El personal es super amable y la localización es ideal, en pleno centro de Montpellier.

El sitio es bastánte básico y podría mejorar en la calidad y servicios. El baño no tenía mas que medio rollo de papel de baño cuando llegamos, la mini nevera del cuarto no funcionaba y no tenían otra para darnos, el desayuno es bastante malo la verdad.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel en plein centre ville est certainement un atout pour visiter la ville à l' aise et se rendre à pied à la gare Saint Roch. Le personnel est sympa et réceptif aux demandes. Le petit déjeuner est à base de produits frais et locaux, il inclut aussi des options sans gluten.

La chambre standard supérieure était sobre mais somme toute confortable. Le seul point que je remarque c'est que le nettoyage n'est pas assuré tous les jours. Je peux comprendre les contraintes d'organisation mais il conviendrait tout de même d'assurer ce service au moins tous les deux jours pour des séjours plus longs.

La localisation de l’hôtel est très bien et l’accueil est gentil et accueillant.

La salle de bain etait salle. L’ascenseur ne fonctionne pas et a bloqué alors que j’étais à l’intérieur. Les toilettes de l’hôtel etait egalement sales.

J'ai été heureuse de découvrir que j'avais une chambre avec un grand lit alors que dans l'option c'était indiqué chambre seul et possibilité d'un lit simple. Le lieu est atypique, chaleureux, dans "son jus" et très bien rénové, très calme ! Je recommande!

Very basic and in need of some TLC

Hotel très bien situé, juste à côté de la place centrale. Chambres spacieuses, climatisation très puissante. très bonne communication avec l'établissement, notamment concernant la place de parking. Le parking est étroit et il n'est pas facile de manoeuvrer dedans mais l'établissement nous a informé très tôt de ce point (taille maxi du véhicule...) donc très appréciable. il y avait des jeux et livres à l'accueil pour les enfants.

Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral und das Personal ist super nett und freundlich. Ich war auf der Durchreise und habe nur eine Nacht übernachtet.

In der Beschreibung steht, dass es ein Parkplatz gibt. Den gibt es auch, nur ust dieser Parkplatz 400m weiter weg und kostet 15€ pro Tag. Der Preis steht nicht in der Beschreibung drin, die Entfernung steht auch nicht drin und auch nicht, dass es extra kostet. Ich war mit dem Motorrad auf der Durchreise und es war nicht grad angenehm mit Motorradkombi vom Parkplatz zum Hotel und auch umgekehrt zu gehen.

The room was clean and the bed was nice and firm. The AC worked amazingly and the shower, albeit small, did the job. There was a very small fridge which did make a difference the Internet worked really well. The location is amazing and I had a quiet room at the end of the corridor. The staff were absolutely lovely and couldn’t dip anymore for you with a smile on their face. It was a really pleasant stay.

You have to use the buzzer each time you needed to get into the hotel. The staff were lovely and didn’t seem to mind, but i did. I like to come and go add I please and not inconvenience anyone around me.

Très bon choix pour séjourner à Montpellier. Le personnel est attentif et gentil. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient propres, la climatisation ça a marché très bien.

L’hôtel est magnifique, très bien situé et le personnel est très sympathique. Je regrette seulement que le petit déjeuner ne commence qu’à 9h. Autrement c’était parfait !

Unica finestra della stanza dava su un androne, quindi abbiamo tenuto le luci accese anche di giorno.

Un hotel tranquil, amable i bonic, ben situat i amb una molt bona atenció. Habitació còmoda i funcional; tot el que necessitàvem. Un bon esmorzar en un espai molt casolà I agradable. Hi tornaríem!

La nostra camera era al piano terra senza la possibilità di aprire neanche una finestra, la porta del bagno era solo un'anta scorrevole che aderiva malamente alla parete e non nascondeva odori,rumori e veduta,,dal parcheggio dell'auto nel cortile fino all'ingresso dell'hotel UNA PUZZA INSOPPORTABILE DI URINA!!!

La ropa de la cama estaba sucia y el parking muy lejos y de difícil acceso.

L'hotel è molto grazioso e in una posizione assolutamente spettacolare. Noi siamo arrivati in auto e abbiamo prenotato il parcheggio nel garage dell'hotel che è molto comodo. Il personale è davvero gentilissimo e super disponibile. La stanza di dimensioni giuste. Assolutamente perfetto per visitare Montpellier a piedi.

Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di una piccola ristrutturazione, la doccia era un po' strettina ma tutto sommato per una notte è andata bene.

Hotel’s position is amazing! Right in the city centre, next to the train station (saint roch) and tram station. Nearby you can find supermarkets, restaurants, all services you might need. AC is working great, services are essential but working well. There is also an elevator that won’t take you to the very last floor, but it’s useful to reach lower floors for people with reduced mobility. Reception is available until 1am in the night, that’s a good point. If you need to enter later, you get a code.

I thought hygienic condition were good, until the last day, when I found a cockroach in the bathroom. Might be a humidity issue, nothing terrible and might happen, but is something that cannot be ignored.

Le personnel est adorable, attentionné et dispo pour toute explication et conseils. La facilité d'accès depuis la gare ou le centre ville. Déco de l'hôtel très sympa. La chambre est bien agencée, facilité rangement et accès prises électriques. Salle de bain et éclairage tout à fait correct. Réfrigérateur et air conditionné au besoin. Literie très confortable. Même si ma chambre donnait sur la rue, c'est très calme. Le petit déjeuner merveilleux, aussi pensé pour ceux qui doivent consommer sans gluten ou consomment des produits laitiers végétaux. Le jus d'orange pressé est le petit booster du matin.

En cherchant bien je ne me souviens pas de quelque chose de moins appréciable.

The location is great - 5 minutes to the train station, steps to the tram, and easy walking distance to the Comedie. Across from a good restaurant (Art Mango) and a brewpub. Very quiet, particularly given it's location. Clean. Good value for the money.

La habitación era muy amplia y cómoda, y el personal muy amable. Nos guardaron las bicis.

Gostei muito do atendimento e do edifício. É antigo, com tudo o que isso implica, mas é sossegado e muito central simultaneamente. Não tem luxos, a cozinha/sala de pequeno almoço é acolhedora.

Well located hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Very reasonably priced for where it is, just steps from Place de la Comedie.

Rooms were fine for our one night stopover but quite basic. Our biggest issue was the air conditioning which didn't go lower than 25c in the middle of a heatwave so we couldn't sleep.

Accès en voiture, à cause des rues sans interdit, assez compliqué pour arriver à l'hôtel on tourne en rond !
