Berghotel Randolins

Café da manhã muito bom, com vista para as montanhas. No hotel tem um restaurante muito bom. A localização era um pouco distante do centro, mas o hotel tinha um shuttle gratuito com horarios fixos pra levar e trazer do hotel/centro, o que foi muito prático, especialmente para quem chega de trem, o shuttle pega na estação.

Quando chegamos estava chovendo e apesar de ter pago a mais por um quarto superior , o mesmo estava localizado em outro prédio, tivemos que arrastar as malas na chuva e rampa para chegar ao quarto, era melhor ter reservado o quarto duplo economico, que ficavam no prédio onde fizemos o check in. Eles não tem serviço de levar as malas até o quarto.

We had a fabulous room with wonderful views across the valley. Food was excellent, and there are walks straight from the hotel into the mountains. Such a restful place. The wellness centre was amazing, and quiet during the day. All in all a fabulous hotel.

Bardzo miłe przyjęcie na recepcji i gotowość do rozwiązania wszelkich zapytań. Ogólnie, dobre 4.5/5 Nie korzystaliśmy z Wellness więc trudno nam to ocenić. Na śniadanie jest wybór paru opcji vegańskich ale o ciepłe trzeba dopytać...

Natomiast obsługa w restauracji, jedna osoba, zachowała się niestosownie w kwestii dostępności miejsc, twierdząc, że cześć restauracji jest zamknięta ... tylko dlatego, że nie chciało się już podejść do pomieszczenia obok.

Great facility, very clean, great helpful staff. Shuttle to get to the hotel was appreciated.

Ended up in building 300. It is a quite a hike up the steep hill for two 70+ people. Plus there is no lift (elevator) in the building. Had to depart before the breakfast room was open so ordered a take away when checked in. Had 2 huge buns with but a single slice of meat and single slice of cheese. Should have combined the meat and cheese into one bun and thrown the other bun away.

Das Hotel befindet sich an einer wunderschönen Lage mit Sicht auf die gegenüberliegenden Bege (Fuorcla Surlej, Piz Corvatsch) und den See von Champfer und Silvaplana. Wander- und Bike-Wege sind in nächster Nähe, auch ein Bike-Parcour runter nach Champfer. Zudem gibt es Elektroladestationen für E-Cars und E-MTBs und die MTBs können im Skiraum sicher untergebracht werden. Auch für Spätrückkehrer gibt es im Restaurant noch etwas zu essen.

Die Lage etwas abseits von St. Moritz war sehr gut gewählt. Traumhafter Blick. Das Käsefondue war der Hit.

Die Matratze im Panoramazimmer war etwas schwierig

L’emplacement est top. Le personnel sympathique.

La salle de bain avec toilettes est petite et peu moderne (espace douche rideau et pommeau basique). L’espace chambre reste correct. Pour le prix, on s’attendait à un espace plus moderne. Le SPA est sympa, mais il manque peut-être un suivi : plus de produit douche, un sol glissant. Malgré tout, on a passé un bon séjour.

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Zimmerausstattung und sehr sauber. Frühstück sehr vielfältig und reichhaltig. Der Blick aus dem Frühstücksraum auf die gegenüberliegenden Berge ist phänomenal. Parkplatz gleich nebenan.

Die Lage mitten in der Bergwelt.

Schön wäre eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer oder in der allgemeinen Küche der jeweiligen Gebäude. Wir wusstenn nicht, dass die Anlage aus verschiedenen Gebäuden besteht. Es ist eher für Familien ausgerichtet, ansonsten alles gut.

The property was in a beautiful setting. Beds were comfortable.

The property is far from the city center and bahnhof. Shuttle service was limited and required reservation. Our room was near the main entrance, not very private when our window was open. No electrical outlets in the bathroom. Restaurant food was not remarkable.

Lovely view, Swiss restaurant onsite was good, lovely breakfast, bed was comfortable. Electric car charging was available. Shuttle bus was excellent for catching Bernina Express. Free mountain pass was wonderful for visiting Muottas Murgal. Quiet area

No fridge in room, buildings are all separated so you need to walk up/down to the main building for food, car park is another walk away. Italian restaurant onsite was very ordinary.

Funcionários super atenciosos e prestativos. A estadia foi maravilhosa! A vista durante o café da manhã é simplesmente linda, tornando a experiência ainda mais especial. A comida também estava excelente e muito agradável. Recomendo este lugar sem dúvidas!

Os restaurantes deixaram a desejar, principalmente nas entradas como a burrata, que não estava boa. O aperol também estava muito ruim e, mesmo após reclamar, não fizeram nada para melhorar. O fondue estava excelente, mas no geral a experiência não foi satisfatória.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Die Bettdecken waren sehr dick, sodass es nachts viel zu warm darunter war. Es wäre schön, wenn im Sommer auch dünnere Bettdecken zur Verfügung stehen würden.

Wir hatten ein kleineres Zimmer mit 14 m². Das Bett hatte nur eine Breite von 140m. Das kleine Zimmer für zwei Personen anzubieten finde ich eine Frechheit, maximal als Einzelzimmer. Für eine Übernachtung wurden 241 Euro berechnet. Das Abendessen war sehr gut, aber für ein mittelgroßes Cordon Blue mit abgezählten 25 Pommes und zwei Bier 0,5l wurden 60 Euro berechnet. Ich machte noch nie in der Schweiz Urlaub. Vielleicht sind die Preise überall so. Für mich sind die Preise jenseits von Gut und Böse.

