Das Zimmer mit Sicht auf die Streif war tiptop, sehr ruhig und sauber, vorallem das super Bett ist hervorzuheben! Habe schon lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen.

Leider gab es am Abend an der Bar keine warmen Getränke, insbesondere keinen Kaffee. Leider hatte auch die Dame im Service nicht ihren allerbesten Tag.

Sehr sauber, und ein großzügiges Zimmer, mit großem Balkon

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Zimmer waren auch schon am Mittag bereit. Wir haben Einzelzimmer gebucht. Die waren geräumig eingerichtet und hatten auch genügend Platz. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut, und man hatte eine grosse Auswahl an Müesli, Eierstpeise, sowie Wurst und Käse. Die Lage ist perfekt.

Die Lage

Laut zur Straße das Zimmer, 2. Nächte für 600,—€, keine Minibar. Kaffee ungenießbar.

Das Frühstück und der Barbereich waren sehr schön und ließen kaum Wünsche offen

Unser Zimmer stammte leider aus einer anderen Zeit. Der Fernseher sehr alt und mit einer mangelnden Ton- und Bildqualität. Keine Minibar auf dem Zimmer. Ein veraltetes und optisch nicht schönes Bad. Leider war der Wasserkocher defekt und lief aus. Nicht mal ein Wasser auf dem Zimmer, obwohl wir für das Zimmer für zwei Übernachtungen inklusive Hunde und Kurtaxe über 600€ gezahlt haben.

Die zentrale Lage. Das Frühstück hatte er auch alles zu bieten.

Für fast 300 €. Die Nacht war das Zimmer zur Straße viel zu laut. Ebenso war der Balkon so dreckig, dass, wenn man dort barfuß gegangen ist, die Füße sofort schwarz waren es fehlten ein Kühlschrank und eine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt vorne auf die Hauptstraße. Da es sehr heiß war mussten wir das Fenster offen lassen und dann hört man natürlich jedes Wort und jedes vorbeifahrende Auto. Unbedingt Ohrstöpsel dabei haben

Ich kann nicht verstehen warum wenn man das erstemal kommt ein Zimmer unterm Dach ohne Klimaanlage und mit niedriger Decke bekommt

Parkplätze nicht an der Unterkunft, sehr schmale Tiefgaragen-Parkplätze 500 Meter entfernt.

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter war stehts präsent, man hat sich sofort herzlich willkommen gefühlt; das Abendessen war hervorragend - sehr viel Auswahl beim Frühstück; alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar; Hunde sehr willkommen!

Eingangsbereich, Richtung Lift sollte mehr beleuchtet sein.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das duschen in der Badewanne war sehr eng und die Duschbrause musste immer gehalten werden da keine Vorrichtung genutzt werden konnte. Die Scheibe für den Spritzschutz ist auch etwas kurz. Schade bittet dieses Hotel keine Parkplätze für die Gäste an.

Parkplatzsituation ist etwas schwierig

Frühstück: Sehr reichhaötig und lecker.

Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Weiches Ei, Spiegelei mit Schinken oder Speck kann man alles bestellen. Service sehr zuvorkommend. Lage des Hotels perfekt. Zu Fuß ist man gleich mitten in Kitzbühel.

Es gibt angenehmeres als in einer Badewanne zu duschen. Bessere, weichere Matratzen wären kein Luxus.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war sehr komplett und sehr gut.

Der Parkplatz war 5 Minuten entfernt. Für uns kein Problem da vor dem Hotel immer fürs kurze Halten ein Platz frei war um unsere 84jährige Mutter abholen zu können.

Die Tolle Lage, das leckere Frühstück, das sehr nette Personal. Auch der Parkplatz in der Parkgarage war super!

A wonderful hotel experience! We stayed four nights and enjoyed our time immensely. The location is great. A short walk to the gondola, about 7-8 minutes, and only 2-3 minutes to many local restaurants and shops. The hotel restaurant was fabulous (we did the half board), including the service. The restaurant staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home. The front bar is a great place to unwind after a day on the slopes. Our room was in the front but we found the road noise to be tolerable. The town of Kitzbuhel is captivating and provided enough to do when not skiing. I highly recommend this for a ski vacation and would definitely stay here again.

Excelent bad. Very comfort bathroom. They have a room for your ski and boots. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is great! The location is also very good.

Freundlichkeit des Personals ist herausragend. Zimmer sind im top Zustand und nicht mal eine Kleinigkeit zu beanstanden. Frühstück ebenfalls bestens, sogar glutenfreie Brote wurden angeboten.

