Reviewed Aug 22, 2026we booked dinner and sleeping for one night. Once we arrived, one of us didn't take his complete dinner but, instead, we asked for a second bottle of water. So, our surprice is that they charged us with the extracost of this extra bottle of water. It's not the cost of the bottle (10€). It's the fact that charging for the extra water when one of us both didn't take the diiner. It's not what you expect for this kind of hotels and prices.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Herrliche Lage im kleinen Ort Heiligenblut, sehr gut versorgt, besonders liebevoll und lecker angerichtetes Frühstücksbuffet. Wunderbar feines Abendessen, sehr geräuschloses, flinkes und freundliches Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Herrlicher Saunagarten mit schönem Blick ins Tal, Schwimmbad, Panoramasaunen, da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Dank an Barbara und Hannes mitsamt dem Team, sie schaffen eine wahre Wohlfühlatmosphäre.
Wer hier nicht voll und ganz zufrieden ist, weiter so!

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Die Sauna mit Ausblick und die Liegen im Außenbereich auf denen man den Sternenhimmel bewundern kann, sind ein ganz besonders Highlight dieser Lodge. Die Unterkunft hat außerdem Tradition und man sieht das Wert auf gute Handwerksarbeit gelegt wird. Die Möbel werden gut gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail verfeinert. Neben all dem war auch noch das Essen ein wahrer Traum, ich habe schon auf gut gegessen, aber noch nie so gut. Ein großes Lob an die Küche. Zusätzlich zum tollen Essen war auch noch das Service exzellent. Die gesamte Belegschaft bis hin zu den Chefs waren herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit.

Reviewed Jan 31, 2026Tolles Hotel, super zentral gelegen. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir hatten am Abreisetag den Pool für uns und konnten mit der Gästekarte gratis ins Haus der Steinböcke. Würde wieder dort übernachten.

The mattresses were too soft for me, although I realize this is a personal preference. The selection and quality of the dinner were not commensurate with the price. The breakfast buffet was average. The replenishment of items that ran out was poor.

Bad sehr klein, Einrichtung Schlafzimmer,Bad veraltet. Matratzen unbequem, Nur in der Dusche Spender mit Duschbad. Keine Seife,keine Lotion, keine Duschhaube etc....Gar nichts im Bad. Im **** Sterne Hotel normal Standard.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2025Beim Besuch der hauseigenen Bar wurden uns mehr Getränke in Rechnung gestellt, als wir tatsächlich getrunken hatten, obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste in der Bar waren. Auf spätere Reklamationen und Nachfragen wurde nicht reagiert. Das geht gar nicht! Auch bei spontanen Teilnahme an der Halbpension wurde uns mehr in Rechnung gestellt, wie vorher angekündigt. Die Rechnung wurde auch erst nach dem Bezahlvorgang ausgehändigt. Also aufpassen und unbedingt vor dem Bezahlen genau prüfen!

What didn’t I like? Where do I start? -budget room for $ we paid was like a student hostel - cleaning staff taking smoke breaks outside our room - that was our view -weird halls and nooks and crannies to get anywhere and everywhere inside. Was like the movie The Shining. -found hair in my food At breakfast that was not my color -oh parking lol good luck was 200 meters down road in garage and good luck making 6 very tight turns to get out! -there looked like a much nicer hotel in valley below-go there

So location is very good direct 2 minutes from the gate to grossglocker alpine road, room was not so clean, bed very uncomfortable, that night wasnt very full but that gave us a room in the corner where the unique bar is so thx at 1:30 i was up. Head from shower wasnt possible to take to hand it was taped ( afraid from robbery???) i wanted to call to a reception cause when we get to the room electricity didnt worked but phone didnt worked also than after 10 min we founded some button to turn on the electricity. It wasnt clean also

Die Luft im Zimmer war sehr trocken, was beim Schlafen etwas gestört hat.

Reviewed Mar 2, 2025Perfekte Lage! Tolles Einzelzimmer - sonst sind Einzelzimmer manchmal sehr klein und in der letzten Ecke. Diese hatte einen tollen großen Balkon, ein tolles Bett und eine Badewanne! Außerdem ist der Sauna- und Poolbereich richtig toll!

Preise im Restaurant.... z.B. Salat am Buffet kostet 15€ Vorspeise am Buffet kostet 15€ Suppe am Buffet kostet 8€ alles logischerweise per Selbstbedienung... Hauptgang 34€ - via Kellner Das Restaurant ist aber sehr sehr gut!
