La instalaciones muy buenas, la ubicación perfecta frente al mar y al ferry que te lleva a portofino, pero lo que más destaco es la amabilidad de todo su personal, la gente de la recepción y las maletas, Melissa en la cena tambien hablaba español y nos atendió muy bien, en general una muy grata experencia en el hotel. Grazie

Że tak szybko minął czas spędzony w tym hotelu.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Die Lage ist top wenn man zentral wohnen will. Fähren vor der Haustür...u.s.w....speziell am Wochenende sind aber Ohropax angesagt wenn in der Stadt laut Musik gespielt wird.
Personal wirkte überfordert. Nicht eingespielt oder eingewiesen. Das man zum Frühstück Eier im verschiedenen Varianten bestellen kann, hat niemand gesagt. Steht auch auf keiner Karte. Am zweiten Tag durch Zufall bemerkt. Der Lift im Hotel hat zwar nostalgischen Flair, ist aber im Prinzip unbrauchbar. Langsam, klein und wenn jemand die Innentüre nicht geschlossen hat, ging er gar nicht. Da wir sportlich sind, waren die Treppen in den 4. Stock kein Problem. Insgesamt, mehr Schein als Sein.

Pas de parking alors que la difficulté de trouver un emplacement à Rapallo est grande. Le matelas est de très mauvaise qualité Le petit déjeuner est bien mais il est vraiment regrettable de ne pas avoir de la charcuterie et du fromage. La chambre juste au-dessus du restaurant et très vétuste. Les chambres sont surtout très mal insonorisées.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The central location, friendly staff, the happy atmosphere.The view from our room was lovely,and although we were in the centre of the town, it was not at all noisy. We even liked the old style lift! We really enjoyed our stay.
The only, hopefully helpful things we would say is that we would have liked more fruit at breakfast, and for the dinner menu to be a bit more varied. However, we enjoyed all our meals.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2026La verdad que solucionaron todas nuestras dudas, incluso un cobro q no correspondía por un mal entendido se llegó a buen término . Desayuno completo y bien atendido. Rapallo es pequeño así q queda todo muy cerca, excelente !!
Las escalas para llegar a tomar el ascensor cuando se llevan maletas grandes. Igual ofrecen subirlas pero sería más cómodo con una rampa .

unica nota dolente, la mattina con il sole, tanta tanta polvere per terra, immagino dovuto al non utilizzo della stanza... comunque niente di che.

Couldn't use the refrigerator in the room without paying a 5 Euro daily charge.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2025If you like loud music until midnight on a Sunday, this is the place. Our room overlooked the open area below and we were surprised by the disco/rave style music that started at 10pm. Was like it was in the room. We arrived and luckily I had a few Lysol wipes because I felt like our room could use a deep clean. The pocket door for the bathroom had all kinds of yucky spots that easily came off after I wiped it down. The steam towel rack looked like it had never been cleaned. The hotel is dated, which was somewhat expected, but again, not very clean. Overall we enjoyed our visit, but would choose a different property. The restaurant was amazing, food was exceptional and the staff were all top notch. The Sea view was unbeatable.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025The location of the hotel was amazing. The restaurants, the beach, the stores... like boutiques and more. Everything was in the area, even when I needed to go to the bank, it was close. Even the train station... No complaints.
To be honest, I can't really find anything I didn't like. It was my first time in Italy and I am truly glad it was at Miramare Hotel. I will be a returning guest each time.
