La service bar et serviette en piscine était lent, souvent il fallait attendre longtemps que quelqu’un se montre au bar pour pouvoir demander. Un peu agaçant pour un hôtel de ce niveau. À améliorer

Clean and great location!!

Although the staff was very friendly, we do think that the receptionist could be warmer and more welcoming. Although I really have no complaints at the end of the day.

It was clean and the breakfast was good.

One staff member "Ines" was incredibly rude and also gave me wrong information regarding the parking. After driving all day and arriving at 2am, I checked in with Ines, and asked where to park my car. The garage is literally next door to the hotel, maybe 2 or 3 steps by foot. Instead of telling me this, she gave me an address to enter into my GPS that led me through a labyrinth in the middle of Seville and led nowhere. When I asked her, she said "yes, it's next door but I always give this GPS address, because for many it is easier." I said it led me to a wrong address and was unneccessary, to which she replied nonsensically, "but I have always given this GPS location," and then said "you're the only one in years who couldn't find it." I told her that there is no need for false GPS coordinates, just simply say..."The garage is connected to the hotel...it's literally next door." Very Strange Behavior. This employee needs to work on customer service and communication. Very Disappointed.

The Hotel staff to a person were extremely friendly and could not do enough to help you. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the location close to everything but just a few hundred metres from the noise so was perfect. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Location was excellent. Close to everything and some nice bars out front. The hotel smells divine. The trip was to celebrate my sons birthday and Bruno and Miriam went above and beyond with a nice message for my sons birthday upon arrival with a plate of cookies, and on his birthday a complimentary bottle of bubbly. So nice!

The roof top pool could have been a little larger and more space for sun lounges around the pool. We could only use it once during our trip however there were ample sun loungers in other areas just not near the pool.

Mooi hotel, centraal gelegen in Sevilla. Het rooftop zwembad is klein (meer een plonsbad), maar bood heerlijke verkoeling op de warme dagen dat we er verbleven. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Eigenlijk nIets, enig mini minountje was de geur in de lift due onaangenaam was gedurende de hele tijd dat we er verbleven.

Location was excellent. Clean towels daily and great air conditioning especially given it was 43c heat when we stayed! Plus we had a free bottle of Cava delivered to the room during our stay which was a lovely touch.

Asked for drinks to be delivered to the room which they didn’t do…. Would have just been nice if that was something they offered.

The hotel is conveniently located to access all parts of the city, the staff are very friendly, rooms comfortable, breakfast was excellent. Had a drink in the lounge, served with a smile 😊

It was a very hot day when we arrived, we used the terrace area and the swimming pool, although extremely hot, went into the pool for a cool down, but the stairs out of the pool were so hot it burnt our hands. It is not easy to get to in a car, however, we did see people going a short distance past the no entry sign, will try that next time.

Everything. From the spacious bedrooms to the breakfast and breakfast team, reception and the rooftop pool and bar persons - lovely. Reception smelt divine and everyone was so friendly. It was a fantastic place from which to explore the beautiful city of Seville. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would recommend 💯

Perfect location, the staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful, i always felt welcomed. The room was lovely! balcony overlooked the square and the bed was huge! The complementary bottle of champagne the hotel sent to the room one afternoon was a extremely nice gesture. Everything was perfect, we will definitely be back, thanks again!

From the moment we booked, the staff were extremely kind, helpful, and responsive. Whenever we had a query, they provided all the information we needed and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The room was spotless, the check-in and check-out processes were extremely easy and the facilities were out of this world. We could not have asked for a better hotel to stay at.

An excellent 4-star hotel in a fantastic central location in the heart of Sevilla. Most attractions are within easy walking distance, and there is a great selection of restaurants close to the hotel. The staff were outstanding throughout our stay. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and service-minded, and we were always greeted with a smile. The hotel itself is very well maintained, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. It is clear that great attention is paid to cleanliness throughout the property. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a very wide selection and almost everything you could wish for. The rooftop area was another highlight, with a swimming pool, bar and sunbathing area. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and it was a lovely place to relax. I would highly recommend this high-quality 4-star hotel to anyone visiting Sevilla. I would definitely stay here again.

La habitación era muy amplia, la cama muy comoda y grande y con dos cojines diferentes para cada huesped, para escojer. EL personal muy atento y agradable. La piscina y la terraza muy bonita y con diferentes espacios. Genial. El desayuno no lo probamos porque nuestro horario no los lo permitió. Su ubicación es muy buena, lo qie te permite ir al hotel andando para cualquier cosa, si estas paseando por el centro.

In a good position, about 4 minute walk to central parts by cathedral where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Air conditioning was excellent, rooms were cleaned every day and staff helpful. Bed and pillows were so comfortable, we had the best sleep.

Beautiful hotel, with stunning rooftop in the heart of Seville. Quiet but within short walking distance to all the main attractions and shops. Great value for money. The staff were also wonderful! This was our second time staying there and it was even better than last time - it was the perfect place to unwind while also being in the centre of things.

Nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner dans cet hôtel atypique, idéalement situé en plein cœur de Séville, à quelques minutes à pied des principaux monuments et de la célèbre Plaza. Nous avons été conquis par le service, qui est tout simplement exceptionnel. L'équipe est d'une bienveillance rare : notre enfant de 3 ans a été accueilli comme un roi. C'est une adresse parfaitement adaptée pour un séjour en famille. L'hôtel dispose d'une magnifique piscine sur le toit, très appréciable après une journée de visites. Les petits-déjeuners sont copieux et d'une qualité exceptionnelle. Autre point fort considérable à Séville : la possibilité de garer sa voiture sur place avec facturation, avec un service voiturier efficace et rassurant. Enfin, selon l'emplacement de la chambre, la vue est à couper le souffle. Nous avions pour notre part une vue sur une petite place typique, c'était vraiment exceptionnel. C'était déjà la deuxième fois que nous y séjournions et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir à la prochaine occasion.

The pool after being out all day on excursions.It was fab to get a cocktail by pool and cool off.

Only that when cleaner was in room -she cleaned inside of glass on counter with a blue cloth -which she used to clean room .It made me think of drink I had poured into one of the glasses the day I arrived .It was already clean as hadn’t been used.

Du petit-déjeuner (copieux, continental et européen), au personnel au petit soin (Inès, Alvaro, Sergio, Ilena, Marta etc…) jusqu’au confort de la chambre avec des petits cadeaux le long du séjour. Nous avons été ravis une nouvelle fois de confier la réussite de nos vacances à Séville à cet hôtel. Une très bonne semaine surtout après 3 ans (premiere vacances en 2023) puis cette année avec notre fille de 2 ans. Le personnel a été au petit soin avec nous et surtout avec elle. L’hôtel est très bien situé (20 min à pied de la plaza de Espana, 2 min à pied de la cathédrale, un spectacle de flamenco à 300m, des restaurants en pagaille autour, un super rooftop avec une piscine). C’est très simple avec un enfant de 2 ans en poussette. Nous avons pris des taxis de temps en temps pour éviter la chaleur (moins de 10€ à 3 pour aller à la place d’Espagne, à l’aquarium, 30€ pour l’aéroport avec poussette 2 grosses valises et 1 baggage cabine).

Wat een fantastisch hotel. Groot bed, grote kamer, heerlijk beddengoed. We kregen als welkom een fles wijn in een emmer met ijs op onze kamer. De airco kon je zelf regelen daar zat geen max aan. En de verzorgingsproducten waren ook van goede kwaliteit. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en je kon aangeven hoe je je ei wilde. En als klap op de vuurpijl loop je zo het centrum in naar alle bezienswaardigheden. Als we nog eens naar Sevilla komen, kiezen we zeker weer voor dit hotel!

Het zwembad is aan de kleine kant maar daar kwamen we ook niet voor. Wat gehorig maar de mensen in de kamer boven ons waren ook continu met stoelen aan het schuiven want geluiden van de gang hoorde je nauwelijks.

Superfijn hotel op een fantastische locatie. Eenmaal aangekomen met de auto, die werd geparkeerd door het personeel, konden we alles lopend doen. Hotel ligt supercentraal. Pluspunt is ook de goede airco en de heerlijke huisgeur in de lobby.

Niets. De aanrijdroute bestaat uit hele smalle straatjes, maar daar kan het hotel natuurlijk niets aan doen😉

The location is very convenient for walking to most of the major attractions. There are good restaurants just a few steps down the surrounding streets. The staff are warm, welcoming and helpful. Plus the pool was very handy on a hot day.

It was a great location to the cathedral and walking distance to many other attractions. The staff were so attentive and friendly this made the checking in and out process so smooth. We even received a lovely bottle of sparkling wine as a thank you for choosing to stay. I would definitely recommend and would come back when I re visit Seville:

Our room on the first floor was at the front of the building and there was a lot of banging noises. I think this might have been from garage doors below/ opening reception doors/ lift doors. You could also hear the floor above dragging chairs I’m not sure of this was the cleaners in the morning but either way it didn’t ruin our stay.

The amazing friendly staff , beautiful and clean. All staff were helpful and eager help and guide us to all the sites of Seville . An excellent experience ❤️

Soggiorno di 2 notti molto buono. La camera era spaziosa e pulita, lo staff gentile ci ha fatto trovare in stanza una bottiglia di spumante. Terrazzo molto bello con vista sulla città. La posizione centrale sicuramente uno dei punti forti.

Le scale all’ingresso della reception veramente scomode per le valigie e per chi come noi aveva un passeggino. La piscina veramente piccola sé così si può definire è stata la vera delusione.

Superbe hotel, au cœur du quartier historique nous avions choisi cet hôtel aussi pour le parking , notre chambre était très agréable, spacieuse, bien insonorisée, nous remercions tout particulièrement la jeune fille belge de l'accueil pour ses conseils et ses bonnes adresses

Seul regret qui concerne la piscine, pas assez de transats et parasols par rapport au nombre de chambres, nous n'avons pas pu en profiter, pas de place, dommage nous aurions apprécié pouvoir nous rafraîchir avec 40°
