Reviewed Sep 16, 2026The hotel has an amazing atmosphere and a perfect location, close to both clubs and restaurants. But the absolute highlights are the pool and the staff! Everyone is always smiling, incredibly helpful and genuinely lovely — they definitely deserve a raise! We love the Vibra Crew, and we’ll definitely come back for them and the fantastic pool parties! ❤️
On our last day, we had to hunt down a cockroach in our room.

External events held in pool on some afternoons, so can use main pool.

Unfortunately, the hotel room wasn't great it wasn't clean, didn't smell good, and the AC wasn't working. It made it hard to spend time there

Extreem veel lawaai (en niet van de feesten), de feest tijd is top geregeld, daar heb je geen last van. Maar gewoon absoluut geen geluidsisolatie. Je hoort stappen van de passerende mensen in de gang, je hoort hun praten, bellen, lift knop indrukken…, mensen in de nabije kamers lijken in jouw kamer te zijn. Dit was de absolute storende factor.

A piscina só abre às 10:00hs achei péssimo. Não é possível acessar as áreas externas antes das 10:00, não faz o menor sentido. Da limpeza também fica a desejar.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Sehr zentral gelegen. Taxi kann über den Empfang bestellt werden und ist schnell da. Autovermietung an der gleichen Strassen. Nicht weit weg vom Flughafen. Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig ausgerüstet. Putzpersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Zum Teil war das Personal am Empfang nicht sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent. Kisssen zu hart.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Posizione eccellente e appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort. Si trova a soli 10 minuti di taxi dall'Ushuaia e a circa 15 minuti dal Pacha. Inoltre, in circa 30 minuti a piedi si raggiungono sia il centro di Ibiza (zona porto) sia l'Ushuaia. L'appartamento fa parte di una catena alberghiera presente in tutta l'isola, un grande valore aggiunto: pur soggiornando in un appartamento, si possono usufruire dei servizi dell'hotel a fianco, come le due ampie piscine e la possibilità di fare colazione in struttura. Consigliatissimo! Rapporto qualità prezzo veramente top!
L'unico aspetto migliorabile riguarda la pulizia dell'appartamento, che avrebbe potuto essere più accurata. Inoltre, all'arrivo i dispenser del sapone in bagno erano vuoti e non sono stati riforniti per tutta la nostra permanenza.

Purtroppo MURI DI CARTA, la prima sera su 2 notti abbiamo beccato un gruppo di ragazzi a fianco la nostra camera che hanno fatto un macello (ma proprio macello) fino a mezzanotte per fortuna! So che siamo ad Ibiza ma qualche sera si dorme anche 😂

Het buffet was in de avond wat minder, prima verzorgt maar de keuze was wat minder als dat wij gewend zijn.

Il y avait des fourmis dans notre chambre. Les fenêtres étaient très mal isolées et nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dehors. L'isolation intérieur n'était pas forcément mieux, nos voisins étaient extrêmement bruyants et cela nous a vraiment gêné. Le buffet (si l'on peut appeler ça comme ça) était très, très limité et vraiment de très moyenne qualité. Malgré notre demi pension, nous avons été contraints de diner dehors tous les soirs car nous n'étions vraiment pas satisfait de ce qui était proposé. Nous ne reviendrons malheureusement pas.
