L'accueil a été formidable. Les deux réceptionnistes (Luca et Hervé) se sont donnés sans compter en amabilité, écoute et conseils !

le bruit (découpe de légumes ou poisson ?)parvenant du restaurant jouxtant l'hôtel, en particulier de sa cuisine, parfois jusqu'à 22 h 00 La réception nous a alors proposé de changer de chambre, mais compte tenu la brièveté de notre séjour ( 3 nuitées) et d'un déménagement, nous avons rejeté cette aimable proposition

It’s an excellent location Very kind and helpful receptionist ( I don’t know the name) Very clean room.

The staff was great. The location was good, close the beach and train station.

The lights in the bathroom did not work most of our stay. The room was outdated and not really comfortable or nice. No place to plug in your phone charger, only one available socket and that was in the bathroom (and did not work when the light was out). Toilet clogged with minimal use :( and the shower is TINY, barely fits one person and can’t keep shampoo or anything in there. Very dissapointed with the room.

The man from reception was very kind , but the hotel is very clean and very good location , I will come back , thank you for the quality service

Ho trascorso un weekend davvero meraviglioso in questo hotel e ne sono rimasta entusiasta! Un elogio particolare va a tutto lo staff, che si è dimostrato fin dal primo momento accogliente, gentile, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati e a casa, e questo ha fatto la differenza. La camera con vista mare è stata semplicemente splendida. Super consigliato!

Host che si chiama LUCA è molto gentile ed è molto affidabile. Il servizio è ottimo. L' hotel è vicino alla stazione. Mi è piaciuto che la stanza puliscono ogni giorno. Ci tornerei volentieri.

The facilities, location and staff were all excellent. The three young men who staffed the front desk each went above and beyond expectations for any 5 star hotel. Lucca, tried to find a taxi for our very early departure but being unsuccessful. He came in 30 min early to assist us with luggage and walked with us to train station! I would highly recommend this prooerty!

The mattress and pillows were abit hard.

Hotel Miro fulfilled all our expectations! We really enjoyed our stay in this authentic gem next to the sea/harbour in the historic centre of Rapallo! The rooms were very clean and tidy. The staff was more than helpful and kind to cater to all our needs!

The breakfast was fine, not really varied or extensive. More than expected for us anyway.

A/C was limited room was always warm on the lowest setting, breakfast was almost non-existent, TV was very small, room was at the top of the stairs so traffic was noisy.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Lage. Die Umgebung ist sehr belebt, der Strand ist direkt neben an. Wir haben uns noch nie in einer Unterkunft so wohl gefühlt wie in dieser. Der Service ist eine 10/10. Das Personal ist super aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Auch das Frühstück hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir wurden immer sehr lieb empfangen und bedient. Der Bahnhof und die Fähre sind nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Rapallo ist der perfekte Ort um die Lingurien zu entdecken und den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Das Hotel war immer super sauber und die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig. Wir können den Aufenthalt im Hotel Miró nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Lüftung der Klimaanlage war stark verstaubt. Aus hygienischen und gesundheitlichen Gründen sollte sie regelmässig gereinigt werden. Ansonsten war alles sehr sauber.

Ci hanno fornito tantissime informazioni e a qualsiasi nostra richiesta o domanda sono stati subito pronti a esaudirla! La struttura pulita e comodissima a due passi dal mare La colazione buona e aveva tutto il necessario!! Ci ritorneremo!!

Das junge Team war super freundlich und hat mit Tipps und Tricks geholfen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Bahnhof (5 Minuten zu Fuss) und direkt an der Promenade von Rapallo.

Den Eingang zu finden war nicht ganz einfach, da er von der Strasse nicht direkt eingesehen werden kann. Die eine oder andere Kleinigkeit ist noch nicht perfekt. Es fehlte zum Beispiel die WC Rollen Halterung im Bad und das WIFI funktionierte nicht einwandfrei. Die Jungs arbeiten aber sicher daran und das schätze ich sehr.

