall'abitato di Courmayeur, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi con una camminata di 5 minuti. Nei pressi transitano comunque bus e navette per raggiungere il centro e le località montane in quota. Consigliata. ACCOGLIENZA Al nostro arrivo, ci è stato fatto l'upgrade gratuito e, durante il soggiorno, il personale si è sempre rivelato attento, disponibile, pronto a rispondere a ogni esigenza, impeccabile, sia alla reception che in sala. Molta cura nei particolari. A fine soggiorno, ci è stato offerto anche un aperitivo. SERVIZI Colazione variegata in una sala grande e accogliente. Prodotti di ottima qualità con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato.

A few minutes walk to the restaurants and shopping area, so the location is quite, away from the noise. We stayed here for 3 nights during our TMB and they had the best breakfast of our whole trip. Dinner at their restaurant was really good. Service is very good too. We had a very spacious suite for 4 people. We loved the place. Highly recommended.

Staff sempre molto professionale e disponibile.

Aamiaisella kahvin tilaamisessa oli joka aamu jotain hässäkkää, liian vähän työntekijöitä paikalla. Oli kuuma viikko, ilmastointia kaivattiin. Onneksi illalla viileni ja sai tuuletettua.

We liked the location, the hotel has a stunning view and a very nice restaurant. The bathroom is spacious and everything was very clean. Allthough there is not much parking options we did always find a spot. There is also a swimming spot very nearby. The breakfast was overal quite nice.

Upon our arrival we were greeted by someone who was what we think a bit stressed. Therefore the reception didn’t feel warm and we felt a bit like a burden. My partner asked about the parking options and asked a few follow up questions which were answered in a not so friendly way which left us feeling as if we were asking dumb questions. Things are not always as obvious for guests as they are for staff. Overall these two things didnt make us feel welcome. On our first morning, the person at breakfast didnt smile, however was friendly when we ordered a cappuccino. He didnt notify us of any eggs that we could order apparently which we only found out on day 2. That was a pity. The person at breakfast on day 2 was very friendly though and we ordered some delicious scrambled eggs!

Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées, ce qui est dommage pour un hôtel. On entendait absolument tous les bruits de la chambre voisine, jusqu'à la chasse d'eau.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole a Villa Novecento. La posizione è ottima: il centro si raggiunge facilmente a piedi, ma l’hotel è lontano dal rumore e permette di godersi un’atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante. Gli ambienti sono molto curati e la pulizia è impeccabile. I materassi sono davvero comodi e garantiscono un ottimo riposo. Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto lo staff, sempre gentile, sorridente e disponibile, capace di far sentire gli ospiti accolti con naturalezza. Molto buona anche la colazione, ricca e varia, così come la cena, con piatti di qualità e un servizio attento. Un hotel in cui si sta bene e che consigliamo volentieri a chi cerca tranquillità, comfort e un’accoglienza autentica.

The building is beautifully appointed and in a great location. Quiet but an easy walk into town. The front desk staff are excellent. Super helpful and very friendly. The room was comfortable and very clean. Food, both at breakfast and the evening meal was very good.

The staff in the restaurant were not very efficient or knowledgeable.
