La piscine et le parc Le petit déjeuner très élaboré

Beaucoup de choses non annoncées : un mariage avait lieu -> restaurant fermé , alors qu’il est mis en avant dans le descriptif et les photos (nous avons dû ressortir avec la voiture alors que nous venions ici pour être relax Piscine : le prêt de serviettes et de cape de bain n’est en fait un prêt : on nous a demandé de régler une somme pour la location, ce que nous avons refusé : pas indiqué en amont sur le site , ni lors de la remise des accessoires. C’est une forme de vente forcée, heureusement que le personnel a accepté de ne pas nous le facturer suite à notre indignation

Il disturbo che purtroppo, a certi orari, determinano i numerosi eventi. Troppo rumore, e difficoltà a riposare.

Nice main building, clean pool

Apparently, it’s normal in this hotel to have party (birthday, weddings,…) until 01:00 - from Thursday till Saturday night, because of which it’s impossible to sleep before 01:30 at night since the noise is impossible. Similar to outdoor festival experience. When asking the hotel, they don’t care, minimise the noise - make fun (“you want to sleep at 22:00 like old people”), and offer a “solution”, which is to go to a cheaper room a little further away (which doesnn’t solve anything) but without compensating the nightly price difference. In essence: as a guest, you get a cheaper room as a “solution” for a problem you don’t know exists when you make a reservation. The worst part is the hotel knows this, but refuses to even pay back the difference when staying in a less expensive room. Even in the “deluxe” room, the “bed” is a solid wooden board with a thin matress on top. After 10-15mins it becomes very uncomfortable. On top of this- you have to pay for *everything*. You cannot take your own towel to the pool, but need to pay for a rental towel. To swim in the pool, you need a swim cap - to be bought there. None of this is indicated while booking. Glass of Orange juice at the “included” breakfast? 5€. Omelette? 8€. 2nd Cappuccino? Impossible to get since staff just ignores you (at least when you don’t speak Italian). And to end in the best way possible: a tourist tax of 24€ was due for the stay. The final payment? 29€. Even when checkout they scam money. Truly an unbelievable horrible experience that I’ve never had anywhere else in the world.

The pool and garden area were lovely

The event music every evening….very loud until the early hours. One evening there were two events on so two conflicting music sounds. During the day music was played round the pool too loudly also

We loved our bungalow- very comfortable and ideal for a family. We loved the breakfast- so many fresh and delicious options also for kids. We celebrated our little daughter birthday in the main building- it was a beautiful and intimate setting with great dishes and service. Thank you Villa Favorita team and Luigi!

It would be helpful to have a courtesy room with private shower for after check out. Especially with small children and so much heat - it’s helpful to do it inside instead of outside.

Restaurant & food were excellent

First room was full of ants, floors tables & beds. Replacement room was clean but shower was not fit for purpose

The property was mostly clean.

We booked a “deluxe” bungalow, but tbh nothing was deluxe. The bungalow was fairly average. The sofa wasn’t really appealing as well as the small bathroom. There is a stupid rule about wearing a cap in the pool - never heard about such thing before. Maybe get better cleaning supplies for the pool instead of ruling over the guests. Not a comfortable experience at all. The menu of the restaurant was super small and overpriced, so we didn’t eat there once. The staff was only concentrated on the two weddings and 18th birthday party during our stay.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Everything was handled professionally, and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back!

Nous avons séjourné dans un cadre très agréable, charmant et superbement entretenue avec une restauration pour le déjeuner et le dîner qui était très bon. Le personnel était très aimable et à l’écoute. Ce fut également un plaisir de profiter de la piscine qui était bien entretenue .

J’apprécie énormément le fait de mettre un bonnet pour aller dans la piscine, ce qui est très hygiénique. Mais nous les faire payer ne m’a pas vraiment plû vu le prix que nous mettons . Tout comme nous faire payer les bouteilles d’eau lorsque nous allons au bar l’après-midi pour se rafraîchir, ou bien le jus d’orange au petit déjeuner… Il faudrait que le petit jardin de la piscine soit un peu plus propre car pas mal de mégots ou de petits papiers traînaient.

