Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute, zentrale Lage. Das Hotelpersonal ist ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Ausstattung ist nicht mehr zeitgemäss, es müsste renoviert werden. Für die Dusche muss man in die Badewanne steigen.

Location was amazing

The hotel feels very dated and is in urgent need of renovation, especially the bathrooms. The bathtubs should be removed and replaced with modern walk-in showers. The rooms also need a complete refresh, and the televisions seem to belong to the pre-internet era.

Ottimo albergo, buon servizio e pulizia. Buona la cucina. Personale sempre cordiale e attento.

Rimodernare il bagno.

La navette pour rejoindre le funiculaire.

Hotel qui aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Salle de bain abîmée, rideau de douche pour la baignoire !!!! Et très chaud dans la chambre, malgré demande de baisser le chauffage. Très très difficile d'obtenir une facture du séjour. J'ai dû faire intervenir booking directement !!!

L’hôtel est joli et bien situé avec un parking extérieur. Le serveur au Cadre Royal était agréable (merci pour les 2 boules de glace).

La chambre était correcte mais pas exceptionnelle. La robinetterie de la baignoire est vieillissante. Pour un 5 étoiles, je trouve que la façon de préparer le lit pour la nuit n’est pas digne d’un hôtel de cette catégorie (pliage de la couette très basique et aspect général bâclé). Nous avons été très surpris que lors de notre repas du soir au Cadre Royal, il n’y ait plus le loup de mer disponible. Notre bouteille de vin rouge, un Merlot valaisan était également en rupture de stock ! Nous avons dû prendre le 2ème Merlot sur la carte qui était CHF 24.- plus cher ! Je précise également que pour le loup de mer, personne ne nous a annoncé qu’il n’y en avait plus avant que nous le commandions ! Petit geste du serveur avec 2 boules de glace. Ces choses là ne devraient pas se produire dans un hôtel qui se dit 5 étoiles

Das Hotels ist ziemlich heruntergekommen, renovationsbedürftig. Über den Geschmack der Einrichtung lässt sich streiten, z. B. der weisse Geweih-Leuchter im Eingangesbereich. Diesbezüglich stimmt für mich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nichtl

Joli hotel, assez bien situé, agréable. Personnel sympathique et bonne expérience lors du check in où nous avons été upgradé. La chambre était spacieuse et agréable, bien que nous y soyons allés en tout début de saison donc difficile de se rendre compte niveau équipement de ski. Grand balcon agréable, jolie vue. La sdb est grande, avec baignoire et bidet. pas de lumière du jour par contre (pas de fenêtre). Breakfast agréable, avec qq options sans gluten appréciées.

- la piscine intérieure est très petite, et le jacuzzi était FROID. Piscine très fréquentée, mais l'eau était froide donc pas agréable du tout. Sol très glissant. - le restaurant était full et nous n'avons pas été prévenus par avance - impossible d'y avoir une table. - Parking dehors limité malgré le fait que la plupart des clients viennent en voiture... - A la fin du séjour, ils nous ont demandé de payer des boissons du bar que nous n'avons pas consommées. J'ai dû demander le remboursement par la suite. - Les prix du spa sont incroyablement chers

The bathrooms very old fashioned needs upgrading, lose the bath and get a decent shower with shower hose that work… design from 1989. Corridor through to swimming pool, really needs upgrading, lift too. Breakfast area needs improvement

Wonderful hotel but front desk staff could be a bit more attentive. I left my only warm jacket and called about two hoted after check out while still not to far and asked the front desk to check the room for my jacket. They said it was not turned in and would check and call of they find it. FIVE DAYS LATER they call to day they found it in the room. By that time i purchased a new jacket since I didn’t hear back. Now they want my credit card to send it to me. This is not what a expected form a five star hotel. Truly disspointed.

The hotel is centrally located, but quiet. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a nicer room with terrace on the sun facing south side; this colored our experience positively. The staff were all friendly, helpful and attentive. My wife enjoyed the pool and the spa. We liked the 2min shuttle ride to the Cry d’Er skilift.

The hotel feels grand and elegant but a little dated. As an example: I did not find a thermostat to tune down the room temperature - neither did the hotel staff who came to help us. As a result, we left the window open at night in February… The SPA can get crowded and it seems that reclining lounge chairs are few.

Très déçu de mon séjour . Client habitué de cet hôtel , j’ai pris une chambre côté nord . Nous étions au 4ème étage et avons dû prendre les escaliers (porter la valise) car l’ascenseur était en panne . Le spa n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoiles ! Piscine eau froide .. jacuzzi eau froide .. hammam froid ! Pire pas de machine à café dans la chambre . Habitué des hôtels dans cette station suis vraiment déçu de mon séjour et du rapport qualité/prix

View from room, is not good enough we expected. Unfortunately, Large trees block the view. Restaurant staff were a bit unfriendly compare to other staff.

The hotel is at the center of Crans-Montana just 5 minutes walk distance from the cable car and in a very calm location. My room was exceptionally big with a large balcony and a beautiful view. The staff was super helpful, friendly and efficient and the service overall excellent! Room service was delicious! I had unfortunately no time to have breakfast ....

Perfekter Aufenthalt. Einzig, es hat keine Ruhezone im Wellness zum liegen. Ansonsten best off

needs to be modernized. there were many things missing in their junior suite. from a simple pen to a proper mini bar selection of snacks and drinks, a real hair dryer and better quality quilts and mattresses. some of the staff at the reception were not professional at all. their bar was outdated with poor selection of drinks and snacks

What a great hotel and dog friendly! it is wonderfully located in the center of Crans with breathtaking view. The stuff is very friendly. We really recommend to eat at the hotel: the chef is amazing!

The temperature at the pool and spa was warm but not hot. But this does change the experience.

Great location, clean, helpful and friendly staff. Bed comfortable, turn down service, robes, slippers. Room 306, suite, excellent view. Dinner, fine dining at the hotel restaurant was excellent.

Not really an issue… room 306, walk-in closet is not sound proof. Could hear neighbors talking. Shut door when not is use.

Hotel maravilhoso. Funcionários atenciosos, sempre dispostos a ajudar. Gostamos especialmente do serviço de transfer a toda hora e para qualquer lugar do resort.

Amazing location and all staff is super friendly , which makes the difference . Suite was spacious aient a lovely view. Some areas would benefit some modernisation/ upgrading but overall a lovely stay

Viele technische Defekte - werden einfach nicht repariert. Service im 5 Stern-Restaurant reicht für McDonalds. Apathische Mannschaft an der Rezeption. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen - zumindest nicht als 5 Stern - Haus.
