Das Frühstück war umfangreich und befriedigte jede Art von Wunsch. Das überaus nette und zuvorkommende Personal ließ keine Wünsche offen. In der zentralen Lage erreichte man in Kürze alle Punkte im Ort .

Das Wasser des Pools war doch etwas frischer als erhofft

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, gleich daneben die Bergbahn, leider hatten wir Pech da sie zu dieser Zeit generalüberholt wurde. Aber das Hotel find ich top.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Ausblick , war komisch.

Przestronny pokój z balkonem, smaczne śniadanie i bardzo miła obsługa.

Es war sehr laut, sowohl auf dem Flur als auch draußen, wo direkt auf / neben der EG terrasse Garagen und Abstellkammern waren, die abends nachts und früh morgens ständig frequentiert wurden

The location couldn't be better, right across the road from the Hanenkam lift, and literally at the end of the ski slope. The ski room is 20 meters away from the snow. Just perfect.

Nothing to report here, overall a very pleasant stay.

Tolles Zimmer, gutes Frühstück

Der Frühstücksraum war hübsch, die Dame in Service nett, jedoch war alles andere nicht wie erwartet.

Zimmer, sowie der Service! Minibar ohne Inhalt, Bett nicht sauber, Bad zu klein, die Größe vom TV war wie in einem Wohnmobil...eine Zumutung, keine Badausstattung...Badeschuhe...etc. irgendwie war es aussen hui, innen nicht pfui aber keine 4 Sterne!

Sehr zentral gelegenes wunderschönes Hotel ,gut zu erreichen mit dem Zug ,sehr nettes Personal ,tolle Zimmer ,es hat an nichts gefehlt .Zimmer schon bei der frühen Anreise bereit .Bei unserer nächsten Reise nach Kitzbühel gerne wieder .

Ein rundum gelungener Trip, da alles gepasst hat. Gute Lage, mit Garagenplatz, super sympathischem Personal und das Frühstück war sogar noch besser als erwartet. Die Zimmer sind klassisch schön und geräumig samt gutem Badezimmer mit genug Ablagemöglichkeiten. Darüber hinaus verfügt das Hotel noch über ein Schwimmbad, Fitness-Raum, Wellness-Ecke, Massage falls gewünscht und auch an Spielzimmer für die Jugend und Kleinen wurde gedacht. Falls Kitzbühel mal wieder anstehen sollte, wissen wir wohin!

Es gibt tatsächlich nichts was man hier angeben könnte, da es nichts zu bemängeln gibt. Sogar die Hahnenkamm-Bahn und die Österreichische Bundesbahn in der Gegend sind ruhig und stören absolut nicht.

You cannot beat the location! Ski in and 50 yards from the gondola and ski rental place. Then it is a lovely 5 minute stroll into the town centre. Lovely attentive staff too (especially Erika).

If we had to be picky, our family room needed modernising and it would be nice if the swimming pool was slightly warmer! We did choose to eat out a few nights as the menu didn’t change that much during our stay.

Just suprised that a 4 star hotel with relatively high rates is charging (no matter the price is) for slippers🤦

Das Frühstück

Fantastic location and silent room with bucolic views over the mountains and slopes. Two nice private terraces to relax - weather permitting. Excellent breakfast full of choice. Friendly and accommodating staff always happy to help. So close to the old Town it’s a privilege!

es war sehr schön, alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Familiere Atmosphäre. Das Essen wahr auch sehr gut und die Lage ist hervorragend. Wir kommen wieder.

Breakfast excellent. Location excellent, Staff charming.

Only minor grumbles. No tea or cofee making facility in bedroom. No books/library. Shame as alot of local history and nature. No english TV chanel or movie options. Bathroom towels not the softest. Would prefer memory foam cushions. Would lrefer not to pay for slippers (only 2 euros, though).

The staff should be aware not to place single females in ground floor rooms. I respect that Kitzbhul citizens are wonderful, respectful people but that doesn’t apply to all their visitors. Secondly it’s about how the visitor feels, not them,

Vynikajúca poloha. Raňajky boli skutočne vynikajúce a rozmanité. Vždy všetko čerstvé a chutné. Nádherný wellness. A hlavne neskutočný personál, ktorý sa správali ako rodina.

Room standard is low , overall confort and services are extremely bad , they lack the concept of concierge among other things ..

Top location,the stuff is very kind!

The swimming pool was very cold,the room was very noisy ,you can hear everything from the neighbor rooms.

The only thing about this hotel is the location. It is a ski in ski out.

The hotel staff and especially the owner and his wife who spoke to me after I check-out. They were so rude and did not at all want to hear what I had to say about my stay and how they did absolutely nothing when I asked them that I order 2 economy rooms but only got one like the description and the other one was like a extra room in a family room Booked 2 rooms but only got 1 room like I booked. the other one did not have a Inner courtyard view and a minibar like in the description. Also in the description it said no outward facing view but my window was facing the lobby area so you had no privacy or could have the window open. When I spoke to the front desk she said she was going to but in a minibar and let me speak to the manager. that never happened. In the morning at breakfast there was a lack of service to offer you coffee or other things if you wanted from the kitchen. Over all a terrible experience for the 4 of us that were staying with you.

Sehr sauber, tolle Lage, perfekt zum Ski-Fahren, auch mit Kindern, mit Wellnessbereich, Ski-Keller und sogar Kinderspielraum. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut.

Mir persönlich war der Pool etwas zu kalt, aber Mann und Kind hatten Schwimmspaß 😊

Aktivhotel Schweizerhof Kitzbühel has an excellent location, right in front of the A1 Hahnenkamm area, with very easy access to the gondola. The rooms were also very comfortable; we stayed in a Family Room and had a great overall experience. The hotel was clean and the staff was almost always very helpful.

Our whole family tried the massage services. They weren’t bad, but they weren’t outstanding either. just average. so it’s good to set expectations. Another point that could be improved is the breakfast seating system. Each room had a designated table, but ours was in a dark corner at the back. Even after mentioning this on the first day and kindly requesting a brighter table closer to the windows, we were given the same table again on the second day. Only on the last day were we offered a table outside the breakfast room (which we appreciated). Still, I don’t think fixed table assignments are ideal and it would be great if this could be more flexible.

Einige Zimmer haben noch ein „altes“ Bad. Hier ist eine Modernisierung zwingend notwendig. Dies wird aber nach Aussage der Mitarbeiter in der kommenden Zeit sukzessive erfolgen.

Gleich positiv aufgefallen ist die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück. Jedoch besonders hervorheben wollen wir Frau ERIKA, die uns zu späterer Stunde an der Hotelbar sehr zuvorkommend bedient und außerdem auf freundlichste Weise auch noch sehr gut unterhalten hat. Das Hotel ist sehr, sehr gepflegt und wird augenscheinlich ausgezeichnet geführt. Das Angebot beim Frühstück übertrifft alle Erwartungen. Wir wären schon gerne länger geblieben :) ...
