Hotel Walter Au Lac

One night stay was great. Caught the Gothard Panoramic to Lucern the next day. On the lake but close to train station. Staff friendly & helpful.

Location and balcony

Room was small and shower over bath in small bathroom. No bar. No restaurant.

Fajne śniadanie, b. dobra lokalizacja.

Zawiły sposób uruchomiania klimy.

Great view of the lake from the room! Rooms were well furnished with lots of storage space. Great service staff. Felt like home away from home. We loved our stay.

The room was perfect. The service by the staff was excellent. Our breakfast was very good as well.

That we had to leave.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming

The location is perfect. The metro , lake view, shopping and food! Like being in a hallmark movie.

That I had to leave ! Nothing to complain!

A bit old

Nothing , disrespectful receptionist , they made us pay 100 CHF. Because we lost the keys , and she rudely asked for it. ZERO professionalism

Breakfast buffet was excellent!!! Hotel had AC. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Location was perfect - central and within walking distance to so much

Super Hotel, freundliches Personal.

Lage

etwas altmodisch

Great lake view in central location

Staff was professional but not outgoing

Beautiful location right on the lake shore with amazing views of lake and mountains from the room and balcony. Reception staff extremely helpful with all my (many) requests and questions.

Shower cabin will be nice.

Easy access to rail station (via funicular to city), amazing views. Fabulous breakfast and breakfast room. Bus stop right outside.

Checkout time of 10:30 is rather early.

Super Lage

Propre

Proximo as atrações.

Fantastic view and location. Very friendly staff.

The position across from the lake

Nil

emplacement parfait

When we walked in the room for the 1st time - - thought it was a small room, until se opened the curtains to seen the view of the lake -- wow!!! The room was then perfect. Big plus, there was air conditioning.

Gute Auswahl an Getränekn und Speisen zum Frühstück.

Zentrale Lage, am See

Alles gut

L'emplacement, hôtel avec un beau cachet

The location was amazing! The view from the terrace is beyond amazing

The rooms are small and the beds not very comfortable but it can be ignored with the location

Location and view.

Very clean. Great location. Great water pressure in shower. Great buffet breakfast

Room was small…but probably standard for Europe

Right on the lake, short walk from station, good rooms, nice breakfast, what more could you want?

The Hotel is perfectly positioned on the waterfront in the very middle of the esplanade. The view from the rooms balcony is outstanding. The aircon is effective, and breakfast is good. There are comfortable chairs in the room, so often missing from hotel rooms.

The beds are quite hard.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is very clean, beautiful, and comfortable, with a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service. Thank you for making our experience so enjoyable!

Fantastic

Rien

Amazing location and very friendly and kind staff!!! Thanks a lot to the whole hotel team!

Family hotel very good

Nothing at all

Fantastic location Opposite lake Lots to see and do in beautiful Lugano

All rooms have lake view