Superbe hôtel dans une ancienne propriété viticole. La piscine et les jardins sont magnifiques. La chambre est très cosy et chaleureuse. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel. Je recommande à 100%.

L'Azienda mélange l'ancien et la modernité. Les extérieurs sont agréables, Espace piscine, restaurant accueillant. Service sympathique.

Manque de modernité dans les chambres, ne reflète pas l'etat d'esprit de l'hôtel, mais correspond a une azienda avec un confort tout a fait correct. De manière générale, il y a un manque d'entretien global, porte cassée, douche piscine a nettoyer, parasols HS sous un soleil de plomb... La maintenance du site est clairement a améliorer pour avoir une meilleure note.

Meget fine værelser, fin restaurant og meget søde personaler.

Morgenmaden kunne godt være lidt mere continental. For meget kage.

La struttura è davvero una bomboniera. A due minuti a piedi dal porticciolo di Levanzo. La camera davvero ben curata, essenziale nell’arredo e nella struttura stessa che è esattamente ciò che la rende unica. La vista lascia senza parole. Il personale è davvero gentile e riesce a far sentire a casa chiunque. Dalla colazione al resto della giornata. Marco sin da subito simpatico e disponibile e di estremo aiuto per prenotare le attività da fare sull’isola. Non vedo l’ora di tornare.

Si dovrebbe pensare a qualcosa di più stabile per i separè del terrazzo che dividono camera e camera. Attualmente ci sono delle bellissime conchiglie giganti ma che con il vento cadono giù. Carino da proporre come attività è anche il cinema all’aperto del centro sociale che si tiene ogni mercoledì sera. A noi è piaciuto moltissimo.

Ingen middag serveres da hotellet egentlig er en resort for bryllup og feiringer. Masse fine restaurant-lokasjoner inne på resorten men det går ikke an å spise der for vanlige gjester. Man føler seg nedprioritert, og man må gå/kjøre ca. 2 km ned til Marsala for å få mat. Dårlig med taxi. Ingenting serveres bortsett fra lunsj og en bar som stenger kl.22. Krav om badehette i bassenget.

Mój pobyt w tym hotelu był bardzo rozczarowujący. W pierwszym pokoju po podłodze i ścianach chodziło mnóstwo robaków, co było nie do zaakceptowania. Po zgłoszeniu problemu w recepcji pokój został wymieniony, za co dziękuję obsłudze. Niestety, w drugim pokoju sytuacja wyglądała niemal identycznie – również było pełno robaków. Podróżowałam z dziećmi, które były przerażone widokiem robaków. Zamiast spokojnego wypoczynku musieliśmy zmagać się ze stresem i obawą przed kolejnymi owadami w pokoju. Taki standard czystości jest niedopuszczalny i sprawił, że nie mogliśmy czuć się komfortowo ani bezpiecznie podczas pobytu. Mam nadzieję, że hotel potraktuje ten problem poważnie i podejmie skuteczne działania, aby podobne sytuacje nie spotykały kolejnych gości.

Breakfast was very good. However, charging an extra €7–10 for a simple omelette is excessive—about the price of a Margherita pizza in a restaurant.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. We are actually happy to be leaving and would never book this hotel again. This is essentially an event venue that also happens to accommodate hotel guests to make some extra money. Almost every day there were weddings, with large parts of the property reserved or blocked off. As a paying guest, you constantly feel like you’re in the way and unwelcome. It seems the hotel has little interest in its guests—the only priority is hosting events. The pool rules are absurd. It closes at 6 PM even though it stays hot well into the evening. Guests are required to wear swimming caps, yet men were allowed into the pool without one despite having hair on their heads, faces and bodies. The rule makes absolutely no sense. The pool area is also surrounded by ropes so guests can only enter via the designated steps—just another one of the hotel’s many unnecessary and annoying rules. To make matters worse, the pool area has no atmosphere at all: plastic chairs, no music, no pool bar and no charm. Another major issue was the smell. Throughout the property there was repeatedly a very strong and unpleasant smell of sewage and chlorine, which made spending time outside far from enjoyable. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was the tennis court. Unfortunately, it is uneven, full of holes and in terrible condition. At check-in we were told we could borrow tennis rackets. The next day we were informed that another guest hadn’t returned them. Apparently the hotel owns only two rackets in total. If you advertise a tennis court, at least maintain it properly and provide enough equipment. Breakfast was very good. However, charging an extra €7–10 for a simple omelette is excessive—about the price of a Margherita pizza in a restaurant. Another unpleasant surprise came at check-out. There were small 0.5L bottles of water in the room’s fridge with no indication whatsoever that they were chargeable. We were then charged €2 per bottle.

