Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Beautiful hotel, spacious room with splendid view. Very friendly and helpful staff. Exquisite cuisine for lunch and very rich breakfast buffet. Super quiet position.
Bed was too soft and fluffy. But maybe that's just my personal taste. Furthermore, there is only a Japanese restaurant in house. Maybe it is because it is Summer season. I loved it and it was excellent, but I thought some local food would make sense too.

Lorsque nous avons demandé de pouvoir garder la chambre jusqu’à 16:00, la réceptionniste nous a dit qu’elle allait regarder et nous appeler. Nous n’avons jamais reçu l’appel et seulement le lendemain en fin de matinée elle nous a dit que c’était ok mais avec une facturation de 50% du prix de la chambre pour deux heures !!!

Die Zimmer sind etwas eigenartig angelegt, indem der Teil zum Fenster hin nur mit einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet und im Weiteren nicht benutzbar ist. Der nutzbare Teil des Zimmers ist eng bemessen, ebenso WC/Dusche. Zudem ist das Zimmer mit Spannteppich ausgestattet, was für ein Design-Zimmer heute unpassend ist. Die Wasserflasche im Zimmer war leer und wurde auch am nächsten Tag nicht aufgefüllt.

Il rapporto qualità prezzo era ottimo, quindi i punti "deboli" sono meno rilevanti. Unico accenno, la colazione è un poco troppo "essenziale", ma nulla di drammatico.

Lorsque j’ai tourné la “mollette” de la baignoire elle s’est décroché et la partie du dessous était moisie. Ça ne donne pas envie de s’y baigner et ça présuppose peu/ un mauvais entretien. De plus la porte du toilette était cassé et avait une réparation approximative avec un bout de bois fixé. Au vu du prix, je trouve ce genre de détail importante. Je ne serai pas prête à remettre ce prix ce qui est dommage car le cadre est très beau mais ne fait pas tout.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Les services proposés (massages, fitness, spa etc), l’emplacement est bien et la vue magnifique, le petit déjeuner, le personnel très accueillants et souriants au petit-déjeuner, les chambres sont spacieuses avec 2 salles-de-bain pour 3 personnes.
Les chiens sont acceptés (15.- par jour) mais par rapport à d’autres hôtels, même pas une petite écuelle est mise dans la chambre spontanément, une dame blonde à la réception qui est vite sur la défensive lorsque l'on émet une remarque un peu négative, sinon personnel chaleureux, l’on était 3 adultes, uniquement 2 capsules à café sont offertes et ensuite il faut les payer, on demande un latte machiato et un hugo à 17h00, l'on a pas pu les avoir car l'employé ne savait pas comment les faire.

Reviewed Jan 9, 2026Chambre spacieuse au style boisé très chaleureux. Réveil avec une vue exceptionnelle depuis le balcon plein sud sur la chaîne des Alpes. Petit-déjeuner de qualité, excellents repas japonais. Spa et centre thérapeutique très appréciables. Le garage couvert. Très belle station de Ski.
Les chambres étaient peut-être légèrement trop chauffées à notre goût, nous ayant l’habitude de dormir dans une atmosphère plus fraîche. Le drap housse était également un peu rêche.
