Wahr nicht so ruhig, Apero auf Terrasse unter dem Zimmer und Kinder in dem Pool im Aussenbereich. Waren eigentlich da zur Erholung. Ausserdem war beim Checkout der Restbetrag 2 x verrechnet worden.

Красивый вид из окна, отличный номер и постель,вкусный завтрак. Удобная парковка, хороший персонал. Теплый бассейн на улице с видом. Отель расположен в красивой долине, нам очень понравилось место.

Спортзал без доступа воздуха, очень душно, не спасал вентилятор. Ресторан в отеле не вкусный, поужинав один раз, возвращаться не хотелось. Мы жили на 5 этаже , был в номере постоянный запах костра, было от этого некомфортно. Детям в бассейн можно только до 18:00, это нас ограничивало, приходилось раньше приходить в отель, чтобы дети могли искупаться. Считаю, что ограничивая детей, ограничивают и их родителей. Для взрослых , которым мешают дети, существуют отели только для взрослых.

Cisza, spokój, piękne widoki, basen zewnętrzny z podgrzewaną wodą - byliśmy w sierpniu. Śniadania były przepyszne!! Personel bardzo pomocny, miły. Mieliśmy też rezerwację na kolację - obsługa była na najwyższym poziomie! Jedzenie na kolacji było mistrzowskie! Dodatkowo hotel spełnił wszystkie nasze prośby związane z drobnymi niespodziankami urodzinowymi. Wrócimy do tego hotelu na pewno i to już niebawem.

W naszym pokoju było odrobinę za ciemno, mimo włączonych wszystkich lamp. Ale w żaden sposób nie wpływa to na nasze zadowolenie z pobytu!

Вид из номера был прекрасен, номер очень хорошо выглядел, мебель и дизайн явно хорошо и аккуратно подобраны, очень понравился набор в душе. Номер был направлен в сторону гор, поэтому нам нравилось, что напротив отеля автобусное депо, это было удобно. Базовый завтрак был неплох, было очень много местного сыра. Уборка номера тоже была отличной

На самом деле отель не оправдал ожиданий. По приезду, особенно в спа зоне, было ощущение обманутости. Спа-зона Спа зона очень хорошо когда-то отфотографирована, реальность сильно удручает. Видовой бассейн на улице катастрофически мал, 10 человек, и уже ощущение, что вы в толпе. Учитывая, что он не приспособлен для плавания, температура воды была недостаточной, чтобы сидеть в нем и любоваться на горы, постоянно замерзаешь, хотя мы были в августе. Дополнительно, вид на горы заросший какой-то декоративной травой и заставлен зонтиками, а фотографии делать можно только "по расписанию", которое висит напротив входа в сам бассейн. Лежаков тоже постоянно не хватало в часы пик. Выйдя из холодного бассейна на улице, хочется погреться сразу, до горячего душа бежать далеко, а в сауну нужно заходить только голышом. Сауна - отдельное разочарование. Если вы чувствуете себя некомфортно голышом с противоположным полом, то вы ей пользоваться не сможете. Отель - туристическое место. Больше 90% населения планеты не приемлет это, поэтому отсутствие альтернативы крайне удручало. Если уж такая традиция в Швейцарии, то можно было бы сделать альтернативу для других людей, семьи с детьми вообще сауну посетить не могут (16+). Бассейн внутри был явно для посетителей сауны, потому что он вообще был ледяным, хотя как раз по размеру прекрасно подошёл бы для плавания. Сервис Были проблемы с гостевыми картами, их пришлось отдельно просить на ресепшене, потому что они нам не пришли на почту. Также я заранее писала, что у мужа будет день рождения и спрашивала про тортик. Мне написали, что обычно тортик со свечкой приносят на завтрак, но про нас забыли. Завтрак Поразило много платных позиций в завтраке. Стандартный омлет, например, входил, но если хочется помидор или сыра добавить - 5 франков. Это очень мелочно для отеля такого уровня и при такой цене за ночь. Также кофе был ужасен. Опять же - не соответствует цене. Номер Наш номер был направлен окнами в сторону гор, номер Делюкс.

