Der wunderbare Blick von unserem Zimmer aus auf Sevilla! Haben extra ein Upgrade im Vorfeld auf ein Zimmer mit Aussicht gemacht - hat sich voll ausgezahlt! Parkgarage verfügbar! Klimaanlage sehr angenehm - bläst nicht direkt aufs Bett und ist sehr leise. Der kleine Pool am Dach mit einigen Liegen und einer feinen Bar ist perfekt zum Entspannen zwischendurch. Alles in Gehweite!

La struttura è molto accogliente, il personale gentile e disponibile. La stanza per tre persone è abbastanza comoda, il bagno molto bello e spazioso. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la presenza del bidet in camera, cosa molto importante per noi italiani. Inoltre, la struttura è fornita di piscina e bar nel piano superiore, un ottima soluzione per le calde giornate a Siviglia. La posizione dell’hotel è abbastanza centrale e il rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo, ha rispettato le nostre aspettative. Una cosa che ho apprezzato molto è stato un bigliettino con delle caramelle, che ho trovato in camera per il mio compleanno!

Consiglierei di aggiungere uno specchio in camera e magari anche dei cuscini più confortevoli per il letto. Sarebbe anche opportuno comunicare delle fasce orarie in cui le stanze vengono pulite durante la giornata

This hotel was so lovely to stay in, rooms were spacious and clean, the housekeeping staff should be commended for the standard of cleanliness. The roof top pool is a nice touch and was ver welcome in the 36 degree heat we experienced. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Location perfect, in walking distance to all the sites.

Hotel ima odlicnu poziciju u starom centru odmah uz glavne predivne parkove i pogled iz sobe hotela je predivan na katedralu i park. Sve je blizu pjesice.

Rezervirali smo taj hotel najvise zbog bazena jer smo dolazili u vrucem dijelu godine i htjeli smo se kupati ali nazalost bazen nije bio upotrebljiv jer zapravo velicinom i nije bazen, vise kada/jacuzzi po velicini. Sobe su dosta skucene i klima je strasno bucna, cijelu noc dok se pali i gasi nas je budila glasnim zvukovima.

This hotel is a short walk from the historic centre, so conveniently located.

I was there for one night, just passing through. My single room was very small, but quite adequate.

I liked the location, cleanliness, very helpful friendly staff except for the 1 grumpy cleaner on the top floor in the pool and bar area. Special mention -the young lady -forgive my inability to recall of her name, at reception was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Stayed in the 1st floor, frequent noise from what sounded like flushed toilets draining from the upper floors. Only audible when I am in the toilet though.

Très bon emplacement pour se rendre à l'Alcazar , proche d'un beau jardin, et doté d'une petite piscine sur le roof top, bien appréciable en cas de grosse chaleur. L'accueil est agréable, la décoration impersonnelle.

La chambre réservée était exiguë et ne comportait pas de fenêtre, y compris dans la salle de douche. Si nous l'avions su, nous aurions réservé une autre chambre. Les lits restent fermes, un peu durs pour des dos endoloris. Les petits déjeuners pourraient mieux valoriser les fruits et produits locaux et la salle correspondante était réglée sur une climatisation trop forte.

L' accueil et la disponibilité du personnel en premier. Toujours à l'écoute pour nous aider dans nos choix de visite. La situation géographique de l' hôtel est idéal pour accéder aux différentes visites . La proximité des arrêts de bus nous a facilité la tâche pour venir de l aéroport et parcourir la ville. Enfin la chambre est très propre, la literie très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est généreux et très appréciable.

L'emplacement, trop pratique car proche du centre de Séville. La chambre donne sur la route, et le bruit le samedi soir est présent mais l'isolation étant bonne vous n'en souffrez pas trop. La chambre est vaste et agréable. Très bons petits déjeuner mais hélas pas compris dans le prix (via Booking).

J'avais oublié qu'il fallait payer les petits déjeuners toujours un petit truc en plus à la fin du séjour.

In posizione nevralgica rispetto al centro storico e al Barrio di Santa Cruz. Staff molto disponibile e cordiale. Camera di dimensioni adeguate con terrazzino. Presenza di frigo bar - vuoto. Bagno provvisto di bidet, set di cortesia, saponi e asciugamani all'occorrenza cambiati giornalmente. Jet della doccia con buona pressione, un po' alta la temperatura dell'acqua calda. Complessivamente stanza e strutture pulite. Terrazza panoramica con lounge bar (buoni i cocktails!) e piscina che peró non abbiamo avuto modo di testare, un buon "piano B" per le ore piú calde della giornata. Possibilità di colazione a buffet di cui non abbiamo usufruito. Rapporto qualità/prezzo non dei migliori, forse per il periodo (festival del Flamenco) e per la posizione che resta il punto forte della struttura.

