Wines were warm, coffee should have been available in the dining room in both lunch and dinner, drinking water was always warm and ice was not always available

No geral não gostei muito.

A limpeza,muito bolor nos tectos casa de banho ,espelho do wc muito estragado quase não da para ver. Material muito velho portas janelas quase não abrem banheira super degradada. O pequeno almoço muita variedade pouca qualidade a nível de fruta o pior que deve existir.

No tener sitio donde sentarte,ya que las tumbonas,Sillas ,mesas,la gente la deja reservadas todo el día con la toalla y nadie hace nada ,personal desagradable,se molestan cuando pides,en el bar de la piscina,hormigas en la habitación,vasos sucios,todo incluido flojo en bebidas,no hay piña colada,es el coktail del dia ,sin apenas hielo,no merece la pena el todo incluido por la mala calidad de la bebida,

Świetny personel, genialna lokalizacja , bardzo polecam.

Os quartos eram limpos e arrumados, as piscinas boas e vem cuidadas. Os jardins impecáveis. Localização também é muito boa.

A única coisa a apontar foram as refeições, não por falta de alguma coisa pois não faltou mas poderia ser mais diversificado. Mas o que havia era bom!

Ubicación excepcional, tiene parking de clientes (aunque limitado), personal de recepción agradable, habitación cómoda, limpia y con muy buenas vistas; habitación bastante tranquila respecto al ruido; buenos cócteles y baratos.

Se podrían actualizar algunas cosas del hotel y de la habitación y ampliar un poco el horario de desayuno.

Da zona exterior do hotel assim como do acesso direto à praia. Boas piscinas.

Os quartos estão gastos e a casa de banho precisa de um toque mais moderno. As portas e janelas também precisam ser mudadas para dar um pouco mais de privacidade.

Отличный отель, просто я привык к другому отдыху за эти деньги)) а так все хорошо еда, море в пешей доступности… Персонал отеля прекрасный и отзывчивый, помогал по всем возникавшим проблемам…

La ubicación estaba muy bien, con la playa justo al lado, estaba todo limpio y se comió muy bien. Hay dos piscinas una interior y otra exterior bastante grande.

En fotos parecia un lugar mas nuevo y moderno, una vez allí vimos que no era asi, era una estancia mas antigua pero bueno se estaba bien, algunos empleados muy amables otros no tanto.

Foi o sétimo ano consecutivo que passei férias no Auramar. A localização é soberba, o staff é incrível e as comodidades são excelentes. Se Deus quiser continuarei a passar férias lá nos próximos anos.

Gostei de tudo mas sendo já habitual passar férias no Auramar há sempre o ponto de comparação com anos anteriores e este ano reparei que repetiram algumas vezes os pratos e faltaram as noites temáticas com os produtos desses países, alem dos habituais camarão e amêijoas. . Infelizmente os vinhos (branco e rose) estavam sempre quentes. Devem resolswr o problema pois pelo que percebemos não foi só enquanto lá estivemos. É uma critica construtiva pois no geral esteve tudo muito bem.