The hotel tries to be more than they are. They portray to be an upscale hotel and restaurant but the concepts and service don't fit. The hotel concepts are laid out for upselling. The marketing is for a upscale hotel, the reality is not there. Example: - The basic omelette is included in the breakfast. The omelette with Tomatos - upselling (and they then add prices like a luxury hotel)... and yes many other areas where they implemented the upselling concept. At these room rates, this is like ridiculous. - At the restaurant we asked to eat outside as they have a nice terasse and its summer. But they said they closed the Terasse as it rained once before and now wont reopen it again (although it was like 30 degrees, no rain and super sunny). They were just not in the mood to do the extra work. I then asked for a table closer to the window to see the maintains, they answered: "I prefer not too". Only when I insisted they granted that we can sit at the window. Strange experience. - The indoor pool is only heated to 28 degrees and thus feels bit cold to go in (I know that is taste thing but kids do prefer to have a higher temperature to feel comfortable - and most people I know also prefer to relax in warmer water). - In the bar area the closed one area because it seemed to rain a bit at 6pm. Although it never came with rain and looked good again at 10 they still kept it closed and did not reopened to make it comfortable. - The restaurant tries hard to make itself upscale also in how they present. Unfortunately the quality is not there. They are ok, but not something where you feel there is a special taste or oh this is good. Just yes thats ok. However the prices are similar to any top restaurant. For me the restaurant was probably the most disappointing of all, next to the service. - When asked what we can do around here we did not got a real answer but just a lot of flyers "to have a look at" ourselves. - There are hotels where you come and just feel comfortable and welcome. And there are hotels where you arrive and somehow don't feel welcome from the first moment. This is how we felt here. Also during checkout, immediately when we were few min after 11 they started to call us that we need to get out now. Overall its nice - not bad. But we have been in many mountain hotels that were in similar quality with probably 30-50% of the price and better restaurants and service. Thus probably recommend to look for another hotel where you get same or better for less money. I would not stay here anymore.

Position centrale avec une magnifique vue sur les alpes et la cascade. Très grande chambre quadruple, très bon petit-déjeûner et cuisine excellente.

Im Zimmer gibt es keinen Kleiderkasten und auch keine Klimaanlage. Die Auswahl an Gerichten in der Speisekarte ist sehr dürftig und auch speziell.

Vue magnifique. Possibilité de prendre le petit-déjeuner ou l'apéritif à l'extérieur avec une vue superbe.

Piscines un peu petites aux "heures de pointe". Un léger manque d'âme dans la gestion des lieux.

I was staying at the sister property of the Cambrian but came here for a massage and lucked out with the phenomenal Maria Moutsa. I wanted a deep tissue massage (which they call a sports massage) and it was amazing. Maria is super sweet and can go super deep. Just what I needed after several days of hiking. I highly recommend Maria!!

Le cadre de l'hôtel, son lobby, son Spa et ses 2 piscines. La vue est imprenable. Service Parking. Excellent restaurant. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est excellent et il est également possible de le prendre sur la terrasse.

Es wird nicht erklärt wieso man den Fahrzeugschlüssel an der Rezeption hinterlegen muss. Es ist immerhin mein persönlicher wertvoller Gegenstand und fahren und parken kann ich auch selbst, was man von anderen eher weniger behaupten kann. Da erwarte ich eine andere Lösung oder eine adäquate Antwort. Auf die Frage warum wurde mit grosser Überraschung und unfreundlichkeit reagiert. Das wünscht man sich als Gast anders. Mit offenem Fenster kann man ab 06:00 Uhr Schlaf praktisch vergessen. Es ist Ultralaut durch das direkt dahinterliegende Gewerbe(LKW geräusche, plötzliches Krachen usw.)Daher nicht wirklich erholend. Klimaanlage gab es nicht. Daher auch sehr ungünstig, da man die Fenster so auch nicht schliessen konnte. Frühstück ist bei dem Preis einfach inakzeptabel. Die Auswahl war bescheiden und auch nichts besonderes. Man muss bei einfachen Sachen wie Omlett mit Zutaten extra zahlen. Die Sachen wurden nur spärlich nachgefüllt und waren nicht beschriftet, was mich sehr gestört hat. Der Kaffee hat auch echt nicht gut geschmeckt, da sehr wässrig.