- Scarsa insonorizzazione: si sentivano chiaramente gli schiamazzi sul pianerottolo e i rumori del traffico cittadino provenire da fuori (nonostante fossimo al quarto piano!). Una buona idea potrebbe essere fornire tappi per le orecchie nel kit di benvenuto. - letto con materassi singoli avvicinati: ad onor del vero é una caratteristica che abbiamo frequentemente riscontrato negli alloggi di questo soggiorno in Spagna, spesso per ottenere un letto "king size". In questo caso un letto con un materasso matrimoniale standard sarebbe stato di risultato soddisfacente!

Solo traveller so the single room was a little small with a very small shower cabinet not suitable for larger client. Very efficient and quiet Aircon easily controllable.

Disappointed there were no bottles of water when we checked in. It was 42 degrees. We had to venture out to buy some. No instructions on if we could purchase them from reception!

Ho preso due camere con vista ma le foto non sono realistiche. Le camere sono al primo piano e si vede prevalentemente la strada. Sì sente anche il rumore delle auto ovviamente. La camera con affaccio sul cortile da tre posti è molto buio. Forse Booking dovrebbe pretendere un trattamento più trasparente. La piscina è veramente molto piccola e le foto traggono un po in inganno.

The staff were exceptionally friendly throughout everyone working in the hotel. The location is exceptional and view from the the terrace is incredible. The room was comfy and clean. The pool was a lovely place to go and cool down in the heat while experiencing the skyline of Seville. Exceptional value for money.

The bathroom didn't have extraction and there was some black mould present in the bathroom. The AC stopped for 90minutes one of the nights making it uncomfortable to sleep.

Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza davvero eccellente. Partendo dalla cortesia e dalla disponibilità di tutto lo staff, dalla reception al personale delle pulizie, ci siamo trovati molto bene fin dal primo momento. Ho apprezzato tantissimo anche il piccolo gesto per il mio compleanno: mi hanno fatto trovare gli auguri in camera. Viaggiando da tanti anni proprio in occasione del mio compleanno, è stata la prima volta che mi è capitato e l’ho trovato davvero carino e molto apprezzato! La terrazza e la piscina sono sicuramente un bel plus, anche se noi siamo riusciti a sfruttarle solo un paio di giorni. Molto comodo il fatto che, essendo la terrazza gestita separatamente, sia possibile utilizzarla anche dopo il check-out. Per noi è stato perfetto per rilassarci qualche ora prima di andare in aeroporto, un dettaglio secondo me da non sottovalutare. Altro punto a favore è il deposito bagagli: avendo il volo tardi, dopo il check-out abbiamo potuto lasciare tranquillamente le valigie e fare un ultimo giro della città senza costi aggiuntivi. La camera è stata sempre pulita e ordinata, con asciugamani e tappetino della doccia sempre cambiati. La posizione è davvero ottima: praticamente tutto è raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti a piedi, cosa perfetta per chi, come me, ama camminare. In alternativa, metro e autobus sono comunque vicinissimi.

L’unico aspetto che migliorerei riguarda la camera, che avrebbe bisogno di qualche piccolo ritocco estetico. Nulla di particolarmente invasivo o che abbia compromesso il soggiorno, ma qualche intervento di manutenzione la renderebbero sicuramente ancora più piacevole. Per il resto, sinceramente, non abbiamo riscontrato particolari aspetti negativi.

Great location, very close to the Alcazar Palace and old town and not far from the the Plaza de España. The view from the small rooftop pool across the city is fantastic. The staff are all very kind and helpful. There are blue parking bays close-by which are free at the weekends during the summer - check with reception.

Everything was great. The pool sunbathing space is very small so get there early if the hotel is busy, although the bar terrace below also has some space.

Le prix du petit déjeuner est plus élevé que celui indiqué dans Booking. J’en ai fait part aux personnels qui connaît le problème. Il faudrait vraiment modifier cette information, car ce n’est pas une bonne surprise pour le client.

Location was ideal for walking to many of the sights. It was across from one of the parks, which led to a series of small passageways. Where small bars, restaurants and shops were located. Staff were extremely helpful.

The pool was more of a plunge pool, but the view from the rooftop where it was situated gave an extensive view of the city.

At first we didn't get a functional room. However, Francisco at the front desk worked at getting us a room that met our expectations in a friendly and courteous manner. The staff at the bar and that attend to the pool were excellent! They were friendly, catered to our needs, and made delicious drinks that we enjoyed after a long day exploring Sevilla. The hotel is very well located about 15min. walk from the Cathedral, the Alcazar,and Plaza de Espana. I will highly recommend it.