2/5 ⭐⭐ We recently stayed at Auramar Beach Resort for two weeks, and unfortunately, our experience did not meet the expectations set by the hotel's website or the price we paid. The biggest disappointment was the accommodation. The rooms we were allocated looked nothing like those advertised on the website. They were dated, tired, and certainly not what we expected. If you're booking based on the photos online, be aware that the room you receive may be very different. Although housekeeping attended daily, the standard of cleaning was poor. The beds were remade and towels replaced, but that was about it. The toilets were not cleaned, and the floors were neither swept nor mopped throughout our stay. On one occasion, our towels were removed but not replaced. After waiting around 10 minutes just to be acknowledged at Reception, we were simply told that this was common and we would have to wait for housekeeping to bring more. This meant we had no bath towels available if we wanted to shower during the day, which is simply unacceptable. The Reception staff were, unfortunately, one of the biggest negatives of the holiday. They regularly appeared rude and uninterested, and it was common to stand waiting for 10–15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged your presence. Even when they did, queries were often met with little urgency or helpfulness. There were, however, some positives. The restaurant was clean, and the lunch and evening meals offered a good variety throughout our stay. There was always something different to choose from, which kept meal times interesting. Unfortunately, breakfast was exactly the same every single day for the full two weeks, with virtually no variation, making it repetitive very quickly. The fridge in the room worked well and kept drinks cold, and the air conditioning was excellent, particularly during the warmer weather. The balcony, however, was disappointing. It was extremely small and offered very little usable space. The drying rail for towels and swimwear was positioned behind a wall where it received virtually no sunlight, making it ineffective for drying anything. The all-inclusive drinks offering was also underwhelming. There was only one "Cocktail of the Day" available, limiting choice considerably. The pool bar didn't open until 11:00am, despite breakfast being served from 7:30am, leaving a lengthy period where drinks were unavailable from the main pool bar. Evening entertainment was confusing, as different schedules were displayed in three separate locations around the resort, often showing conflicting information. It was difficult to know what was actually happening and where. The pool itself was enjoyable, but there were some concerns regarding cleanliness and safety. Staff hosed down the surrounding area every morning, but it was never swept properly, meaning rubbish often remained on the ground for several days. There were signs stating that sunbeds reserved for more than 40 minutes without being occupied would have towels removed, but we never witnessed this policy being enforced. To be fair, there wasn't a significant issue with guests reserving sunbeds early in the morning. One concern that did stand out was the lack of visible pool safety measures. The pool opens at 9:00am, yet the lifesaving equipment was not placed out until around 11:00am. There was also no lifeguard on duty. While guests are responsible for their own safety, it was surprising that the emergency equipment wasn't available for the first two hours that the pool was open. The hotel's location is one of its stronger points. It is situated in a generally quiet area, and despite the evening entertainment taking place on-site, we couldn't hear any noise from our room at night, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The resort is approximately a 10-minute walk from Albufeira's New Town strip, where you'll find a wide selection of bars, pubs, restaurants and a handful of souvenir shops. There is also direct access to the beach via the hotel's rear entrance, which is very convenient if you're looking to spend the day by the sea. If you wish to visit Albufeira Old Town, you will need to take a taxi or Uber, as it isn't within comfortable walking distance for most people. There is a small convenience shop within the hotel, which is useful for essentials. However, we found the staff there to be unfriendly. If paying with cash, they expected the exact amount and would insist on card payment if you couldn't provide the correct change, which seemed unnecessarily inflexible and wasn't a particularly welcoming experience. Auramar Beach Resort has some positives, particularly its quiet location, direct beach access, varied lunch and evening meals, effective air conditioning and cold fridge. However, these positives were outweighed by accommodation that did not resemble the advertised photographs, poor housekeeping standards, consistently unhelpful reception staff, and several operational issues throughout the resort. For a hotel of this standard, there is significant room for improvement. Sadly, based on our experience, we would not return unless considerable changes were made to both the accommodation and customer service.

Zastaralý ošumtělý nábytek ,v koupelně nebylo odvětrávání .O sprchovém závěsu ani nemluvím .All inclusive večer maximálně káva a nealko nápoje přes den u bazénu u baru jeden drink ,na který se vztahoval program. Jídlo průměrné, ale vždy jsme se najedli .Celkově na mě působil hotel zanedbaně.

This hotel was lovely, right next to the beach and a 15 minute stroll from the main strip, with shops, restaurants and bars. The room was a decent size, it was very clean, we did have a problem with one of the doors to the balcony, they sent maintenance straight away and it was fixed. The swimming pool was lovely and well maintained. The food was delicious, always something to choose at breakfast and dinner time and enjoyed the theme nights they did. The entertainment was really good, with a different theme each night, the entertainment guys love to get everyone involved. The staff in the hotel are pleasant and very helpful.

Location was fantastic- 10 minute walk to new town. Around 30 minute walk along the beach to old town- but only €5-6 euros in an Uber. Atmosphere was excellent. Always something going on in the daytime around the pool! Rooms are the reason I’ve put 4/5. The rooms could definitely do with some repairs- we were a family of 11 with 4 rooms. A few rooms out of these the bathrooms weren’t too nice. The smells were bad & the showers wouldn’t drain the water. All inclusive drinks were good, a wide range of spirits with mixers, Beer & always a different cocktail of the day. The food is like any 3* all inclusive. Same things most days- but what do you expect? What they served was okay! The beach is literally down the hill takes 5 minutes to get to- beach bars & stunning views. We had a great time, and got what we paid for

Die atemberaubende Panoramaaussicht. Der Pool ist ansprechend gestaltet. Im Hotel befindet sich ein Minimarkt. Von hier aus konnten wir auch sämtliche Aktivitäten buchen. Besonders positiv war der direkte Zugang zum Meer, keine 5 Minuten entfernt.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch bietet es immer noch einen gewissen Charme. Leider fehlt ein Föhn im Zimmer, aber man kann sich einen an der Rezeption ausleihen oder einfach seinen eigenen von zuhause mitbringen. Das Badezimmer könnte definitiv eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Was den Fernseher betrifft, es gibt keine deutschen Sender, aber ehrlich gesagt, wer braucht schon Fernsehen im Urlaub? Außerdem gibt es keine Minibar, aber das ist auch nicht weiter schlimm.

