El personal,quitando los de recepción que eran muy agradables y 1 señora que estaba en los desayunos los demás camareros no eran nada agradables muy bordes

Le personnel était adorable, la chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable. Possibilité de manger sur place et c’est très bon et pas cher ! Le petit déjeuner est super bon et varié. Situation top si vous souhaitez tester la vie nocturne.

The staff were very helpful and polite and the hotel was clean and tidy.

The only problem was the noise from other guests/groups as there was lots of stag and hen parties which you would expect from being in the location it's in,apart from that it's a nice hotel for the cost

Not sound proofed and there were a lot of noisy guests at silly hours of the morning and the shower pressure was poor.

Clean, Spacious, Plenty mirrors for getting ready. Ideal location. Felt very safe as front doors are locked in the evening and only accessed with key card.

The hairdryer didnt work but the receptionist kindly gave us one to borrow.

A poca distanza da Old Town (circa 10 minuti in macchina) a mio avviso molto meglio non soggiornare nella bolgia del centro. Non hanno un parcheggio privato, ma la via dell’hotel è piena di posti auto. Camere spaziose e pulite (tutta la struttura profumatissima di agrumi continuamente). Colazione molto varia, c’è di tutto dal dolce al salato. Si può accedere alla piscina dove è sempre presente la musica (il venerdì c’era anche un dj).

Staff were amazing as well as the facilities. Any requests I had for the staff they ensured it was met.

Struttura moderatamente contenuta sui tre piani e spazio piscina e bar tenuti molto bene

Purtroppo di fronte l’hotel c’è una discoteca e alle 5 del mattino, quando chiude, i ragazzi che escono in strada fanno molto rumore per quasi un’ora……

Foi tudo ótimo! Café da manhã incrível, staff muito atencioso (mandaram até um bolinho com mensagem pelo meu aniversário), quarto ótimo, localização maravilhosa, muito fácil de fazer quase tudo a pé! Amamos a estrutura da piscina. Voltaremos com certeza.

O que não gostei, ta ta relacionado com a velocidade da Internet muito fraca! Fora isso não tenho nada a questionar, estava tudo ótimo.

La habitación soul la cama redonda muy cómoda en si la habitación muy bien La piscina está bien pocas amacas al rededor de la piscina debería haber tenido otra distribución y ya de temprano ponen las tollas recordando los citio se llena muy rápido porque no hay mucha y si quiere ir ala piscina lo tiene lejos pero en si está. Bonita lapsicina y está bien un ambiente bueno con la musiquita pero muy fría el agua y las playa de Portugal todas congeladas

Que no tiene variedad de desayuno siempre lo mismo y muy pocas cosas te cansa siempre lo mismo menos mas q solo reserve con desayuno

Noise all night long - other guests running up and down the corridors slamming doors and hotel staff did not apprehend so had no sleep!

If I was being really picky a high quality coffee and an option for youtube/ Netflix on the TV’s would have been the icing on the cake

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Complimentary water and cookies were a nice touch. Breakfast had great options and was very tasty.

There was some noise at night from the nightclub across the road which would be problematic if you were a light sleeper.

Wat een heerlijk hotel. Sfeervol, lief en heel attente medewerkers. Bij de receptie fris water en koekjes. Bagage opslag. Fijne ruime kamer. Goede schoonmaak. Voortreffelijk ontbijt, met veel keuze en verse producten. Betaalbare cocktails en sfeervolle muziek bij het zwembad.

Ook hier handdoek leggers helaas.

Íbamos expectantes porque en los comentarios indicaban que estaba en frente de una discoteca, pero nos ubicaron en una habitación alejada del ruido, así que muy bien. En general, nos gustó todo... habitación muy bonita, personal amable, desayuno rico y variado. Y mucha zona de aparcamiento en la calle. A 10 min de la playa andando. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Por poner alguna pega, al ser zona de guiris y ser un hotel only adults, había muchos grupos de despedidas de solteros bebiendo y montando jaleo en la piscina, pero bueno, entendible y nada importante.

El personal fue excepcional, súper amables

No sé si porque coincidió con algún Erasmus o algo parecido, pero había muchos adolescentes que respetaban poco o nada las horas de descanso

El hotel, como tal, está bien. Las instalaciones son correctas (recepción, piscina, bar de la piscina...) y los apartamentos son amplios, cómodos y limpios. El desayuno buffet es muy variado y todo está muy rico. El personal es simpático y agradable. Cerca de la playa y fácil de mover a otros puntos de la Albufeira y conocer sus playas.

