Demeure pleine de charme, jardin très accueillant. Les chambres sont bien équipées, et spacieuses. Le personnel est très accueillant, professionnel, à l'écoute et proche des clients. La restauration est d'un très bon niveau.

Un tres beau jardin avec de tres belles sculptures bien entretenu .uns chambre a la décoration soignée Un repas délicieux et un serveur au top avec beaucoup d humour

C est un hôtel restaurant très bien placé pour se rendre au centre à pieds . Tous le personnel est très sympathique et au petit soin . La chambre en rez de jardin avec terrasse et salon très agréable ,et la restauration est excellente. Merci à toute l équipe

Sa situation et le côté professionnel du personnel. Grande propreté et literie très confortable. Avons été surclassés à notre arrivée sans aucune demande de notre part. Le restaurant est gastronomique même si nous préférons le veau au poisson 🐟 😂.

The hotel and its environment, gardens, swimming pools and terraces are wonderfully relaxing. We stayed during a heat wave and being able to move between shaded areas, the pools and the air conditioned bedrooms was a luxury. We stayed in the St Rémy room which had a covered balcony, an excellent walking shower and an indoor sofa to relax after a long day. The breakfast could be taken indoors or on the terrace, where evening meals are also served. It was a wonderful way to start the day, with plenty of choices for breakfast, all carefully managed by the friendly and efficient breakfast lady. You have to book your evening meal and it is well worth it, with a three course set meal, with amuse bouche and little extras. The meal changes each day, but there is no choice on the day. We had an extremely tasty beef meal when we did eat there. It is notable that a large number of the evening meal patrons are locals. The hotel is within easy walking distance of St Remy and its many bars and restaurants. The Roman ruins at Glavum and Van Goghs sanatorium are about 1.5k walk away, great for a day trip. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will return.

La chaleur était intense, mais au Mas des Carassins, tout invite au bien être. Deux piscines superbes, de larges zones d’ombre propices au repos, et des dîners gastronomiques sous les arbres, accompagnés de vins régionaux remarquables. Une véritable ambiance de vacances en Provence ! L’accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux, avec un surclassement qui nous a ravis. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse et sait créer une ambiance où l’on se sent immédiatement chez soi. Notre chambre, pleine de charme et parfaitement climatisée, offrait un confort idéal. Le buffet du matin, copieux et délicieux, dégusté sous les arbres, ajoutait une touche de magie à chaque début de journée. Saint-Rémy-de-Provence nous a séduits par son marché et son atmosphère. L’hôtel est un excellent point de départ pour explorer les trésors de la région : Saint-Paul de Mausole, les Baux-de-Provence, les Carrières des Lumières, les Alpilles et Arles sur les pas de Van Gogh. Le Mas des Carassins est pour nous une véritable révélation, et nous en sommes repartis enchantés.

Superbe accueil et repas succulents

Déjà lors de notre réservation téléphonique, nous avons ressenti la cordialité de la réceptionniste. L’accueil le confirme, La chambre est confortable, Tout est remis en œuvre pour que votre séjour reste un joli souvenir. Nous avons apprécié le repas à la Table d’Yvan, la gentillesse du personnel de service et la finesse des mets. Le mistral est venu nous rappeler que l’hiver est bien là. Le seul inconvénient est le chauffage par la climatisation, ( inconvénient sonore la nuit, air trop sec.) Belle adresse à garder soigneusement.

La propiedad es super cómoda, practica, tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasarlo genial, los cuartos son amplios y los baños muy bien, el agua caliente increíble y los desayunos super completos. Esta a distancia caminable del centro y te asegura buen dormir

Lo que menos me gustó fue la decoración, pero solo por decir algo. Una casona muy bella no necesita tanto elemento moderno, pero eso ya es un gusto personal.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unaufgefordert ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und der Garten lud zum verweilen ein.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Abendessen war hervorragend und ebenso der Wein und das Ambiente.

Das Frühstück war für ein Hotel dieser Klasse ein wenig dürftig. Frisches Gemüse gab es nicht, der Obstsalat schnell vergriffen und auch die Brotauswahl nur Standard.

We spent two nights here in Saint Remy de Provence. We arrived early and were kindly welcomed to check in. The hotel staff is pleasant and the rooms were comfortable, if a bit worn. We had dinner one night at Table D'Yvan and enjoyed the food. The server, however, did not explain the dishes and left us trying to discover what we were eating. He could have made a huge difference in our experience but we were left wondering what was happening most of the time - and we speak French fluently. The breakfast was very enjoyable with a wide selection of foods and drinks. We thought the grounds were lovely and peaceful.

Très bon accueil d'un professionnalisme inégalé par Dominique ce qui change du tout au tout avec notre séjour de la veille au Pré Gourmand à Eyragues ou la patronne devrait se reconvertir n'étant malheureusement pas du tout faite pour gérer les relations humaines.Revenons au Mas des Carassins endroit superbe avec 2 piscines d'un calme absolu.Les chambres sont irréprochables dîner très élaboré cuissons très maîtrisées.Un grand BRAVO au chef et son équipe.Tout le personnel est accueillant et souriant je tiens à le préciser car nous nous déplaçons très fréquemment et ce qui devrait être juste normal devient exceptionnel de nos jours.Encore merci à toute l'équipe nous reviendrons très volontiers.

The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The evening meal that is offered is well worth it.

We have been visiting this hotel for many years. It never disappoints and is our favourite hotel in France. Returned again this year with my wife and had another wonderful relaxing holiday. They also have many guests who return every year. Our room was lovely with a large bathroom. It was serviced every day and was always a pleasure to enter. We had dinner in the garden every night from a set menu devised by the chef Yvan. It was very good and excellent value. Locals also dined there which speaks for itself. The wine list was also extensive. We daily enjoyed relaxing by one of the pools in the sunshine. What makes this place so special is the environment created by the owners Pierre and Michel to ensure the guests have the best possible stay. They are ably supported by Karine, Marianne, Beatrice (who are wonderful ) and all the other staff. We have already booked to return in 2026!

The beauty, staff friendliness and food was way above our expectations. I did not know before that they offer dinner -we changed dinner plans to dine at hotel. I highly recommend to try this absolutely delicious dinner option. Thank you very much!

Nice welcome and clean comfortable room. Bed mattress feels old and not very supportive.

Friendly staff. Large rooms with large bathrooms. Beautiful lush grounds. Included breakfast was average with below average coffee, no espresso or espresso drinks. Dinner was average and not the gourmet experience my guide book led me to expect .

The restaurant was outstanding. Food and wine were excellent. Patricia our server was entertaining and a joy to chat with. Marianne and Dominique at the front desk were pleasant and super helpful.

The bidet hose leaked and the supply faucet needed to be shut off.

Breakfast was convenient and good quality. Hotel location was convenient, only 10-15 minute walk from centre of Saint Remy, and also with easy access to highways to explore the area.

My only suggestion would be to have some light alternatives for dinner, to not detract from the menu fixe dinner. The menu fixe is excellent but it is limited and may not suit all tastes.

Breakfast was amazing, grounds were super lovely- best part of town- great for walking to the St Paul Mausole- would go back in a snap!

Grounds/ garden are beautiful Many fountains Peaceful location but can't walk to eat dinner. They have a dinner option with only two choices. While we were there only fish and lamb and we don't eat either. Shower was great. Bed comfortable