המלון מעוצב בצורה מדהימה עם דגש על כל פרט. הבריכה החמה מול הנוף הייתה מושלמת וגם החדרים יפיפיים. המיקום נהדר ליציאה לטיולים רגליים ורכבלים להרים.

המסעדה של המלון מאוד יקרה ולא מוצלחת לטעמנו. שילמנו 150 פרנק לארוחה זוגית לא משביעה ואפילו מכעיסה ביחס מחיר כמות. המלון גובה 20 פרנק ליום על חניה ולא עדכן אותנו מראש. והחדר הראשון שנתנו לנו היה על החניה, כשביקשנו להחליף הם היו מאוד נחמדים ומצאו עוד שתי אופציות הרבה יותר טובות.

L’ensemble du personnel est très sympathique et en particulier tout le personnel du restaurant qui est exceptionnel. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

My stay at The Cambrian was absolutely incredible. The hotel itself is stunning, with some of the most breathtaking mountain views I’ve ever seen. The outdoor heated pool overlooking the Swiss Alps is an experience I will never forget. The combination of the scenery, the atmosphere, and the wellness facilities makes this a very special place. What made the stay even more memorable was the outstanding staff. Yassin was warm, welcoming, and made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. However, I have to give special recognition to Martina. After I checked out, I realized I had left my glasses behind. At first, they couldn’t locate them, but once they were finally found, I had already missed my bus. Martina went above and beyond by personally giving me a ride to the train station. That simple act of kindness saved the rest of my trip and prevented what could have been a very stressful situation. Exceptional service is what turns a great hotel into an unforgettable one, and Martina and Yassin are perfect examples of that. The Cambrian is very fortunate to have team members like them representing the hotel. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Switzerland and looking for spectacular views, an amazing spa experience, and genuine hospitality. Thank you for making my trip so memorable! ❤️

ALLES: von der Zimmerausstattung über das sehr leckere Frühstück, die herrliche Aussicht, den tollen Wellnessbereich bis zum sehr zuvorkommenden Hotelpersonal.

Die Liegen im Wellnessbereich waren ständig besetzt.

Schöne, gemütliche und moderne Einrichtung. Personal war sehr nett. Restaurant teuer aber sehr lecker. Eine Empfehlung wert.

Spa-Bereich war etwas überfüllt. Im Innenbereich etwas wehnig Liege-/Entspannungsmöglichkeiten.

We were looking for somewhere to stay with breakfast included, comfort, and more luxurious. This place was excellent with beautiful decor and breakfast was one of the best spreads we had of 8 hotel stays. It includes a spa access as well which includes a sauna, a pool and hot tub.

Sauna was no bathing suits and hot tub could have been warmer. However, everything else was great and customer service was amazing.

We were searching for the perfect place to celebrate my partner’s belated birthday after a hectic week and we couldn’t have chosen better. What a wonderful escape! We came across The Cambrian Adelboden, a beautiful member of the Design Hotels collection, and from the moment we arrived, it was simply breathtaking. The views are truly something you can’t get enough of.. The team made the experience even more special. Every staff member was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They surprised us with a room upgrade with a huge patio an incredible view which made the stay feel even more memorable. We rented couple of E bikes had such a fun and refreshing way to explore the stunning surroundings. Dining was also a highlight. Both breakfast and dinner at Brynn Williams at The Cambrian were absolutely delicious. Every dish was fine art and flavourful. Also, the latte macchiato for breakfast was so good. Everything about this stay simply amazing. amazing Truly a perfect trip for us. About an hour from Interlaken - highly recommended!
