Petite terrasse sur cour pour les petits déjeuner et la détente le soir. Notre hôte a été très accueillante et arrangeante, surtout lorsque nous avons souhaité prolonger notre séjour d'une nuit ou prendre un petit déjeuner... que nous avions oublié de commandé la veille. Adresse à recommander.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Arrivando in treno, l’hotel è comodissimo: la stazione ferroviaria si trova a soli 3 minuti a piedi. Molto comodo il sistema di accesso tramite codice, soprattutto al di fuori degli orari di apertura della reception. La camera è dotata di un utilissimo frigorifero e di un condizionatore perfettamente funzionante. Anche il Wi-Fi è ottimo. L’hotel non è dotato di ascensore. È un piccolo hotel a una stella, semplice ma funzionale, con un rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero ottimo. La posizione è perfetta: vicino a bar, ristoranti, locali, centro, lungomare e spiaggia. Praticamente tutto è raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. Una soluzione semplice ed economica, ideale per chi cerca una posizione strategica e tutto a portata di mano. Consigliato!
Assenza di un balcone in camera, che sarebbe stato utile per far asciugare più velocemente teli mare e costumi.

El hotel no contaba con ascensor, y estando el en tercer piso llevar la valija era muy pesada. El cuarto que nos toco no tenia la mejor organizacion de espacio, y el bano era muy pequeno, mi pareja casi no entraba en la ducha. El colchon y la cama, bastante malos - muy baja la cama y el colchon muy suave, se hundia cuando nos recostabamos.

Chambre vieille et froide Aucune insonorisation, vue sur des toits vers l'ancienne gare. Aucune vue sur la mer depuis cette hôtel, contrairement à de qui est dit sur booking. En plus j'avais demandé vue sur la ville quand j'ai eu la persone su téléphone et j'ai eu une chambre derrière, sombre et humide. Douche bouché, moisie de partout Bref, heureusement que c'était séjour d'une nuit.

Hôtel à fuir. Chambre sale, lit dégoûtant (draps jonchés de taches jaunes, cheveux, punaises de lit, absence de protège oreiller), salle de bain immonde avec présence de moisissures à chaque recoin, peinture des portes à refaire elles sont elles aussi très sales . Un cauchemar !! Aussitôt arrivé, aussitôt reparti.

Check in einfach und schnell, der Bahnhif Juan les pins ein paar Meter zu Fuss zum Hotel. RESTAURANTS und Cafes im Umkreis. Schöner sauberer Strand. Das Hotel ist sehr einfach aber für den Preis absolut OK.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2025The lady who runs the hotel is very friendly and responsive. She got us a free parking space right outside the hotel. The beach is 2 mins away and they have free beach umbrellas in reception if required. There are lots of cafes and restaurants around so the location is really excellent. It is a small hotel but a great no frills budget option for the south of France. We will come again.
For the cost it was just what we expected. Small double room with no frills, but good air con and lovely window in the room.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2025Quello che leggete nelle recensioni prima della mia è vero, però è anche vero chel' hotel è a una stella, il prezzo è basso, a 3 passi dalla stazione e di Juan le pins e a 5 dalla spiaggia, non si può avere il servizio del Carlton a 5€, per il prezzo pagato in centro a Juan le pins il servizio è corretto. La stanza è spaziosa, il bagno anche, c'è un armadio dove riporre gli abiti, un bollitore, un minifrigo e l'ambiente è pulito. Se tornerò ad Antibes non escludo di andare direttamente a prenotare qui. Mi è piaciuta la titolare

Reviewed Aug 19, 2025Die Ausstattung war für den Sommer perfekt mit Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage und es gab Wasserkocher und die Möglichkeit zu kochen und auf dem gemeinschaftlichen Balkon zu sitzen. Ebenfalls gab es Sonnenschirme zum Ausleihen. Das war für den Sommerurlaub perfekt. Handtücher konnten jd Tag gewechselt werden; Bettwäsche sogar auf Anfrage.
Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und haben die ein oder andere schmuddelige Ecke. Außerdem war das Hotel super hellhörig so dass diverse Störungen nachts immer wieder stattgefunden haben. Man muss sich auch darüber im Klaren sein dass durch die zentrale Lage und älteren Fenster auch nachts immer wieder Störungen auf der Straße dazwischenkommen.

Les équipements micro onde dans le couloir si besoin, frigo dans la chambre super ! et salle de petit déjeuner conviviale (comme à la maison). Le confort du matela, on a bien dormi et la climatisation fonctionne très bien 👍 nickel 👌. Nous reviendrons !!

The host was very nice, there were beach umbrellas free to take for the day from the hotel, which was especially great for us as we arrived by plane and could not take any umbrella with us. We were also allowed to leave our luggage with them since our flight was later in the day, which was lovely.
It’s very outdated, in desperate need of some renovation, poorly decorated and not super clean. The pictures here are definitely old, the place does not really look like this anymore. The rooms were fine but there are definitely areas that could be cleaned better. Also would be nice to add some towel hooks in the room and maybe a clothes line outside the window to dry bikinis and stuff. The rooms are quite small and can get cluttered very easily if you’re 2+ people and there is no balcony in any room as far as we could tell. Beware there is no elevator and there are 4 floors (our room was on the last floor so we had to climb 5 flights of stairs every time we came back to the room).

Todo lo demás, mantenimiento pésimo de las habitaciones. No tiene nada que ver las fotos con la habitación muy viejo y mal mantenido (enchufes que no funcionan 2 x cuatro de la habitación). La nevera si te descuidas te suben la temperatura. En fin nada que ver con el anuncio. El armario en el servicio, ducha que no se mantenía (rota) y con cortina. Lavabo que no tragaba y perdía x abajo. El tren circula por detrás del hotel 😬
