Hôtel La Muette

The staff who greeted us were very helpful and friendly, the rooms were small (but were described as such) and the bathrooms were tiny but all was immaculately clean and charming with particularly nice herbal teabags in the rooms! We were offered space in the garage to store our bikes overnight which was very welcome. The location was great, in the middle of town and I would recommend this hotel. We did not try the breakfast.

It's not really a criticism but be aware it is an old building and the rooms are small and close together and sound can sometimes, carry, not an issue for us.

The central location so close to the centre but in a quiet street. The quirky nature of the building, so old but so well converted. The little cafe downstairs for guests. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The most amazing comfortable bed. The air conditioning. Excellent shower room. Quality of the bed linen. For. small 2 star hotel it was excellent.

We really couldn't find fault with anything.

J’étais au 3eme étage dans une chambre a 3 lits charmante avec mes des enfants. Meubles anciens plein de charme. Chambre lumineuse et calme. Salle de bain fonctionnelle refaite à neuve avec de jolis matériaux. Super rapport qualité prix. J’y retournerai pour mes prochains séjours pour les rencontres de la photo.

The staircase was a challenge with suitcases for an elderly couple but we managed and were aware of them when we booked

The ancient structure of the Hotel has been beautifully renovated. My room had a good size and didn't heat up too much during the heatwave thanks to thick walls. However, air-conditioning was available which made it even more comfortable with 38 degrees C. I chose the Hotel because of its central location so I could visit all places by foot.

Best location in Arles. Breakfast service and variety of produce are excellent, and eating on the terrace is a pleasure. All the staff are good-humoured and friendly.

The hotel is very pretty, it has some Provence vibes. It is a small hotel with no lift but the room is big enough. Breakfast is very great quality.

No primeiro quarto que ficamos instalados havia um forte odor de mofo então no segundo dia nos transferiram para um outro quarto cujo ar condicionado não funcionava adequadamente.

We really liked the corner with games for the kids and, in general, the cozy and nice atmosphere. It's a nice little hotel very in a very nice position

Hotel plein de charme , très bien situé pour découvrir et flâner à toute heure dans Arles. La voiture est inutile : proximité de la gare (10mn à pied) et au centre de toutes les rues et ruelles d'Arles . Personnel au petit soin et réactif, très bonne ambiance ! Petit déjeuner parfait!

Hotelul este excelent poziționat, practic la 5 minute de orice obiectiv turistic, are un aer boem, camerele păstrează aspectul inițial cu pereți de piatra si mobilier potrivit ales.

Desi locația este excelentă, este foarte dificil de accesat cu mașina (pentru a lăsa bagajele). Indicațiile GPS induc in eroare, iar străduțele înguste către care te îndrumă fac totul sa fie neplăcut! Ar fi util sa se posteze pe site-ul hotelului calea corectă de acces cu mașina.

Les coupures de courant électrique du ont duré des heures. C’est parait-Il courant à Arles en été. Pour nous ça a duré une soirée entière, de 22h à 2h du matin.

Great stay. I arrived a bit early and still could check in. Rooms are interesting and yet have all that you need in a room. Good beds, good shower, good lighting, quiet, centrally located. Staff was very helpful and booked restaurants for me. Breakfast very good.

This hotel is a gem. It's very central location but amazingly quiet and calm - easy to walk everywhere. i was so impressed by my room - really beautifully appointed with great details - and very comfortable bed. I paid the extra for a sensational breakfast - very fresh - delicious food and well worth it. Lovely staff. Thank you.

all was perfect.

It was a lovely stay. The hotel is in an old building in the old town. The room is clean and quiet. Staff very friendly, breakfast quite good, too. We stayed two nights, went to another town in between. The staff kept our luggage for free so that we could travel light with a backpack. The soap in the bathroom was made locally with olive scent - loved it. Water also available from the fridge in the breakfast area.

The hotel is located in the historical center of Arles, 2 minutes walk from the Arena and only 12 minutes walk from the train station. The air conditioning worked perfectly and quietly. The wifi worked perfectly well. There was a tea kettle and a fridge in the room. No noise from the outside or from the neighbors. Receptionists truly welcoming without being intruding. Amazing historical building (no elevator, but that's not a problem for me). Great hotel!

The breakfast was very nice but far too expensive compared to other hotels I had stayed in during my ten days in Provence. 15 euros is too much. The staircases were very difficult for anyone carrying a heavy suitcase with lots of twists and turns.