The location of the hotel was great, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of our stay. Around €700 worth of our belongings disappeared from our room. The hotel’s response was extremely disappointing, with no meaningful investigation or accountability. A hotel should provide not only comfort but also security. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend staying here.

Det var väldigt nära från tågstationen och till strandpromenaden. Receptionisten Luca gjorde hela vår vistelse! Väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående, han hjälpte oss med allt och var alltid intresserad om våra dagar samt restaurang besök! Tack vare honom så blev vår vistelse super bra och väldigt personligt

Vom der Lage her ein super Hotel, man kann dort mitten vor dem Hotel auf der Hauptstraße (mit Parkticket packen). Allerdings gibt es keinen Fahrstuhl, um zum Zimmer zu kommen und nur eine sehr steile Treppe. Das Zimmer war ok, jedoch sehr klein und wenig Licht, aber wenn man dort nur zum schlafen, dann auch ausreichend.

Purtroppo l’esperienza complessiva non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Al check-in mi è stato chiesto di pagare nuovamente la camera nonostante fosse già stata saldata tramite Booking. Può capitare un errore da parte del receptionist e non voglio soffermarmi troppo su questo aspetto, ma non è stato un buon inizio. Il problema principale è stato lo stato della camera: era presente un forte odore di muffa già all’ingresso e si notavano tracce di muffa negli angoli vicino alle finestre. Inoltre, durante il giorno era praticamente impossibile aprire le finestre perché dai ristoranti sottostanti entrava un forte odore di fritto. Di conseguenza non era possibile arieggiare adeguatamente la stanza. L’unico modo per respirare meglio e dormire in condizioni accettabili è stato tenere la finestra aperta durante la notte, quando i locali erano chiusi. Questo però comportava la presenza di numerosi rumori provenienti dall’esterno. Viaggiando con un neonato, ci siamo trovati costretti a scegliere tra l’odore di muffa e il rumore notturno. Avevamo inoltre richiesto una culla, ma quella fornita era piuttosto usurata e in cattive condizioni. In generale le camere appaiono datate e avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturazione e di una maggiore cura nella manutenzione. Oltre all’odore di muffa, si percepiva un generale odore di vecchio che rendeva l’ambiente poco accogliente. La cosa che più mi ha deluso è che non mi aspettavo assolutamente una situazione del genere in una struttura che fa pagare circa 200 euro a notte. A quel prezzo ci si aspetta una camera ben mantenuta, pulita e confortevole, soprattutto per chi viaggia con la famiglia. Peccato, perché la posizione è davvero eccellente, ma per il costo del soggiorno il rapporto qualità-prezzo è stato decisamente deludente.

Amazing location, close to the train station and right next door to the beach and coastline boardwalk. We really appreciated Luca and how friendly and helpful he was. Overall good stay and very good value.

Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Nähe der Promenade und des Bahnhofs – perfekt für Ausflüge und eine entspannte Anreise. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das richtig freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das jederzeit hilfsbereit war. Wir haben viele interessante Tipps bekommen, was man in der Umgebung unternehmen kann und wo man gut essen gehen kann. Das Hotel ist zwar nicht mehr ganz neu, aber das Zimmer war gemütlich und wurde jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt. Auch das Frühstück war lecker. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder.

The view was marvelous. The concierge was excellent what a sweet young man, he's so very good at his job. An all right option for an afoordable quick stay. Make sure you have checked out the room thoroughly before it get's too late, to do anything about any issues.

It was very Basic breakfast. The coffee was excellent. Pre-packaged danish, un cut fruit. Italy doesn't really do breakfast! It was VERY small. It's such a tiny little place squished in behind a beautiful restaurant, we walked right passed it, then realized we over shot. The TV didn't work, at all. There was no cover/duvet/or bed spread nothing just a sheet. I guess it's in a drawer somewhere. we didn't find it. I put all my clothes back on sometime in the middle of the night, after getting too cold. The pictures were missleading for our room, they were stretched to make the room look larger.
