房間設備有點老舊，走到二樓走廊的時候，真的有點可怕，因為感應燈不亮，有點黑暗嚇人！

Leider erhielt ich eine ägerliche Parkbusse direkt am Hotel (?) mit dem Moto und nicht TI Schild. Es wirft Fragen zu deren Verhalten gegenüber Touristen auf.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Echt TOP! Tolle Lage, Blick vom Bett auf den See, kleinen Balkon direkt über dem See mit Blick auf Lugano, Klimaanlage, Sitzgelegenheit und alles schön sauber. Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für die Schweiz! Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und fahre noch mal hin
Der Empfang war mal gar nicht, mal im Foyer und mal im Frühstücksraum besetzt. Alles schwer nachvollziehbar. Somit war das Ein- und Rausfahren aus der Tiefgarage schwierig, weil der Empfang das Tor öffnen musste. Das Frühstück nimmt man besser woanders ein.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Una bettola. Una notte è stata più che sufficiente. Avrei dovuto soggiornare due notti, ma dopo la prima sono letteralmente scappato. Climatizzatore che scarica l’acqua dentro un secchio, pavimento che scricchiola a ogni passo e vibrazioni continue del climatizzatore che rendono difficile perfino riposare. Ma la cosa più assurda è trovarsi praticamente un night club dentro la reception dell’hotel. Una situazione surreale per una struttura che dovrebbe garantire tranquillità e riposo. Esperienza pessima. La seconda notte ho preferito perderla e andarmene altrove piuttosto che rimanere un’altra ora.

Sauberes Zimmer, gutes Bett, ausreichend großes Badezimmer. Die grotesk schlechten Bewertungen können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Das Frühstück können wir nicht beurteilen
Wenn man ein modernes Hotel zu einem moderaten Preis in dieser Lage Lage erwartet könnte man enttäuscht werden.

Die inneneinrichtung war nicht so mein geschmack und die Lichter im Treppenhaus und im Flur, ging oft nicht an.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026petit-déjeuner : nous aurions préféré se servir avec un buffet, car nous avons laissé des aliments sur le plateau : oeufs, fruits. Nous avons apprécié la chambre avec le grand balcon, nous appréhendions du bruit des voitures qui passent devant l'hôtel. Pour finir, nous avons été peu incommodé. L'hôtel est bien localisé, les arrêts de bus sont proches ainsi que l'embarcadère pour les bateaux. l'hôtel est à environ 15 minutes des magasins centraux.

Im gleichen Gebäude befindet sich ein Nachtclub. Im Badezimmer lief ein sehr lauter Ventilator, der sich weder abstellen noch regulieren liess. Die Sauberkeit war mangelhaft. Ein Frühstücksbuffet gab es zudem nicht – stattdessen jeden Morgen dieselbe, immer gleiche Portion, nicht einmal Rührei war im Angebot.

It is in a great location a few minutes walk from the Paradiso train station, and a short walk into town, you can even take a boat. The breakfast terrace has a nice view out to the lake which is hard to beat on a sunday morning
I was not bothered by anything really about this place, although it is a bit dated, it may not appeal to everyone, it does shows its age a little. Breakfast is extremely basic, ok its not expensive but it is very very basic. And the room air con can be loud

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Die Lage ist super, man ist schnell in der Stadt und hat eine große Auswahl an Restaurants in der Nähe, sowie Aktivitäten. Wir haben erst ein Zimmer ohne Balkon gehabt, hatten aber ein Raucherzimmer angegeben und könnten direkt in ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Das Frühstück ist schon vorherrichtet, war aber dennoch ausreichend. Kaffe konnte man sich an einer Maschine so viel holen wir man wollte und auch Müsli und Joghurt konnte man sich nach nehmen. Die Aussicht war super schön von unserem Zimmer aus auf den See.
Die Klima war sehr laut, es war etwas Schimmel in der Badewanne, der Abfluss in der Badewanne ging nicht richtig. Man ist nicht jederzeit ins Parkhaus zum Auto gekommen. Das Tor musste jedes Mal extra aufgemacht werfen an der Rezeption. Wir hatten Bettwanzenbisse.

De kamer was modern met een uitstekend douche. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en gaf ons tips voor glutenvrije restaurants.

Bring back the breakfast buffet. Rest is super.
