It looked like a haunted place, old, smelly, empty, not the worth for the amount I paid for.

Everything! it’s like a maze inside, i booked extra a Mountain View room but received a side room looking at apartments. The shower head was broken, all the furniture were old, television programs were lagging. Old.

У нас был номер с очень красивым видом на Альпы, этот вид сделал незабываемым наш отдых. Много времени проводили на балконе, любуясь этим видом. Номер идеально чистый, просторный. В номере нет ни кондиционера, ни холодильника. Кровать, подушки очень удобные. Сам отель очень тихий в летний период. Интерьер уже старенький и местами обветшал. Но в отеле отличный бассейн и неплохая баня. К сожалению не получилось посетить стейк хаус на верхнем этаже, который так хвалили, потому что он был на всю неделю забронирован для компании туристов. Мы 2 раза ужинали в ресторане на первом этаже. Еда вкусная. Цены средние для Санкт Морица. Выбор блюд очень скромный. Но это ладно. Самое удивительное - это отвратительное обслуживание официантов. Такого хамоватого, грубого и неприветливого поведения, мне кажется,я еще не встречала. В первый вечер мы с мужем решили, что нам просто не повезло с официантом. Мужчина вел себя, так скажем,достаточно дерзко. На второй день был мой день рождения, после поездки в Тирано мы устали и решили никуда не выбираться, остаться в отеле. Во второй вечер нас обслуживала молодая особа, и это было просто ошеломительно. Про то, чтоб улыбнуться вообще не шло речи. Она обслуживала нас так, будто мы ей давно и много должны. Вишенкой на торте было то, что мы с мужем перед тем, как закончить с ужином, попросили счёт и вышли покурить на террасу. Так эта официантка заглянула демонстративно на террасу со счетом и вызывающе спросила: Мне 5 минут подождать или что!? 😁😁 Я просто выпала в осадок. Хорошо муж сумел поставить ее на место, чем сделал мой вечер. А вот на рецепции персонал очень внимательный, услужливый и максимально учтивый.

Обслуживание в ресторане на первом этаже. Поведение официантов ужасное. Отсутствие кондиционера. Отсутствие холодильника.

Friendly helpful staff, great room with direct access to terrace sun lounge roof from room. Great for taking my dog out at night and in morning. Dogs allowed in ALL areas of hotel, yes even the restaurant for dinner or breakfast. An unxpected bonus of a free lift pass for all mountain and bus transport in the area for duration of stay. I’d visit again if I returned to this area. Recommend to anyone travelling with dogs or not.

Charging 10CHF per night for parking when they have 3 large parking lots is a bit of a cheek! A bit out of the centre of St Moritz so a car or taxi needed if wanting to go into the town. Personally not a problem.

We booked the hotel based on the images shared on booking.com and location

The hotel asked us to pay extra even though we had made full payment at the time of booking. It kept adding unreasonable charges on us on check out. After all the arguments they agreed to reduce the amount, yet they charged 110 CHF on our card after we left.

God beliggenhet, hyggelig personale. God mat,rent og velstelt.

Bedre dusjfasiliteter. Var ikke oppheng for dusjhode så måtte holde det ved dusjing.

Nice clean modern room with good view of mountains and balcony. On site bar and restaurant good. Particularly the steak restaurant, top class. Restaurant staff attentive, engaging and fun. Reception team helpful. On site pool and sauna clean and spacious.

Some of the hotel feels a little dated and geared to bus party’s.

Das Hotel war insgesamt in Ordnung, aber ohne besondere Highlights. Die Einrichtung wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man sowohl in den Zimmern als auch in den öffentlichen Bereichen merkt. Für eine kurze Übernachtung erfüllt es seinen Zweck. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls solide, ausreichend Auswahl aber nichts, das besonders hervorsticht oder in Erinnerung bleibt.

An der Rezeption wie auch beim Frühstück wirkte das Team eher reserviert und wenig bemüht, was weder zu einer angenehmen Atmosphäre noch zu einem willkommenen Gefühl beigetragen hat. Den Parkplatz muss man noch zusätzlich zahlen. Unterm Strich ein durchschnittliches Hotel, das für eine pragmatische Übernachtung passt, aber kein Ort ist, an den man wegen des Erlebnisses zurückkehrt.

Das Personal war sehr nett. Es gab ein leckeres Frühstück mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf die Berge. Genügend Parkplätze vorm Hotel vorhanden.

Das Hotelzimmer (Standard DZ) an sich ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen waren leider sehr umkomfortabel: sobald man sich hingelegt hat, hat man die Metallspannfedern gespürt.

Friendly staff

Value for money is poor. The room, the bed, the shower (cleanliness) did not fulfill the expectation. The hotel optimizes the revenue thanks to the shiny name of St. Moritz.

Das Frühstücksbuffet im Hotel hat leider meine Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Die Auswahl war insgesamt sehr begrenzt, insbesondere für Gäste mit speziellen Ernährungswünschen. Es gab beim Fleisch ausschließlich Schweinefleisch, und für Vegetarier beschränkten sich die Optionen im Grunde nur auf Käse, was wenig abwechslungsreich ist. Auch der Service wirkte etwas unaufmerksam. Leere Platten wurden nur zögerlich nachgefüllt, und selbst grundlegende Dinge wie Besteck fehlten zeitweise und wurden nicht schnell genug ersetzt. Dadurch entstand ein eher chaotischer Eindruck. Insgesamt besteht hier definitiv Verbesserungspotenzial – sowohl bei der Vielfalt des Angebots als auch bei der Organisation und Aufmerksamkeit im Service.

