Hervorragendes Frühstück, aufmerksamer Service, sehr gute Qualität. Tolle Aussicht, ruhig.

Für Erstbesucher aber etwas schwierig, sich beim Frühstück zurecht zufinden.

* Beautiful hotel with a very nice interior and stylish atmosphere. * Parking was convenient and we had no issues. * The spa area is very nice and definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. * During summer, we recommend borrowing chairs from reception and walking straight ahead to the grassy area by the water. It’s a much better place to relax, get some sun and swim.

*The hotel’s sunbeds are quite far away and mostly in the shade, which isn’t ideal if you want to enjoy the sun. * The spa pool was surprisingly cold and should definitely be warmer, especially during winter. * There is no bar in the upstairs spa area. * Breakfast was disappointing for a hotel of this standard. The omelette lacked quality, the pancakes were hard, and there were small fruit flies around the breakfast area. * We tried both Post Stube and Belle Etage and unfortunately weren’t impressed by either restaurant. The food is probably the biggest factor bringing down our overall rating. * Room cleaning could be improved. * There is no air conditioning, which could be a major issue during hot summer days. * Our room was quite noisy. We could hear the church bells every hour as well as noise from the restaurant, which was disturbing, especially when trying to sleep. *poor money for value

Nicht sauber, neben Zimmer hat ganze Nacht am Balkon gefeiert und sehr viel geraucht so das man das Fenster nicht öffnen konnte. Poststube Katastrophe mein essen war falsch beilage wie ich es dann wieder bekommen habe hat meine Frau ihr essen schon gegessen gehabt, Hauptgericht kalt und beilage heiß

Lage und die Restaurants waren wirklich top!

Wir haben keine Check in Details erhalten (auch auf Nachfrage). Daher haben wir uns überraschen lassen. Termine für Behandlungen, Parkplatz und Restaurant Buchungen waren daher sehr Last Minute und stressig. Man war aber bemüht und es hat geklappt. In der Hochsaison wären vorab Informationen sehr hilfreich gewesen (auch dass das Restaurant ausgebucht ist und in der Nähe alles Ruhetag hatte war wirklich unangenehm). In den Zimmern hat meistens irgendetwas gefehlt (Bademantel, Toilettenpapier)

Alles war ausgezeichnet, einer der besten Urlaube ever!

Výborné snídaně, pokoje s krásným výhledem, čistota a úklid pokojů naprosto výborné.

Trochu slabší článek je parkování a personál recepce i přes požadavek rezervaci parkovacího místa z důvodu ZTP/P jsem měla rezervaci na 1 den další dny jsem si parkování musela hledat sama. Poté mi bylo parkování opět rezervováno.

Zimmer war sehr heiß, große Glasfronten (grundsätzlich sehr schön wegen des Seeblicks). Mobiles Klimagerät hat nur die heiß me Luft durch das Zimmer gepustet. Einbau einer Klimaanlage wäre wünschenswert.

Das war eins der besten Frühstücke, was wir je hatten - das gesamte Personal hervorragend - Lage perfekt, wichtig: Bevor man mit dem PKW anreist unbedingt Parkplatz buchen, sonst wird es stressig, da kaum vorhanden..., der SPA-Bereich ein Traum

Das einzige Problem war: Keine Klimaanlage in einigen Zimmern, wird aber bis nächstes Jahr geregelt

Стаята беше екстремно топла.Нямаше климатик, малък вентилатор, който не работеше на студен режим. Ресторант Poststube беше много приятен с хубава храна.Ресторант Beletage ни разочарова особено менюто- изненадата на ШЕФ, много бавно обслужване, неприятно шумно.

Breakfast absolutely incredible. Location is also stellar, Traunkirche is absolutely magical, with Lake access and peaceful surroundings. Also a couple of really nice hikes closeby. Hotel is cozy and beatiful, and it was not too busy when we went (mid July)

Wunderbares vielfältiges Frühstück mit vorwiegend regionalen Lebensmitteln, tolle Lage im Ortskern am See, Veranstaltungen, die durch das Hotel organisiert wurden, wie Ortsrundgang, Der Fischer und der Koch. Das Essen in der Beletage hat genau unseren Geschmack getroffen: vielfältig, regional, sehr viele vegetarische Gerichte und alles excellent zubereitet. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Das Ambiente der öffentlichen Räume ist einfach umwerfend, wunderschön und bis ins Detail geplant. Eine sehr gelungene Mischung zwischen altem Bestand und moderner Gestaltung. Hier kann man sich sehr gut aufhalten und inspirieren lassen. Dabei helfen auch schöne Bildbände und Bücher, die man anschauen und lesen kann.

Kleines und sehr warmes Zimmer (der Fußboden war sehr warm, wahrscheinlich durch ein Warmwasserrohr, so dass wir im Hochsommer bei 30 Grad eine Fußbodenheizung hatten), mit Ausrichtung/Ausblick auf einen Gebäudeteil (Wand), Wannenbad, keine Dusche und das bei einem doch sehr hohem Preis. Leider wurde der sehr kleine Pool hauptsächlich als Kinderspielplatz genutzt, inklusive Ballspielen und Tauchwettbewerben. Contemplation war hier eher nicht möglich, die haben wir aber im und am Traunsee gefunden. Unsere Anregung: die Zeiten für Kinder begrenzen, z.B. bis 18.00, danach adults only.

