Parcheggio in strada fuori dalle mura. Ci sono sia gratis che a pagamento. Quando eravamo parcheggiati là, durante la notte hanno aperto la macchina di altri italiani. La seconda notte abbiamo spostato la macchina in un multipiano chiamato parking Du centre

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026We received a warm and enthusiastic welcome from Joelle, and were grateful to be able to store our luggage on-site till check-in time. The hotel is close to the train station, and super close to the arena, restaurants and bars. The room was bright, spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good value and plentiful.
We didn't realise on booking that there is no elevator. Even the first floor rooms are up several flights of stairs. Not normally a problem but my husband had injured his back.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, die Zimmer etwas klein. Die Wirtsleute sind außerordentlich nett und hilfsbereit. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Arles ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Provence.

Il est proche de la gare à la limite du centre ville historique d'Arles. J'avais une jolie vue sur le Rhone. L'hotel est très calme.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Chambre donnant sur le Rhone, rue peu passante (borne automatique). Clim efficace, salle de douche-WC agréable..il y a de quoi se préparer un café ou un thé 👍. Très bon accueil, bonne écoute. Petit déjeuner avec du choix sucré, salé (il y a des oeufs ! 🙂) Il y a 2 garages fermés à la demande(15€ la nuit). Sinon nombreuses places autour de l'hôtel proche de tous les monuments, (même le musée)
Quelques bruits d'eau provenant de la douche de la chambre du dessus (malgré faux plafond). Sinon que du plus: fontaine à eau fraîche à l'entrée.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026It was a short distance from the train station. It was across the street from the Rhone. My room was on the side but I had a view of the river. It was also on the edge of the old city and an easy walk to any part of it. It is a family run hotel and they were very nice and helpful. I arrived early in the morning and they even delivered my stored bags to my room when it was ready.
They contacted me the day before to inform me that the air conditioning in my room was broken and I could cancel and get a refund (I guess they didn't have another room though it didn't seem that busy) or stay in the room with a fan, which is what I did. It was a little warm but not bad. I had the window open until mosquitoes started biting me.

Malgré tout, l'endroit est très calme la nuit. Propreté impeccable partout, pas une tâche, pas un grain de poussière. Très belle décoration, chic, sans ostantation. Petit-déjeuner bien achalandé, servi dans une vaste salle agréable qui a vue sur le Rhône. Tenanciers très accueillants, bien organisés.

Reviewed May 29, 2026The location is great. Right on the edge of the old town with lovely views of the river. Easy walk around the corner into the centre. The welcome was warm and so helpful. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on that. Excellent aircon.
No lift Access by car is tricky. We had to ignore the gps and use the map in the old-fashioned way. The nearest free car park is a few hundred yards away.

La ubicación es muy buena, casi fuera de la muralla y próximo a estacionamientos, que si bien son pagos tienen precios razonables. Muy cerca de todos los puntos turísticos, a los que se llega sin problema.
El wifi era inestable, mí celular nunca lo logró captar bien.

La disponibilità della struttura a tenerci gratuitamente in custodia i bagagli quando siamo partiti qualche giorno e prima della partenza dopo il checkout. Peccato non aver provato la colazione perché è una bella sala e perché tanto farla al bar fuori costa più o meno uguale. Camera silenziosa e pulita, ma ricordate che qui i letti sono alla francese, quindi più piccoli che in Italia. Distributore dell'acqua potabile. Gentilezza e cortesia alla reception. Consigliato.

Reviewed May 10, 2026It's an excellent hotel with large room, everything is clean, and the staff are very friendly. There are even tea making facilities in the room, which I did not expect.
The hotel couldn't provide me with a company invoice after the stay (I contacted them a few days later and they said they had already issued it and couldn't change it). That was a shame because it spoilt my impression of this very good hotel.

Reviewed May 9, 2026Great stay! Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room. We booked a room with river view- beautiful view from both bathroom and bedroom. Good breakfast. 7 minutes to train. Everything was great- if ever in Arles again, will stay here.

Reviewed Nov 12, 2025The view from our room was incredible especially with the setting sun. Close to all amenities- restaurants, store, museum and Roman ruins. The staff were great for they helped us bring our luggage up and then down from the third floor for they do have an elevator. They also let us store it the next day for our river cruise was not boarding till after check out.

Reviewed Oct 17, 2025We stayed at this hotel one night before our river cruise, it did not have an elevator but the staff were very kind and assisted us to carry our luggage up the three flights of stairs. We had an amazing view of the river with a sunset that took my breath away. We had windows on the bathroom and bedroom area that gave us a full experience including a flock of birds that camped out on a tree near by. I would recommend this hotel.

Frühstück erst ab 7.30 h.

Reviewed Oct 7, 2025The Regence is an older hotel just inside the walls of old Arles near the quay. The location is excellent, we could walk everywhere. The hotel is renovated inside, however there is no lift. Our room was spacious and the large double bed comfortable. The window opened easily for fresh air and there was no need for the aircon. Our hosts were welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast offered convenience and very good value. Recommended for those with no mobility issues.