Il bagno nel bungalow. Pulizia perfetta mancavano alcuni accessori: bicchiere porta spazzolino, appendi asciugamani.

La colazione è ottima e abbondante, staff gentilissimo e disponibile alle richieste, ci hanno consentito di rimanere in piscina oltre l'orario di check out, relax e comfort totale, consigliatissima l'esperienza Area beauty & Wellness, Antonella è una professionista altamente competente e di grande esperienza, i suoi massaggi sono rigeneranti e personalizzati, un momento unico da ripetere assolutamente.

La privacy nei boungalow lascia un pò a desiderare visto che non ci sono scuri esterni che diano la possibilità di aprire le imposte senza essere visti da fuori. Basterebbe dotare le finestre di tende all'interno.

Dass die Brötchen beim Frühstück bereits belegt waren, das Frühstück war gut, aber ich treffe gerne selbst meine Entscheidungen, wie ich morgens meinen Brötchen/Brot belege.

The Villa is stunning, the pool area is incredibly beautiful and the staff was very friendly and professional. We also had an amazing massage. I highly recommend it if u are looking for a relaxing time in the beautiful Marsala

- You must wear a pool cap, which I've never seen anywhere else in my life. And of course, if you don't have one (which I best most people don't carry around when they travel), you have to buy one at the reception - Pool closes at 18 pm...this is super early for a sunny and warm place like Marsala - Breakfast was quite weak, with a lack of fresh fruit and juices (come on, we are in Sicily...this is a must!) - The air-conditioning in our room wasn't working properly

Die Bungalows sind recht sporadisch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend.

Wir wurden zu einer Nachzahlung gezwungen. Der Verweis auf die Buchungsbestätigung wurde ignoriert. Das hat den Aufenthalt sehr negativ beeinflusst.

Bel hôtel qui se veut être de prestige à la décoration soignée. Assez drôle de loger dans le bungalow qui est une espèce d’igloo. Très très bon petit déjeuner. Nous avons aussi pris le dîner à l’hôtel. Carte restreinte mais plats bons. Vin très bon aussi mais j’ai trouvé cela un peu cher.

Dommage que certains éléments affichent des traces d’usure prononcées. Terrain de tennis troué, mobilier extérieur, …

Weitläufig, schöne Gartenanlage, Bungalows in Igluform ungewöhnlich aber schön Grosser Parkplatz direkt im Gelände Pool u Liegen schön, konnten wir wegen dem Wetter nicht nutzen. Verschiedene frische Obstsorten zum Frühstück, überwiegend süßes Frühstück

Everything... we stayed in an " igloo" aka a bungalow, and it was great! It had everything you needed in a really quiet, soundproof room. There was a comfortable bed, clean linens, a hot shower and a small refrigerator. Breakfast was exceptional as well. A large assortment of hot & cold items, served in a large, lavish dining room. And the staff, especially Georgia & Naomi at the front desk, were over the top helpful, and communicated in very good English, as well as Italian!

The pool needed a little work...but nothing a good cleaning wouldn't cure. Water was cool, so we didn't swim, but the setting was picture perfect.

The overall atmosphere and appearance of the accommodation were quite nice.