We arrived as a group of girls and the check-in process felt like it took forever. Unfortunately, the first impression wasn't great. Our bathroom smelt strongly of drains, and our towels weren't replaced during our stay—we had to ask reception three separate times before we got fresh ones. There are no hair dryers in the rooms and when we asked at reception they had run out, which was really inconvenient. The all-inclusive package was disappointing, with very limited drinks available unless you paid extra, which didn't feel like an all-inclusive experience at all. The hotel toilets also needed attention, with locks literally falling off the doors. As a base for a girls' trip it was fine because we were out most of the time, but if I'd booked this as a family holiday, I'd have been really disappointed. Unfortunately, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Le chemin jusqu'à la plage est périlleux et n'est pas adapter a tout le monde. La porte de la chambre devait se fermer brutalement. Sdb très petite et ça aurait mieux adapter une douche a la place de la baignoire.

Wasn’t impressed with this hotel at all and I am not usually a person that writes reviews but just feel like I have to. We went all inclusive and the breakfast was probably the only decent one, lunch and dinner there wasn’t much option. There was also certain rules with the drinks you couldn’t get an alcoholic drink from the reception bar you had to go down to the pool bar and the all inclusive drinks stop at 11pm. There was also quite a long queue to get a drink in the day too. I would recommend just doing breakfast only here. As soon as we entered our room it had a really horrible smell and the bathroom smelt like drains on occasions. There were hairs still left on the shower wall. Also really could do with a refurb, the whole place! The location was okay, you could get a 10 minute taxi to the old town but walking would probably take you about 45 mins. However, there is a nice little private beach you can walk down to which would only take 5 mins and it is set in lovely surroundings. There was also some maintenance work going off around the pool one day which wasn’t very relaxing. I will say the staff have all been really friendly. Will not be returning to this hotel.

The absolute worse hotel I have ever stayed in, we arrived early and were told check in was 3:00 pm fair enough we waited around then at 3:00pm the reception filled with people trying to get into their rooms, we had over another hour wait after check in time before we finally got a room, the lifts only for one person and a suitcase very old fashion lifts I might add, then we got to the room on a ground floor, the rooms looked nothing like they advertise online, chipboard kitchen with no cupboard doors, rusty fridge, two adjoining doors to the apartments beside us which is awful it’s like you are in the room with your neighbours, we had to listen to them going at it, your one was so loud it was like they were making a porno next door. Balcony covered in bird poop and never cleaned, One of us got a shower the first night and she was burnt alive the water was so hot and we had no cold water, the next day the towel situation came to light where they clean the rooms take your towels and come back around 7-8pm with them, we actually started drying out towels outside on the balcony and locking them in our suitcases during the day so we could get ready to go out early, one of us organised an excursion with the rep in the hotel to swim with dolphins and she completely messed up her booking meaning she had to stay in the Waterpark all day instead of 9:00am she got to do her swim at 3:30pm absolutely disgraceful and when my friend complained the rep didn’t seem to care at all, they had her money so didn’t care. the all inclusive was terrible the food options never changed and as the days went on the food options got less and less, then to top it all off we were eaten alive by bed bugs. The smell of weed everywhere was awful, I actually could not wait to go home.

Piscina muito movimentada, animação com o som muito alto e dificuldade de disponibilidade de espreguiçadeira. Serviço de bar na piscina muito movimentado e fila para o atendimento. Instalações da casa de banho na zona da piscina um pouco degradadas.

A proximidade à praia e as boas piscinas. Espaços muito bem cuidados (jardins) e a simpatia de todos os funcionários. Uma nota especial ao pessoal da animação, sendo a destacar o Miguel de Cabo Verde. Sempre a “puxar” pelo pessoal. Um agradecimento ao pessoal da recepção também, que nos surpreendeu com um upgrade de quarto com uma vista maravilhosa. Como disseram, “a melhor vista do hotel”.😁

Our holiday in Madeira was cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, so we booked this hotel at the last minute and we didn’t regret it. It’s our sixth day here today and loving it. The staff were lovely, with special mention to Gerson, Carlos and Amandeep in the dining area. We went all-inclusive and enjoyed the food and drinks. The location was great — short trip to the Old Town and 50 mins to Faro Airport. The resort is beautiful — with a beautiful beach and cliffs at the back of the property. The beautiful ground is well maintained and so lovely to relax in after a meal. Our room has everything we need and is cleaned every day. The entertainment team are amazing. We really enjoyed the performances. Obrigado!! 👍😃

Hotel looks fantastic. Have to queue over an hour to get the all inclusive wristband bands have to come back after 15:00 to get the room and it takes over an hour again everyone jumping the queue. Bar only has 1 member of staff so the queue is out the door and it takes 25 mins to get a drink. Never stay here you don’t pay for service. You get treated like a cash cow

Quarto ( localizacao ) cama horrivel, ad molas estavao quase saindo, tv nao funciona antena, rede wifi nao funciona de jeito nenhum. E o rececionista disse que eu ganhei UPgrade para um dos melhores quartos. Pois bem me colocou em um quarto por tras de outros predios, uma visao do Mar de uns 20% , carro de lixo, carga e descarga as 8 da manha embaixo da janela. Foi horrivel. Quarto 118 B