The location was good,

I couldn't breath well without opening the window to sleep. Once we are in the room after some minutes. Its start. Is as if there was mold in the room. Please they should look into it. My friends also experienced it. Not just me. Its was too much. Was told its newly renovated. But why cant we breathe. Our nose was blocked. Once we are put we are fine

Lage ist ok.Frühstück war Standard.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war nicht übermäßig motiviert und nicht serviceorientiert.(Dienst nach Vorschrift!).Das Zimmer entsprach nicht im Entferntesten den Bildern aus dem Internet.

Very good quality, situated close to St Moritz (lake and amenities). Loved this stay. Good quality for price. Really beautiful entrance and pianist playing live. Beautiful hotel, breakfast, rooms and areas to room. Spacious.

Bedroom was a bit on the small side but still really lovely and good quality, bathroom was very self contained.

Rooms are very small! I need to Ask for more shower gel, no body cream in the room for the amount to pay for the room

I loved the comfort in the rooms. The restaurants and bar onsite were amazing and convenient. My room was easy to access. I loved how clean the rooms were. The waiters at Steak and more were so helpful.

There was no telephone in my room to communicate with staff. My heat didn’t work in my room. The technician never came to check it. I was moved to a room with heat my last night there. Which means for 2 nights I had no heat. The room I was moved too was much bigger and I loved that it had a tub.

The staff is nice, location is ok, reachable by bus in 15’ from city center. Breakfast was good!

The spa needs serious refurbishing!

Frühstück Standard, etwas Lachs und Bündner Spezialitäten wäre schön gewesen. Personal sehr freundlich auch mit Kindern zuvorkommend.

Der Fitnessraum - war nur leider nicht gelüftet und viel zu heiss

Staff rude, would not let me check out early, despite it not being on the booking portal you only find this out when you're there. I had to check out early for early train, they did it but were very rude about it - So note this when booking.

Camas muito moles. Spa fecha cedo, já as 21.00 horas. Tinha reservado o quarto duplo para mim e meu filho no Booking.com, comprovado por escrito. Na reserva do hotel aparecia só para uma pessoa. Em vez do hotel resolver o erro direto com sua plataforma, fui cobrado o valor adicional e obrigado de resolver o ressarcimento diretamente com Booking.com como o hotel não assumiu esta responsabilidade e carregou este trabalho nas costas do seu cliente. Mesmo recebi o estacionamento como cortesia pelo rolo, estou chateado porque faz três semanas estou tentando resolver o assunto antecipadamente e faz uma semana estou correndo atrás do dinheiro comunicando entre hotel e plataforma e perdendo meu tempo. Tomem cuidado nas suas reservas a quantidade de hospedes, não paguem antes e verifiquem com o hotel o número, para poder cancelar ainda a tempo caso o mesmo aconteça com vocês. Muito chato.

Albergo non nuovissimo ma confortevole, camere e lobby con bar rinnovate e carine, zona piscina e corridoi con qualche anno sulle spalle ma comunque tenuto pulito. Comodo, con parcheggio e con il personale gentile e disponibile.

Il percorso per arrivare in camera un po' labirintico con due diversi ascensori da prendere e corridoi datati.

The only fair thing was the sky storage room.

Breakfast very poor in selection, super tiny glasses, very small plates (are they afraid people drink or eat too much?!), just one bottle of water per room at the moment of check in. We asked for another complimentary bottle in the room and the answer was " we have to buy it as well, you can get the tap water". The person at the lobby bar completely ignored us and didn't take our order: we left the place after 20 mins waiting without ordering. The room is very small, the toiletries were super minimal, the shower was leaking in 2 points. No charging points nearby the bed: just 1, taken by the abat-jour. The other charging station was in the middle of the wall literally "floating on air": how am I supposed to use that one? For sure not a recommended place to go, especially for the amount of money I paid.

Das Hotel ist völlig in die Jahre gekommen ohne dass je etwas investiert wurde. Wellness-Bereich lausig und nicht zeitgemäss. Personal unfreundlich und niemand konnte richtig deutsch. Halbpension nicht zu empfehlen: mickrige Portionen und nie ein Salatbuffet. Zimmer hellhörig und sperrig mit Fenster ohne Tagvorhänge. Nie wieder...

The room was presented on booking.com with a king bed but it had twin beds. I've asked the reception to check into it, they've said that they will get us a room next day, never happened.

The restaurant food was very good and Harry the manager was fantastic. The pool is good.

The lighting was so dark and the lobby seating was cold. They didn’t bother lighting the fire that’s advertised. The room bathroom was tiny with a very dangerous shower over a tub. Slippery ! Shower head broken. The curtains came off when closing. No one bothered to put them back on when the room was made up. No daily water. Uncomfortable bed. Broken furniture. It’s like a rabbit warren.

Hotel molto grande e accogliente. Leggermente datato negli arredi degli ambienti comuni ma camere moderne e spaziose.

Ristorante dell'hotel con tempistiche totalmente da rivedere. Attese di 40 minuti a ristorante vuoto.