Das einzige Makel war die Hellhörigkeit. Dennoch war es insgesamt sehr angenehm und ruhig.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon. Reichhaltiges Frühstück.

The common area was very nice and cozy. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The biggest negative was having a room on the front, it was very noisy with road traffic. The hotel was convenient to sights and the ski mountain. I think it was a good value. The dining room food was very good and the service staff was very friendly.

L‘atteggiamento della proprietaria che, quando le ho fatto presente che il riscaldamento della camera era insufficiente, ha addotto scuse („fuori il clima è tiepido e il sistema è automatizzato“) ed ha cercato di farmi passare per anziano freddoloso (offrendomi una borsa dell‘acqua calda) quando era evidente che era lei a tenere il termostato basso per risparmiare il più possibile. Poi deve averlo fatto alzare, o forse ha funzionato far togliere l‘aria dal mio termosifone; fatto sta che poi, dalle 20 circa alle 23, è diventato improvvisamente del giusto calore.

We stayed here the week after new year and it did not disappoint. A beautiful hotel with a spacious and comfortable room. Comfy beds, and a bath to ease our muscles after a day skiing. Being just after Christmas the hotel had lovely Christmas decorations and felt very festive. The hotel is a short maybe 10 minute walk to the lift (slightly up hill), but a great location just on the edge of the main town. Breakfast was wonderful as was the evening meal. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Special mention goes to Ivana, Suzanne and Martin in the bar and restaurant but extends to all staff, as they really made the stay special. We booked through Inghams and whilst a Kitzbühel is often known for being a bit spritzy and expensive we got a good deal with this trip.

Breakfast and dinners were excellent!

While very comfortable, the hotel needs a bit of updating.

We spent a week from 14-21 February. Front desk staff were not as friendly as restaurant staff. A pity. Perhaps they should swop them around! We had no hot water in the evening. When we complained to the front desk they were indifferent and non-committal. Actually suggested we use the Sauna if we did not have hot water in the room! The WiFi was pretty average. For what we paid in a four star plus hotel we expected to at least have hot water and decent WiFi. The hotel is quaint but tired, like some of the staff. Not sure if it is an Austrian thing but the front of house staff could be less aggressive or reactive and more client focused.

We had a very mixed view of this hotel. The rooms were a good size, clean and in good condition. Unfortunately our room was on the first floor facing the road and there was a lot of road noise, try avoid this if you can The casual seating area and bar were also nice. The staff were mixed some good and some very unhelpful and not particularly friendly. We were not welcomed on arrival. Just told we had arrived before the check in time and that the lady helping us was tired and just wanted to go home. I did find the manager to be helpful. The hotel is close to the main ski lift which is about 7-8 walk away in ski boots. The boot room was not in great shape. I think we were most disappointed with the food. To be fair a few dishes were very good but the salad bar is the worst we have had at a reasonable Austrian hotel and some mains and desserts were very disappointing and in a few instances just not at all nice. I also think that in an age where hotels should be reducing their environmental impact it is unforgivable that they only serve bottled water at meals even if you are prepared to pay for tap water, a policy I was told they had changed the prior year. It indicates they care more about their profits than sustainability and the environment. We had a good holiday but due to the above the hotel came in below our expectations. There are better in the town.

Breakfast was very nice. Dinner was also very nice. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. One waiter / manager went above and beyond - Achilles. He was amazing and always served us very professionally and friendly.

The Gym area and equipment must be upgraded. Not allot of equipment and also out dated. The gym area is also very small. Not allot of people can gym in that area

It is my second time in Maria Theresia. I enjoyed my stay again. Location is really good and staff was so helpful. Breakfast is good enough and there is a perfect SPA area in the hotel.

Cozy hotel very conveniently located next to Kitz Main Street with all the restaurants and shops. 5 min walk to the main Gondola. Cozy lounge with very friendly staff, good drinks and a fireplace gave it a real ski chalet type atmosphere. Descent size, clean rooms were a bit too rustic but very comfortable. Excellent facilities - the breakfast selection was extensive and very good, and the various saunas after a day of skiing were perfect. After dinners in town, we would call it a night with a drink at the lounge area by the fireplace. Overall, highly recommended.

Rooms were a bit too rustic style but that’s a personal preference. Our windows faced Main Street and the neon lights from the shops across the street were an overkill but the shades would take care of it.
