Reviewed Aug 25, 2026De ligging en locatie van het hotel zijn uitstekend. De accommodatie is prima en de ligging is echt ideaal: vanuit je ligbed loop je zo het zwembad in en ook de zee is binnen een paar stappen bereikbaar. Meer heb je eigenlijk niet nodig. Echt heerlijk!
De combinatie van zwembad en strand is echt uitstekend. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en de bediening is top. Zowel het ontbijt als de lunch zijn uitstekend en het personeel staat altijd met een glimlach voor je klaar. Dat maakt het verblijf extra aangenaam!

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Everyone was so nice and helped us with our many questions :) The hotel has the perfect size, thus not too crowded and remains calm during the day. The pool was very nice even though it turned green on the last day ; the direct access to the beach is a +.
For people who are sensitive to flights traffic, this place is not to be recommended as many planes are flying above this location during the day. But that's common to all the hotels in this area that are close to Ushuaia Ibiza.

Das Personal herausragend,vor allem Raquel (Rezeption),die unglaublich hilsfsbereit zu meinen Kindern war als ich noch nicht auf Ibiza war. Alex (Rezeption)ebenfalls toll,bucht alles,vom Taxi bis zum Club. Auch das Bar und Frühstückspersonal hervorragend und der Zimmerservice toll. Das Hotel liegt im sehr gehobenen Preissegment,bietet den Luxus eines kleineren,überschaubaren Hotels.Ushuaia und High sind fussläufig zu erreichen,Beachclubs Ricco/Ushuaia….ebenfalls. Wir kommen wieder.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Frühstück war super lecker und auch die Pool-Snacks waren 10/10. Sehr schöne Aussicht. Personal war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Lage TOP. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich und sauber. Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert und es war daher immer sehr kühl in den Zimmern. Sie hatten zudem eine sehr gute Masseurin am Pool.

Reviewed Oct 3, 2025The room rate advertising is a scam. The total cost was listed as $1600 (US dollars) when we booked. AMA reached out after booking and said that I needed to pay through the hotel instead of Booking due to new European regulations. I confirmed with Booking that that it was a legit pay link and correct amount. After reviewing further, I realized that they changed the amount owed to euros. So we had to pay $300 more than our confirmed booking amount. Note, we have made many other hotel reservations in Europe, in which the currency that is shown on the reservation/site, is the amount owed (not converted to another currency after). We made a separate Booking reservation in which this did not happen also - the site listed $900; we paid $900. AMA should have listed their rate in euros, not dollars. I have reached out to customer service/AMA and they do not see anything wrong with this practice. I will continue to escalate this through Booking. The only good thing about this hotel is the location and staff.
Scammy. Definitely not luxurious or worth a $600/night stay. Should be more like a $300/night stay in Ibiza; the pictures just make it look nice. Restaurant and bar close early. Ant problem. Would absolutely not recommend this stay after this scam experience

Everything. This is a 3 starts hotel at best. Yet I was charged 620 EUR for one night. They have nice photos that is giving a false perception of the actual property. We were put in a room with “garden view” which actually looked towards the wall of the next door property. On the other side of the room the “windows” reminded me of the small openings soldiers of the firs world war used to shoot at enemies through. I do not recommend wasting your money on this hotel unless you are looking to be thoroughly disappointed.

Il y avait une forte odeur nauséabonde d’égouts. Le personnel n’a pas été en mesure ni d arranger les choses, ni faire un geste particulier. Généralement dans les hôtels, lorsque on faite un anniversaire on reçois un geste commercial, dans celui ci, on nous offre m odeur des égouts à cause d une infiltration dans les murs.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2025L’emplacement est super! Proche de l’aéroport.Le personnel est vraiment sympa! Le petit déjeuné délicieux avec un large choix. C’est la deuxième fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel et je reviendrais encore.
Le fait qu’il n’y ai pas de parking et c’est dommage que la piscine ferme aussi tôt parce qu’on a envie de profiter un maximum.

The location is somewhat convenient, but the price is really exaggerated compared to the services provided. First of all, the room cleaning was very poor and definitely not up to the amount paid. They don’t provide drinking water, and when I asked, they said it’s only offered for new guests. For the price charged, such basic things should be considered. In addition, the bed was uncomfortable, and the check-out time is 11 AM with no flexibility at all—they even refused to extend for just two hours, despite the fact that I booked two suites, not just one. Overall, a very disappointing experience and one I will never repeat.

Some things are simply unacceptable in a hotel that costs over 600 euros per night. Bottled water is only provided on the day of check-in — that’s absurd. Power outlets and light switches are falling out of the walls. There are no bathroom amenities at all, except for liquid soap and shampoo — which were often missing anyway.

Raquel in particular completely made our stay by going out of her way to think of incredible restaurant recommendations and her general kind and friendly demeanour. The views are amazing and the hotel has everything you need including a very good breakfast if you want it and many local shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The hotel far exceeded our expectations (and we’re really fussy) and we’ll definitely be back next year!