La cuestión es que el hotel es "adult friendly" y yo no había entendido qué era eso. Cuando dicen "adult friendly" significa que el hotel está lleno de jóvenes que buscan fiesta y son muy escandalosos. Hay muchas despedidas de solteros y solteras, con lo que eso implica... Y que las personas que tenemos más de +35 años estamos invitados, pero que si buscamos relajación y tranquilidad poco vamos a tener. Luego, en la puerta del hotel, hay una discoteca que por las noches no para de escucharse la música del local. Por si fuera poco, todos los jóvenes que salen a esa discoteca se ponen en la puerta a dar gritos a altas horas de la madrugada (a veces ni paran en toda la noche y ni siquiera sólo en fin de semana). Si buscas relajarte, éste no es tu lugar. Una de las recepcionistas fue un poco ruda a la hora de pedirnos los DNI. Tenía que saber exactamente cómo nos ibamos alojar y distribuir en los dos apartamentos que alquilamos y nosotros no sabíamos el porqué y hubo un poco de tensión al principio. Luego todo bien. Creo que es porque habrán tenido problemas con otros grupos de jóvenes y tienen que saber dónde está colocado cada uno, por si hay problemas o algo. Un poco decepcionado con el sitio y con la experiencia del ruido. Aunque si ese hotel estuviera ubicado en otra zona, ganaría mucho.

Ricardo, the legend with the glasses, was one of the highlights of our stay! Always ready with a smile, a joke, and some great banter behind the bar. I’m not sure if we kept coming back for the drinks or for Ricardo! The rooms were lush, spotless, and the beds were unbelievably comfy. The pool and poolside area were kept clean and tidy all day, and the location was perfect for exploring the New Town, with the Old Town just a short Uber ride away for around €4. Brilliant hotel, fantastic staff, and a special shoutout to Ricardo for making our holiday even more enjoyable! ⭐🍹😄

What can I say? This hotel was absolutely amazing and deserves to be a 4-star plus! The staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were lovely, and the location was perfect. It's only about 5 minutes from New Town, and an Uber to the Old Town cost us around €5 for 5 people. In our opinion, the Old Town is definitely worth visiting! We normally go to Benidorm every year, but decided to try Portugal for a change – and wow, what a place! We have fallen in love with it and will definitely be returning next year. A big shout-out to Ricardo behind the bar – always smiling, friendly, and happy to help. He really made our stay extra special. Also, a mention for the sunbed attendant, who greeted us every morning with a smile and a little squirt from the hosepipe to keep everyone cool – a lovely touch that made us laugh every day! This is the perfect hotel for friends and groups looking for a fantastic holiday with great service and a brilliant atmosphere. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. We can't wait to come back and see you all again next year! See you soon! and a big shout out to the Geordie group of lads we met - what a team great fun with them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were staying in the hotel next to it, but since that one was busier and had a better pool with music or cocktails we changed straight away to that one,The best feature of this hotel is the pool I’ll say also the Long Island ice cocktail is the best one

The only thing that I didn’t like about the hotel was the shower didn’t have enough pressure to remove the shampoo from your hair so you have to take your time with it

The room we got with a queen double bed was amazing. Round bed with curtains around made us feel like a fairy tail.

Just returned from a week here and had a great time. We went with 11 friends who stayed for 3 nights and me and my husband stayed for an extra 4 nights. As other reviews say the hotel is lively especially at weekends but we expected that. The rooms were very comfortable, beds the same, we had a great nights sleep. The breakfast was delicious plenty of choice, I looked forward to it each morning. Its a great location an uber to the old town is about £3 there's a local beach a few minutes walk away and we even got an uber to Vilamoura one day which was £10 to have a quiet day so you really can do what ever you like here. All the staff we met were very friendly. I would definitely return if I wanted a similar holiday to the one I have just had. Thank you for a great time :-)

This was our first time staying at the Jet2 Vibe hotel in Albufeira. In other words “Vibe” means a club 18-30 Hotel . Beautiful decor , lovely pool area , cool music in the background . Lovely couches and beds . Rooms are spot on with a walk in shower and a coffee machine also a fridge . Breakfast on a morning is great with a massive choice . Cocktails are nice but will be 10 euro each around the pool and the nice pear cider is 6 euro each. What you expect . People keep going back to this hotel year after year .

Moderne Einrichtung, sehr großes Zimmer und sehr bequeme Betten. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl an Süßen und Deftigen. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Leider hatten wir sehr laute Nachbarn, die sehr spät zurückgekehrt sind und lange laut geredet haben und die Nachtruhe 2-3 Mal gestört haben. Der freundliche Nachtportier, der von uns informiert wurde, hat sich gleich um die Situation abgenommen. DANKE!

The apartments were spacious and have all the basics you need. Pool area is nice however with how busy it gets not everyone will be able to sit around the pool. The staff around the pool and bar were brilliant and always out bringing your drinks to you.

The rooms themselves need looking at only 2 lighting our apartment worked. The place ran out of a lot of food ie chips burgers your normal easy snack at stuff. Something that was annoying was a few of the group were given warnings to their rooms that actually wasn’t them and being blamed for 5 losing room keys that didn’t happen but staff were rude and said “the system doesn’t lie”

Quarto agradável, acolhedor e limpo. Os funcionários são super simpáticos e prestáveis. Bom pequeno almoço e zonas comuns sempre limpas.

Atenção, em época alta pode ter muito ruido.
