Reviewed Sep 11, 2026The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The staff were excellent, welcoming, attentive and always ready to assist us. We greatly appreciated the attention and service we received throughout our stay.
The room assigned through the booking application was adapted for guests with disabilities. Although the room itself was comfortable, the shower was protected only by a plastic curtain, which did not contain the water effectively. Consequently, the bathroom floor became very wet and took a long time to dry.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr gute Lage.. Grosses, ruhiges Zimmer gemäss meinem Wunsch auf der Hinterseite des Hotels mit Balkon ( Morgensonne) .Parkinggarage im Gebäudekomplex, Bushaltestelle, mit Gästelarte gratis Nutzung in der Umgebung,, Migros Supermarkt ganz nah.
Die Hiltonbetten sind eine Gewöhnungssache, aber nicht wirklich meine Favoriten! Zu hoch und wenn der Rand der Matratze weich ist, für meine Grösse der Einstieg nicht so einfach..

Bei meiner Ankunft musste ich feststellen, dass der TV nicht eineandfrei funktioniert hat. Habe es gemeldet an der Reception gemeldet und mir wurde zugesichert, dass sie sich darum kümmern. Leider wurde dies nicht gemacht! Bei der Abreise wurde mir dann mitgeteilt, dass irgendetwas umgebaut wurde. Der TV einer Kollegin die ebenfalls im Hotel Gast war, hatte diesbezüglich kein Problem mit dem TV.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026I really liked the staff there is a really good team who obviously likes each other and have the goal of visitors happiness. Felicce and Maki and Luca were very genial and helpful, and a joy to chat with. Besides that the wellness area was very nice after days of motorcycling we needed to relax and were very happy to have amenities. The room was super comfortable. I loved the pillows, the beds and bathroom were attended daily. This is possibly the best Hilton property I have visited. My faith in the brand is renewed.
WHERES MY COFFEE?! I am not a stranger to travel, and it's not frequent that there is not a source of complimentary coffee. I really expected this from Hilton. I asked about this at the desk and I was surprised that they were taken back by the question. Davos was wonderful. We did order several espressos and cappuccino here they were great. I rated 10 of 10 anyway because I feel that other amenities made up for the absence of coffee.

הזמנתי חדר קינג והיה כתוב נוף להרים ולעיר.גם התמונה הראתה נוף מקסים.כשקראתי בביקורות שיש חדרים בלי נוף כתבתי מראש שאני מעונינת בחדר עם נוף. התשובה היתה שבכל החדרים רואים את נוף האלפים היפים .ואם אני רוצה לראות את כל הנוף שאזמין חדר בקומה 4 בתוספת תשלום. איננו מעונינים בחדר בקומה 4 כי בשבת אנחנו לא משתמשים במעלית. בפועל קיבלתי לאכזבתי חדר בלי נוף בכלל. פנינו לקבלה ורק לאחר 3 ימים ודיבורים רבים זכינו לחדר עם נוף מקסים ונהננו מאוד.

كنت حاجز غرفتين لمدة ثلاثة ايام في كل غرفة شخصين و طفل تم استغلنا وتم اجبارنا باخذ غرفة ثالث الأطفال علماً على مستوى العالم الطفل يحق طلب سرير إضافي له ولم يتم الموافق وتم اجباري باخذ غرفة ثالث الاطفال

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Modernes, sauberes Zimmer mit guten Betten, allerdings sind Bettdecken recht warm und die Klimaanlage ziemlich schwach. Also alles mehr auf Winter ausgerichtet und wir waren Anfangs August dort. Leider waren wir im 1. OG mit Flachdachbegrünung direkt vor dem Balkon, sodass wir die Balkontür über Nacht nicht auflassen konnten (war uns nicht wohl dabei). Gym und nette ziemlich neue Sauna mit Dampfbad hat und gut getan. Dazuhin hatten wir Glück einen der 5 Gratisparkplätze neben dem Hotel zu "ergattern".
Wir hatten ein Eckzimmer im 1,OG mit Flachdachbegrünung auf der Höhe des Balkons. So wollten wir die Balkontüre über Nacht nicht auflassen (schade, bei der guten kühlen Bergluft). Dazuhin ist das Eckzimmer auch sehr eingeschränkt was den Ausblick anbelangt. Kann es sein. dass man für den booking.com Level3 Discount ein schlechtes Zimmer bekommt und dauert es immer mehrere Tage bis die 100,- CHF Kaution auf die Kreditkarte zurück gebucht wird? Hatte ich so noch nie.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Very clean room and sheets and towels. The check-in was very quick, the room is very spacious (we had a baby travel cot in it). The bathroom is not crammed, was very clean and well prepared. The location is nice and the breakfast had plenty of options available. The staff is very professional and helpful.
The parking isn’t included in the price despite the fact we were having multiple rooms booked as a group and only 2 cars.