אין מיזוג אויר. המסעדה הקומת הקרקע מציעה מטבח אוסטרי. השירות היה רע מאד. גם המנות. בקומה הראשונה מסעדה טובה יותר, אבל יקרה באופן בלתי מותאם למנות. ביקשנו שירות כביסה. לא שאלנו מחיר. ביציאה שילמנו 135 יורו בעבור שקית כביסה צנועה (חולצות ותחתונים). יפה מאד שניתן לקבל שירות כזה. בהחלט לא מובן מאליו, אך המחיר - מופקע וראוי לומר אותו מראש.

Spa area and design

Sehr herzliches und freundliches Personal. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl!

Lage, Zimmer mit eigene Sauna war perfekt. Restaurant mit leckeren Essen direkt am See wirklich gut (die Fischsuppe wow). Fahrradwege toll. Frühstück sensationell, das Buffet lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Frühstück war sehr, sehr gut, uns hat nur gestört, dass man die Fenstern nicht aufmachen dürfte wegen Klimaanlage die man gar nicht gespürt hat und somit war frühstücken obvohl sehr lecker und mit Seeblick sehr unangenehm.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Viel Auswahl und Variation, zusätzlich war die Qualität der Produkte sehr gut. Die Lage und das Zimmer hätte nicht besser sein können. Direkter Blick auf den See und die Berge.

Das einzige was man kritisieren könnte, ist der Preis. Jedoch hat es sich rückblickend ausgezahlt und man hat auch einiges bekommen für das Geld.

Perfekter Aufenthalt, großartiges Essen und top Service in malerischer Umgebung. Bar sehr zu empfehlen, top Drinks und stilvolle Einrichtung

Wunderschönes Hotel, dass liebevoll renoviert wurde. Traumhafter Wellness-Bereich mit tollen Liegeplätzen und einer herrlichen Aussicht auf den See! Frühstück top, Personal freundlich und sehr aufmerksam! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Very high attention to detail. Beautiful hotel and location

This hotel was the most deluxe place I have ever stayed at. The quality of the furnishings was next level. The rooms were exceptional, the day spa was mind blowing, the location was perfect. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We ate at the restaurant 2 nights of our stay and it was the most delicious meal with really friendly staff. This place will forever live in my happy memories.

Пристани в номере были грязные, но персонал оперативно все заменил.

Toll und ausgefallen renoviert - alle Gemeinschafträume (Poststube, Belle Etage, und insbesondere Spa) sind top. super Frühstück; sichere Unterbringung für Fahrräder möglich; Tolle Bade- und Sonnenterrasse im Partnerhotel am See zu dem man ein paar Minuten laufen muss. Das Hotel Post am See liegt nicht unmittelbar mit dem Grundstück am See. Personal überwiegend äußerst freundlich;

Roomservice arbeitet unzuverlässig - tw. Zimmer nicht gemacht oder Handtücher vergessen oder löchrig; Zimmer in der Basiskategorie (auch schon über 300 Euro/ Nacht) eher einfach mit schlechter Sicht nach draußen auf Zufahrt (um die Ecke kann man auch den Berg sehen, da ja Bergsicht ausgelobt); Preis-/Leistung in der Poststube etwas aus dem Rahmen gerutscht. Internationales Publikum, dass sich leider nicht mit Sauna-Regeln auskennt. In Klamotten in der 95 Grad Sauna, ohne Handtuch und mit Badelatschen auf den Holzbänken - aber da kann das Hotel nix dafür. Könnte aber vielleicht über Regeln deutlicher aufklären;

Veľmi malé parkovacie miesta, malý balkón s jedným kreslom, Keď sme boli dvaja nemožnosť posedieť na balkóne vo dvojici a vychutnať si tu nádheru, čo tam príroda vytvorila. Izba 411 bola z boku hotela, nemali sme priamy výhľad na jazero. Mali sme za to že keď to bola dvojložková izba Deluxe s balkonom, že to bude priamo s výhľadom za cenu ubytovania na štyri noci.

Excellent location in calm village just by the lake. Very good breakfast and cozy bar with tasty drinks.

Frühstücksbuffet top! Schinken, Käse, Fisch,... in kühlvitrinen. Vieles hausgemacht, zb Humus. Toller eierkoch. Tolle weinauswahl, in 3 Minuten ist man im traunsee, Spa sieht toll aus, nicht genutzt, weil zu heiß . Zu Fuß in sensationslokal Bootshaus

Einziges Manko: der Kühlschrank hat nicht funktioniert und konnte auch nicht in Gang gebracht werden, es hatte halt 38 Grad...

The location is simply stunning, loved the spa area with the view over the Traun lake. Beletage restaurant and the breakfast area is nicely decorated, rooms with nice showers. Traunkirchen is a beautiful place to visit. Exceptional breakfast with great variety and free barista coffee and freshly made egg dishes.