It's a beautiful place, I'd stay here again. Staff were excellent. Loved the little town. A beautiful room, very characterful and lots of space to put our stuff.

It was all perfect. Could have been a better view from our window. we chose to have a smaller breakfast out rather than the hotel breakfast.

Jedyny w swoim rodzaju! Stare mury, kamień, drewno i styl nie do podrobienia. Każdy pokój inny, z cudownym klimatem. To nic, że mały metraż i bez windy. Wszystko inne wynagradza.Śniadania świetne. Przemiła, uczynna obsługa. Obiekt w idealnej lokalizacji.

Na wjeździe w strefę zabytkową blokady w jezdni. Konieczny kontakt telefoniczny z hotelem w celu opuszczenia słupków w jezdni.

Easy walk from my river cruise, good location for local shops & cafes. Cosy cute room, very French! Great air cond! Lovely outdoor terrace for drinks, menu looked very nice tho I didn't try the food. Staff friendly & welcoming. Lovely ambience & nice touches like fresh flowers in the reception & bar.

Many stone steps to first floor rooms but staff carried my bag for me 👏. No fridge in room but staff let me use the breakfast room fridge.

Its just a little difficult to drive to and find due to the city being sealed off, but they can open the bollards for you to drive in, no complaints about the hotel itself.

Escada interna e externa ao quarto. Sem elevador. Quarto de cima com teto baixo. Tudo muito pequeno, apertado, para 4 pessoas.

Personnel très accueillant.e.s Emplacement idéal à vélo à 2 pas de l'amphithéâtre et du centre historique. Bon garage à vélos.

Le personnel est adorable, très communicatif. L'établissement est situé dans le vieux Arles, avec son charme historique et un accès rapide à pied au centre-ville et avec pas mal de petits commerces pratiques (Pharmacie, petits magasins type Casino/Carrefour City...) et non loin des arènes. Le petit-déjeuner met l'accent sur les produits locaux et de qualité.

Faites attention pour ceux qui rencontrent des difficultés de mobilité : il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.

Kleines Hotel inmitten der historischen Altstadt mit sehr nettem Personal, hübschen Zimmern und tollem Frühstück. Was will man mehr?! :-)

Einzig die Hellhörigkeit. Mir selbst hat das nichts ausgemacht, das ist bei alten Gebäuden einfach so, sollte aber jemand hierfür empfindlich sein, sollte er auf jeden Fall Ohrstöpsel o.ä. mitbringen.

We thought the location was great. Right in the middle of Arles. The hotel is very charming due to it being very old. We were dictated to by the need for parking and we managed to reserve a space for the duration of our stay. The staff we very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful.

The room was a bit basic in terms of decor and facilities.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Raum war sehr schön. Das Frühstück war lecker 2 Varianten veganer Milchersatz. Trotz der spontanen Buchung war alles bereit als wir kamen. Eine super Wahl und ein hervorragender Aufenthalt.

Top gelegen, mitten drin in den Innenstadt-Gassen von Arles. Tolles gemütliches und familiäres Hotel! Olivier hat sich darum gekümmert, dass wir in einem befreundeten Restaurant das DfB-Pokalfinale sehen konnten. Merci beaucoup Olivier, auch wenn das Ergebnis nicht passte…;-)

Good location in the historic centre of Arles. Nice rustic atmosphere and friendly staff.

Chambre spacieuse, salle-de-bains superbe, petit-déjeuner délicieux, personnel sympathique et professionnel.

The hotel is in the heart of the old city. You can easily walk to the main tourist attractions. The staff is excellent and make themselves available for whatever you need. The bathroom was small but beautifully remodeled in stone. At night it was quiet and we slept well.

Our room was very small. The circular staircase was charming, but not easy for older people with big suitcases. It is difficult to drive up to the hotel. You are better off parking in the Place Lamartine and walking to the hotel.

Oliver was so very helpful in guiding us to the hotel through narrow roads and imputing a code to be able to travel on a pedestrian area. He also went with us to park our car in private parking that was on a VERY narrow road - more like an alley! He was very kind and made this part of the check-in process go so much more smoothly. We really appreciated it. We loved Arles and he helped get us off to a less stressful start!

Excellent location. Good value for price. Stone walls throughout and a great large shower with stone walls. Great breakfast for 15 euros.
