Rien de spécial. Tout c'est bien passé. Le petit déjeuner est complet. Rien à redire.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2025I really enjoyed several things during my stay at the hotel: • The reception staff were very welcoming and cooperative. • The location is convenient and close to many services. • The size of the Superior Room was excellent. • The parking facility was very useful. • The room had a beautiful view.
There were a few things I did not like about the hotel: • The shower handle was very weak, and it was difficult to balance hot and cold water to get a suitable temperature. • The carpet in the room was not properly clean. • The kettle did not work well. • The tea and coffee in the room were not complimentary. • The parking was expensive. • There was no air conditioning in the room.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2025- The hotel is well located and central - The room was extremely clean and aesthetically pleasing - The bed was extremely comfortable
- The staff weren’t very friendly - I was not placed in the Deluxe Room with Mountain views that I booked and paid for, I was very tired after a long drive from Italy and as was my puppy (who had already bounded happily into the room). Therefore I mentioned it in the morning, only to be told, I should’ve said something the evening as the hotel was not fully booked they could’ve changed my room. As far as I was concerned the staff should’ve done their job correctly and allocated me the room I clearly booked and paid for! - I didn’t want any compensation, but the way I was spoken to by the staff member in the morning was out of line! - The other thing is if you arrive later than 6.00pm, don’t let them tell you you there is no parking near by in order to upsell you their own parking, the parking next door is closer than their own for a fraction of the price! You can stay overnight for free until 8.00am when it then is paid per hour for max of two hours.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2025Великий різноманітний сніданок. Чудовий вид з номеру на гори. Зупинка аатобусу під готелем. Поруч найбільший бассейн, величезний парк з чудовим дитячим майданчиком, супермаркет та буфет де можно бюджетно поїсти в обід.
Платні пакетики з чаєм у номері. Відсутня зубна щітка та паста, сейф такий маленький, що не вміщається ноутбук.

La habitación, no podías abrir la puerta hasta atrás topaba con la cama, a otros amigos no les pasó a la salida lo dije y me dicen que las habitaciones no son todas iguales pero no puede existir tanta diferencia en dos habitaciones reservadas en la misma categoría, no lo recomendaría

Reviewed Apr 17, 2025Das Hotel befindet sich in zentraler Lage zwischen Davos Dorf und Davos Platz. Direkt gegenüber liegt ein großes Migros-Einkaufszentrum, und die Bushaltestelle befindet sich unmittelbar vor dem Hotel. Attraktionen wie der Davosersee und die Parsenn - Davos Klosters sind sowohl zu Fuss als auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bequem erreichbar. Das Bett und die Decken waren sehr bequem, lediglich die Kissen empfand ich persönlich als weniger komfortabel. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die kostenfreie Eintrittskarte für das Hallenbad beim Kongresszentrum, die vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellt wird – ideal zum Entspannen in ruhiger Atmosphäre. Das Hotel verfügt zudem über einen Aufzug und überzeugt durch Sauberkeit und ein gepflegtes Ambiente. Ich würde jederzeit gerne wieder dort übernachten.

The room wasn't what we have booked and gave the feeling of staying in a dark bunker. Room wasn't cleaned and arranged and even I have asked the room cleaning to change the battery on the remote controller for the TV, nobody did the job as expected from a 4 Star hotel. Very disappointing!!!