However, the environment was very humid, and the bedsheets and blankets felt damp. The mattress had very poor support, and I woke up with back pain in the morning. There were also many lizards in the courtyard. I understand this may be normal in the area, but for me personally it was quite uncomfortable.

The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. The breakfast room and the food were outstanding.

The room was modern and well decorated although not ideal for 2 women friends as the shower and tub are enclosed by glass only without any privacy and there is nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom . The access road or very well hidden! It is a dangerous corner to pull out onto the main road

Es hat jeden Abend eine Hochzeit stattgefunden und dementsprechend war es sehr laut. Unsere Stornierungsanfrage direkt nach Ankunft wurde ohne Begründung abgelehnt. Das sogenannte „Deluxe-Bungalow“ ist renovierungsbedürftig und hat den Standard eines einfachen Zimmers in einem Hostel (max. 2 Sterne). Das Personal spricht kaum Englisch und ist unfreundlich.

La struttura è veramente bella e ben curata. Una struttura da sogno. Sembra quella dei film.

Praticamente tutto! La camera favolosa! Il tagliere assortito che ci hanno servito in camera, accompagnato da una bottiglia di prosecco DOP millesimato e 2 calici, erano degni di un Gourmet club a cinque stelle. La Jacuzzi con vista panoramica sul giardino e parte delle isole Egadi é una esperienza favolosa. La colazione buonissima, genuina, assortita e servita in uno splendido salone. La mia compagna Felice dopo un periodo iperstressante ed io insieme a lei. Un grazie sincero a tutto lo staff. Gentili, professionali, disponibilissimi e soprattutto sorridenti.😊

La condizione meteo! Che ovviamente non é dipesa dall'organizzazione 😜. Ma ne é valsa la pena.

Esperienza non coerente con il posizionamento e con la reputazione della struttura Abbiamo soggiornato alla Favorita di Marsala in tre persone, pagando 250€ per un weekend di gennaio, aspettandoci un livello di servizio coerente con una struttura che si presenta come vincitrice di 4 Hotel Barbieri e nota per le sue colazioni. Proprio per questo, la colazione è stata una delle maggiori delusioni: l’angolo è carino, ma l’offerta è risultata molto basica, con una sola torta, nessuna spremuta fresca e solo le classiche proposte standard come yogurt e croissant confezionati. Nulla che rispecchi l’immagine di eccellenza che viene comunicata. Anche l’ubicazione della nostra sistemazione non era chiara in fase di prenotazione. Il bungalow assegnato era distante dal corpo principale e trasmetteva una sensazione di isolamento e di povertà di contesto, più che di esclusività. All’interno abbiamo trovato solo lo stretto indispensabile: nessun comfort invernale (assenza di bollitore o macchina del caffè), Wi-Fi non funzionante e un ambiente complessivamente spoglio, poco accogliente e poco curato. Considerato che la struttura era praticamente vuota, sarebbe stato naturale offrire un upgrade o una sistemazione più adeguata, lasciando al cliente un buon ricordo. Invece è rimasta una chiara percezione di rapporto qualità-prezzo sbilanciato e di un’esperienza non allineata al posizionamento dichiarato. Per questi motivi, non mi sento di consigliarla.

Location bellissima, personale accogliente e professionale

Ho portato con me i miei due piccoli cagnolini maltesi visto che la struttura li accoglie Premesso che ho prenotato con Booking nessuno mi aveva preavvisato del pagamento di una tariffa aggiuntiva per la presenza dei cani pari a 30 euro al giorno che mi è sembrato eccessivo rispetto al costo giornaliero previsto per la sistemazione all’atto della prenotazione

La struttura è un vecchio baglio completamente rinnovato, composto da alcuni bungalow e dall'edificio principale (veramente bellissimo). Abbiamo soggiornato nei bungalow, che risultano essere comunque comodi e spaziosi nella loro semplicità. Molto gentile la ragazza alla reception che mi ha consentito di cenare nonostante un evento in loco. La colazione è davvero buonissima (anche la cena lo è stata) e ricchissima di scelte. Sicuramente da ritornarci!
