Its a small hotel and the facility is very clean and staff top notch. The pool is more than adequate and you are 5 minute stroll to beach. Shops restaurants close by as is Cap Ferrat for a walk. The bed we had was spot on very important, and would stay again.

Apart from the bed, the pillows were very hard not to my liking. As an improvement, the room we had provided only one spare power outlet and no USB integrated charger. There was another if you take out the room kettle. None near the bed. The bathroom hair-dryer plug fell out of wall and was not fixed during our stay. Not exactly safe. Room could do with a couple of wall shelves and a wall mirror. There is another mirror inside cupboard.

Taxi booked from the hotel was a total rip off. Should have been less than 10 euros for what was a 3-5 min trip to the station but charged 20 euros. Would not use them again for that. Late night porter / barman did not have a clue how to make the advertised cocktails

Lovely hotel and location. We had about 6 rooms as we attended a family wedding. Good sized pool and facilities. Great staff both behind the desk and by the pool. Good sized bathroom.

We stayed for 7 nights (room 110) and could have done with a larger wardrobe and some drawers. We pretty much lived out of the suitcase.

Clean fresh and friendly with a great location

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, à seulement deux minutes à pied de la plage. Le petit-déjeuner est superbe, varié et de qualité. La piscine est également un vrai plus : très agréable, avec une belle profondeur qui permet de vraiment nager et d’en profiter pleinement.

L’hôtel mériterait un bon rafraîchissement. Certains éléments donnent une impression de manque d’entretien : la façade, notamment le nom de l’hôtel, était sale, et les fenêtres de la salle de bain étaient difficiles à fermer. Quelques rénovations permettraient vraiment de mettre l’établissement au niveau de son excellent emplacement.

Breakfast was good quality, fresh, and affordable. There wasn’t a huge variety, but I really enjoyed the fresh food, the lovely presentation, and especially the honey. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated even more since I don’t speak or understand French. The front desk staff were exceptional, especially Marty, who went above and beyond to help an older guest whose flight had been canceled. Marty was incredibly patient, kind, and diligent in assisting her, and it was truly heartwarming to see. Overall, a warm and pleasant experience with wonderful staff who genuinely care about their guests.

The only things I didn’t really like were that the room keys are still a bit old-school, and you have to leave your room key at the front desk every time you leave the hotel. It would be nice to have a more modern key system. Also, there wasn’t much variety of food available after breakfast hours. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated the friendly, welcoming, and caring staff.

Great location, beautifully designed and a great value. Its proximity to both the town and the beach was perfect for me. I also loved having breakfast in the garden in the morning

Service attentionné et efficace de tous les personnels. Qualité de la rénovation avec choix art déco. Excellente literie (matelas et oreillers), belle taille de chambre avec bouilloire, machine expresso. Piscine agréable. Situation parfaite à 2 pas de la baie des fourmis mais quand même très calme.

Il manque juste un espace pour poser des affaires de toilettes dans la SdB. Dommage aussi pas de lait pour le corps mis à disposition.

Amazing hotel in an ideal location - rooms are big and the pool is beautiful. Highly recommend if you want to explore Cap Ferrat and surrounding towns! Very easy to get the train or Ubers.

This is a wonderful hotel in a picturesque location. It is close to the beach. Delicious breakfasts. The room is nice. The bathroom is huge, with marble walls and floors. The housekeeping is beyond praise. The atmosphere is pleasant and homely. In short, this trip will make me feel nostalgic!

The room was great, the staff were a delight. Warm, friendly and helpful. Breakfast outside was a real treat, with both buffet and ordered food. No complaints at all.

Maybe include an option to eat dinner there, but having said that, lots of restaurants within a short walk.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff is very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. They have parking and electric charging station, hotel itself has a beautiful old style charm.

Some of the doors were damaged with water and were not opening easily. We like the pool area, however, maybe you could cover the glass building with sth, it does not fit the vibe.

I stayed for 5 nights in Beaulieu-sur-Mer and had a very enjoyable experience. The location was amazing—perfectly situated close to Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Nice, and Monte Carlo, making it easy to explore the surrounding Riviera. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection each morning. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a great base for visiting the area and I would happily recommend it.

Really good location close to coast (3 min walk ) bus and train station. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful multi lingual. Breakfast good quality and simple. No evening meals but plenty of options locally. Good pool area and small simple pool side bar.

My sister and I just checked out of the Hotel Carlton — and we are ever so sad to leave! It is such an elegant, beautiful place to stay in one of the very best towns on the Côte d’Azur. What makes it extraordinary are the people who run the hotel — especially Eugenie, who is a ray of sunshine and makes you feel incredibly welcome and looked after. Thank you for another special and memorable and perfect stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Very comfortable and beautifully appointed boutique hotel

Die Unterkunft ist klein aber fein. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Überzeugt hat uns die Lage. Bus und Bahn sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Das Frühstück war perfekt. Parkplatz gegen Gebühr vorhanden. In Monaco ist man in gut 25 Minuten mit dem Auto. Nach Nizza haben wir den Zug genommen. Das hat auch nicht viel länger gedauert.

Die Tische beim Frühstück sind etwas klein. Wenn man sich was vom Buffet holt und auch was bestellt (Rührei oder Wurst/Käse), wird es bisschen eng. 😉

Sehr aufmerksames, hilfsbereites und persönliches Personal. Schöne Zimmer und sehr nettes, entspanntes Ambiente. Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe von Nizza.

We arrived very early due to our flight and the team were excellent in getting our room ready so we could check in immediately. Beautiful room overlooking the pool with a double door Juliette balcony to open out and enjoy the breeze. Fully air conditioned when needed too. Lovely breakfast with hot and cold options. Super friendly team. Although they don’t offer evening meals or room service the location of the hotel is excellent, a short walk to the main high street full of restaurants and cafes. Loved Beaulieu-sur-Mer, so nice, great restaurants, market, harbour with more restaurants, beautiful beach walk and promenade. Less than 10 minutes to the station to link you to the other locations on the riviera. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this art deco hotel and the team are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the lovely birthday fruit platter too 💛

Room was on the small side and had to leave suitcases on the floor and the settee for no other space. Bathroom cosmetics were not topped up during our five day stay .All else excellent and all the staff were pleasant and VERY helpful, That is a big asset to the hotel