Unfortunately we had one of the few rooms without a balcony and the room picture indicated that there are balconies. The bin wasn’t cleaned for 3 days. There is no kettle and tea in the rooms. We didn’t get daily new towels for the spa. The parking area was tiny, it needed to be reserved and payed with a fixed parking spot and then other guests parked in our spot. This issue wasn’t dealt with properly after our complaint and we decided to park in a free parking spot nearby which was totally fine. At checkout I wasn’t asked if I liked the stay which was a bit disappointing but overall we had a really great stay and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Schönes Hotel am Traunsee

A truly perfect hotel! It is located right on the lake, and the staff is amazing and attentive to every need. The room was clean and had really convenient facilities. Breakfast was great with a nice variety. We will definitely come back!

Один із найкращих готелів, у яких ми зупинялися під час цієї подорожі. Без перебільшення — 10 із 10. Насамперед вражає саме місце. Озеро, гори, чарівне невелике містечко — атмосфера просто казкова. Сам готель сучасний, стильний і дуже гармонійно вписаний у навколишній пейзаж. Окремої похвали заслуговує СПА-зона. Усе продумано так, щоб звідусіль відкривалися неймовірні краєвиди. Басейн із панорамою на гори та озеро, сучасний дизайн і загальна атмосфера створюють відчуття справжнього відпочинку та повного релаксу. Приємним бонусом стала ранкова медитація. Ми відвідали її разом із дружиною й отримали чудові враження. Це була ще одна деталь, яка зробила перебування особливим. Після цього готелю залишилися лише позитивні емоції. Із великим задоволенням повернулися б сюди ще раз і можемо щиро рекомендувати його всім.

AMAZING

Exceptional location directly on the lake with stunning mountain views. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, and the spa was very enjoyable. Having two restaurants on-site was also a great advantage as there’s not a lot of choice nearby. Overall, a beautiful hotel in a truly magical setting.

While the hotel has many strengths, there are several areas that fall short of what I would expect from a four-star property. Cleanliness was the main disappointment. Upon arrival, the room was not cleaned to the standard one would expect, with visible dust and floors that did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. The shower seals and joints were also noticeably dirty, which immediately gave the bathroom an unclean impression and not proper deep cleaning. I felt uncomfortable taking my showers. In addition, housekeeping was inconsistent during our stay. On one morning, despite leaving the room only slightly later than usual, we had to ask reception 3 times before the room was eventually cleaned (and not very well), which should not be necessary in a hotel of this category. The rooms would also benefit from some refurbishment and modernization. The pillows and duvet felt old and worn and are in need of replacement. The hairdryer was very outdated and no longer meets the standard expected in a four-star hotel. Another detail that stood out was when we requested an iron and ironing board: the ironing board cover looked extremely old and stained, which again did not reflect the standard expected from a four-star hotel. These details may seem minor individually, but together they detract from the overall experience. We were also disappointed by our dinner at the Beletage restaurant. The prices were very high, but unfortunately the quality of the food did not justify the cost. Given the hotel’s fantastic location, friendly staff, and excellent facilities, addressing these maintenance and housekeeping issues would make a significant difference to the guest experience.

Es war wirklich alles Spitze! Der Ausblick vom Pool einfach sagenhaft! Das Personal super freundlich und das Essen toll und kreativ. Die Lage könnte auch nicht besser sein und das ganze Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll und künstlerisch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut!

Immer laute Kinder im Pool die reinspringen und schreien… konnten den Spa leider so nicht richtig nutzen da wir extra ohne kinder kamen. Mussten leider sehr lange aufs Essen warten.

Perfekter Standort direkt am Traunsee in wunderbarer Umgebung Traunkirchen. Perfektes Service und sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Wunderschön gestalteter Spa Bereich im Rofftop. Aussrgewöhnliche Kulinarik mit Chef Choice Konzept - die einzelnen Gänge werden geteilt. Kann ich wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

В отеле прекрасный ресторан с био продуктами ,завтрак был восхитительным .Персонал очень дружелюбный,для Австрии это вообще редкость .В отеле шикарное СПА и у бассейна шикарный вид .

Tolle Unterkunft. Traumhafte Lage. Tolles Design - gerade der Wellnessbereich und das Restaurant in der oberen Etage sind wunderschön. Das Frühstück war auch unglaublich abwechslungsreich. Das Zimmer war sehr groß - im Vergleich zum Rest des Hauses auch eher schlicht eingerichtet und leider hatte es keinen wirklich Blick - aber da hatte ich einfach Pech. Der Blick aus dem Pool war sagenhaft.

Fand das Restaurant (Belle Etage) leider etwas überteuert für das was es war. Und ich finde es etwas knauserig bei den Zimmerpreisen 10 Euro für einen Parkplatz zu nehmen.

Loved this resort. We used the infinity pool and sauna and rented electric bikes. Super fun and relaxing. The breakfast was excellent. The cook who fried our eggs made the most delicious fried eggs I’ve ever had. Perfect for a weekend away from work.

You have to go to two elevators but it wasn’t that big of a deal.
