Large space, nice location

The base fee is fine but they nickel and dime at every turn. The towels were limited, no coffee, no water in the apartment. No access to facilities and the cost to rent a chaise at the pool was $180 euro per chair. That is quite high compared to other locations. I asked several times when we were leaving for the Bellman to get bags and they didn’t come. It’s a B

1) Come indicato sul sito, dal 1 ottobre la piscina della Reserve doveva essere fruibile anche soggiornando alla Residence. Peccato che i dipendenti dell Hotel non lo sapessero e quindi abbiamo fatto il tira e molla dovendo andare fisicamente in reception a far leggere quello che era scritto sul sito. Pessima figura e pessimo trattamento per clienti che da anni soggiornano in questo hotel. ( il sito dopo la nostra segnalazione è stato cambiato). 2) il materasso del letto lato destro è sfondato. 3) abbiamo chiesto una coperta in più, ne hanno portata una che puzzava. Ne abbiamo chiesta un altra in sostituzione... peggiore della prima. Mi dispiace dirlo, ma è necessario una verifica da parte della proprietà perché è inaccettabile tutto questo.

Basic. Poor bathroom. Had to climb into bath to take a shower even though there was plenty of room to put a separate shower. Minimum toiletry’s. Hoover and ironing board in the wardrobe so could not hang clothes.

The room was large, comfortable and had everything we needed. This was our 2nd Stay there and we hope to return for a 3rd visit.

There were 2 bottles of water in the fridge when we arrived but we would certainly have been very happy to have seen some milk.

It’s a perfect location, the apartment is wonderful, spacious and comfortable. There is a cleaning service. Great bistro across the road.

The Residence de la Reserve is superbly situated, we did long walks to Cap Ferrat and elsewhere. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and extremely well equipped. We would willingly return.

Locations was exceptional. Beds very comfortable . Would definitely go back and stay again . Patking very easy . You can walk to all restaurants.

It was very clean

The telephone in the apartment didn’t work so we couldn’t contact the reception. It was quite hot in the apartment and the aircon was not turned on yet so he had to have the bedroom windows open which made it noisy. Also we were told by reception we could use the pool area and we didn’t mind being asked once if we were staying at the hotel but we were asked 3 times by different waiters, which made us feel unwelcome

Fantastic location in Beaulieu ~sur~mer, very safe and secure, top choice for a quiet and relaxed stay, very accommodating and talented staff, fantastic restaurant (across the road). Location is quite close to the train station, near to most bus routes, and near to the rejuvenated Port area; with some new restaurants, and smallish beach beyond. The ‘bay area and old port’ are also close by, leading on to great walks to St Jean etc. Well equipped kitchen with most utensils for the odd ‘night in’. Great air conditioning, and electric shutters!

Nice location, clean, cozy and well-organized. It was much more than I expected. The best place to stay with groups or family.

I wish I could stay longer. There were some misunderstanding about the date of stay. And I was suspicious that this hotel may be disorganized before I visit there. When I arrived and checked in, I could erase my concern. They were so professional and perfect.

Centrally located and the staff at La Reserve we're great. Convenient and secure.

The bathroom could use some updating. Sink was clogged at times and shower was a bit messy as water flowed to the floor. Towels that were replaced, some were a bit old

We have stayed many times in La Residence de la Reserve, and have never been able to find any fault with it. The apartment is delightful, faultlessly serviced every day, and of course all the amenities of the hotel are available to us. For us, it is the perfect place to stay on the Cote d'Azur.

There was nothing we didn't like, although it must be said that we preferred the Gordon Bennett bar in the hotel before it was modernised. That said, it remains a lovely place to have a drink or two...

The location is very good, our apartment was well equipped and spacious and felt very secure. Housekeeping was of a very high standard. Staff were all very helpful.

A lovely, clean and bright one bedroomed apartment. The staff were so courteous and welcoming. One of the nicest places we have stayed in. The apartment is centrally located in beautiful Beaulieu sur Mer and there are restaurants located close by.

The staff at reception could be a little bit warmer and upbeat. I also think 2 glass bottle of water should be offered on arrival and a sweet since you brand yourself La reserve.