Сам отель прекрасный. Номер тоже. Расположение чудесное! Но!!! Хотелось бы, чтобы вы были болеее клиентоориентированными и гибкими в наше непростое время, когда много форс-мажоров в мире. Мой рейс задержали на сутки и я приехала на день позже. Я написала, чтобы мне передвинули даты на день, чтобы сделали хоть какой-то возврат, но во всем был отказ. Я прилетела отмечать свой юбилей, 40 лет, можно было хоть как-то сделать апгрейд номера или пойти на какие-то уступки, как например сделали в Куршавеле, просто из-за того что у меня День Рождения. Но тут во всех ключах - никакого приятного решения. Это очень и очень расстроило. Во всем мире идут на приятные бонусы в таких ситуациях.

Die Lage ist eigentlich direkt am Skilift Survetta. Man muss aber mit dem shuttle bus hoch und runter. Sonst tolle Lage und grosses Hotel mit feiner Küche

Die Parkplätze beim Hotel sind unterhalb der Rezeption, was es ein wenig aufwendig macht mit dem Gepäck. Auch gibt es leider keinen Zimmerservice.

The property is clean and has good quality.

I made a non-refundable booking thinking the hotel was within walking distance of St. Moritz, which was my mistake. However, when I asked to cancel the next morning due to the distance, the management was not helpful. The hotel is listed as ski-in/ski-out, but it requires quite a long walk to reach the ski railway. The room was also very small, and although the hotel didn’t seem full, my request to change rooms was not accommodated. Overall, the management felt quite rigid. On the positive side, the breakfast was good and the hotel is cozy.

Everything - Hotel facilities, mainly sauna and jacuzzi, friendly staffs, it was to help with everything (extra pillows, questions and directions).

I think only the transfer should work more hours between 11am and 3pm, as the hotel is not that close to city centre.

Staff was extremely nice. The main building and wellness spots are top notch. Breakfast was delicious.

Nothing on fault of property. Keep in mind shuttle access and cost of taxi. For the 2 mile run to center it can run you 60CHF.

O motorista da van do hotel, um senhor português, era o único funcionário bom. A melhor coisa do hotel foi quando fomos embora! Nunca tivemos uma experiência tão ruim.

Tudo nos desagradou. Quarto mínimo! Sem nenhuma comodidade. Não tinha nem frigobar (as famílias colocavam seus itens perecíveis na janela para refrigerar), não tinha boiler para esquentar a água. Não tinha pantufas pros pés apesar do chão ser frio. Não tinha nem roupão para ir no “spa”. Não tinha abridor de vinho! Tivemos que pedir na recepção e anotaram até o número do nosso quarto para saberem onde estava. Hotel longe do centro. Apesar de ter um Transfer, só tinham poucos horários disponíveis, nos outros horários, o carro ficava parada na frente do hotel, mesmo que a gente solicitasse. Funcionários do restaurante SUPER grosseiros. Um senhor careca chegou a expulsar a minha filha de 5 anos de uma mesa. estávamos aguardando a comida dela para subir e tivemos que esperar em pé. Apesar de ter mesas vazias no restaurante. Nenhum restaurante ao redor. Nenhum tipo de entrega de comida. Ficamos refém do restaurante do hotel. E do péssimo atendimento. Não quiseram nem esquentar nossa comida no microondas do hotel , que compramos fora, para variar. Comemos comida gelada! Nunca tivemos uma experiência tão ruim em um hotel! Nem os mais baratos! Esse hotel não é resort! Precisa urgentemente que os funcionários façam um curso de como atender em um hotel

The hotel is nice, great breakfast, big parking place for the cars.

It is 400m away from the ski lift, the transfer possibility is too limited and it was hard to walk in the ski equipment.

Hotel top! Pegamos o quarto com vista pras montanhas e ficamos simplesmente apaixonados! Gostei muito que eles disponibilizam um carro pra nos pegar na estação de trem e depois nos levar até lá na volta! Fomos muito bem recebidos e ainda emprestaram uma bermuda pro meu marido entrar na piscina! Sensacional!

los shuttle no funcionaban bien, solo tienen uno para todos los huéspedes del hotel y para reservarlo , aunque al llegar al hotel nos dijeron que con media hora de antelación avisáramos y lo tendríamos a nuestra disposición , la verdad no fue esa , tuvimos que reservarlos todos el segundo día para poder salir en hora , y si en algún momento decidíamos modificarlo era imposible por que no había hueco en otros

Espaço muito agradável. O motorista Diogo foi excecional, aconselhou nos sítios muito bons para visitar. Spa agradável e comida deliciosa

The friendliness of the staff. The easy access to the skilift.

Steep paths to our Chesa or from Parking. The spa is small, having children allowed does not make the experience too relaxing. There’s a +16 area but even there we could hear the children - minor issue.

We loved this hotel!!! Every aspect exceeded our already high expectations. The location is amazing overlooking the mountains and super close to the ski hill. A local informed us that Suvretta is one of the most luxurious areas of Switzerland, but the price for quality of this particular hotel is very reasonable due to its non-profit nature! The breakfast, the spa, and the room itself were all fantastic and the staff were very friendly!! We can’t wait to come back!!
